Summary
When Harry finds an injured Snape on his doorstep and must hide him from the Dursleys, he has no idea that this very, very bad day will be the start of something good.
Harry and Snape are thrown together by annoying relatives, a series of strange dreams, and Voldemort's latest hunt for Harry, but their greatest challenge may well be surviving each other. This will be a long summer unless the two can find a way to work together. A slow-burn enemy-to-mentor story.
Alternate 6th summer (and part of the school year): post-OotP; ignores HBP and DH. No slash, no romance. NOW COMPLETE!

In which I attempt to answer the question: what if Thorin and Bilbo met before the formation of the Company? How does their first meeting change when there is no dangerous quest looming over them? (A partial AU where most of the canon events happen the same way except they are married the entire time).
I have all ten chapters outlined and most of them will include prompts from a Year of Bagginshield. Expect updates about once a month (I hope!).

Apparently, having the One For All quirk doesn't prevent one from undergoing severe allergies.
Alternatively, Midoriya has a bad allergy to some medication and deals with an anaphylatic shock. Bakugou takes care of him.
This work is set in the same universe as The Way You Used To Do, but can be read as a standalone.

Summary
As a Curse-Breaker, Harry often has to travel, stopping over at hotels across the world to schedule his Portkeys. His favourite is a beautiful boutique hotel in Southern France, which just so happens to be owned by Draco Malfoy. When magical storms tear through the region, Harry - along with Draco, hotel workers, and an array of guests - have no choice but to shelter in place until the storms pass.
