Summary
Clark Kent has a pretty great thing going for him. He's the backup goalie for the Gotham Blades, the worst team in NHL history, and he's working on his journalism degree. He never has to worry about money and he's got plenty of free time to be Superman and partner with the Justice League.
It's all going really well. Until Bruce Wayne ruins everything.
“When I asked you what you wanted for your birthday, you said you wanted the Blades to,” Bruce used air quotes which shouldn't be endearing, “win an ‘effing’ game for once in your life.”
"What,” Jason barks out a laugh, “you’re gonna bribe a ref or somethin’?”
“Goodness no!” Bruce cries out dramatically clutching his hands to his chest, utterly scandalized. “What do you take me for? A criminal? Of course not, Jason. I would never! I am a good influence.”
Jason continues to glare at him, clearly waiting for something.
“I bought the team,” Bruce announces.

When his mind started to clear from its haziness, he realized he was in a hospital bed with an IV drip in his arm, the beeping of monitoring equipment around him, and the giant glass wall of a ‘private’ ICU room separating him from other patients and staff of a hospital. He still felt so weak, but he looked down at his hands that were bandaged from burns and cuts on them from the amount of times he had tried to explode his way out of his cuffs. He was still trying to catch up to what all was happening.

Pro-hero Ground Zero was kidnapped while on duty. But since he’s Bakugo Katsuki he refuses to accept that it had any psychological impact on him. Add into the mix some intense and confusing emotions surrounding a certain redheaded alpha and suddenly everything the omega thought he knew comes crashing down around him.
