Outline:
King is working in a tailor shop, and he gets a familiar customer. The collector. They were looking for him, and was told he'd be here, and he also needs a new fit, so perfect shot. King asks how they're gonna pay and they say they'll buy him dinner. King says erm no, but does it anyway because hes just really happy to have them back. They catch up while the king starts prepping for their clothes. The shop closes, and the two are walking to a restaurant downtown, and they have a fun time hanging out. They end up heading home, but when they get there they see a letter on the king's doorstep. King freaks out and is like supper happy, collie asks what thats all abt. King reveals it's a university of magic acceptance letter. Collie is confused because he will long outlive any need for a degree, and plus he's a titan. King pushes back by saying he wants to help his community. Collie pushes back again by talking about Eda's age. This deeply hurts the king. King tells them that that can go now, and collector, realizing they messed up, tries to backtrack but makes it worse. King retorts back, and it leaves off on an agree to disagree note.
Collie comes back from the stars as a young adult. They stop at the king's job and catch up, then go on a date. When going back to the owl house, King gets the letter of acceptance to the university of the boiling isles, Collie is confused, and a bit salty. I mean, what's the point of anything when it's drowned in the sea of time?
