Option one: Phil and missa are together, but it’s mostly platonic (they’re working it out) and as a reaper hybrid Missa has a need for a mate. And by some happenstance he seizes on Quackity. Phil is pleased with anything that keeps Missa happy, Missa is embarrassed but into it, and Quackity is one posing the best to show off his hickies and making a huge production out of “ohhh im so sorry I need k leave now I need to be fucked by my mate because I’m the only one who can satisfy him. I’m such a sexual beast you know.” And then Missa drags him away.
Option 2: In a power play Quackity tells missa that he fucked Phil and he LIKED it and Missa and Phil share a single significant glance and then Missa is like okay. You pleased my husband? Because Phil has been looking for his soulmate and has finally found him again, but oh only one problem— techno doesn't have any memories or awareness of being some old general reborn, he just knew that the extremely powerful god emperor kills people and needs to be overthrown, and he just woke up in his bed.

Note: feel free to make techno very weird indeed about anything you want, including quackity, phil, withers, wolf army, dream, revenge, tying quackity up in bed, making the perfect sandwich, pvp math, his book club, or golf, just, y'know. He's not weird in the way Quackity expects. Which is something that he's clearly DOING to quackity and justice must be served.

i think quackity could be in the emduo sandwich. hear me out— emduo and quackity on oppisite sides as power players in whatever au this is, and there’s violence and betrayals between them, and a history of blood, but they have CURRENTLY worked each other out to a truce and maybe information brokering situation, and then quackity gets fucked up and is like okay this is going to be very very bad, and then emduo is like “yeah no this guy’s our ally we’ll do some violence for him” and quackity gets unexpected mercy/rescue. this is very baffling and perhaps offensive to him. Feel free to make this one /r or /sx if you want but I was honestly just picturing the delicate interplay of trust and allyship and loyalty and a history of betrayal between them in a platonic way because MY GOD THERE IS SO MUCH THERE.

There's a community of people who know who they are, and they always knew, and that can't be you, you're outside the community. You don't want to lay claim to anything that isn't earned. You have your private suspicions, when no one is looking, but you don't want to cause a fuss, cause what if you're wrong and everybody feels like this, cause what difference would it make anyways when your life and relationship isn't gonna change, cause all of that is for young people, and you're too old. You're too old to be thinking this, and it's probably immature to be wondering these things, you would have known this when you were younger, because don't people know? Isn't that how it works? Not this— hesitant confusion and realization you're not sure if you've just convinced yourself of and standing outside something and thinking man, wouldn't it be nice to belong.

jack interlude: he’s still angry, he’s still hurting. she - she doesn’t want to be like that.
she stands at the edge of the crater and throws her armour into the pit. after all, if the walls still stood, they would be about where she is now; she may as well follow the first of those rules, non-violence. (l’manberg was about talking, first; they would defend themselves if attacked, but never strike first.)

He’s looked on the universe and he knows how much longer it has left. He’s taken in the dancing world and deemed it fit to be meddled in, and he’s descended to run among its mortals like he’s one of them. It’s all a game to him.
His ichor glitters too; this world’s blood has only laid eyes on it once, when he laid, more embarrassed than hurt, on a bed in a house in the snow and said, gaze stubbornly affixed to the floor, “I can explain.” The gold had shimmered on the floor, like sunlight or the sparks trapped in river-silt, and it was a sentence. There were three others in the room, varying levels of mortal and all of them universe-beloved enough to know exactly what it meant.
