Summary
Kaveh hates the feeling of being crushed. He feels trapped and that he's going to suffocate at any moment. This feeling translates into the bedroom and even when it's Alhaitham on top of him, showering him with all the love he has to give. He wishes that wasn't the case.
Alternatively, Kaveh has intimacy issues and Alhaitham is willing to help him work through it by being patient and loving him until he feels comfortable.

Summary
The guard pulls away from the window and returns to searching the room, looking underneath the bed, pulling back the curtains, and even moving around furniture to check for secret passages as he heads closer towards the closet. Any moment now, the guard will find them.
Alhaitham reaches into his coat for his gun, ready to strike when the moment comes, but Kaveh places his hand on his and pushes, silently urging him to put it away. He obliges.
“I have an idea,” Kaveh whispers, taking Alhaitham by the wrist. “But I’m going to need you to trust me.”
Alhaitham nods as Kaveh guides his hand down to his waist, right as he lifts his knee up all the way to Alhaitham’s crotch. His heart skips several beats as Kaveh’s arms wrap around his neck and he inches closer to Alhaitham.
“Ready?” Kaveh asks. “Follow my lead.”
Kaveh doesn’t wait for Alhaitham to answer. Instead, he leans in and kisses him.
In which two spies on a mission are forced to hide in a closet when things go awry, and have to come up with a plan to make it out of there alive.

Before he can finish his sentence, he catches Alhaitham playing with Mehrak on the floor. He dangles a little fishing rod over her head to reel her in and steer her around the carpet as she chases after the toy at the end of the line.
As Alhaitham turns to greet him, Kaveh catches a glimpse of his smile. An actual, genuine smile accompanied with a short huff of laughter as Mehrak lets out a small mew and pounces at the toy.
Something inside of Kaveh’s heart shifts at the sight. It starts to pound against his chest, leaving his face flushed red, and his head reeling with thoughts he’s never had before.
The story of how a stray cat in an alley eventually leads to Kaveh realizing his feelings for Alhaitham.

Summary
“I told you, you can stay for as long as you need to. There is no rush,” Alhaitham explains as he takes a seat on the loveseat farthest away from the couch.
“As if I want to stay in your vicinity any longer than I have to,” Kaveh contends as he glowers at him. “The sooner I’m out of here, the better.”
“You’re the one that wanted to break up,” he reminds him.
Always quick to remind Kaveh of the things he does, but unwilling to admit his own faults, or why they broke up in the first place. Typical.
“Yeah,” Kaveh grits his teeth in frustration as he sits up and glares at Alhaitham, “and you readily agreed to it. Like you do with everything. It’s always that passive, disinterested ‘whatever’ response of yours that I’ve always hated that got us here, not me.”
After a rough breakup, Kaveh and Alhaitham take a trip down memory lane through their social media posts, and realize that they still have some regrets.
