Show Ninjago, two days since the Pirates...
To say that Lloyd was having a bad day, was a little of an understatement. See, when he was deemed "The Green Ninja" of prophecy and all that, he thought, "Hey, sweet! Powers!" and not much else. Sadly, this included training.
He's lucky that if Jay's the one doing the training, he's not having to do much, just some. Jay seems to let Lloyd take it at his own pace, while Cole tries to 'make it fun', and... Honestly not doing the greatest job, but Lloyd could appreciate it. Kai was full on, but also making sure Lloyd did safe things. Zane was so by-the-book, Lloyd wasn't sure if the robot was just reading it off some kinda book in his head. Nya was great... But she also seemed to be trying a bit harder than the others, or she has to rush away to whatever odd mechanic job she got. Sometimes Jay went in her place. Most the time not.
"Urgh, do I have too~?" Lloyd whined, as he was told Dareith was training him today. "Can't we like, slack off?"
"Sorry little buddy, no can do." Dareith said with a shrug. "You're meant to be training."
"Can't I just lift some weights?" Lloyd asked, before the front of th store exploded. Dareith pulled him into the side room, stopping any of the rubble or debris hitting him.
"I JUST FIXED THAT!" Dareith yelled towards Garmadon. "Come on kid, we gotta get outta here." He said, before wheeling a Wheelbarrow from the side room.
"Ok, how about we grab my trophies, and then leave." Dareith said.
"Didn't you get them off Ebay or something!?" Lloyd nearly yelled. "Let's just go!"
"I earned all of them!" After Lloyd's unimpressed look. "... Most of them, I do have an honest Black-Belt kid!"
"I'll believe that when you do something other than Animal moves." Lloyd muttered, before grabbing some trophies and dumping them in the wheelbarrow... "Why-"
"Don't ask questions." Dareith said. "... Ok, look. I needed odd-jobs for keeping the power-on, and the leese in my name." He said after Lloyd raised eyebrow. "You learn that from Kai, kid?"
Outside, the Ninja were dealing with the Serpentine and Garmadon. "Dude, you need a hobby." Jay said to said "Lord of Darkness!" as they fought off the snakes. "Like, seriously."
"Do you ever shut up?" Garmadon snapped.
"No." Jay laughed, kicking a snake away. "But that's part of my charm, isn't it?"
"..." Garmadon muttered something... and mothers? Jay couldn't quite catch it, but Wu looked alarmed at it.
"So, what's the plan this time? Another Clone Escapade?" Kai asked.
"I think he's just planning to blow up the Dojo." Cole said, knocking another snake back with the butt of his scythe.
"Well, at least it's straightforward this time." Zane said, before flinging a Shirkin at Garmadon, who just blocked it with the Mega Weapon's head. "Rather than, as they say, a convoluted plot."
"My plots aren't that hard to understand." Garmadon huffed.
"Kinda are dude-" Kai's eyes widened as he saw Lloyd duck back into the burning building, as a cannon was being loaded. "Shit." He tried to rush over, and even Garmadon looked like he was about to stop the attack, before the snake about to fire, dropped his torch. Right onto the rope.
"Megaweapon!" Garmadon called, while the longer fuse started to brun. "I wish my son was in a world where he would be safe, where I am no longer a threat to him!" He wished, desperate.
A bright golden glow pushed Dareith out of the dojo, as he tried to get back in, before the canon hit the Dojo, glow fading, and it collapsing.
"Lloyd!" Kai rushed forwards, trying to move the rubble. Cole helping to move the heavier things, while Jay sparked a little.
"Who." It didn't sound like a question. Kai was reminded of the nights with Nya when a very bad storm was starting.
"Uhh..." One of the snakes started to back away, while Jay walked forwards. All other Snakes got out of his way, before Jay grabbed the Constrictai that fired.
"You." Jay growled.
"Jay! Put him down!" Wu ordered.
"As much as I am unhappy with him..." Garmadon growled. "I do believe you shouldn't do anything drastic."
"... Fine." Jay dropped the snake. "Get out of my sight."
"Woah... Do I do that?" Kai asked.
"You're..." Cole, Zane and Nya made a so-so motion. "Somewhat?" Nya finished.
"Yikes." Kai hissed.
"Urgh. Why am I in a burning..." A teenager's voice sounded, as the rubble moved. A mostly black with a splash of green arm erupted out from some burnt wood, before a ninja was crawling out. Mostly black in clothing, with a green bandana around the mask and some green accent for the suit, it... Was an odd suit too. The mask looks like it can be pulled both up and down due to the line in the mask. "Wh- dad!?" The boy looked over at Garmadon. "What the he- YOU PROMISED!" The boy yelled, voice breaking, and sounding betrayed.
"L-Lloyd?" Garmadon breathed. Kai looked at this teenager in confusion. This... Wasn't Lloyd. Was it?
"You... You promised." Lloyd said again, voice softer, before his gaze caught the Serpentine. "What..."
"I... I don't remember making a promise, Lloyd." Garmadon said, and Lloyd?'s eyes widened, as Garmadon kept talking. "Did the Mega-Weapon age you up? What's going on... I didn't wish for this..."
"You called me..." Possibly-Lloyd's eyes narrowed, before he grabbed a Dao from his back, and got into a fighting stance. "Ok, not my dad." he muttered, but before he could charge forwards, Kai grabbed his arm.
"No." Kai said holding his arm. Even if this was a weird Lloyd clone, it's still Lloyd. He's not going to fight.
"... I am done here for now." Garmadon said, looking away from the Ninja. "Come, Serpentine. We leave." He looked at the older Lloyd, with... Sorrow and guilt in his eyes.
"I think I speak for everyone..." Jay? Said, pulling back his hood, revealing short hair that was hardly curly at all, and instead of his normal amber-brown eyes, there were silvery cloud like grey eyes, no freckles, and a nick in his eyebrows. "WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!?"
"Ok, so he's back to normal." A slightly sarcastic voice said, pulling back his hood. Cole. Different hair, but the same bushy eyebrows.
Red pulled back his hood, revealing spiky hair, meaning that's Kai. Leaving White to be Zane, and the girl in Samurai Gear to be... Nya? really?
"Ok, this is freaky." Lloyd said. "What happened? One second I'm in my father's Volcano, the next I'm here-"
"Volcano?" Kai asked, eyes glaring. "Who the hell are you!?"
"I'm... Lloyd Garmadon." Lloyd said. "... I might possibly, be in the wrong universe?"
