Submissions opened 5/31/2026, though the works were unrevealed until submissions closed on 6/27/26 at 11:55 PM EST.
From 6/28/26 to 8/2/26 at 6:30 AM EST, the works were revealed, though remained anonymous.
During that time, any readers of the fics, whether or not they submitted a work, were permitted to fill out This Form To Vote, in which they voted on each work in a number of categories, as well as attempting to match which authors had written which work.
On [8/2/261], the survey closed, the award’s ceremony took place, and the FAQ of this subcollection was updated to reveal the results of the survey, with the works becoming de-anonymized.[this description is purposely written in past tense in order to describe the format the competition will take, for ease of the Logistics team, who are running said competition.]
