Chapter 1: Futanari Madara au

Chapter Text

The river had always been the one place where the weight of the Uchiha crest didn’t press quite so hard into Madara’s shoulders.
She sat on the sun-warmed rocks, her high-collared shirt unbuttoned just enough to let the cool breeze hit her collarbone. Beside her, Hashirama was skipping stones with his usual over-the-top enthusiasm, his booming laughter echoing across the water.
"Look at that one, Madara! Seven bounces! Beat that!" Hashirama grinned, turning toward her with those bright, earnest eyes.
Madara scoffed, a small, involuntary smirk tugging at the corner of her lips. She picked up a flat, smooth pebble, rolling it between her calloused fingers. "You threw it at an angle. Sloppy technique, Hashirama."
"Hey! A bounce is a bounce!" He flopped down on the riverbank next to her, close enough that the heat radiating from his broad shoulders brushed against hers. He sighed contentedly, looking up at the canopy of summer leaves. "I could stay out here forever. No elders complaining, no battles... just us."

Madara’s posture stiffened slightly at the mention of the elders. Her hand instinctively drifted toward her waist.
In the Uchiha, her body was treated as a sacred artifact—a rare, ancient duality of both patriarch and matriarch that the elders guarded like a state secret. To them, she wasn't just a warrior; she was a divine anomaly meant to carry the clan's ultimate legacy. It meant extra guards, suffocating secrecy, and a lingering sense that she was more of a weapon and a vessel than a person.
Hashirama, perceptive as always, noticed the shift in her air immediately. The goofy grin faded into something quiet, gentle, and deeply soft.
"Madara?" he asked softly, resting a hand tentative inches away from hers on the grass. "You went somewhere far away just now."
"I'm right here," she muttered, staring down at the swirling water. "Just thinking."
"About the clan?"
"About how exhausting they are," she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. It was a rare moment of vulnerability, one she would never dare show inside the Uchiha compound. "They look at me and they don't see *me*. They see legends, expectations... things I never asked to be born with."

Hashirama didn't press for details he knew she wasn't ready to give. Instead, he simply closed the distance between their hands, wrapping his large, warm fingers gently around hers. He didn't pull, didn't demand, just held her grounded.
"Let them look at whatever nonsense they want," Hashirama said, his voice ringing with absolute conviction. "I don't care about Uchiha prophecies or grand bloodlines. I just see Madara. My rival, my best friend... the person I'm going to build a village with."
Madara turned her head, meeting his steady gaze. For the first time all day, the tension coiled tight in her chest loosened. She squeezed his hand back, her fierce Sharingan eyes softening into something quiet and real.
"You're an idiot, Hashirama," she murmured, though her tone lacked any real bite.
"Maybe," Hashirama beamed, leaning his shoulder against hers. "But I'm *your* idiot. Now come on, skip another stone. Prove you can beat seven!"

Weeks had passed, and the clan war raged fiercely. In one clash, Madara was severely wounded by an enemy's jutsu. Taking advantage of the chaos, Hashirama carried her frail body to a secret cave deep in the forest to heal her.
The dim light of a small fire illuminated the darkness. Hashirama removed Madara's armor and upper garment to access the severe wound in her abdomen.
And it was then… that he saw her body clearly for the first time.
Hashirama's fingers, imbued with the green healing jutsu, paused for a moment. Madara's body was beautiful and resilient, but her physique was uniquely exquisite and unlike anything he had ever seen before. It was truly the symbol of Amaterasu, as foretold in ancient legends—a body possessing both feminine sweetness and perfection, capable of giving life and procreation without fail.
Madara, still reeling from her injuries, felt the gaze and touch freeze. She struggled to sit up in panic. Her Sharingan eyes widened in confusion and shame.

"Don't... Hashirama..." she murmured, her voice trembling. "Don't look..."
The secret she had hidden her entire life, the abnormality her clan had used as a tool, was now revealed to the man she feared most.
However, Hashirama showed no shock, disgust, or the slightest hint of strangeness. His eyes held only concern and heartfelt love. He gently cradled her shoulders, laying her down softly, before placing his hand on her wound and tenderly channeling healing energy.
"Quiet, Madara... Let me heal you first," Hashirama whispered in her ear. His voice was so gentle it made Madara's heart tremble. "Didn't I tell you? No matter what your body is like, or what your clan holds you in... for me, you are Madara, the only one I love."
The word "love" from Hashirama instantly shattered the wall of strength Madara had built up throughout his life.
As the wounds began to heal, the heat from the chakra and the closeness transformed into a deep-seated desire. Hashirama bent down and kissed her gently, wiping away the tears welling up in the eyes of the great Uchiha clan leader.
Madara raised her arms and wrapped them around his neck, surrendering to the warmest and safest touch of her life. She allowed Hashirama to explore and touch every part of her unique body, not as a 'weapon' or 'clan heritage,' but as lovers, fused into one amidst the warmth of the campfire that night.
