Summary
Head Chef William Hawkes’ life is perfectly within his control. His kitchen runs like a well-oiled machine: predictable, orderly, consistent...
...right up until it’s upended by his charismatic and utterly unpredictable new sous-chef, Kym Ladell. With a penchant for improvisation and no formal training to speak of, she threatens to throw everything he’s worked so hard to achieve into turmoil.
They say that if you can’t stand the heat, you should get out of the kitchen. It’s unfortunate, then, that neither of them are the quitting type.
