Nero’s a junkie in need of a fix. He’s already shaking with the need to get his hands on V’s skin—pathetic yet undeniable. He can’t stop the tremble. He’s already tried. “Touch me,” V whispers and brings Nero’s human hand up to rest against his tattooed chest. Nero’s breath catches in his throat as he does as requested, molding his palm over the smooth planes of V’s body. He can never seem to get enough air, like somehow it’s all been sucked out of the room by the void of need that exists inside of Nero whenever V’s around.

He and Dante have found a solution to V’s draining strength, but they both know that it is only temporary—just like everything else in this world, Dante supposes. Some more than most. See, thing is, V has almost bit it once or twice already and they haven’t even made it to the big showdown yet. He’d crumpled in Dante’s office just laying out the play by play which is how they stumbled into their little solution. Because the moment that Dante had touched V, V had looked up at him like he was salvation given flesh and dragged him down for a desperate, soul-sucking kiss. Damn near literally. Dante had gotten the feeling that V was trying hard to borrow a part of Dante’s soul to make up for the loss of his own. That kiss had been something else. Dante’s eyes had been wide open going into this whole arrangement and he hadn’t been exactly unhappy about it. Bemused, maybe, because, yeah, V’s a different person, but he’s still technically a part of Dante’s twin brother. In the end, however, Dante figures that, hey, he’s done weirder things.

“Princess Trunks...” Trunks’s stomach turned with the sickeningly sweet tone coating Broly’s rough growl.
He turned and pointed as if sheer force of will would keep Broly where he was. “No!” Trunks yelled. “No! You stay right there!”
Broly grinned and took a deliberate step towards Trunks. Trunks mirrored the motion in reverse, taking a step back. Broly moved again and so did Trunks, continuing a slow, stupid dance until Trunks’s back was against a wall. Broly’s grin widened and Trunks’s balls tried to climb up into his throat.

Leonard looks down at the strand of pearls still wrapped around his wrist. It slides down over the fabric of his sweater, dripping towards the floor in small, interconnected arcs. Curious, Leonard tugs the sweater to his elbow, watching how the creamy white of the pearls contrasts with his skin tone as they slip over his forearm. The strand is probably would a couple thousand dollars and here he is just holding it in his hand like a bit costume jewelry, letting it slap against a cheap sweater stolen from the clearance rack of a rundown Kmart. Between the pearls and the rings and the bracelets, Leonard could have more money than he’s ever dreamed possible dangling on one arm. The sparkle clashes with the plain thread of his clothes. A thought flutters through Leonard’s mind and his fingers move to the strand of pearls still hanging from his neck, sliding over the smooth white before stopping on the roughness of his sweater. It’s ridiculous. Absurd. Leonard’s going to do it anyway.
(Or, Len and Mick break into a house to stay for a few days and clean the place out. Len decides to try on a little jewelry. And nothing else. Plot? What plot?)
