“No?” The echo is a taunt, but not so much as the conquerer's hand that splays across Harry’s cheek. “You would not wish to submit to your Lord?” Another taunt; Voldemort knows true submission is not something Harry willingly gives. A caress to his cheekbone with a thumb. “To show everyone; to prove your loyalty, to whom you belong? You would not let me have you, claim you, with any witnesses to bear?” The hand slips to his jaw and strokes. “A mark, here.” Lower, to encircle his exposed neck. “And here.”
That thumb rubs up and down, slow and testing over his Adam’s apple, and Harry swallows. The room runs a hundred degrees, the breaths between them a furnace. Burning eyes affix to his pulse. Eventually, they slide back to his.
“A pretty collar to show who owns you.”
Harry offers Voldemort whatever he wants for his birthday. As usual, Voldemort takes full advantage.
