Summary
Here's what I think could have happened immediately after the end scene of Weak Hero season 2 when Suho and Sieun reunite. I've never written fanfiction before but the fact we didn't even get a hug made me throw my phone, so here's an extended version of the final scene, as through Sieun's eyes.

Sieun has had this dream before.
He’s seen the boy in front of him wake up from his coma a thousand different times. Seen him crack open his eyes and smile that too-wide cocky smile. Seen his face contort as he screams that everything is Sieun’s fault. Seen him blink warily and look at Sieun’s face without recognition. He’s seen a thousand different versions of this moment every night in his sleep.
But Sieun doesn’t think he’s dreaming right now.
The air is warm and humid on his skin. His hair, damp with sweat, tickles his forehead. The grass is spongey and uneven beneath his feet. His chest burns from running as he draws in unsteady breaths. And his heart. He can feel it beating. Fast.
Too fast.
Because this is real. And the boy in the wheelchair before him is awake.
Ahn Suho.
His best friend.

Suren had enrolled in Intro to Practical Cooking because seemed like it would come in handy and he needed another general ed course on his transcript, but he couldn't be happier with the puzzle that just presented itself to him: a boy wearing a black denim jacket with shoulder spikes, fingerless gloves, chains on his belt and heavy boots whose eyes simply did not match the fierce exterior, despite the eyeliner encompassing them. Those eyes were soft. They seemed nervous, and Suren was intrigued.

Now he has to deal with the fact the he no longer knows everything about Sieun. He used to be the only person in the world who truly knew Yeon Sieun but now he's the one trying to get to know him.

From closer, it’s clear that Minho is about his age. He’s handsome— very much so— in an untouchable sort of way. Straight nose, sharp eyes, a defined cupid’s bow. He looks sculpted rather than born. Jisung might shrink under the weight of his presence if the situation were different.
Knowing that Minho is dying ruins the illusion of perfection.
