Summary:

The first extra dimensional being to win an Olympic Medal! (It's Bronze.)

Notes:

Everyone agrees that it was only right for Nivôse to be allowed to compete under the AIN flag since they qualified before their government was able to officially set up diplomatic relations with the countries of Earth. There's less agreement over whether that actually counts as wearing the required safety helmet.
