    This feels a bit AI generated. The premise seems cool and Rose is adorable and must be protected, but the writing style is too AI-like for me to enjoy.

      I used to use AI a bit more last year or so when I wasn't as confident with my writing but these days only use it to help with brainstorming and notes not the actual writing.

        Aid for brainstorming and notes is totally fair. As long as the actual writing is by human, for the human touch, I think it's good. Especially for the more emotional stories, like this one. It just feels wrong for something meant to be so human to be written by AI.
