• Seonghwa
- you and Hwa had been shoveling for a while at this point, and you slumped down into a drift on the side of the driveway, too tired to continue
- Hwa comes over to check on you, and you reassure him that you're simply tired
- he returns to shoveling, and you lie back, looking up at the falling snow, your mouth open to try and catch some
- until you hear Hwa call your name, and you sit up abruptly
- only to find him dancing the choreo to Django, but he's added his own twist
- at the part where they spell out D-J-A-N-G-O, he's grabbed handfuls of snow, and he throws them over his own head
- you burst into giggles, met with his broad smile, glad to be able to cheer you up, even if it was just by him being a bit goofy
• Hongjoong
- you guys lived in a place where the wildlife was pretty vibrant, amd it was always fun to see animals like foxes or deer out the window
- but in the winter, the snow meant that you both could see the evidence of all the creatures that visited your house
- you and Joong would regularly go on nature walks to find all the pawprints you could in the snow
- and of course, every time you'd see squirrel tracks, you'd tease Joong by asking if he could find his family's burrow
- he'd just giggle at you and play along, saying his family is scavenging for food, so you couldn't visit them now, he'd have to introduce you at a better time
- then the two of you would make up funny stories about his squirrel family
- occasionally, you would see bigger prints, like a kind of large cat, or even a bear, and Joong would use that time to convince you to return home, where you both would cuddle up by the fire
• Yeosang
- Yeo loves to play the role of your prince, regardless of the scenario, but sometimes his spaciness makes this difficult
- it had finally snowed, and the two of you were planning to go out on a walk to enjoy the muffled atmosphere and the fresh snow
- however, the sidewalk still wasn't really shoveled
- you didn't anticipate this being a problem, but you should've known better, since Yeo always had his head in the clouds
- you're reminded of this as soon as you and Yeo start to walk down the sidewalk, arm in arm
- you're both looking around, in awe at the beautiful transformation the landscape has undergone, when Yeo's weight drags you to the ground
- you land solidly on your butt next to an apologetic Yeo asking if you're okay
- you tell him you're fine, and the two of you stand to continue your nature walk
- but after another couple such incidents (thankfully free of injury) where he misses the massive snowdrift in his way, you both decide to sit inside and cuddle
• Mingi
- the fresh snow which had fallen last night meant that you and Minki had made plans to shovel in the morning
- both of you had work called off, so you didn't have to get up too early, thankfully, but you still didn't want to wait too long, so it doesn't freeze
- unfortunately, your well-laid plans are for naught, since the temperature plummets overnight, and it freezes quickly
- you and Minki aren't aware of this yet, and so in the morning, the two of you get bundled up to go shovel
- as soon as you step off the porch, however, you realize what's happened
- you turn to call back to Minki to be careful because it's slippery, to which he acknowledges your concern
- and promptly forgets apparently, as you pick your way toward the garage to get shovels, only to hear a thud behind you
- you turn to see Minki sprawled on the ground right outside of the door, and you decide it's best to wait for it to warm up
- you pick up Minki gently and lead him back inside
• Wooyoung
- the two of you were outside to shovel off the driveway and sidewalk
- however, Woo has been bellyaching more than helping
- fed up with his grumbling, as it's only making the task take longer, you concoct a plan
- you wait until Woo has ruined his back to you, gesturing to the rest of the houses with plowed driveways
- he's trying to get you to give in and hire a plow service like the majority of your neighbors
- scooping up a good sized shovel of snow, you carry it over to Woo, throwing it at him
- he reacts like he's been savagely attacked, flailing around and shrieking before falling into snowdrift
- you're laughing so hard, it's a minor miracle that you don't fall over
- as you're busy cackling at Woo' demise, however, you fail to see that he's recovered, with a glint of mischief in his eyes
- you only notice once Woo pulls the collar of your shirt, dumping a large handful of snow down your back
- now that the tables have turned, Woo's witch laugh rings out as you squirm to free the snow, all while yelling at him
- the shoveling plan quickly devolves into a snowball fight after that, and you and Woo spend the afternoon looking at snowblowers online
• Seungcheol
- you're a strong, independent woman, and Coups knows this, yet he likes to spoil his love
- so he looks for any and every excuse to pamper you, and the recent snowstorm has proven effective for this
- after the snow had fallen, it had been quite windy
- so now there are drifts piled up so high that they're occasionally reach as high as your waist
- the two of you had gone out to look at Christmas lights in your neighborhood
- but the sidewalk had places that were covered in MASSIVE drifts
- when you came across the particularly large one, you were ready to just climb over
- until you feel Coups' strong arms wrap around your waist, plucking you right up off the ground
- you squeak at the suddenness, tucking up your legs so they can clear the drift as Coups wades through it
- when he finally makes it through the drift, he offers to put you down, but you shyly hug onto him, wrapping your arms around his waist
- you were quite tired after a long week at work, so Coups' care was quite comforting
- giggling at your snuggly self, he continues to carry you around to see the lights
• Jeonghan
- you and Hannie had decided on a walk in the snowy woods on one of the walking trails in the park
- because of the recent snowstorm, you two were almost the only ones on the path, which naturally meant that Hannie was likely scheming to prank you
- you were blissfully unaware of this, however, darting to and fro to check out the snowy landscape and any animal footprints you happened to find
- when you've finished admiring a bird nest with the eggshells still inside and mostly intact, you turn to show Hannie
- only to find yourself alone on the trail, seemingly the only one for miles
- hesitantly, you retrace your steps to where you'd last left Hannie
- however, there's no footprints that would indicate where he went, sometimes you wished he were less clever
- just as you're lamenting his demon brain, you feel a pair of hands clamp down on your shoulders and nearly jump clean out of your skin
- you huff as you turn around, knowing full well who it was, "Yoon Jeonghan!"
- he ignores your scolding, almost in stitches at your reaction, clutching onto a tree branch for support
- you pout and start walking away, leaving him to chase after you with apologies
- maybe you'll forgive him, but many cuddles and kissies will be required first
• Soonyoung
- you had promised Hosh that you would have a snowball fight with him, but only AFTER the two of you were done completely shoveling the driveway
- while you expected this to give him some motivation, you didn't foresee him putting on his snow clothes in about ten seconds flat
- instead of waiting for you before going outside, like he usually does, Hosh bounds out the door immediately, ready to take on the driveway
- once you've put on your snow clothes, you head outside, only to see the driveway already three-quarters shoveled
- you laugh in disbelief, and Hosh hears you, face squinting into a smile under his beanie as he waves brightly at you
- you feel as though you'd barely picked up a shovel before the snow is gone from the drive
- Hosh is practically bouncing off the walls with excitement as the two of you go to put the shovels away
- you leave the garage to scope out an ideal snow fort spot, but no sooner do you get a solid plan than you're tackled from behind, landing facedown in the snow
- you're not hurt, just startled, but you come up with a plan to get revenge
- Hosh lets you up eventually after getting out his zoomies, and you come up wincing, holding your knee
- the merriment leaves his face and it's replaced with concern as he asks if you're okay
- you shrug, pretending to play off your fake injury, knowing he won't stand for that
- sure enough, Hosh crouches down to take a closer look at your knee, ready to provide any first aid or kisses that may be called for
- once he's knelt before you in the snow, you give up the act and fall on him, crushing him into the drifts below and laughing maniacally
- he catches on instantly, giggling, and what was supposed to be a snowball fight quickly devolves into a snow wrestling tournament
• Jihoon
- you and Ji are at a winter festival, enjoying the festive atmosphere, as well as the warm treats at the booths you passed
- the two of you have been walking in silence for a bit, not sipping your warm cider so much as letting the cups warm your hands through your gloves
- suddenly, a little girl dressed as Snow White walks by, holding on to her parents' hands as she tromps through the snow
- once they pass, you turn to Ji with a barely hidden smirk
- "you know what the story of Snow White was based on?"
- he looks at you quizzically, not having noticed the family and thrown off by the randomness of such a topic
- "what?"
- when he sees the grin break out on your face, he regrets not hesitating, knowing he walked right into this
- "a guy named Lee Jihoon, you know him? Just think, 'skin as white as snow'. Do you feel at home in winter, surrounded by your people?"
- you yelp as he smacks you lightly on the arm, making you spill a splash of cider, but you know you deserved it
- you turn back to see his pout, exaggerated for your sake, and you smile at his cuteness
- "but you know what? I love getting to see you all bundled up, you're too adorable."
- he tucks his head down into his scarf, but it's not enough to hide the blush from your words
- "and I love the way your snow skin shows when you blush."
- he looks at you long and hard, and you start to quail under his gaze, when suddenly, he leans forward and kisses you on the lips
- shocked into silence, you stand there, still holding your cider as heat rises to your cheeks
- "there, now we're even. I love seeing your blush, too."
- Ji links his arm through yours with a satisfied grin, and the two of you continue to enjoy the festival
• Seungkwan
- you and Kwannie had gotten ready early this morning to be the first customers at a newly opened cafe nearby
- unfortunately, it wasn't really a sit-down place, something neither of you were aware of
- you had dressed more for the cold, but Kwannie had slept in, so he had to get ready in a rush and was not sufficiently bundled
- he had also ordered an iced Americano, which he now greatly regrets
- on the whole walk home, he mutters to himself in a pout and you do your best to keep a straight face
- Kwannie hears one of your stifled giggles and turns to give you a wounded look
- "aww baby"
- still giggling, you coo at his pitiful state
- removing the scarf from your own neck, you step up to him, wrapping the scarf around his neck
- it wraps a bit too high though, so you fold the top down, tucking it down around his chin so he can see clearly
- stepping back, you admire Kwannie's round face bundled into your scarf, the blush from.the cold on his cheeks and nose making him look positively cherubic
- he meets your eyes with a sheepish thanks, and the two of you walk home hand in hand
• Lee Chan
- the snowstorm from the night before had died down into a gentle snowfall at last
- you and Channie both love the snow, so you're glad that you can finally go out safely to enjoy it
- once the two of you are bundled up, you head outside and immediately start trying to catch snowflakes in your mouths
- after a bit, you and Channie make it a contest and start trying to sabotage each other, kicking the backs of knees, and blindly reaching out to shove one another
- this eventually leads to the two of you falling over in the snow, collapsed with giggles
- even after the hilarity dies down, you remain sprawled in the snow, staring up in wonder at the gently falling flakes all around
- after a bit, you look over to see that Channie has sat up, and is staring down at you so intently that you almost forget how to breathe
- you sit up, mirroring him, wondering if something's wrong, a bit nervous under his forceful gaze
- but before you can even get the words out, he grabs your scarf and pulls you into him, and you reach out, catching yourself by bracing your hands on his chest
- he rolls back with you into the snow, holding you close before pulling you into a heartfelt kiss
- when he finally lets you up for air, the two of you are panting, and Channie finds your gaze again
- blushing, you hide your face in your mittens, and he just laughs, flopping back into the snow, pleased with his flirting
