Summary
Satoru feels like someone is stabbing him from the inside, like his internal organs are being ripped to shreds. He feels like he is, well - about to have an alien baby rip its way out of him right here on this cold, hard floor, Megumi’s appalling lack of sci-fi knowledge be damned, and he is in no way fucking way prepared to deal with it.

Summary
“Here,” Nanako says, thrusting the bag at Satoru. “Take these.”
Satoru blinks, cautiously tugging it open. He reaches a hand inside, closes his fingers around what feels like a small, rectangular box - only to make a very, very ugly noise when he pulls it out and finds a pregnancy test sitting in his hand.
“No,” he chokes out, pushing it away. “No, I can’t - that’s not what this is.”
“Satoru,” Suguru breathes. “Baby.”
“I’m not pregnant, Suguru. I’m not -”
“You’ve woken up nauseous more than once these past couple weeks,” Suguru points out.
Satoru squeezes his eyes shut, swallows. “So?”
“It’s been two months since your last heat. You’ve been nauseous, your stomach’s been upset, and just last night, you told me that your chest felt sore. You’re having all the early symptoms of pregnancy, and now you’re eating apples?”
