Summary
Armitage Hux placed no faith in the dying religion of the Sith, that is to say, he had placed no faith in it until the day he woke up in Xommihal Citadel, wired into the very life support machinery that had kept former Emperor Palpatine alive for decades. The Sith Eternal, a reclusive cult that had stayed in the shadows for centuries, had opted to keep him alive after his betrayal of the First Order for the sole purpose of using him as a sacrifice in their plot to resurrect one Kylo Ren, who had apparently died sometime after Hux was shot. But when he’s released from the life support machinery, Hux finds that Ren is only physically dead; his ghost lives on in the citadel, and he claims he’s going to save Hux from certain death.
Ren isn’t the only ghost lingering here - faces Hux had personally requested dead years ago also walk these halls, as well as a scared youngling who he had assumed dead after the Battle of Jakku. While avoiding these demons of the past, Hux discovers that Ren isn’t just planning to save him from the Sith Eternal, Ren is planning to save him from the very past he’s fought for decades to forget. And he’s planning to do all of this whether or not Hux wants him to.

Summary
It's just after high school graduation and Armitage is spending his last few months working at the tiny shopping mall pet store where he's spent the last three years working his way up to manager and befriending the shops only permanent resident, a sassy orange cat. The unjudgmental cockatiels and lizards are the only ones around to listen to his sighs about giving up on his dream of veterinary school to obediently attend his father's alma mater and become a lawyer. He wants to treasure this time, however, Ben - the brooding, black-clad asshole who sat behind him in English class - started working at the movie theater upstairs and keeps dropping by. He's a gloomy nuisance, scaring away the children who stop to see the puppies and kittens, and constantly complaining about his parents trying to force him to go to college. Armitage wants to hate Ben for spoiling his last memories of his favourite place, but there's also something about him that makes Armitage start to question his own direction in life...

Summary
Smuggler Kylo Ren has betrayed the First Order and failed to deliver a group of six people he agreed to smuggle out of the New Republic. Colonel Armitage Hux is sent to execute the treacherous smuggler, with a secondary objective to recover the six refugees if possible. Colonel Hux, wishing to escape his father's shadow in the First Order training department, resolves to steal anything he can from Kylo Ren before the execution, and will tell the smuggler (almost) anything he wants to hear in order to achieve his goals and advance in the First Order.

Summary
Hux is sent by the First Order to go on an undercover mission to the royal palace of Naboo to find out information about the royal family and the workings of the Republic. Hux is eager to prove himself but soon finds that it's more difficult to work as the servent of Princess Rey than he'd imagined. Hux had been so ready to hate the royal family including the Princess's twin brother, Prince Amidala. Except it's never as easy as that, with Prince Amidala proving to be a ruthless politician who reminds Hux a little too much of home.

Too bad the only person aboard the ship with the skillset and resources to help him is literally the worst option.
