    Yeah part of me toyed with the idea that Astarion for sure recognized Wyll, but 90-100 years is a very long time to remember an ongoing dream/daydream you had. But he remembered enough to be very distracted and bamboozled by Wyll, which was fun to write, and led to Wyll getting a few softer scenes with Astarion rather than a more feral Astarion you normally meet in Act One.
