Have you ever been in that situation where someone is throwing a lottery with everyone's name and you're just sitting there praying to whoever would hear that your name wouldn't get picked? Well, that's me, but I didn't even know the lottery exist. Yeah…a classic victim of truck-kun, and of course, isekaid and all into a JRPG I am not familiar with, by a rather unscrupulous god, picked randomly from the people that died at roughly around the same time.
Well I say 'me', but rather…it's more of a memory I have of a man whose name I don't even remember anymore. But what I consider my identity my 'self' so to speak is a girl by the name of Anelace Elfead, a beginner practitioner of the Eight Leaves One Blade Sword style, founded by my grandfather, the Sword Hermit Yun Ka-fai.
A spin-off from the main story written by the original author himself with Anelace the Divine Blade of Cuteness Jobbing Petals as the main character instead of Jessica Schleiden but otherwise still having similar properties JesSIca gained from having a soul from the Beyond.

But what I consider my identity my 'self' so to speak is a girl by the name of Alisa Reinford, the only daughter of the Reinford Family, who owns the leading weapon manufacturer company in what is probably a fantasy not-Germany Empire, the Reinford Group, usually abbreviated as RF for short.
A spin-off from the main story also by the original author, with Alisa as the main character, but instead of following the main Cold Steel story directly, it puts Alisa in Crossbell as she used the previous soul's memory as a doctor to pursue medical career at St. Ursula.

So yeah, I was in that situation about probably 16 years ago…except I did not even know a lottery was being thrown.
My name is Alfin Reise Arnor, I was originally some doctor from another world called "Earth", who caught the very disease he was trying to save people from, and then for the past 15 years, I've been reborn as the one and only isekai "harem member" in this JRPG world.
This is an alternate possibility where the soul transplanted to JesSIca was transplanted to Princess Alfin instead, with reactions to becoming a romantic interest and political views reflecting canonical Alfin and what is known of original soul's disposition in those subjects.
