The sounds of traffic, cars, and people talking from outside the big glass panel windows. In a squared space, clean, smooth floors, the breeze of air conditioners and computers everywhere, of course, in their respective desks. And sitting at those desks are people who are either there to earn money for college, in their first week on the job, or typing their life away. Click click click!
The sun is setting, the clouds dancing gracefully in the sky, as the bright, vibrant orange light bounces off them.
"Hey! Sev!"
A brown-haired, very enthusiastic male. Who looked like he hadn't worked a day in his life. Approaches his coworker who he had just called for.
And a short brown-haired female, with a burger for a hair-clip and a pair of glasses. Pink-tinted lips, freckles on her face, in her early 20's.
Seven turns around at the call of her name, stopping her mid walk towards the water dispenser.
"Oh! Yeah?"
A smile on her face. Not to mistake it as warm or too happy or too welcoming. Just those normal smiles to show you're not a grumpy dumpy person.
"Uh.. well.. The rest of us who just got off work are heading to a small, NOT crowded!!-karaoke party, I know you dislike crowds, don't worry... It's just a few blocks away from our building! You don't have a morning shift tomorrow, do you?"
A karaoke party? It would be nice to have some fun once in a while. After all, being cramped into your own small workplace, along with many others.
"Hm, I'll pass."
She turns back to the water dispenser, about to take another step. But then came a voice, one with intentions to tease.
"Wait! She's gonnaaaa beeeee theee- MMH?!"
Seven leaps towards the guy, one hand over his mouth, And the other hand making the one shush finger sign towards her mouth.
"SHUSH!!!! or I'm knocking all your teeth out!!!"
She pouts while the guy is laughing. Seven then puts down her arms, taking a step back, crossing her arms next.
"I..SUPPOSE.. I have time to join..."
Seven scoffs, the guy smiles in relief that seven is finally doing something fun for once. Ever since that one specific girl joined their workplace, Seven was head over heels for her.
"Great!! Come on, let's go!"
"WAIT!!- I still have to get my-"
She looks back at the water dispenser, then back at her already leaving co-worker. Seven sighs, then runs up to the guy to catch up.
"WAIT FOR ME!!"
