Summary

So, when the legendary Great Keystone Circus needs a new trapeze artist and Chase gets the chance to try for the job, he doesn't think twice before packing a suitcase and running away to join the circus. But, with a very grumpy trapeze partner and a circus that seems just a little too full of secrets, his path to greatness may not be quite as easy as he imagined. What would happen if Chase entered a historical fiction? What if he and Buddy stopped fighting and started acting on their feelings for each other? It sounds great, but being a heroine or villainess in the misogynistic real world isn't exactly a fairy tale. When the heroine Luviathan Kimester is met with a moral dilemma, Chase will soon learn that heroines and villainesses aren't so different after all.
