The Coruscant Jedi Order is not the only way to be a Jedi, Leia and Obi-wan know. Take for instance, how Luke (and currently Leia) was taught, and throw Anakin at it. The Order can keep its paws off their supposed Chosen One. The titles of Sithslayer and Huttslayer were earned with bodies to show for it.
