    Fair enough! Endgame does tend to bring out some strong emotions... 😅

    On that tumblr post that was going around about "better to have gay sex and be doomed by the narrative than to never have had gay sex at all..." I wrote in the tags:

    #still on the lookout for a really good fic wherein tony and steve fuck and it's just *ruinous*
    #i want it to be transgressive in the worst way
    #where there's just no recovering after that
    #the first stony fic i wrote was *supposed* to be like this
    #but it got totally out of control and went in a very different direction
    #as if the characters refused to play along with my perverse wishes
    #and had their own agenda going on
    #still though
    #i want this
    #and if i can't find what i'm looking for then i might have to take another crack at writing it someday...

    ...and even if this wasn't *exactly* that, there was one point during the writing process where I realized, "oh, hey, maybe this would be a good time to make that one thing happen..." 😈

    Even if it was a bit knife-twisty with that angst, I'm glad you thought it was beautiful :) -- Anyhoo I'm thinking about adding a "not a HEA fic" tag just to forewarn anyone settling down for a nice little sex pollen read, only to get this [lovingly-crafted] angst pie right in their unsuspecting face...

    But hey! I've got a real fun Endgame AU in the works for MTH 2023, HEA guaranteed ;) (still a ways off, but most definitely happening!) ️🩹💔

      I really did love it. But DAMN MY FRIEND, all the feels. All of them. The whole feels gamut. With a side of tissues (I won’t judge if someone isn’t using them for tears bwahahaha)
