Ziva stopped short at the entrance to the bullpen. “Is that my desk fan?”
“I promise I’ll give it back,” said Tony.
“And the others?”
In addition to her fan, Tony had three others, all oddly facing away from where he sat.
“Those, I asked to borrow. You weren’t here.”
“Hmm,” she said, settling at her desk. “Do I want to know what they’re for?”
McGee sighed. “He’s refusing to breathe the stupid air. Ignore him.”
“What did you say?”
“Only that it was quiet today.”
“Tony, give me my fan back. I do not want stupid air, either.”
“Hey!”
