phaidei marriage is a little difficult for me because to me they are already always spiritually married orz. i love the symbolism of the words, though, and the idea that even if they wouldn't make a big deal about it, their families definitely would hahaha
i'm a sucker for both of them being incredibly devoted to each other, but then either one or both being insecure and thinking they don't deserve it :((. they embody the "how could i ever not love you" for me, like it's something as easy as breathing
