Summary
Todoroki Touya, formerly the villain Dabi, is a seven year old boy living out his second chance at life.
Takami Keigo, the past and present hero Hawks, is living so many different lives that "double" hardly seems to cover the amount anymore. He's entirely unprepared for two of those said lives to come crashing into each other. But all he has to do is maintain his cover while keeping Touya's existence a secret while also keeping Eri safe from the two League of Villain members demanding answers. Easy, right?

Hawks stared dumbly, mouth agape. Because standing in his kitchen, munching on handfuls of cereal like he owned the place, was Dabi. But, for obvious reasons, that was completely impossible. Obvious reasons, like the fact that Dabi was essentially dead, having been de-aged to become seven year old Todoroki Touya, who bore only a cursory semblance to the scarred villain currently leaning against Hawks’ kitchen counter.
'Uh,' Hawks began, not convinced in the slightest this wasn’t some kind of exhaustion- induced fever dream. 'What are you doing here?'"

Summary
Dabi is back from the (sort of) dead. He has now been thrown headfirst into world where apparently people love him and also there is a seven-year old version of himself running around with his whole future ahead of him. If you ask Dabi, he'd say he's been dealing with the situation about as well as a person can.
If you ask Todoroki Fuyumi, she might have a different answer.
