When Yuu was called out of her classes all she could think of were one of two things,either theres another overblot or someone got kidnapped,surprisingly it was neither yet worse.Crowley in all his bum ass glory told yuu that she had to direct a musical for school spirit and pride and to honor the traditions of old.
Now Yuu personally believes its because RSA is preforming a musical and Crowley wants to upstage them in something but thats not her place to say.So now she's stuck directing a musical or she gets booted from her house(well more so living space but potato patoto)
But belive it or not,Yuu's not to mad about having to direct a musical maybe she could even bring some of her own worlds music to twisted wonderland.So thats what she did she spent a good chunk of her weekend looking at and deciding which musical to choose,but it finally came to her when she had an epiphany or breakdown either or really.
So on the day she announced the musical to Crowley and the housewardens she felt an overwhelming sense of giddiness and glee as she feels that this musical really embodies night ravens college spirit.
When she walked into the room she could tell that their was a collected sense of confusion from all the housewardens as she realizes that Crowley once again forgot to tell them important decisions that he makes,and Yuu honestly is not surprised by this.
"Prefect?what are you doing here,this is a housewarden meeting?"Riddle asked,a very valid question in her eyes seeing as Crowley neglected to tell them their preforming a musical.
"Well I am here to announce the musical that we are preforming this year! Yay.."
It's silent all around the room,each housewarden in diffrent states of shock,understandably so seeing as they've never put on a musical before in all of NRC's recorded history (yuu checked)
"So Yuu what have you chosen,a classic oh or maybe a tale of drama or one based off a fairytale"Crowley suddenly exclaims breaking the tense silence around the room
"Well I decided to do an original musical written and directed by myself!" Yuu murmurs under her breath words that vaguely sound like 'atleast in this world'
"So for NRC's musical we will be doing:Beetlejuice,the musical!"Yuu exclaims as she rolls out a poster she printed for dramatic effect.
"Yuu..I appreciate your audacity and excitement but producing a musical by yourself is hard work,are you sure you want to do this?"Vil questions,which makes sense he's been in a countless number of films and is in the film production club,he knows how hard producing quality content can be.
"Don't worry I have it all figured out and I've already written the script and know whos going to be who!" Yuu murmurs under her breath again words that vaguely sound like 'and totally didnt print it from the Broadway one not at all"
"Child of man I am quite impressed,I didnt know that you were a playwright?"malleus inquires,which honestly the most surprising part is that he was invited at all but she guesses Crowley made sure of it this time around..
"Agreed,although I belive that I may be able to help you,for just abit of..compensation" Yuu is honestly not surprised at that but she was planning on getting Azuls help for the business part,so this way was easier on her
"Well I have the script if you guys want to look it over,but this musical is happening no matter what,I swear on it" Yuu says with a determined face as she passes the quite heavy script around
"But I already casted the two main charectors,so those spots are taken but I have ideas for the rest of the parts"
After most of the housewardens have read atleast a few pages into the script,Vil speaks up with a question most of them were thinking
"Prefect,this script is amazing especially since youve had no prior experience to theater as far as I can tell" Vil pauses as he takes a breath "but you said you already casted the two main characters,correct?"
"Yes,I have for lydia and Beetlejuice?"
"Well who do you have in mind for them?"
"Well for Beetlejuice I casted Lilia,mainly due to his..how to say this unhinged nature, not in a bad way he just fits well"Yuu explains,as a look of comptemplation crosses Vil's face
"I can see that from the bits I've read he does seem to fit well for Beetlejuice's part,but what about Lydia?"
"Oh isn't it obvious,Idia?"
The room goes silent as a look of shock,surprise and unbelief crosses their faces as they look towards idia and then at Yuu.
"IDIA" all the housewardens exclaim including Idia himself,which is honestly kinda funny and Yuu is quite sure people can hear the exclamation from outside the room
"Yes idia,I love the amount of belief you all have for our resident shut in but he's perfect for the part,look at him"
"N-No way!? I can't possibly play as the main character,That's for people who put all their stats in charisma and not me thats like put putting a total newbie in an expert server!?"Idia scrambles to explain very clearly wishing he hadn't come in person today and just stayed home.
"Idia,I get it I do but think about it..actually dont,really you're perfect for this part"
The first housewarden to break out of the silence is Vil as he straightens his posture and turns to Idia.
"She does have a point,Yuu do fit well for Lydia,and I hate to be the first one to admit it but you are decent at singing Vil sighs at the last part but overall he does seem to be trying a little to make Idia reconsider his opinion
"No way!get someone else to join your party not me I'd rather spend my energy elsewhere like grinding for my game.." Idia mutters loud enough for everyone to hear
"Well..your doing it or I swear I will find and tell Ortho,and just imagine him finding out his older brother got elected as a main character and he declined it,just imagine his sad face and him going 'ni-sann..'"
Idia pauses before he let's out a sigh and slides down in his seat upset that he had been check-mate.
"Fine.."
"Great I'm so glad we've got that settled" Yuu grins a wide smile which makes the housewardens shiver as they realize who had just been given power
