Pookie, darling, angel baby, sunshine twin, light of my life, can we please?🙏🥺
Lixielas
Why can’t you just go on any other day?
Oh.hannie
Because I want to sleep with dinosaurs
Duh
Lixielas
How are we ever going to get you laid, Sungie?
Oh.hannie
Fuck you!
Hot men like dinosaurs
Lixielas
It says you need to be with a child 6-12, otherwise you won’t be let in
Last I checked, neither of us has that🤔
Jisung frowned at his screen. Why don’t museums ever hold events like that for adults? Surely he wasn’t the only one who wanted to be in dinosaur heaven?
But Jisung chose Felix for a reason. Besides being Jisung’s best friend and roommate, the blond’s ability to be a social butterfly and skill with children meant many families asked him to babysit.
He was going to sleep with dinosaurs.
Oh.hannie
You’re telling me that out of the million kids you babysit, none of them like dinosaurs👀
Doesn’t Keiju really like dinosaurs?🦖
Lixielas
Ah, so you’re just using me
I see how it is🥲
Oh.hannie
What?! Of course not!
But please Lixie🥺🥺
Lixielas
Fine
But you’re paying for the tickets
Oh.hannie
Deal!🤝
Jisung grinned at his screen, practically vibrating with excitement. Felix sighed from his doorway, leaning against the frame.
“You know I’m literally like ten feet away, right? You could just talk to me like a normal human being.” The blond raised a brow, smiling nonetheless.
Jisung pouted at him, “Yeah, but then we can’t use emojis.”
His friend snickered, “Trust me, Sungie, your face is expressive enough that you don’t need them.”
Jisung stuck out his tongue as Felix turned away. Pot calling kettle black.

Oh my fucking god!😱
You didn’t mention he was gonna be there
Jisung narrowed his eyes at the picture Felix sent. It was of an unreasonably attractive man smiling with two kids in front of a fossil of some extinct four-legged animal. Jisung zoomed in on the photo. Obviously, to get a closer look at the fossil and figure out what it was, not to get a better look at the man.
He somehow pulled off the classic safari-guy vibe of khaki shorts, a tan shirt, chunky brown boots, and an obnoxious matching hat. Dark brown hair, the same color as the man's eyes, peeked out from beneath the hat. His smile was slightly crooked, showing off perfectly white teeth that jutted out a bit, reminding Jisung of a rabbit.
Oh.hannie
Who is he?
Lixielas
Lee Minho. He’s only two years older than us, but he’s like the Robert Irwin of dead things. He was on Dancing with the Stars, too, and won.
Have you seen his coworkers, though? Especially the blond one…👀
[attachment link]
Here’s his Instagram @t.leeknowsaurus.
Jisung snickered at the name and scrolled through the guy's page. Most of it consisted of pictures of him with kids or in the field with friends wearing the same safari garb. A couple showed him in formal or athletic wear for sponsorships, but Jisung’s attention was drawn to the few older photos of the man in casual wear, surrounded by no less than three cats. Cute.
He could imagine waking up in the mornings to the smell of coffee, surrounded by the furballs, and then Minho would come into the bedroom shirtless- bzzzzzz.
The vibration of his phone derailed his delusion.
Lixielas
Now you can ogle dinosaurs while I ogle attractive men😏
~🦖~
The fated Friday arrived, and Jisung was brimming with excitement. His bag was slung over his shoulder, prepped with pajamas, his nightly toiletries, plus a very necessary Stegosaurus plushie.
He held the plushie up to his face and looked at it dead in the eyes, “I’m gonna see dinosaurs and hot men. You’re coming with me.”
His sleeping bag sat rolled up by the door. He had scheduled a taxi to pick them up so they wouldn’t have to worry about parking.
Jisung spun around Felix’s room as the blond packed, rattling off dinosaur facts, “Did you know that the T. Rex is actually more dangerous than it's depicted in the Jurassic Park Franchise?”
His friend continued packing and checked his phone, “Keiju will be here in about five minutes. His older brother is dropping him off.”
“The T. Rex had no problem turning on a dime, and its teeth were actually thicker and curved inwards, not thin. They were changed because the director thought they looked scarier that way. Because the teeth were thicker and curved inwards, it meant that if something tried to free itself from the bite, it would end up losing whatever was latched onto. So if it bites your arm, you’re losing that arm before you free yourself.”
Felix zipped up his bag. “That’s kinda gruesome, Sungie. Please don’t tell Keiju that. You’ll scare the poor kid. He’s only six.”
Jisung grinned and hugged his friend, “Sorry, I’m so excited, Lixie. You know I love dinosaurs, well, animals in general, I guess, but I like really love dinosaurs.”
The doorbell rang, and Felix headed towards the front door, making no move to detach Jisung from his frame.
He opened it with a smile, “Hi Tomoya,” he bent down slightly towards the young boy holding the man’s hand, and pitched his voice slightly higher, “Hi Keiju!”
Keiju grinned at him, clad in a green dinosaur onesie.
“I couldn’t get him to wear anything else,” Tomoya sighed and handed Felix a large bag, “Should have everything you need for the night.”
Felix nodded, “Thanks.”
Tomoya knelt and gave the boy a warm hug, “Alright, buddy, I’ll see you tomorrow. Be good for Uncle Lixie and Uncle Sungie.”
Keiju giggled in agreement, “I will, Tomo!”
Tomoya stood, ruffled his brother’s hair, and turned to leave. “Call me if you need anything. He hasn’t had a nightmare in a while, but you never know.”
Another nod.
Keiju ran over to Jisung and hugged him, wrapping his arms around his waist. “Uncle Sungie! We’re going to see dinos!”
Jisung grinned and picked up the boy, spinning him in his arms, “Yep! I can’t wait. Although I don’t think Uncle Lixie is as excited as you and I are.”
Keiju frowned, and Jisung lowered him so the boy could run over to his friend, “You don’t like dinos, Uncle Lixie?”
Felix panicked, shooting Jisung a glare, “What? No, I love dinosaurs! Like the spinosaurus and pterodactyls.”
The boy frowned more, “Pterodactyls aren’t dinosaurs, though. They’re pterosaurs.”
Jisung snickered internally. Rookie mistake.
The blond gulped and looked at Jisung for backup, eyes pleading.
“Hey, Keiju! Have you seen the newest dinosaur they discovered? It's the first officially identified dinosaur discovered in South Korea in fifteen years! It’s called the Doolysaurus after Dooly the dinosaur!” Jisung quickly pulled up a picture on his phone to show drawings of the small dinosaur.
The fossil found had been of a juvenile, about two years old, and would’ve been the size of a modern-day turkey. Paleontologists believe it may have been covered in fuzzy filaments.
Keiju smiled at his phone, taking the device in his small hands, “Aww, it’s so cute! It kinda looks like you, Uncle Sungie.” The six-year-old held up the phone next to Jisung and tilted his head. Jisung held up his arms like a T. Rex and pouted.
Felix grinned behind Keiju, “It does look like you, Sungie.”
“Changbin said the same thing,” recalling when Jisung had shown their other friend at dinner, and the older had called it cute and said the same about him.
A pair of headlights pulled up in the driveway.
“Taxi’s here. You ready to go, Keiju?” Felix gathered their bags.
Jisung grinned, grabbing his own bag and sleeping bag. He grabbed Keiju’s hand since Felix’s were full and led him outside. He helped the boy into his booster seat and buckled his seatbelt.
He tossed his bag into the trunk and buckled himself in.
Dinosaurs; here he comes.
~🦖~
Keiju bounced on his toes as they waited in line, where a sharp-eyed woman was scanning tickets at the head. Felix held the energetic boy's hand while Jisung pulled up the tickets on his phone. Another worker had handed out sticky name tags and markers. Felix had taken the liberty of writing each person’s name, drawing a small dinosaur on Keiju’s, a heart on Jisung’s, and a sun on his own. A man on a scooter rode by them.
When Felix and Jisung arrived at the front of the line, the woman eyed them, “Tickets.”
Jisung held out his phone.
The woman hesitated before scanning, “Is this your son?”
Felix raised a brow, “Does it matter?”
She frowned slightly, “Just not used to seeing people of your kind.”
Jisung narrowed his eyes, “Our kind?”
His brain clicked the pieces together. Oh.
“You homophobic bi-”
“Is there a problem?” A voice cut in.
A buff man with bleached hair in safari garb walked over.
The woman’s eyes widened, “Of course not, Dr Bang. I was just-”
“About to let these nice people in.” He smiled at her firmly.
“Yes, my apologies,” she mumbled.
“Apology accepted, and you’re fired once this event is over. We don’t tolerate that kind of prejudice here.” He turned to Felix and held out his hand, “Sorry about that. I’m Dr. Bang, well, you know from the name tag, but please call me Chan. Pleasure to meet you, mates.”
Felix took his hand, “It’s alright. Thank you though,” he switched to English, “Sydney, right?”
Jisung raised a brow, mentally cataloging that Felix knew about the man in front of them.
Chan’s eyes formed crescents as he smiled, “Yep, born there and moved here when I was around 13.”
“Me too!” Felix clapped his hands in excitement, “Well, the born there part. I didn’t move here until much more recently.”
Chan smiled wider before looking around the two and sheepishly rubbing the back of his neck, “Well, if you need anything or want to know any random facts about prehistoric marine reptiles, come find me. However, we do appear to be holding up the line.”
They awkwardly followed Chan, giving a quick apology to the family behind them.
Jisung shot the woman a final glare, but Felix pulled him away before he could say anything mature to her like ‘Fuck you, you fucking fuck’
“Are you sure this guy isn’t the Robert Irwin of dead things? He’s Australian, knows about marine life, and has blond hair, well, bleached blond.” Jisung whispered to Felix once Chan was out of earshot. The older man was talking enthusiastically to Keiju and pointing at some of the fossils on display in the main area.
Felix shrugged, “Maybe, Steve Irwin of dead things? He’s older than Minho.”
Jisung furrowed his brow, “Isn’t that like jinxing him? Since he works with marine creatures.”
“I don’t think a pile of bones will kill him.”
“Right, dead things. Also, why do you know so much about this man?”
Felix grinned and waggled his brows, “You research dinosaurs, I research the hot men that talk about them—tomato-tomato; potato-potato. You were so right about the hot men liking dinosaurs, though. Look at that ass.”
Jisung smirked, “Of course, I’m right. Have you seen me? Also, you could always do both.”
Felix scoffed, “Oh, is that what you do? You totally like that dead cat guy, don’t you?”
“Firstly, he has live cats as well. Secondly, I just find him attractive, obviously, nothing else.”
“You sure? He’s literally, exactly, without a doubt, your type.”
“I will be following museum rules: Look, don’t touch.”
Felix raised a brow to say something, but Keiju cut him off.
“Look, Uncle Sungie, they have an exhibit on the Doolysaurus!” Keiju exclaimed, pointing to the small fossil and large illustration beside it.
Jisung was going to buy that kid anything he wanted at the gift store, even if it was a seven-foot-tall stuffed animal of a Brontosaurus, and they’d need to rent a forklift to get it back.
“I can take your bags and put them in the bag area.” Felix offered out of the blue.
Jisung looked at his already bag-loaded friend up and down. “Umm, okay? You sure? They’re kinda heavy.”
Felix pouted, “I’ve been working out.”
Jisung rolled his eyes and noticed Chan walking over, “You want to impress Chan.”
“I want to impress Chan. Now hand me your damn bags.”
Bingo bango bongo.
~🦖~
Jisung and Keiju were having a blast at the event. Felix seemed to be enjoying himself as well, but for different reasons, as he kept a lookout for a certain blond marine paleontologist who would appear every once in a while.
It wasn’t a problem. Keiju and Jisung did an activity together while Felix photographed and videotaped. He sent the ones of Keiju to Tomoya, and the ones of Jisung to Changbin.
Jisung dusted himself off as he finished crawling through a tunnel made to look like a fallen tree with Keiju in a play area designed like a forest with dinosaurs painted on the walls.
Felix laughed as he showed him the video of Keiju jumpscaring Jisung, who released a very manly noise of distress.
“Haha.” Jisung deadpanned, failing to prevent the corners of his lips from raising, “I think I need a break from crawling around. Is there anything that’s a little more laid-back?”
Felix scanned the brochure a staff member had handed them earlier, “There's a scavenger hunt that goes through all the different exhibits.”
Jisung nodded and called out to Keiju, who seemed to have an endless supply of energy, “Do you want to do the scavenger hunt, Keiju?”
The six-year-old looked at him, puzzled.
“Uncle Sungie is tired because he’s old, so he needs a break.”
Jisung shot Felix a glare, “You’re literally only a day younger than me.”
“Exactly, I still have twenty-four more hours of youth.”
The trio headed over to the worker to receive a small booklet that unfolded into a map. Each section had a space for a stamp.
“Once you complete the scavenger hunt, head over to the main desk for a prize.” The worker smiled politely, “You can go in any order you want.”
Felix nodded and turned to Keiju, “Alright, bud, lead the way.”
The exhibits seemed to be on different time periods: Triassic, Jurassic, Cretaceous, Cenozoic, and a general prehistoric marine life section.
Keiju grabbed both of their hands and led them towards the Triassic exhibit. The hallway floor was painted to be a fake river, while fake trees lined the walls. Hidden speakers played the sounds of rushing water and presumably dinosaurs chirping. Even the area seemed warmer to mimic the warm, humid climate.
A worker was gathering a group of families doing the scavenger hunt. She sat them down in a circle on a rug made to look like grass. A tall man with shoulder-length black hair, perfectly shaped brows, thin lips, and eyes that looked like they could give a mean side eye, emerged from a hidden door with a cart. Why the hell were all the dinosaur men ridiculously attractive?
He was, of course, also in safari garb with a name tag that read, ‘Hyunjin.’
“Hi everyone! My name’s Hyunjin, but you all can call me Jinnie. I’m here to talk about the Triassic period. Does anyone know when that was?”
A young girl with the name tag of Kyujin raised her hand, “A really, really, really long time ago.”
Hyunjin smiled and nodded, “Yep, around 250 to 200 million years ago. The Earth looked a lot different back then.” He held up an inflatable globe and passed it to the nearest kid, “All the continents now were one big super continent called Pangea. See for yourselves.”
Felix briefly scanned the globe before handing it to Keiju, who looked it over more diligently, and finally passed it to Jisung. He noted the simplified land masses and handed it to the next person.
“The dinosaurs during the Triassic period were smaller than most famous dinosaurs today.” Hyunjin held up a small figurine of a long-necked dinosaur, “This is a Plateosaurus. It was an herbivore that could walk on two legs during the Late Triassic Period. Who can tell me what herbivore means?”
Jisung raised his hand before he could think to stop himself, cheeks tinting when Hyunjin nodded towards him, “An animal or organism that feeds exclusively or primarily on plants, algae, and other producers.”
“Correct,” the man chuckled, “I think that was basically the dictionary definition too.”
Jisung smiled sheepishly as Felix grinned at him.
Hyunjin continued his mini-lecture, and Jisung made a conscious effort not to raise his hand again. Most of the stuff was things Jisung already knew, but Hyunjin was really good at being animated and getting the kids' attention. He supposed that was probably why he was part of the staff tonight.
Jisung noticed Hyunjin didn’t mention the Permian Mass Extinction, otherwise known as ‘The Great Dying.’ He was pretty sure that was intentional, and would’ve been a little dark for children who probably didn’t need to know that 90% of species were wiped out.
The mini-lecture wrapped up, and Hyunjin called the kids up to receive their stamp. Keiju grinned as he came back, proudly showing the little Plateosaurus stamp he received.
“Onwards!” Jisung shouted, pumping his fist, and earning some strange looks.
~🦖~
The Jurassic section was much larger than the Triassic and was broken into two sections to represent the two supercontinents that Pangea split into. Left for Laurasia and right for Gondwana. Despite being primarily for children, the event seemed pretty educational.
The section was overseen by another tall-ish man with short light brown hair in safari garb. He had glasses, a sharp nose, and rode around on a scooter for some odd reason. A pair of binoculars hung around his neck, and Jisung wondered if they made prescription versions. His nametag read Seungmin. The man couldn’t have been much older than Jisung; he probably was the same age.
Seungmin gave a mini presentation about Pangea splitting into two supercontinents. He went on to explain that dinosaurs grew in size and became the dominant species of the time, giving the Jurassic period the title of ‘Age of the Dinosaurs’. He flipped through multiple images of well-known dinosaurs and the flourishing vegetation.
“Due to the splitting of Pangea, a young Atlantic Ocean was formed. Besides dinosaurs, the Jurassic period also gave rise to a flourish of marine life, notably large marine reptiles such as plesiosaurs.” Seungmin added switching to a picture of the long-necked marine reptile.
Jisung noted Felix seemed to be paying particularly close attention to the marine life section, probably to impress Chan later on.
Seungmin brought up the next image of a small bird-like dinosaur that Jisung was very familiar with.
“The Archaeopteryx is one of the most important fossils found from the Jurassic period because it looks very similar to something we have nowadays. Any guesses?”
Keiju raised his hand, “A bird!”
Seungmin nodded, “Correct. The Archaeopteryx is often called or recognized as the earliest bird. The fossil is called a transitional fossil because it has traits of both dinosaurs, like teeth and claws, and modern-day birds, like feathers and a wishbone.”
The mini presentation concluded with a dinosaur guessing game. Jisung ended up blurting out "Stegosaurus" because it was his favorite dinosaur, earning an amused grin from Seungmin. The man also brought up the common misconception that Stegosauruses and T. Rexes were rivals, as the two weren’t even from the same time period. The T. Rex didn’t appear until the Cretaceous period.
“Stegosauruses did battle a fierce carnivore that was similar to a T. Rex, though.” Seungmin moved to the next image, “This is an Allosaurus. It was smaller than the T. Rex and had a less powerful bite, but still a force to be reckoned with.”
Jisung decided not to think too hard about Seungmin having a picture of an Allosaurus ready to go when the presentation was supposed to be over.
The final activity in the Jurassic area was a game where the kids were divided into two groups: Carnivores and Herbivores. The goal was to find hidden plushies of either meat or bananas to get them into a basket attached to the front of Seungmin’s scooter. The team that had the most in the basket after five minutes would win and get a sticker. The adults were allowed to give hints about where some were, but couldn’t directly say.
Jisung and Felix grinned as they watched Keiju run around looking for bananas, a proud member of the herbivore team. Seungmin was surprisingly elusive and surprisingly fast on his scooter. Jisung was sure Seungmin could give F1 drivers a run for their money with the way he was swerving.
The timer went off, and the plushies were counted, with the herbivores winning 5 to 4. Keiju beamed as he came back with a banana stamp and a stegosaurus sticker that he gave to Jisung.
Could he adopt this kid?
~🦖~
The next section the trio headed towards was Cenozoic (Because Keiju is a psychopath who decided to go out of order, and if Minho doesn’t show up soon, I think y’all will riot).
Despite still being a large time period, the Cenozoic section seemed smaller, cozier. It was tucked in the back corner of the museum, filled with fossils and taxidermied impersonations of long extinct creatures.
Jisung should’ve realized by the amount of prehistoric cats that this was Minho’s area.
His first glimpse of the man nearly knocked the air out of his lungs. It should be illegal for a man to look that attractive, especially in safari attire. He was even wearing the fuck ass hat inside, along with a Fred from Scooby Doo-esque ascot.
Minho was standing next to a realistic model of three sabre-tooth tigers. The dark-haired man waited for a couple more groups to file in before starting his talk.
“Hi hi everyone! Some of you may know me from my appearance and victory on Dancing with the Stars; however, I enjoy studying and talking about my prehistoric companions just as much. I know this section is supposed to be a general Cenozoic section, but I like cats, so that's what I’ll be talking about the most.” He motioned to the tigers, “These are Smilodons, or more commonly known as sabre-tooth tigers. The biggest orange one on the left is Soonie, the other one on the right is Doonie, and the smallest one in the middle is Dori.”
Felix leaned over to Jisung, “He named the dead cats.”
Jisung shrugged, finding it endearing for reasons he wasn’t entirely sure of, “Recreations of dead cats, and it’s kinda sweet.”
“Oh, you’re so whipped already,” Felix teased.
Jisung chose not to respond to his friend’s childish teasing because he was a mature adult, and Felix was definitely, 100%, wrong.
“Sabre-toothed cats belonged to the now extinct Nimravidae family or the subfamily Machairodontinae of the larger cat family. They roamed during the Eocene through the Pleistocene Epoch, which was roughly 56 million to 11,700 years ago. Although we have evidence that sabre-tooth cats were around less than 10,000 years ago.”
He moved to another fossil, “Don’t worry, we’ll come back to the cats soon. I’m guessing most of you have seen the movie Ice Age?”
Many kids nodded and giggled.
“This is a giant ground sloth. They walked on the back sides of their hands, kinda like gorillas walk on their knuckles today. Of course, there were also mammoths, cave bears, and dire wolves. The most famous sights for finding ice age fossils are the La Brea Tar Pits in Los Angeles, California.”
Minho moved to a table with a small diorama featuring miniature figurines of animals in a black, slime-like substance. “Feel free to touch the fake tar. It kinda feels like pudding. In reality, the tar pits were commonly covered with water, since it was much cooler and wetter during the Pleistocene. Animals would make the mistake of thinking they found a nice drinking spot or swimming spot, and it would be their last mistake.” The dark-haired man grinned, “Not me, though. I can’t swim, so I avoid water.”
Felix leaned towards Jisung again, “He’s just like you. He’s weird, and he can’t swim.”
Jisung gasped quietly, “I can swim.”
“Doggy paddle and flailing about to keep yourself from going under does not count as swimming. The Australian in me cringes every time you enter a body of water.”
“Well fuck you too.”
Minho walked back over to the sabre-toothed tigers, “Anyways, back to the important thing: cats.”
Jisung listened to Minho, completely entranced. For the other lectures, he already knew 99% of the information, but prehistoric cats were out of his wheelhouse. Oh no.
Minho called the kids over to look at something.
Jisung turned towards Felix, “I can’t date him.”
The blond raised a brow, “Why not?”
He mumbled something incoherent.
“What, Sungie?”
“What if he’s smarter than me?”
His friend blinked, “Jisung, that is the dumbest reason to not date someone.”
He pouted, “But Lix, what if he thinks I’m stupid. I literally only have a bachelor's in music production. He probably has a master's or even a PhD!”
Felix sighed and rolled up the brochure before lightly whacking him on the head.
“Yah! The fuck was that for?” He hissed.
“I’m smacking the self-depricating Sungie out of you.” Felix grinned, whacking him again. “You’re super smart and hot, Jisung. You’re passionate about what you love, and you love fiercely. If he doesn’t think the same, then he sucks. Plain and simple. Also, he doesn’t have a PhD.”
Jisung smiled at his friend, cheeks warm from the praise, “Have I ever told you that you’re the bestest friend in the world?”
Felix grinned, “Tell me after you get boned by the bone man.”
He laughed, shoving his friend gently, “Never mind, you suck.”
The blond waggled his brows, “I’m serious. His eyes keep flicking to you, but you’re too dazed by your own fantasies to notice. After this section, I can take Keiju, and you can hit him with your best boba eyes, or however you seduce men.”
Jisung flushed, “You really think it’ll work, Lix? What if it’s because he’s homophobic and he’s judging us?”
Felix chucked and shook his head, “Trust me. No one who looks that good in khaki shorts is straight.”
Minho did pull off those shorts a little too well.
~🦖~
Keiju and Felix headed off to the Cretaceous section while Jisung waited awkwardly for Minho to finish giving each kid their stamp.
Minho stood up after high-fiving the last kid and cleared his throat, “Can I help you?”
“Huh?” Jisug replied intelligently.
Minho walked over to him, “Can I help you?”
Words, please, brain.
“Did you know that scientists have been able to genetically engineer mice to have traits similar to a woolly mammoth? It’s called the colossal woolly mouse, and it just looks like a brown mouse that's super fluffy.”
Yep. Nailed it.
Minho blinked, processing the information, and gave him a polite smile. “I did. It’s really cute. I was part of the team that helped isolate the mammoth DNA.”
Jisung paused. Fuck.
“Oh, I didn’t know that. Look, you’re really hot and smart and… Ummm, do you maybe wanna go out with me?” He mumbled the last part.
Another blink. “I’m not interested in joining you and your husband.”
Jisung sputtered and looked at him, puzzled, “Husband? Oh, you mean Felix? He’s not, we’re not. Hell no. He’s my best friend. I saw the poster for the event, and I really wanted to go because I really like dinosaurs, but it said you needed a child 6-12, otherwise you’d be vetoed at the door, and Felix babysits like a million kids, so I called him, and he supplied the child. That came out weird. He borrowed a child? The child is here consensually. We’re babysitting him. Anyways, yeah, we’re not married. I’m Jisung.” He pointed to himself like he wasn’t wearing a nametag.
Minho doubled blinked at Jisung’s word vomit, lips tugging upwards, “So you stole a child, Jisung?”
“That is the exact opposite of what I just said.” Jisung gawked.
The other man giggled.
He pouted, “You’re mean. I take my date offer back.”
Minho tried to stifle his giggles, “Sorry, sorry. How about this, once it’s lights out, I’ll give you a personal tour of the museum?”
It was Jisung’s turn to blink, “Wait, you would?”
Minho nodded, “Yeah,” he checked his watch, an expensive watch Jisung noted, “It’s around 7:45 now, and they’re playing a movie at 8:30. The official lights out time is 10:00. Besides, I’ve been wondering who the ‘cute guy who likes stegosauruses that came with a hot freckled blond’ is that my coworkers keep mentioning.”
He blushed and rubbed the back of his neck, “I like stegosauruses.” It came out more petulant than he would’ve liked.
Minho grinned and looked at his phone, eyebrows raising, “You should probably get going. I have a mini lecture about prehistoric cats to give, and you should be there to stop your friend before he makes a fool of himself in front of the ever-oblivious Bang Chan.”
Jisung giggled, “The ever-oblivious Bang Chan?”
Minho shook his head, voice fond, “You could sit on that man’s cock, and he’d think you’re just being friendly.”
He coughed at the lewd image his mind supplied and nodded, pocketing the information to tell Felix later. Probably in a much less graphic way.
“I’ll find you before the movie starts.” Minho winked and gave Jisung what would have been a subtle pat on the ass. It wasn’t subtle because Jisung squeaked loud enough for nearby families to turn and look at the two men curiously. Jisung flushed.
“Yeah, uh, okay. See you later. Umm skrrt.” Smooth.
Minho chuckled.
~🦖~
Jisung skipped to the marine life section. Minho was interested in him.
Now he had to help Felix win over an Australian doctor who had a dense head and somehow an even denser ass. He waited for the current group to finish, smiling as the doctor answered questions from some kids. Chan was 110% Lix’s type.
He waved when Felix and Keiju walked in.
“How was the Cretaceous period?”
Keiju grinned and showed him the T. Rex stamp he got, “Fun! The guy had bright orange hair like a fox!”
Jisung raised a brow, and Felix shrugged. Keiju ran over to join the other kids gathering around the grinning Australian while Felix and Jisung hung in the back with the other parents.
“So,” Felix hummed, “How’d it go with Minho?”
“You won’t believe it, Lix. He offered to give me a private tour of the museum later, and then he smacked my ass.” Jisung said dreamily.
“Wow, your bar for romantics is low. But congrats, Sungie!”
He hissed. “It was a romantic ass slap.”
“Whatever you say. Now shut up, the hot fish man is about to do his hot fish man thing.”
He rolled his eyes, “Oh, Minho says Chan is extremely oblivious to people hitting on him. So lay on the Fae charm thick.”
“Noted.” Felix nodded, eyes laser-focused on Chan.
Chan’s presentation involved a fish tank and figurines. He talked about Plesiosaurs, Predator X, Cephalopods, Sharks, Crocodiles, and Horseshoe Crabs. He gave a summary about evolution and the first fish to walk on land, the Tiktaalik Roseae, also known as a fishapod— horrible name.
He had the kids pretend they were swimming and took on the role of playing the prehistoric creatures. The doctor roared menacingly and feigned swimming towards them, causing a round of shrieks and giggles from the kids. If men could be considered boyfriend material, then Chan should be considered father material.
The presentation wrapped up with the children and most of the parents, entranced by Chan’s immersive telling of history. The kids went up to receive their stamp, and Felix pulled Jisung aside as they waited in line to talk to Chan.
“Quick Sungie, I need fish facts to impress the fish man.” Felix pleaded.
Jisung wracked his brain, “Okay, okay, did you know that male seahorses are the ones to carry the children and give birth?”
Felix blinked at him, voice deadpanned, “Sungie. The first fish fact you want me to tell the man with the most amazing ass is an mpreg fact?”
Jisung sputtered, hands raising in desperation, “Well, I don’t know why my brain works the way it does.”
Felix wrung his hands in disbelief, “Tell me a different one!”
“Did you know that sunfish will hang out by the surface because they like the warmth of the sun, but often overheat and then die? They can also mourn each other and then die of sadness.”
His friend looked like he was going to strangle him, “What the fuck? That was somehow worse. Oh my god!”
“During anglerfish mating, the male attaches to the female and then dies-”
“Sorry for the wait, you two. Was there something you wanted to talk to me about?” Chan appeared seemingly out of thin air.
The blond looked at Jisung helplessly and sighed, “Hey Chan, did you know that male seahorses carry and give birth to their children?”
Chan smiled and nodded, “Yeah, it’s pretty cool. The only other organism where the male gives birth is a species of pipeworms.”
“I could be your seahorse.”
Jisung choked on air. Too direct. Way too direct. There’s no way-
Chan just nodded. “Yeah, seahorses are cool. I’d probably want to be a wolf or a kangaroo if I had the chance. Did you two enjoy the presentation?”
Not that Jisung thought Minho would lie to him, but damn, he really wasn’t lying.
“It was great!” Keiju shouted, running over to them and hugging Felix’s legs.
Chan bent down so he was level with the boy and ruffled his hair, “Glad you enjoyed it, kiddo,” he looked up at Felix, “This little one you two’s?”
Felix smiled sweetly and shook his head, “Nah, Sungie and I aren’t together. I’m in charge of babysitting both of them because they wanted to see dinosaurs.”
Jisung pouted and shot Felix a glare.
“Nah, I get it. Dinosaurs are cool.” Chan smiled, standing back up, “This was your last section, right?”
Keiju nodded and tugged Felix’s hand, “We need to go get my prize, Uncle Lixie!”
“I can walk you to the front desk, Uncle Lixie,” Chan smirked. Maybe he wasn’t so oblivious.
The other blond flushed, “Yeah, ummm, sure that’d be great.”
~🦖~
The prize was a goodie bag with a dinosaur figurine, a sticker sheet, a flashlight, and a few pieces of candy. Jisung entertained Keiju while Felix and Chan chatted away. Something about banana boats and sunscreen. Australian shit.
They headed back to the bag drop-off area to deposit the goodie bag. Jisung and Keiju ate all the candy as revenge for Felix not giving them attention on the way there.
“You excited for the movie, Keiju?” Jisung lifted the boy into his arms.
The six-year-old giggled and squirmed, “I love ‘A Land Before Time!’”
He leaned in to whisper in the boy’s ear, “Uncle Lixie cries every time we watch it. Make sure to hug him extra tight.”
Keiju nodded as Jisung placed him back on the ground, “You won’t be there too?”
Jisung looked away, feeling slightly guilty about leaving the boy. “Uhhh, Uncle Sungie has a meeting with an important person.”
Keiju broke out into a wild grin, “Is it, Mr. Minho?”
“Pardon?” Keiju was either a very observant six-year-old, or they were super obvious
“He looks at you like you look at dinosaurs.”
Oh.
“He does?”
The boy nodded, “Mr. Minho kept looking over at you during the presentation.”
Felix wandered over while Chan waited a few feet away.
Keiju beamed at him. “Do you like Channie, Uncle Lixie?”
The blond’s eyebrows shot up, “Channie?”
A nod, “He said to call him that. Do you?”
His best friend sighed and whispered, “Yes, but that’s a secret. You can’t tell him.”
Keiju nodded vigorously and practically shouted his response, “Okay. I won’t tell Channie you like him, Uncle Lixie.”
Jisung doubled over in laughter as both Australians flinched and turned a bright shade of red.
A hand tapped his shoulder, “Boo!”
He shrieked and jumped away, boba eyes meeting Minho’s teasing feline ones. He had lost the fuckass hat at some point. “Didn’t know you spooked so easily. You ready for your tour?”
Jisng nodded, face now matching the same shade of red as Felix and Chan. “My muscles are purely for decoration.”
Minho makes a show of looking him up and down, “Nice decorations.”
“Alright, you two! Not in front of the six-year-old. Sungie, Minho, go do your tour, and the three of us will enjoy ‘A Land before Time.’” Felix interjects, grabbing Keiju and Chan’s hands. The doctor flushes more at the contact.
Minho chuckles and winks at Chan as the trio leaves, “Anything in particular you want to see, or just a general tour?”
Jisung grinned and shrugged, “Dinosaurs.”
The older simply rolled his eyes, “Lead the way, dino man.”
~🦖~
Minho followed Jisung around as the younger rattled off facts that Minho probably already knew. Not that it mattered, Minho was captivated with the way Jisung lit up when he told Minho ‘Fun Facts’. Some weren’t that fun, like Jisung explaining what would happen if a Brontosaurus were to encounter a tornado. They were too heavy to be lifted, but their necks weren’t strong enough to withstand the wind, so…
They stopped in front of the Doolysaurus display.
“In addition to being the first officially identified dinosaur in fifteen years, the Doolysaurus is the first to have a partial skull found as well.” Jisung read the sign out loud.
He looks over his shoulder to find Minho smiling fondly at him.
“Did you even hear a word that I said?”
The man shook his head sheepishly, “It looks like you.”
Jisung pouted, cheeks heating up, “Literally everyone has said that.”
Minho leaned closer. “They’re right, Sungie. It’s cute and small like you are.”
Jisung felt a shiver run through him as the nickname rolled off the man’s tongue. Felix called him that more than his actual name, but the way Minho said it. It did things.
He swatted the man away playfully, “Yah! I am not small!”
Minho’s hands travelled down his sides, resting at his hips, “Your waist is small, like sinfully small.”
Jisung’s eyes frantically scanned the area, noting they were alone, as he leaned back into Minho’s touch. His toes curled as Minho’s nose nuzzled against his neck, trailing upwards, and his lips brushed against the shell of his ear. He inhaled sharply, and then the warmth was gone. Minho was standing a respectable distance away, grinning like a cat who caught a canary.
He gaped and whined at him, “Asksdkdfkd?”
Minho smirked, “We still have the rest of the tour to get through, Sungie. Don’t you want to see more dinosaurs?”
This bitch. Fine, two can play at that game.
They moved to the next display. Jisung gives his hips a little more swing as he walks in front of Minho towards an Iguanodon fossil.
He teasingly bends over to read the sign, sensing Minho’s eyes on him. He yelps when Minho suddenly smacks his ass, and shoots the older man a glare as he massages the spot.
So maybe Minho is a bit better at the game.
The tour continues with Jisung attempting to tease Minho, and Minho continuously getting the upper hand, flustering him in return. Jisung wasn’t sure how much more he could blush or how much more he could hide his…problem.
The pair reached the marine life section, and Jisung giggled as he pointed towards the triangle-mouthed fish on display, “Feast your eyes on Sacabambaspis! It kinda looks like you, Minho!”
Minho mimicked the fish’s expression, making his eyes large and smiling widely.
Jisung’s giggles increased, and he leaned on the nearest display for support. “That is scarily close.”
Minho leaned in, voice low, eyes sultry, “Blub blub.”
Jisung doubled over from laughter; he would’ve completely collapsed if it weren’t for Minho holding him up whilst grinning like a maniac.
Felix’s words rang in his head. He’s weird like you. The blond was right.
Jisung looked up at the grinning man and smiled fondly, “I really want to kiss you.”
Minho returned the smile as he leaned forward, cupping his head gently, and pressed their lips together. It was just a quick brush, but Jisung could’ve sworn he heard fireworks.
The older pulled back, the tips of his ears pink, “Sorry, was that okay?
Jisung nodded quickly, stars forming in his vision from the aggressive movement.
Minho stilled his movement, “Careful there, sweetheart. Don’t want to hurt that pretty head of yours.”
Oh fuck. His knees almost buckled.
“If you continue to talk like that, I’m going to collapse again.”
Minho smirked, and suddenly Jisung was in the air. His legs were quickly swept off the ground into a princess hold. Hehe.
Minho kissed his nose, “I think the tour's over, princess. Although there's one more place I want to show you.”
~🦖~
Minho used his shoulder to push open the door to the staff-only area, Jisung still in his arms, “Warning to anyone in here, I will be using the bone room!”
A young man with bright orange hair peeked around the corner, looking much more fed up than startled by Minho’s yelling, “Must you announce that you’ll be fucking to the entire museum?” Jisung flushed as the orange-haired man looked him up and down. ‘I’m guessing this is the ‘super cute dinosaur man who came in with the hot freckled blond’ Hyunjin messaged about.”
Minho nodded and placed him back on the ground, “The one and only. Jeongin, meet Jisung. Jisung, this is Jeongin. He specializes in the Cretaceous period, but you missed his section while you were having fun chatting with me.”
Jisung’s eyes flickered between the man’s hair and crescent-shaped eyes. His brain fumbled for words that weren’t, ‘Hi, I’m about to get fucked by your friend.’
“You do look like a fox.”
Jeongin raised a brow, somewhat offended, and Minho snickered, “A fox?”
Jisung raised his hands in surrender, “That’s what Keiju said! His words, not mine.”
“You’re really hiding behind a child?” Jeongin quipped.
Jisung squeaked and moved behind Minho, “No, I’m hiding behind the Robert Irwin of dead things.”
Jeongin rolled his eyes, “I see why Minho likes you. You’re cute and stroke his ego.”
Minho’s eyes narrowed. Jisung was pretty sure he heard a growl.
The orange-haired man scoffed, “Oh, knock it off with the possessive alpha bullshit, Minho. He is cute. I have eyes.” He moved towards the door, “I will inform everyone else that the bone room is occupied. Have fun. Be safe. Fuck nasty.”
Minho flipped off the man’s retreating figure, shaking his head, voice fond, “That little shit.”
Jisung watched as the older man went to a side cabinet and pulled out a bottle of lube and a condom. He gawked at the action, “The hell? Do you just have that on hand?”
Minho shrugged, “Uhhhh. Well, we all bone in the bone room.”
Jisung coughed, “What?”
“If one of us meets someone, or if you’re Seungmin and Jeonging trying to sneak away, we use the bone room. It’s secluded, relatively soundproof, and it’s funny.” The tips of Minho’s ears turned pink. “This is my first time bringing anyone. Jeongin has probably texted everyone, and Hyunjin is definitely freaking out.”
“So all the hot archaeologists have a group chat together?”
Minho chuckled, “Yeah. Usually, it’s just Seungmin sending pictures of fossils to Chan and me and calling it our love life, or Jeongin sending his outfit of the day.”
Jisung giggled, remembering the man, “Why does he have a scooter by the way?”
“He hurt his foot a while ago helping Jeongin move a replica of a T. Rex skull. The scooter was supposed to be temporary, but the little menace had so much fun zipping around, he bought one for himself and rides it around for fun.”
“And the museum allows it?”
“It does when you’re a master in your field, and everyone else gets a kick out of him swerving around. Seungmin was the one who sent the message about you and Felix.”
Oh ho ho.
Jisung thinks back to the guy who passed them on a scooter, “He passed by us earlier when we were waiting in line.” He gasped, “ Is that why Chan showed up?”
Minho nodded, “Partially, he was just going to say hi, but then he ended up playing hero. Wonder what that receptionist would think if she learned all the main staff here are some variant of homosexual.” The archaeologist pulled him closer, “But enough about my coworkers. We’ve got one more tour destination.”
Jisung grinned, mirroring Minho’s earlier statement, “Lead the way, bone man.”
~🦖~
Minho grabbed his hand and headed towards an appropriately labeled door with an additional sign.
“Remember to clean up,” Jisung read, raising a brow.
“People have left bones out before… among other things.”
The door shut behind them, and Minho clicked the lock in place. A large bed was directly to the left. An L-shaped desk sat in the right corner with a desk lamp and a small platform displaying a jawbone. Shelves took up the back half of the room, each labeled precisely.
Minho frowned at the jawbone sitting out in the open, “Ugh, Jeongin.”
Jisung reached across the desk to touch it, and Minho gently smacked his hand away, “Sorry, darling. No touching.”
He pouted, “But dinosaur bones.”
Minho pulled him in for a kiss. It was completely different from the earlier one, teeth and tongues clashing from the ferocity. They pulled away, panting, lips swollen, “Still thinking about dinosaur bones?”
Jisung smirked and reached across the desk for the bone again, “Yes.”
Minho quickly grabbed his wrists, trapping them behind his back. He leaned over the younger man, pinning him against the desk, “Brat.”
Jisung squirmed beneath him, pulse jumping, eyes still focused on the jawbone, “What? You gonna spank me?”
The archaeologist chuckled, running a hand over his ass, “Don’t threaten me with a good time, sweetheart.”
Minho stood up, using his left hand to keep Jisung pressed against the desk, and using his right to unbuckle Jisung's belt. “Traffic light system work?”
“Yes.”
“Tell me what each color means.”
“Green means all good, yellow means slow down, and red means stop,” Jisung finished, wiggling his ass teasingly.
Minho pulled down his jeans and boxers in one swift movement. “Good. Count each one for me, princess.” Then Minho’s hand came down.
Jisung yelped, both sets of cheeks warming, “One.”
Another. “Two.”
Minho hummed condescendingly, “How many should I give you? You were teasing me throughout that entire tour, and you were being a brat just now. Fifteen? Ten for teasing me and five for being a brat? Do you think you can handle that, darling?”
Jisung melted at the tone. Fuck.
He nodded, trying to hide his anticipation, his excitement. “I can handle it.”
Mimho grinned, running his hand back over the already reddening flesh, “Good boy.”
His cock pulsed at the praise.
Minho alternated sides as he continued to rain down smacks, marveling at the way Jisung’s skin colored, turning a bright pink. The younger whined as the pain built up, yelps turning into whimpers. Tears formed and clung to his lash line while his dick ached hard between his legs.
The older landed the final slap, “Fifteen.” Jisung croaked out, tears falling. His ass was warm, but his head felt fluffy.
Minho massaged the stinging flesh and tilted Jisung’s face towards him, “You were so perfect.” He wiped away a tear and scooped him up off the desk, “Now are you done being a brat and thinking about dinosaur bones?”
Jisung nodded cheekily, eyes landing on the bed, “Maybe, now I’m wondering why there’s a bed in here.”
The archaeologist sighed, “Chan is a workaholic, and this was the best solution we could come up with after finding him passed out at the desk one too many times. Benefits all of us, really.”
Minho tossed him onto the bed, body bouncing slightly, and tugged off his shirt. (Don’t worry, the bed is very soft. He’s not hurt.)
Jisung flushed under Minho’s intense gaze as his eyes trailed from his tattoos to his flushed cock. “So beautiful.” Hands ran down his chest and waist, sending a shiver through his body, “Your eyes, your lips, your muscles, your waist, everything.” A hand fisted his cock, thumb circling the weeping head, “Shit. You’re so wet, baby.”
Jisung squirmed. He’s always been sensitive.
Minho was still fully clothed and composed, while his own skin was red and thrumming. He gripped the older’s shirt, demanding, “Off.”
Minho smirked and stripped, tossing his clothes aside in a manner that was way too attractive. His cock stood at attention, flushed and swollen with veins running down the thick length.
Jisung’s mouth watered; he needed that in him. Soon.
Minho crawled back over to him, caging him with his body, and pressed their lips together.
Jisung’s hands tangled in the other’s hair, tugging him closer, and rolled his hips, savoring the drag of skin on skin. Minho groaned at the friction and ground against him.
“Fuck, Sungie.”
He hummed in agreement. Lips trailed down his neck, sucking and biting marks in their wake. He gasped when they circled his nipple, one hand reaching to roll the other between his fingers. His back arched off the mattress when teeth grazed, lightly nipping, and his nipple was pinched harshly.
“Minho,” he moaned, the pain mixing with pleasure.
The older moved lower, nipping at his hip and sucking a mark right above his hip bone. Firm hands grabbed his waist and flipped him onto his stomach. His cock throbbed at how easily Minho could maneuver him.
Minho kissed between his shoulder blades and trailed down his spine. The ticklish sensation caused him to squirm. He hissed as teeth sank into the flesh of his ass, tongue following to soothe the sting. Hands gripped his ass, squeezing before pulling apart to expose him.
Minho let out a low whistle.
Jisung snorted and looked over his shoulder at the man in disbelief, “You literally just whistled at my asshole.”
The archaeologist grinned and shrugged, unremorseful, “It’s a very pretty asshole.”
He buried his face back in the pillows, unable to stop his blush, “You’re ridiculous.”
Without warning, Minho dove in, tongue laving over his rim, hot and wet, working its way inside the tight ring of muscle.
“Holy fuck, Minho.” Jisung gasped, fingers scrambled for purchase against the sheets as his body pulled away from the intense stimulation.
The same hands that flipped him with ease dug into his hips, holding him in place, “Be good.”
“It’s too much.”
“I thought you could handle it.”
Fucker.
Jisung huffed, brattiness and pride forcing him to lie still and take it.
Minho hummed as the younger’s body was pliant again, “That’s what I thought.” Smug tone still on his tongue when he descended again, probing at his entrance, a delicate finger joining.
He moaned as the finger sank in, knuckle deep and pumped out of him, painfully slow.
Jisung pushed back, driving the digit deeper into him. He needed more.
Minho tutted, “Greedy little thing. Want more, sweetheart? Need more?”
He nodded rapidly, pleas falling from his lips, “Fuck, please, Minho. Need more.” He rocked further back.
Another digit was added, scissoring him, stretching him open deliciously. Minho's mouth was still working, devouring him like a starved man. Minho’s fingers curved ever so slightly, and Jisung saw stars.
“Fuck, fuck, fucking hell, Minho.”
The older continued to attack his prostate, adding a third finger. Jisung shuddered, thighs shaking, body wound so tightly he was going to combust. He needed Minho in him.
His voice was strained as he moaned, “Minho.”
The older removed himself with a wet pop, fingers still pumping slowly, “Hmm?”
“Fuck me already, please.” He begged.
A chuckle, “No patience.”
In a second, his world was flipped again, and he was back to staring at the sinfully gorgeous man, chin dripping with saliva, eyes sparkling, chest flushed.
Jisung’s legs parted further, inviting, and Minho reached for a condom and lube.
The younger grabbed his wrist, eyes frantic, “I’m clean.”
Minho blinked slowly and shook his head, “You’re going to be the death of me. I’m clean too.” The older uncapped the lube and drizzled some on his fingers. He groaned as he slicked himself up, pumping his cock, “You want it raw, baby?”
He nodded as Minho lifted his legs, hooking them over his shoulders, “Want to feel you.”
Minho lined himself up, “Want to feel me cum inside you as I fuck you into this mattress?”
Jisung keened, a cross between a whimper and a moan escaping, “Yes, god, please, need you, Minho.”
He gasped as the head of Minho’s cock pushed in, “I’ve got you, Sungie. I’ve got you.” The older man reassured, rubbing gentle circles on his skin.
Minho shuddered as he pushed in slowly, so gently that Jisung could’ve cried. They both exhaled when Minho bottomed out, eyes locked with each other.
Jisung nodded. He felt so full but needed more. He needed Minho to move.
Minho gave his hips a tentative roll, scanning for any sign of discomfort or pain.
The younger let out a breathy moan, head tossing back against the pillows.
Another roll, less tentative, before Minho pulled out almost completely and slammed back in.
A breathless moan left Jisung’s lips, back arching off the mattress, toes curling in pleasure.
Minho continued to thrust into him, punching out high-pitched moans. His hands cradled the younger’s head tenderly, brushing his bangs off his sweaty forehead. “So fucking tight for me. So fucking perfect.”
Jisung moaned in agreement. They were perfect. For every little bit Minho gave, Jisung took and returned.
Lips crashed together, slick with spit and desire. The angle drove Minho deeper, nailing Jisung’s prostate with precision.
Jisung locked his legs behind Minho’s neck, his moans barely muffled by the other’s lips.
“Fuck, Minho. I’m close. So close,” His hands scrambled to grab the other’s shoulders to ground himself.
“Me too, baby, me too.”
Jisung cried out as he came, blinding pleasure spreading through his body, limbs locking up. His nails dug into Minho’s shoulders, leaving marks on his perfect skin. The older groaned as he fluttered around him and followed soon after, rhythm faltering as he chased his high. Jisung thrashed from the overstimulation, whimpering with each thrust.
Minho collapsed on top of him, elbows beside his head, careful not to crush the younger.
They lay in the bed, limbs still tangled together, sweaty and out of breath, “That was…”
“Yeah,” Minho looked at him so fondly, like he was the most precious thing he’d ever seen. “I wasn’t too rough, was I?”
Jisung shook his head and kissed him, “You were perfect.”
~🦖~
“So what are your living cats named?” Jisung asked, interrupting the peaceful silence.
Minho chuckled at the sudden question and pulled Jisung closer, nuzzling his nose against his neck, “Same as the ones here. Soonie, Doongie, and Dori.”
“Which ones do you like more?”
“Obviously, the living ones, though they both cause me the same amount of trouble.”
Jisung giggled, “The dead cats cause you problems?”
“You won’t believe how difficult they were to get here. They got lost in Finland…twice.”
Minho slowly pulled out, and Jisung cringed at the feeling of the warm liquid trickling out of him, “I’ll be right back, darling.”
Jisung watched as Minho walked over to the desk and opened the top drawer, grabbing a small cloth. He watched as that perfect man with scratches on his back disappeared for a second, returning with a bottle of water and a bag of dinosaur animal crackers. The older carefully wiped him down with the cloth, now wet and warm.
Jisung raised a brow, sitting up slightly, “There’s a sink and a fridge back there?”
Minho smiled, tossing the cloth aside, “There’s more dinosaur bones too.”
The younger flopped back onto the mattress, “Ugh, I don’t think I’ll be able to walk for the next week. You’ll have to carry me.”
Minho coaxed him back up, uncapping the water and holding the bottle to his lips, “And I thought Hyunjin was dramatic.”
He pouted, “The kids like his dramatics.”
The older huffed and climbed back into the bed, pulling Jisung close to cuddle. He handed him the bag of crackers, and Jisung eagerly accepted. He ripped open the packet and examined the first shape.
“Triceratops,” He hummed as he shoved each one into his mouth, cheeks puffing like a squirrel preparing for winter, “Velociraptor, Pteradactyl, T. Rex, Stegosaurus.”
Minho grinned, taking the empty wrapper away, “You’re adorable.”
Jisung finished chewing and swallowed, leaning further into Minho’s embrace, “I never asked, what’s your favorite dinosaur, Minho?”
The older shrugged, “I don’t really have a favorite, but I’d have to go with-”
A knock interrupted them, and Chan’s voice rang through the door, “Oi! You’re not the only ones who want to use the bone room tonight, lovebirds!”
Minho frowned and glared at the door, “First-come, first-served. Fuck off!”
Jisung giggled, legs still feeling like jelly, “Give us ten minutes, Chan.”
He heard the older man let out a tired sigh on the other side of the door, and his frustrated footsteps walking away.
~🦖~
Jisung sat on the desk, legs swinging giddily, naked except for a pair of gloves, as he examined the jawbone. Minho stripped the sheets and fitted new ones, removing any trace of their previous activities. He had changed into a pair of grey sweats and a black tank top that made Jisung wonder if they had the time to squeeze in another round.
“You know, you would be a great tour guide.” The older said offhandedly.
Jisung looked up, nearly dropping the bone, “You think so?”
A nod. “Yeah, you seem good with kids, and you know plenty enough to entertain a horde of people. You could probably give Seungmin a run for his money in the fun facts department.”
He grinned, “And I’d get to see you every day.”
“Oh, honey, you can see me whenever you want, whether you work here or not.”
He flushed and lowered the jawbone back onto its pedestal.
He was really wondering if they could fit in another round now.
Jisung checked his phone and saw one unread text from Felix.

Another knock echoed a few minutes later, this one the same rhythm that Anna used in Frozen, “It’s me, Sungie!” His friend's cheerful baritone voice shouted.
Jisung cracked open the door and held his hand out for his bag. He changed into a comfy pair of sweats and a loose t-shirt. The pair exited the room, grinning like fiends.
“We are so having a wine night discussing everything tomorrow,” He whispered into Felix’s ear as they passed each other. Minho and Chan seemed to be having some sort of alpha stare-off.
The blond nodded, “Oh, for sure. Now, try not to walk like you were just folded into the mattress for an hour.”
Jisung giggled, “But I was.”
Felix sighed, “That’s why I said try not to.”
“Like you’ll be any better.”
