Summary
"First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes baby in a baby carriage." So goes the rhymes that anyone who has, at one point, been a well-socialized kid would know, but Gojo Satoru isn't just anyone - and he definitely wasn't socialized. So what if he and Suguru are just friends? What if they're Alpha and Omega, and if *something* could happen between them, it would already have, and the fact that *nothing* has happened probably means that they're not compatible? He should be able to propose to Suguru, and Suguru should accept his proposal.
Or, how Getou Suguru, at the lowest point in his life, marries his best friend and adopts four children. This saves lives, somehow.

Summary
When Suguru got his first heat, his cursed spirits went out of control and hurt everyone around him. He was given two choices, to never use his cursed technique again, or to go on suppressants indefinitely and attend Jujutsu tech. Between being an Omega and being a sorcerer, he chose the latter.
No one makes him question that decision as much as Satoru does.(And no one but Satoru shows him that, maybe, he doesn’t have to choose at all)
