Summary
“I must disclose that Mr Yuezheng’s statement is factually incorrect. The defendant has killed an innocent person.”
There is a beat of silence in Flower’s living room.
Then, Fukase and Flower lose it. In a blink, they’re gone–Fukase is struggling to breathe while Flower slides off the couch.
Miki looks like she’s about to pass away from second-hand embarrassment.
“That’s my boy!” Fukase cheers through laughter.
Piko smacks him with a pillow. “Stop encouraging him!”
Or, Len gets put on trial for one of the stupidest reasons possible. Fukase and Flower can't take this shit seriously, and Piko and Miki realise they need new friends.

Summary
Len’s eyes are red and puffy. His hair is out of its usual ponytail and a mess. A visible mark lay on his cheek, a ghost of a tear cutting through it.
Those typically vivid blue eyes look dead.
Piko’s heart clenches.
The blonde sucks in a shaky breath. “I’m sorry, I-I know it’s late, but I didn’t have anywhere else to–”
Piko wastes no time in ushering Len inside. He directs him to the couch and hurries to the kitchen to get his sister.
Or, after another argument, Len seeks refuge in the Utatane Household.

Summary
“Nervous?” Piko finishes for him.
“Yeah.” The blonde slides his sneaker across the floor, eliciting a mild squeak. “I don’t know what to expect.”
“I thought it’d be like a flu shot. Just a brief prick and you’re done.”
Len pulls his jacket's drawstring. His hood crumples behind him. “Flu shots aren’t weekly, though.”
Or, Piko drives Len to his first HRT appointment.
