This is the piece I am most proud of. Based on the Lore I've created, they are cut from the same cloth, just opposite ends.
Narry is "everything we are and everything we do matters because life is valuable, a treasure, but death makes everything meaningless and worthless because it's bound to end, and erases everything that defines me."
Katzen, my cat character, is "Everything we are and everything we do should not matter because our lives are ultimately worthless, but death makes it all real and forces the realization that every trauma and memory does matter and greatly defines who I am."
Just mentally unwell people yearning for more.
