“What made you think that was a good idea? Didn't I specifically tell you that we needed to train him together?” Now Kung Lao knew that he and Raiden were supposed to be in training together. Focus on each initiative with each other instead of just one. Of course—being the very intelligent person King Lao was, he trained Shujinko alone. Now looking back, it wasn't a good idea, but he never thought it would get this bad. It wasn't like he meant for the boy to turn against them and attack the academy.
He only wanted to train the boy to the best of his abilities, and he knew he could do it solely by himself.
“It was supposed to be like this,” he tried defending himself. Watching Liu Kang burn his abilities and memories out of the young boy, the scene made his heart hurt and his throat dry. “I simply wanted to…” Kung Lao stopped, looking down at the ground. Trying his best not to hear the screams of pain.
Raiden stood beside him. Also watching the god deal with a problem that shouldn't have even come to be. But because of both Kung Lao's arrogance and ego the boy had to be a problem for all the realms. A threat that needed to be neutralized before it became too powerful to handle just by Earthrealm.
The champion sighed under his breath, still annoyed and angry. It wasn't that Shujinko changed that bothered him so much; it was that Kung Lao didn't take his warning seriously. He knew that his friend did not have any humility or anything along those lines. Kung Lao may have been a good teacher in many different areas but he definitely could not teach how to not be full of yourself. That was Raiden's job with them, besides helping train them, of course.
It was hard to focus on anything with the screams behind them. They were like more punches to an already dead corpse. Kung Lao glanced at the boy once more—keeping his head down before quickly leaving the courtyard. Not barring to keep on listening to the cries of his student. Raiden watched his friend leave, not bothering to stop him.

Kung Lao glanced at the boy once more—keeping his head down before quickly leaving the courtyard. Not barring to keep on listening to the cries of his student. Raiden watched his friend leave, not bothering to stop him.
Although it was a good idea to make the Shaolin look at what he had done but the champion let him go. Giving Kung Lao a bit of mercy that they all knew he did not deserve in the slightest.
It only took a few more minutes before Liu Kang had finished. The fire died out while Shujinko fell to the ground completely unconscious and still. He wasn't dead, but it would have to take some time before he would be able to even walk again.
“Where is Kung Lao?” The god asked as the monks came to take the unconscious boy back to where he slept for the time being.
“He left. Could not take seeing what he did to Shujinko I think.”
“Do not let your anger become a problem.”
“How could I not?” Raiden sighed. His hands went to his hips. It was practically impossible not to be upset when he did his best to avoid this very thing. If only Kung Lao could listen, but even the elders in Fengjian knew that boy could not listen to save his life. “I told him this would happen and yet he went against it. Thinking it was only him that Shujinko needed.”
Although the god understood the anger and also felt upset by his champion's actions, he knew it was not the way to teach him. Never had taking anger out on someone ever been a good way to teach anyone to be better.
The god put his hand on Raiden's shoulder, squeezing it softly. “Kung Lao simply didn't think this out thoroughly.” Liu Kang knew defending him wasn't the best way to excuse what he had done but his focus was more so on making sure Raiden wasn't too cruel to his friend.
“He clearly did not.” Raiden sighed.
Maybe he should've been more firm with his wishes? Worded things differently so Kung Lao could take him seriously? Or he could've gone to Shujinko and told him not to train without both of them there. Would the boy even listen to Raiden's ask? Most likely not; even the monks could see how much the young boy looked up to Kung Lao. Always wanted to be around him like a puppy. It was cute from time to time but it wasn't too long before it became a problem.
Just the thought of him being able to stop it made him angry, small lights starting to flicker in his palm.
“Why don't you take out your anger during your training?” Liu Kang suggested, not wanting his champion to end up doing something that he would immensely regret later on. “Just don't hurt yourself or set anything ablaze, please.”
Good idea. Raiden knew he needed to put his mind on something else. “Yes, Lord Liu Kang.” He bowed his head slightly as the god took his hand off the astrapokinetic's shoulder. Offering a small smile to him before letting Raiden go ahead and calm himself.
Both of them knew it had to either be Raiden, the monks, or Liu Kang that would need to talk to Kung Lao about this. Correct his behavior or at least stop this from repeating for all of their sake.
All of those who had watched it felt bad for the boy; the screams were enough to make anyone pity him. But it had to be done to keep the realms and the timeline from chaos. The god was certain that none of them wanted to deal with a power-hungry enemy again.
He sighed, taking a moment to think about what needed to be done, how they would do it, and if it would actually correct Kung Lao. Liu Kang would figure something to do. Even if it meant punishing one of his beloved champions.
-
The sky had turned dark by now. The blank canvas painted with little lights all along what they could see. Most were starting to retire to their rooms, wanting to sleep or rest for the following day. Kung Lao, however, was more so just trying to not let the guilt eat him out from the inside.
Never would he think that simple training could lead to what Shujinko became. He knew he had an ego but not even he or Johnny had changed much when they were trained. He really should have heeded Raiden's warning and not trained the boy by himself. Not that he could go back now, it was too late to even think about reconsidering.
He could train to get his mind off what he did to this poor student. Maybe eat? That usually got him unfocused. Go to Raiden? Talk to Johnny? Meditate with some of the monks? Just have something to do before all the guilt took everything from him.
“Kung Lao.”
By the gods, he didn't even notice he wasn't alone until Liu Kang spoke up. Immediately making Kung Lao tense up and focus on what was happening around him. He really needed to get out of that habit of letting his mind run around.
He got up quickly, standing up in front of both his friend and the god. Bowing his head in some respect. The last thing he wanted to do was piss them off even more after what he had done.
Liu Kang was calm—very rarely was he angry—and so was Raiden, but even Kenshi could see that he wasn't too calm like the immortal was. Just giving a more disappointed look to the Shaolin. If he were being honest, he didn't know which one was worse.
It was Liu Kang who had broke the tension between them all. “I believe you know why we are here.” The god wasn't wrong; it was quite obvious why they were here. But it didn't make Kung Lao nervous. It really only made him feel even more guilty for what he had done. It was like there was a hole in Kung Lao's chest, simply becoming larger and larger while their eyes stayed on him.
“What is my punishment, Lord Liu Kang?” He couldn't stop himself from speaking up. Only wanting to finish it and go back to wanting to cry and sleep.
“Your punishment,” the god murmured as he stood in front of Kung Lao, crossing his arms behind his back. “Will be denial. Which will be given through me and Raiden.”
Denial? What kind of punishment was that? Kung Lao raised a brow as he watched Raiden sit down beside him. Like work denial? Privilege denial? Food denial? By the elder gods, Kung Lao couldn't live with that. Well, no shit he couldn't; it was a necessity, and they all knew that Liu Kang wasn't cruel. Or at least wouldn't do anything to cause harm to one of his champions. Right?
“It is nothing of what you are thinking, Kung Lao.” All the thoughts quickly disappeared when Liu Kang comforted him. Even with the god's word he was still anxious—a feeling of pain and sickness in his gut. “Keep calm and simply take the punishment. I can assure you it won't be painful.”
The Shaolin tensed up when he felt Raiden start to touch him, hands laying on his waist before he was pulled closer to his friend. He wasn't able to get any words out before he could feel Raiden's lips on his. Just pressing them together for a moment or two before it changed into something a bit more passionate.
It wasn't like he and Raiden were completely innocent of each other's teenage years, when they had nothing better to do. No strings attached to anything. Two friends who got curious or wanted to practice. Little touches here and there—but nothing that could get them into trouble. Well, maybe once. Or twice, possibly thrice. It wasn't anything like them actually having sex, really. Just jerking and rubbing like two uncoordinated teenagers who didn't know how to handle being horny with a friend.
Kung Lao stiffened for a second as he and Raiden moved against each other, his body relaxing once he got used to his friend's lips again. His hands went up to hold Raiden's face, but they didn't make it too far. The astrapokinetic quickly pushed his arms back to his side. Not letting the other touch him since this was punishment. Kung Lao was at their mercy. “Keep your hands to yourself. Do not make me have to tie you up like you cannot control yourself.”
Now, in any other situation like this, Kung Lao would have still pushed for it. Smirking as he kept pushing. But this time he listened. His hands grabbed at the bedding while Raiden took control over them. Kissing his friend a bit harder, their tongue rubbing together.
Liu Kang was still there, watching his champions with a calm expression. Standing in front of the bed like he was overseeing how Raiden would treat Kung Lao. Making sure he wouldn't overstep or hurt the other shaolin.
After what felt like minutes, both of them pulled away. A string of saliva still connecting them to another. “He should be ready.” Raiden murmured to the god, still keeping Kung Lao close but putting his focus on Liu Kang. “Good. We can begin.”
Oh, right. This was punishment. Was it punishment?
Kung Lao was still so focused on thinking about what was going on that he didn't notice hands undoing his pants. Quickly getting him in only his boxers. Nothing too special about it, just simple black boxers with a little smiley face on them. Raiden chuckled under his breath as he saw it but Liu Kang was more focused on what they were doing.
“You have to wear those?”
“They are very comfortable!”
Kung Lao's face quickly turned pink once he realized he was bare in front of them. Letting them see everything from the waist down. He knew that both of them knew he was different from the others, but it still felt weird letting them see everything. A quick and loud gasp came out when Liu Kang ran his fingers against the slickened hole. His body jumping just a bit.
Raiden's hands kept Kung Lao's thighs spread for the god. Knowing how quickly he was quick to shut his legs when things became too much. “Breathe.” The god reminded him as he gently pushed a finger into his champion. Feeling around on the inside. It had been a while since Kung Lao had done anything, not even having enough time to touch himself anymore. And gods forbid that he even tries to sleep with someone.
“Take what you are given.” Raiden murmured while Kung Lao lay down fully. His body rested while he let the god touch and feel inside him. He could survive this if this was his only punishment. But even he knew this wasn't the end of it.
-
That alone was definitely not his punishment. It was way worse than making people look down at him. Why did he always have to underestimate everything he came across?
Kung Lao's legs were still held open, tensing up while Liu Kang showed how well he could use his hands. Raiden had moved, sitting behind his friend while poor Kung Lao's head was in his lap. Looking up at the astrapokinetic as he could feel fingers pressing right where they needed to. He now knew what they meant by denial and damn did he hate it.
“Please let me come,” he begged, legs still trying to close around Liu Kang's hand. They had been going for only a couple of minutes, but the god had managed to get him so close about four times. Nothing he was trying to say or do would make them change their mind and it was practically torture to not get over that stupid edge. “You haven't earned it yet.” Liu Kang answered calmly. Smiling just a bit when Kung Lao whined at his refusal.
His hand kept moving, fingers pumping in and out of Kung Lao's hole while his other hand gently played with the small sensitive nub right above the slit. Making it still feel good but not letting it go too far.
Hands pulled back when he felt Kung Lao squeeze his fingers. Making him gasp out with a cry as he had been denied again. “No, please!” He looked down at the god, his hips trying to move as if to chase down Liu Kang's fingers. Liu Kang did touch him again but it was just another few pokes and rubs before taking his hands off completely again.
A small cry and pout came out of Kung Lao. Fucking hell, he couldn't take this. He wanted to cum so bad—he needed to cum so bad.
He couldn't think about it too much when he was moved by Raiden. Positioned on his stomach but having his legs still hanging off the bed. Kung Lao tried to get up, but he was immediately pushed back down. Neither of them letting him move too much as the astrapokinetic stood up as well. Getting behind the other champion while Liu Kang sat on the bed. Watching both of them.
All Kung Lao could hear was Raiden messing with his pants, getting them undone before his hands even touched the other. “Are you gonna—Mphm!” Kung Lao whimpered loudly when he felt his friend shove his way into him. Not giving a warning or anything. Filling him up until their hips met.
Raiden wasn't small by any means. Having well over a decent size that Kung Lao was a bit obsessed with when they were teens. Now instead of playing with it in his hands it was buried inside his pussy. “Am I going to what, Lao?” He questioned, his hips starting to move despite how Kung Lao was still adjusting.
It took a moment for everything to go back to normal. Kung Lao had to gasp and pant before pressing his face into the bed. Hiding from both of them as his insides squeezed Raiden's cock. “I was gonna ask if you were going to also torture me.” He did his best to speak coherently and in between moans but that alone was a battle he couldn't win.
A small chuckle came out of Liu Kang, shaking his head as he watched the scene in front of him. Raiden grabbed Kung Lao's hair, pulling his head up so the god could see how well the champion could take his friend. “You deserve this after that little stunt you did.” He frowned before his hips turned a bit more harshly. Slamming into the hole with no remorse or mercy.
“I didn't mean to!” Kung Lao cried out when he felt the tip pressing right into the little bundle of nerves. Causing his whole body to shake and twitch. He knew they didn't want an explanation, but he couldn't stop himself. Wanting to explain. “He could've made a great champion! I taught him how to—!”
A quick smack to Kung Lao's ass shut him up. Leaving a red mark on paler skin.
“You turned an innocent boy into a threat. I warned you not to, and you still didn't listen.” Raiden couldn't just let Kung Lao think what he had done wasn't bad. If anything, he should've been punished more severely. “You never listen to me, or to anyone, for that matter of fact. Not Madam Bo, not Liu Kang, not even your parents.” He pulled Kung Lao's hair just a bit more to try and get his point into the other's head.
Although Raiden wasn't wrong about anything he was saying, all it was doing was making Kung Lao feel more guilty. “Raiden,” Liu Kang murmured, making the champion pause. With a sigh, he stopped. Lifting Kung Lao up and holding him up. Grabbing behind the champion's legs and pulling his friend more onto his dick.
“Shit!” Kung Lao threw his head back as they got comfortable in the new position. His body jerking and shaking when he felt Raiden's entire tip pressing against his g-spot. His hands were trying to move despite how trapped they were.
Liu Kang could see everything, and that really only made Kung Lao wetter. Getting closer and closer to the edge. He couldn't stop the tears coming out as he wanted to cum so damn bad. “Please! I'll be good! I'll listen, I'll be better, I swear just please let me come.” His head fell forward when Raiden started moving faster. The god could feel a bit of guilt eating at him, but he pushed it down. Just watching the two friends.
Just like before, Raiden pulled out before Kung Lao could have his orgasm. Simply letting his cock hang there while the other champion cried. Mainly out of need and desperation. Unfortunately for him, they still needed to go a couple more rounds. Mainly because Raiden wanted to.
-
Kung Lao couldn't focus on anything besides the dick inside him. Everything around him was spinning while he could feel the heat coming from everywhere around him. Finally after what felt like hours, they had let him take control again. Letting him get his orgasm that he was so desperate for.
Liu Kang had left only moments ago. Trusting Raiden to keep helping his friend out after their part was done. Although he was still upset and mad at Kung Lao, it had decreased substantially. His hands resting and squeezing his friend's thighs.
“This won't happen again?” He asked softly, watching Kung Lao ride him like there wasn't anything else to worry about. Which technically there wasn't any at the moment.
“You'll listen to me when I warn you?” Another nod from the champion. Whimpering as his hands fell onto Raiden's chest, his tongue just barely peeking out of his mouth.
“I'm sorry—” Kung Lao gasped out, almost falling against his friend but not stopping his hips. Still wanting that deprived orgasm he had cried over minutes ago. “I'll be better, I'll listen, I'll take everything you say seriously and I'll do it without a problem.” He rambled on, looking at Raiden with half-lidded eyes. The astrapokinetic could practically see the hearts in his eyes.
Raiden hoped his friend wasn't joking as he made those promises. “Then that's all I ask, Lao.”
“Fuck!”
Kung Lao cried as he finally came. Head was thrown back while his pussy squeezed and clenched around Raiden's cock. A clear liquid shooting out of him to reach all the way to the champion's face and hair. Getting him soaked with Kung Lao's release. He didn't mind it as much as he probably should've. Simply getting it out of his eyes while Kung Lao finally collapsed onto Raiden. Panting and twitching as his body rested.
Arms wrapped around Kung Lao's body, pressing him close as he calmed down from his high. Raiden nuzzled his face into the other's hair when Kung Lao moved just a bit closer. Wanting some aftercare from the astrapokinetic.
“We'll train Shujinko together and he'll be the best champion for the new generation.”
“Yeah… I like that idea…”
