Summary
Boba Fett couldn’t find it in himself to regret taking the bounties offered by Lord Vader. He knew it was dangerous, sure, and unwise, but he couldn’t help the thrill he got out of just being near Vader. He told himself he needed the credits, but really he just wanted to stand near him and bask in that intoxicating fear, the way his nerves never quite settled, heart beating faster and breath just a little short. Every word that rasped from that black mask was a shot of adrenaline and Boba was quickly getting addicted.
Boba needs to be around Vader like he needs air. He doesn't know that the Sith Lord feels the same.
