FYI: spider lilly left on a desk is a positive thing, saying "I miss you" or "I'm looking forward to meeting you again."
It's the white catchfly left on the desk which signifies that they wish harm on someone in anime. Another option is an orange lily, which refers to revenge or hatred.
Ah, I actually didn't know that! Thank you for letting me know! I'm planning on going back and editing a few things in the next couple of weeks so I'm going to definitely edit that as well!
