   Summary

   What if the Techno Union did not just graft cybernetics to Echo's body?

   What if they had wanted something... that would be a more immediate threat.
   Something a little more long-term, too.

   And the Kaminoans are not the only ones with access to Genetic technology. And anything can be bought for a price.

   What if they had succeeded in the physical aspect?
   But mentally, Echo was not breaking the way they wanted? a way that would be useful
