When Miles refuses to carry on their scene, Julian is confused - he'd only panicked for a moment, he can cope with carrying on, so why is Miles making such a big deal of it? He hadn't meant to ruin Miles' fun.
But apparently, Miles O'Brien thinks it's important to listen when your partner has told you "no". And Julian's not quite sure what to do with that.
