One blink, and it ends.
One blink, and the Nexus Drive disappears from Camp Wawanakwa, unshackling itself from the fate of the campers and leaving its consequences for them to deal with.
One blink, and the Nexus Drive returns to whatever void it had been found in, to be dormant until the next unlucky dimensional traveler finds it and becomes its entertainment.
One blink should’ve been enough.
But the unfortunate truth is that the Nexus Drive is a thinking, feeling, thing on a constant search for entertainment.
And it has gotten a taste of something scrumptious.
Soon, one blink became two, and it warps back to the universe it had just left.
Now hidden deep beneath a layer of damp, humid shrubbery, it lies in wait for the next season of Total Drama to start. For a new opportunity of suffering and conflict.
A ray of light hits the machine, its surroundings practically glowing green as the morning sun begins to cover the tropical flora in radiant sunlight.
A new day passes over the island known as Red Rose Island, the future location for a new season of Total Drama.
The Submission Phase for TD Nexus has begun! For a month after this announcement goes up, you are free to submit as many characters as you want for a chance to compete in the brand new season!
Here are the ground rules for how the submission works.
- Go wild! I plan to go bigger with this new season, so feel free to suggest as many characters as you want. This is so that I have a wider range of characters to choose from when I get to solidifying the cast.
- I will try to be fair in the submission process so that each submission will have at least one submittor, I won’t have one submittor get more than one in with the exception of character sharing submittors.
- No two characters from the same IP can be added at the same time. This applies to the returnees. I will no longer consider submissions from Jujutsu Kaisen, Umamusume and Genshin Impact anymore. (Roblox YT is a bit more iffy on that front)
- Adding onto the above, the voting stage for the last two returnees will take place during the same time as this submission period. Returnees and their subsequent IP will take priority over submissions, so be wary.
- Be civilized. If you don’t get a submission in, that’s the end of the story.
