Somebunny to Love

Summary:

“Who the fuck are you?!”

“I’m Seonghwa,” the man said, deadpan, blinking slowly at him.

“What the hell are you doing in my bed? What the fuck are you doing in my house?” Hongjoong stammered, heart hammering.

The man — Seonghwa — looked at his own body and his eyes widened. “Oh, I’m human. That explains it,” he murmured under his breath. “You bought me,” Seonghwa replied casually.

Hongjoong froze, blinking. “I… what?”

Then his gaze dropped, and he noticed them — delicate, soft ears peeking out from Seonghwa’s hair. He had the same honey-like skin as the rabbit’s fur. And when he looked into Seonghwa’s eyes, he knew it wasn’t the first time.

The realization hit him like a train. His jaw dropped, eyes wide, and he whispered in horror:

“You’re a… hybrid.”

Seonghwa smirked faintly, tilting his head. “Yes. I am your bunny.”

…or the one where Hongjoong’s bunny is actually a hot guy!

Work Text:

Hongjoong looked like he hadn’t slept in days. His hoodie was two sizes too big, his hair was sticking out in all directions, and he was clutching an empty coffee cup as if his whole life depended on it. And maybe it did.

“I just need something that won’t die on me emotionally like my last plant,” he muttered under his breath as he wandered aimlessly through the pet shop, a rather short shop worker trailing behind him. Which was a lot to say given how short Hongjoong himself was.

“We have fish—” the worker suggested.

“No.” Hongjoong’s voice was flat, which combined with the dark circled under his eyes made him look almost zombie-like. “I need something fuzzy.”

The worker hesitated, clearly rethinking his life choices. “Uh… we do have guinea pigs? Or maybe rabbits?”

“Show me the fluff,” Hongjoong said immediately, following him to the back of the store, his eyes immediately dismissing the squeaking guinea pigs, rather focusing on the later choice.

The rabbit enclosure was a small fenced-off area, full of tiny, hopping clouds of fur. Some bunnies were napping, some were chewing on hay, one was suspiciously plotting murder in the corner, another had managed to breed three other (presumably) female rabbits within a span of a minute.

Hongjoong blinked at that. And then he saw it.

A single, perfectly honey-furred bunny sat alone, pressed into the corner of his cage, staring blankly into the middle distance like life was just one long disappointment.

Hongjoong crouched down and stared at the ball of angsty fur. “Mood,” he whispered.

The shop worker crouched next to him, lowering his voice like he was about to share a dark family secret. “This one’s a little… strange. He doesn’t really play or anything. Just sort of sits there. Stares into nothing at day.”

Hongjoong nodded seriously. “Perfect. I’m lonely. And I don’t like eye contact.”

The bunny tilted his head slightly, as if evaluating whether Hongjoong was insane enough to be worth following home.

“He’s been here for weeks,” the worker said. “No one wants him.”

Hongjoong stood up with sudden, dramatic determination. “I’ll take him.”

“Do you… want to hold him first?” the worker asked carefully.

“Not really,” Hongjoong said, then hesitated. “Actually, yes. Well, does he bite?”

The worker had already opened the enclosure and reached for the bunny in question. Surprisingly, it let itself be handled without any care, floppy ears falling down the sides of its head.

“He bit one child in the past. He had already almost found his forever home, but then he decided to bite the kid and the family decided on a different one,” the worker said as he handed over the bunny to Hongjoong, who took the animal from the worker with care, following his instructions on how to hold a rabbit.

The bunny still didn’t struggle, didn’t twitch — just sat there, unnervingly calm in Hongjoong’s arms. Hongjoong peered down at him.

“Have you ever owned a rabbit?” the worker asked.

Hongjoong touched the fluffy head of the bunny carefully, fingertips rubbing over the fur. “No,” he said truthfully, eyes not leaving his hopefully new companion.

“Well, you’re a natural,” the worker said. “And the bunny seems to like you.”

“Yeah?” Hongjoong smiled. The bunny’s expression hadn’t changed one bit, so how could the worker know? “If you come home with me, you’re contractually obligated to keep me company and not die. Deal?” he whispered to the bunny, pressing the small warm body closer to his.

The bunny continued to stare at him, unblinking.

“I’ll take that as a yes,” Hongjoong said softly.

Minutes later, he was at the register, pulling out his credit card like a man about to make the most reckless decision of his life.

* * *

Hongjoong spent the whole evening turning his apartment into something resembling a respectable rabbit habitat. He unfolded the collapsible pen he had just bought, arranged a tiny wooden hideout, fluffed a miniature bed until it looked comfier than his own, and lined up toys in an almost religiously aesthetic row. He rinsed and chopped a pile of fresh greens and laid out pellets in a neat dish.

The rabbit, when released into his new kingdom, did not take to it. He hopped once to the center, inspected each item with a single unblinking stare, and then folded himself into the corner of the pen like a small, defiant pillow.

Hongjoong sank down on the floor opposite him and took out his laptop. He talked as if the rabbit would interject, because talking to someone — anyone — felt less like madness than talking to an empty room.

“So today my boss said I need to finish the report on the latest deal by Friday. Can you believe that?” He clicked at his keys. Silence. “Oh right, you can’t talk. Great conversation.”

The rabbit’s ears twitched once. There was no retort, no encouragement, only those dark, still eyes that somehow made Hongjoong feel both seen and mildly judged. He found he didn’t mind. Monologues at least sounded better with a critic.

Hongjoong worked, the rabbit watched; Hongjoong fretted, the rabbit blinked. When the sun finally dipped and the apartment lights softened, Hongjoong, exhausted, slouched on the couch and let himself fall into sleep like someone who’d been pulled under.

He woke later to weight — a warm, strangely heavy pressure across his chest. He opened his eyes carefully, heart pounding, and came face-to-face with the bunny. Up close, the little creature’s nose twitched, its eyes were absurdly intent.

Hongjoong swallowed a laugh that had no humor in it. He propped himself up on an elbow and stared back. “If you’re gonna kill me,” he whispered to the tiny loaf of fur, half joking and half terrified, “do it quick.”

The rabbit blinked, unimpressed, then hopped off and returned to the corner of his pen as if nothing unusual had occurred at all. Hongjoong stared after him, fingers cold on the fabric of his shirt, and decided that if this was the beginning of a horror movie, at least it had good lighting.

* * *

Day two of being a proud rabbit owner started with optimism.

Hongjoong swiftly got up and went to his living room where he glanced over at the rabbit pen. The bed was still perfectly made, toys untouched, and the tiny wooden hideout sat in pristine, showroom-level cleanliness. His eyes traveled over the room, until he found the bunny sleeping in the corner, body a perfect circle, eyes closed, ears flopped down the size of its head.

“Today we bond,” Hongjoong said out loud, pointing at the rabbit, who blinked awake at the noise. “You and me. Roommates.”

The rabbit, as usual, offered no response.

Hongjoong took that as encouragement.

Hongjoong had invented a ridiculous morning routine (or at least he was sure it would become his daily morning routine): check the rabbit’s food, rearrange the bedding (again), test the chew-toy for safety. The rabbit obliged by maintaining his role — a tiny statue of unimpressed patience.

By midmorning, he was seated at his desk, trying to look professional for a Zoom call with his team. His laptop camera framed him from the waist up — hoodie, coffee mug, faint eye bags hidden under the grace of good lighting. Things were going smoothly until he felt a sudden weight land on his lap.

He froze. The rabbit was staring up at him with eerie intensity, ears forward like a tiny, silent supervisor.

“No,” Hongjoong mouthed.

The rabbit did not move at first. Then, with shocking speed, he hopped onto the desk and planted himself squarely on Hongjoong’s keyboard.

“dsgvfcfvgggggggggggggg” appeared in the group chat.

Hongjoong’s stomach dropped. He tried to quietly slide the rabbit off without anyone noticing, but the movement triggered a violent kick that somehow pressed the enter key three times and unmuted him mid-sentence.

“Did your cat just type that?” his boss asked, squinting into the camera.

“Yes,” Hongjoong said flatly, glaring at the rabbit. “My… cat.”

Another kick. This time the Zoom window closed entirely.

Hongjoong sat back in his chair, staring at the screen like he’d just witnessed a murder. “You’re lucky you’re cute,” he said finally, scooping the rabbit into his arms, while he tried to log back into the call.

The rabbit looked smug. It was the first proper reaction to anything Hongjoong had seen from the bunny.

By early afternoon, Hongjoong had decided to take a break, which unfortunately included going to the bathroom. He barely made it three steps before hearing soft thumps behind him.

“No,” he said, spinning around to point at the rabbit. “You’re not watching me pee. We have boundaries in this house.”

He picked him up, deposited him gently outside the bathroom door, and shut it. A moment later, there was a faint scratch at the door, making Hongjoong sigh.

“Seriously. Let me pee in peace,” he yelled, only then realising he was yelling through the door at a rabbit.

Then, there was no more reply, only a quiet, judgmental thump on the other side of the door.

This was not how Hongjoong imagined their bonding to go.

By the time evening rolled around, Hongjoong was sprawled on the couch, too tired to do anything but scroll aimlessly on his phone while some drama played on TV at low volume. He felt the small weight land on him before he saw it — the rabbit had jumped up onto the couch, then climbed onto his chest with slow, deliberate hops.

Hongjoong blinked at him.

“You again,” he murmured, but his hand automatically lifted to stroke soft fur.

The rabbit settled down, warm and small and unexpectedly comforting. Hongjoong exhaled, eyelids heavy, and let himself sink into the cushions.

“You might be the only thing keeping me sane right now,” he said softly.

The apartment was quiet except for the sound of the TV, and for the first time in weeks, Hongjoong felt himself relax. His hand stayed resting on the rabbit’s back even as sleep pulled him under.

* * *

Over the next few days, Hongjoong truly found himself slipping into a routine without even meaning to.

Every morning, the very first thing he did was pad out into the living room, hair sticking up and eyes still half-closed, to check on the rabbit. The little thing would perk up the moment he saw him, tiny nose twitching, as if he had been waiting all night for Hongjoong to show up.

So, the last couple of days, Hongjoong had taken to leaving his bedroom door open — and had woken up to find the rabbit already there, curled up at the very edge of the bed. Always just far enough away that Hongjoong wouldn’t roll over and crush him, but close enough that Hongjoong could feel the faint weight and warmth of his small body.

Breakfast became a shared affair. Hongjoong would make his own plate, pour himself coffee, and set down fresh vegetables for the bunny. Then he’d sit on the floor next to the pen, sipping his drink and watching the little creature eat in his own designated area, a strange calm settling over him that he couldn’t remember the last time he’d felt.

Work was the same. Or at least, it had the same rhythm, but now with a fuzzy companion. The rabbit would hop onto his lap, or perch on the edge of the desk, eyes half-lidded as it basked in the warmth of the computer. Sometimes Hongjoong would catch himself staring at it instead of at the screen — watching the slow, methodical way his ears flicked.

When he had to go out — to meet someone, grab groceries — the rabbit always seemed to notice. He would follow him to the door, little paws silent on the floor. And when Hongjoong came back, no matter how long he’d been gone, there he was, waiting, as if no time had passed.

The bathroom was apparently not off-limits for the bunny, either. The bunny would nudge the door with its nose, persistent little thumps echoing through the wood, but Hongjoong kept it firmly shut, calling out that he’d be done soon. After his shower, Hongjoong’d found the rabbit in the living room, grooming himself diligently as if he too was freshening up for the evening.

Nights were quiet, cozy. Hongjoong would sink into the couch with his phone or switch on the TV, the rabbit tucked under his arm or resting against his hip. When he got too tired to keep his eyes open, he’d kiss the top of his head, murmuring a soft “goodnight,” and head to bed — leaving the door open.

Almost without fail, the rabbit would hop onto the bed sometime later. And in the morning, Hongjoong would wake to find him there again, and the whole cycle would start over.

And he found that he liked it — the repetition, the quiet comfort of having someone waiting for him. It felt less like he had adopted a bunny, and more like the bunny had adopted him.

Maybe he should finally think of a name for the ball of fur.

* * *

Hongjoong woke up warm, which was strange enough. He wasn’t usually a warm sleeper — he was more of a burrito blanket, heater-on-high kind of person. But this morning there was a different kind of warmth, a steady heat pressed against his side.

For a blissful second, still hovering in dreamland, he let himself enjoy it. Then his brain kicked in.

Slowly, carefully, Hongjoong turned his head.

A man — a very pretty, very shirtless man — was lying in his bed. His hair was a messy halo around his head, his face annoyingly perfect even in sleep, his long limbs stretched out around Hongjoong like he owned the place.

Hongjoong screamed.

The man — no, the intruder, the home invader, the potential murderer — groaned and rubbed his eyes. “Would you stop yelling? You woke me up.”

Hongjoong scrambled upright, grabbing the first pair of pants he could find and yanking them over his pajama pants like that would somehow protect him from whatever nightmare had just appeared in his bedroom.

“Who the fuck are you?!” he demanded, voice shaking, pointing an accusatory finger as if he were ready to call the authorities right then and there.

“You bought me,” Seonghwa replied casually, stretching one arm over his head, eyes still half-lidded with sleep.

Hongjoong sank back onto the bed, pants still awkwardly layered, hands flying to his face. Somehow, this was exactly what he hadn’t been ready for.

“Do you—” Seonghwa started, guiltily picking at the hem of Hongjoong’s blanket, which he had used to cover himself so far. “Could you lend me something to wear? I’m kinda naked,” he bit his lip, looking down.

“Of-fucking-course you are,” Hongjoong mumbled. He scrambled to the closet and yanked out the largest hoodie he owned, along with a pair of boxers that might have doubled as shorts. “Here,” he said awkwardly, holding them out. “Put these on. I’ll… I’ll just, uh, go make coffee.”

Seonghwa raised an eyebrow but said nothing, taking the hoodie and boxers with surprisingly graceful movements. Hongjoong turned sharply, muttering, “Coffee, coffee, coffee,” and retreated to the kitchen.

Hongjoong had only met a few hybrids in his life, mostly through friends who owned them. Mostly cats, a dog or two and even one snake hybrid. An interesting interaction that was. But he had never really wanted to own a hybrid. He didn’t want to own another living, thinking being. Not in the same way owning a pet was.

When walking through the living room, his eyes searched for the small ball of fur he had grown so attached to in the last week or so. He wasn’t by his pen. Why would he? When he was in Hongjoong’s bed. Naked in his bed.

Hongjoong groaned out loud.

Once he was behind the counter, he tried to focus on the machine, carefully measuring beans and water like it would somehow restore the day to some semblance of normal. But his thoughts kept drifting. What the hell had he just woken up to? His emotional support bunny had… become a man. A very handsome, impossibly pretty man.

He jumped slightly when a voice called from behind him. “You’re making coffee?”

Hongjoong turned to see Seonghwa standing in the doorway, wearing the oversized hoodie that swallowed him almost completely and the boxers. The hoodie hung off his shoulders, but the way it draped only made him look even more relaxed and casual. His long, dark hair tumbled past his fluffy ears, soft and almost glowing in the morning light. The bunny ears flopped lazily to the sides, getting lost in the waves of hair, and somehow it was both adorable and infuriatingly distracting.

“Uh, yeah,” Hongjoong said, holding out the freshly brewed coffee. “Do you… want some?” His tone was tentative, like offering a glass of lava. “I mean, I don’t even know if… bunnies drink coffee.”

Seonghwa laughed, a low amused sound that made Hongjoong’s ears burn. “Bunnies don’t, but I’ll take a cup anyway.”

Hongjoong pushed the mug toward him, keeping as much distance as he possibly could while still passing it along. He tried to act casual, but his eyes betrayed him, tracing Seonghwa from head to toe. Taller than him. Long, fluffy dark hair, glowy skin that matched the color of his fur. Those flopped ears, impossibly soft. And that calm, knowing gaze that seemed to size him up in an instant.

Hongjoong’s thoughts scrambled in a way that was both thrilling and terrifying. Where do I even start? Do I ask about the… transformation? His bunny instincts? His ears? How does he sleep? What the hell does one ask a man who used to be a rabbit?

He cleared his throat, trying to regain some semblance of composure. “So… uh… you’re… taller than I thought.”

Seonghwa tilted his head, a teasing glint in his eye. “I get that a lot.”

Hongjoong’s hand hovered near his coffee mug, gripping it like a lifeline, wishing he could somehow slow time or at least pause his heart before it leapt entirely out of his chest.

“I… I guess I have a lot of questions,” he admitted finally, voice trembling between panic and curiosity.

Seonghwa took a slow sip of his coffee, still leaning casually against the counter, and hummed thoughtfully. “I suspected as much.”

Hongjoong stared at him, utterly undone, and realized that this wasn’t just a morning anymore. This was the start of something completely uncharted — and his emotional support bunny was now very, very human.

Hongjoong stared at him, coffee cooling rapidly in his hand, forgotten halfway to his lips. The steam curled lazily into the air, but he barely noticed. “What the hell, man… Why did you let someone buy you?”

Seonghwa only shrugged, maddeningly calm, as though this entire situation weren’t completely insane. His shoulders lifted in a slow, deliberate roll, then dropped again. “It’s not like I did that on purpose.”

Hongjoong’s brow furrowed. “No?”

“No.”

Seonghwa leaned back against the counter, bracing himself with his palms against the edge. The quiet clink of metal against ceramic as Hongjoong set his mug down felt too loud in the small kitchen. Seonghwa’s posture was deceptively casual, but Hongjoong could see the faint tension in the way his knuckles pressed against the countertop.

“I was… stuck,” Seonghwa said finally, his voice softer now.

Hongjoong squinted at him, baffled. “Stuck where?”

“In my bunny form.”

Hongjoong blinked at him once, twice, as if that would help the words make more sense. “Why?”

Seonghwa let out a long sigh that seemed to deflate him. He tipped his head back against the cabinets, staring at the ceiling as though the answer might be written up there somewhere. “My colony disowned me.”

The words hit heavier than Hongjoong expected, enough that he actually forgot to breathe for a second. He set the mug fully aside and crossed his arms, watching Seonghwa closely. “What did you do?”

“It’s… complicated,” Seonghwa murmured, dragging a hand through his hair. His fingers lingered there for a moment, gripping the strands like he could ground himself that way. “Basically, I wasn’t good enough for them.”

Hongjoong’s brows drew together, the tightness in his chest unfamiliar but sharp. “So… you decided to stay a bunny forever?”

“I didn’t decide anything,” Seonghwa said firmly. “Being exiled from a colony is stressful. Rabbits aren’t meant to live alone. I guess the stress got to me so bad that I couldn’t turn back. It happens sometimes.”

Hongjoong let out a long, exasperated sigh and muttered to himself, though loud enough for Seonghwa to hear. “Not only did I buy a depressed bunny with an attitude… he turns out to be a hot man.”

Seonghwa raised an eyebrow and smirked. “Well, thank you.”

An awkward silence settled between them, broken only by the hum of the coffee maker.

“So… what are we going to do now?” Seonghwa asked after a moment.

Hongjoong ran a hand through his hair, panicked. “Can you… go back to your colony? Or find a different one?”

Seonghwa shook his head.

“Fuck!” Hongjoong groaned, flopping his hands onto the counter.

“Well,” Seonghwa said, leaning casually against the edge, “you did buy me. So technically, you… own me.”

Hongjoong froze, eyes widening. “Own you?” Exactly what he didn’t want to hear.

Seonghwa shrugged like it was the most obvious thing in the world. “Yeah. I’m yours.”

Hongjoong’s face went crimson. He covered it with both hands. “Oh my god… don’t say it like that! Okay, okay, we’ll figure something out.”

Seonghwa’s lips curved into a teasing grin. “So you’re not kicking me out?”

Hongjoong hesitated, then let out another long sigh. “No. I bought you. You’re my responsibility now.”

* * *

Over the next few days, Hongjoong quickly realized that having a hybrid — a very attractive, very chaotic hybrid — in his apartment was not going to be a quiet adjustment.

Not only had it been just a few days since he’d decided to brighten up his life with a live fluffy companion, everything had flipped another 180 degrees and he was now roommates with a fucking bunny hybrid.

Seonghwa retained many of his rabbit habits. He still hopped onto the couch instead of sitting, landing with the grace of a catapulted marshmallow. Hongjoong groaned every time Seonghwa struggled to find a comfortable spot.

He collapsed onto the couch next to Seonghwa, running a hand over his face. He began noticing hair everywhere — in the sink, on the counter, clinging stubbornly to his hoodie. “You’re ruining my aesthetic!” he complained, though his tone carried more disbelief than anger.

Despite all the chaos, the scratches, the chewed cords, and the small avalanche of hair everywhere, Hongjoong found himself smiling more than he had in weeks. Slowly, he realized that the apartment, once empty and quiet and painfully lonely, now felt… alive. Better than alone.

He looked over at Seonghwa, sprawled across the couch like he owned the place (and, in some ways, he did), and sighed. Maybe this was exactly what he needed.

They were supposed to be watching a movie. Hongjoong had picked something light, something easy to follow, but it didn’t matter. All his attention had long since shifted to the warmth pressing against his side.

Seonghwa inched closer, as if drawn by some magnetic force Hongjoong had no control over. Then, impossibly, he sniffed at Hongjoong’s neck.

“Why are you smelling me?” Hongjoong yelled, jerking upright on the couch.

“You smell safe,” Seonghwa said, his tone casual, teasing, like it was the most obvious observation in the world.

Hongjoong froze, brain short-circuiting. “You can’t just say stuff like that.”

Seonghwa smirked, tilting his head. “Why do you think I was able to turn back?” he asked, his voice quiet but loaded with something heavier than curiosity.

Hongjoong shifted his weight, shoulders lifting in a helpless shrug. “I don’t know.”

“I felt safe with you…” Seonghwa’s tone was softer this time, almost hesitant, like admitting it cost him something.

Hongjoong blinked. “So you can just… go back to being a bunny?”

Seonghwa didn’t answer. Instead, before Hongjoong could process what was happening, his form blurred — shimmered, almost — and then collapsed into a much smaller shape. Clothes fell in a heap on the couch, and there, sitting in the middle of them, was a small bunny. His bunny.

“Holy—” Hongjoong breathed, leaning forward instinctively.

The bunny nosed its way out of the pile of fabric, long ears twitching, before climbing over the sleeve of his own shirt that Hongjoong had bought him a few days ago. He shook himself once, fur fluffing out, then turned his head up toward Hongjoong as if to say, Well?

“Wow,” Hongjoong said, crouching down without thinking, his wide eyes fixed on the little creature.

And just like that, the air shimmered again. The bunny was gone, replaced by Seonghwa’s bare form, kneeling amidst the clothes. Hongjoong’s eyes went wide for a completely different reason this time, and he spun halfway around, ears and cheeks burning red. He’d definitely caught more skin than he should have — including a quick, traitorous glimpse of a nipple — before the sound of rustling clothes filled the air.

He kept his gaze stubbornly fixed on a fly on the wall until he heard the soft tug of fabric settling back into place.

“Done,” Seonghwa’s voice came, calm but just a little amused.

Hongjoong risked a glance back, still pink around the tips of his ears.

“So you feel safe with me?” Hongjoong asked, his voice softer now, as if he wasn’t sure he wanted to hear the answer.

“Yes,” Seonghwa said without hesitation, almost matter-of-factly. “Absolutely.”

Hongjoong blinked. “How?”

Seonghwa tilted his head, considering how to phrase it. “When you brought me home, at first I thought you’d be a desperate weirdo.”

Hongjoong frowned. “Why?”

“You smelled like desperation,” Seonghwa said simply.

Hongjoong rolled his eyes, setting his mug down with a little more force than necessary. “Great. Thanks.”

“But then,” Seonghwa went on, unfazed, “I realized I also smelled loneliness… and kindness.”

Hongjoong squinted at him. “You can smell kindness?”

Seonghwa’s mouth twitched, not quite a smile. “I could tell you had good intentions with me. That you just needed a buddy.” His voice softened just a little. “And don’t be fooled — I quickly grew to like you too.”

Hongjoong scoffed. “So much you wanted to watch me pee?”

Seonghwa didn’t even flinch. “Well, yeah. I don’t know, I was curious…” His gaze dropped for a moment before he added, more quietly, “And I was afraid you’d leave me.”

The air went strangely still for a moment, and Hongjoong’s chest tightened in a way he didn’t expect. He cleared his throat. “So what do I smell like now?”

Seonghwa moved closer, leaning in until Hongjoong could feel the faint brush of breath against his collarbone. He inhaled slowly, like he was really considering the question, then hummed.

“You’re comfortable,” he said, his lips curving into a faint, teasing smile. “Still a little freaked out but… hmm…”

Hongjoong’s eyes narrowed. “What?”

That was when Seonghwa’s smirk bloomed, sharp and knowing. “I smell arousal on you.”

Hongjoong made a strangled noise and quickly averted his eyes, ears turning bright red. “Oh my god.”

“Well… you do smell nice.”

“…Stop,” Hongjoong muttered, though his voice betrayed how flustered he already was.

Seonghwa leaned back slightly, pretending to retreat, but his hand slid along Hongjoong’s arm, brushing just enough to make his skin tingle.

“Stop that!” Hongjoong yelped, squirming away instinctively.

“I think you like it,” Seonghwa whispered, voice low and teasing.

“I—NO—don’t—ah!” Hongjoong stammered, flustered beyond coherence.

Seonghwa leaned closer, forehead resting against Hongjoong’s. The teasing pressure, the closeness, the impossibly warm body next to him — it all made Hongjoong go still. Their eyes locked, breaths mingling.

Without warning, Seonghwa closed the gap, pressing his lips to Hongjoong’s in a deliberate, teasing kiss. It was soft, exploratory at first, but there was an undeniable spark that made Hongjoong’s knees go weak and his heart hammer in his chest.

He barely had time to protest before all rational thought fled.

The first kiss lingered a fraction too long for Hongjoong to handle. He could feel the warmth of Seonghwa’s body pressed against his, the soft brush of his lips, and that faint, intoxicating scent that made his heart skip.

Seonghwa pulled back just enough to tease, pressing his forehead again against Hongjoong’s, eyes glinting. “You’re not going to kiss me back?”

Hongjoong’s thoughts scrambled like a storm. “I—I… yeah!” he stammered, and leaned in, closing the distance with a mix of panic and desire.

When their lips met again, Hongjoong finally kissed back, slow and hesitant at first, then with growing confidence as the initial shock faded. Seonghwa’s hand slid to rest against his chest, and Hongjoong couldn’t stop a small laugh that quickly turned into a breathless smile against Seonghwa’s lips.

The kisses deepened, careful and teasing, neither rushing but both pressing just enough to make each other shiver. Each pause was punctuated by stolen glances, quick smiles, and the faint brushing of noses. It was electric, absurd, and entirely unplanned.

Eventually, Seonghwa pulled back slightly, resting his head against Hongjoong’s shoulder. Hongjoong’s heart was still hammering, his cheeks burning, but he couldn’t stop the ridiculously stupid grin spreading across his face.

“Are we… okay?” Seonghwa murmured softly, curling closer, his body pressing into Hongjoong’s side.

Hongjoong nodded, trying to look nonchalant. “Yeah. Totally fine.”

They turned their attention back to the movie as if nothing had happened, but Hongjoong couldn’t stop staring at the screen with a grin so wide it was practically permanent. Seonghwa leaned into him, satisfied and excited, content just to be there.

The room was quiet except for the dialogue on the screen, and for the first time in a long while, Hongjoong felt warm all the way through — not just from Seonghwa’s body pressed to his side, but from something entirely new, soft, and ridiculous.

And somehow, it was exactly perfect.

* * *

Over the next few days, Hongjoong’s life fell into a rhythm that felt strange at first and then quickly became something he couldn’t imagine living without. Hongjoong quickly discovered that living with Seonghwa was nothing like living with a normal human — or a normal rabbit, for that matter.

Seonghwa’s bunny instincts were still strong after being stuck in his bunny form for months, as Seonghwa had said. He had now apparently mastered his transformation, usually spending nights in his bunny form as it was more comfortable.

One morning, Hongjoong reached for his phone charger only to find it chewed to bits. “Are you serious?!” he shouted, waving the frayed cable like a tiny flag of defeat.

Seonghwa looked sheepish, ears flopping. The bunny crawled under the blanket which had then enlarged as his body transformed into a human form. His head peaked from the blanket. “Instinct…”

Hongjoong rolled his eyes and left the bedroom to give Seonghwa some privacy as the hybrid was now lying in his bed naked again.

While in his bunny form, Seonghwa would hop onto Hongjoong’s lap whenever he was seated, pressed against him on the couch, and insisted on sitting in places that were decidedly inconvenient.

“Bunnies are social animals,” Seonghwa explained, eyes serious, ears twitching. “I need your presence to be happy.”

Hongjoong blinked at him. “You… you need me?”

Seonghwa tilted his head, utterly adorable and infuriating at the same time. “Yes. You’re warm. You smell safe. You’re here.”

Hongjoong could still feel the ghost of that one kiss — the press of Seonghwa’s lips against his own — and it made his chest ache in a way that was both exciting and unbearable. He hadn’t mentioned it. Neither had Seonghwa. But it sat between them, warm and heavy, like a secret.

He went through his mornings quietly, making breakfast while Seonghwa sat at the table, chin in hand, watching him with that small, infuriatingly soft smile. Sometimes Seonghwa leaned closer, sniffing at Hongjoong’s shirt or hair like he couldn’t help himself, and every single time Hongjoong froze.

He told himself it was nothing — Seonghwa was a hybrid, of course he was scent-driven — but his heart still jumped, and his mind went places it probably shouldn’t. He liked having Seonghwa close. Too much, maybe.

When he worked, Seonghwa stayed nearby. If he was in his bunny form, he would hop up onto the desk and sit beside the warm computer as if he owned the place. In his human form, he’d sit cross-legged on the floor or sprawl on Hongjoong’s couch behind him. Sometimes, he shuffled closer until his shoulder brushed Hongjoong’s thigh, and Hongjoong’s whole body went rigid.

He didn’t pull away, though. Not once.

Cuddles became routine. Hongjoong would be on the couch, scrolling on his phone or half-watching a movie, and Seonghwa would curl against his side, warm and soft and solid in a way that made it hard to breathe.

One morning, Hongjoong found Seonghwa sprawled across the armchair, sniffing at his pajamas like it was the most normal thing in the world.

“You really like my smell, don’t you?” Hongjoong muttered, rubbing the back of his neck.

Seonghwa twitched his ears, still holding the fabric close. “It’s comforting. You’re comforting.”

Hongjoong sighed, exasperated but already smiling. “You’re ridiculous.”

“You love it,” Seonghwa said simply, reaching up to press a soft kiss to Hongjoong’s cheek before curling back into him.

By the end of the week, Hongjoong had stopped thinking about how absurd the situation was. He’d stopped questioning why a bunny hybrid was sniffing his clothes, curling into his side, and occasionally stealing kisses to Hongjoong’s cheek. He’d even started leaving snacks on the couch so Seonghwa could nibble them while they watched movies.

At night, they always ended up in Hongjoong’s bed together, Seonghwa pressed close enough that Hongjoong had to remind himself to breathe. His fingers itched to touch, ask Seonghwa to transform, to tilt Seonghwa’s face toward him and close the space between them — but he never did.

Instead, he kissed Seonghwa’s fluffy head goodnight and rubbed his fur, soft and careful, and tried not to think about how badly he wanted more.

And every morning, Hongjoong woke up wanting him a little more than the day before.

* * *

Hongjoong flopped onto the couch, grocery bags still at his feet, chest heaving. He’d barely made it home in one piece — some guy at the store had gotten way too aggressive over the last can of tuna. The frustration and adrenaline left him drained, limbs heavy.

Before he could even set the bags down properly, Seonghwa was there, sliding onto the couch beside him. His cheek pressed into the back of Hongjoong’s neck, warm and soft, fingers gently kneading the tense muscles.

“Rough day?” Seonghwa murmured, voice low.

Hongjoong exhaled, letting the comfort wash over him. “You could say that,” he admitted.

Seonghwa’s lips found the sensitive skin at the base of Hongjoong’s neck, and a shiver ran down his spine. The touch was slow at first, teasing, but it quickly deepened. His lips trailed lower, brushing against the pulse point, and Hongjoong felt himself melting into it.

Seonghwa shifted, moving to sit on Hongjoong’s lap. Hongjoong wanted to pull back, to ask what was going on, but every instinct in him betrayed him — Seonghwa’s feral kissing made it impossible to think. His hands found Seonghwa’s waist as the hybrid pressed closer, hips moving against him, grinding with a rhythm that was new, intoxicating.

A gasp slipped from Hongjoong’s lips as Seonghwa’s ass pressed on him in a way that had his cock straining. The sensation was overwhelming, utterly uncontainable. He tried to form words, to stop it, but all he could do was moan, chest tight, fingers clutching Seonghwa’s hips as if holding on could somehow anchor him.

Seonghwa pulled back for a breath, eyes gleaming with a mix of mischief and satisfaction. Hongjoong froze, horror and arousal warring in his chest.

“Wh… what—what are you doing?” he managed, voice rough.

Seonghwa blinked, genuinely confused, then tilted his head, thinking hard, eyebrows furrowed. He slid off Hongjoong’s lap slowly, finally biting his lip and looking up with an unreadable expression.

“I… think I’m just horny,” he admitted, a small, almost shy smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.

Hongjoong’s mind went blank. He wanted to argue, to scold, but the heat still thrummed in his veins, the memory of Seonghwa pressed against him too vivid to ignore. So he stayed still, letting the hybrid linger near, a tense but charged silence settling between them.

Seonghwa shifted slightly, ears twitching nervously as he avoided Hongjoong’s gaze. “It’s… it’s just…” He paused, then took a deep breath, the words coming out hesitantly. “Bunnies… we mate a lot. Like… really a lot. Back in the colony, we used to, well, we, uh, we’d have sex with each other constantly.”

Hongjoong blinked, momentarily stunned. “You mean… all the time?”

Seonghwa’s ears drooped a little, embarrassed. “Yeah. But after I got exiled, I… I didn’t care about it anymore. I was depressed. Mating was the last thing on my mind. I just didn’t feel anything like that.”

He looked down at Hongjoong’s lap, then back up, eyes shining with an intensity that made Hongjoong’s chest tighten. “But now with you and with the comfort you give me, it’s coming back.”

Hongjoong’s eyebrows shot up. “So you just need to fuck?” His voice was rough, a mix of disbelief and arousal.

Seonghwa nodded, ears flicking in agitation. “I think so…”

Hongjoong swallowed hard, heart racing. He moved on the couch so he could fully face Seonghwa. “Should I—should I find you another bunny hybrid? We can look online, figure something out.”

Seonghwa shook his head vigorously, a soft growl of frustration slipping out. “No. I want… I want you.”

The words hit Hongjoong like a lightning bolt. He could feel the raw, primal need in Seonghwa, but it wasn’t just instinct — it was him, the way he trusted Hongjoong, the way being near him stirred something deep and uncontrollable.

Hongjoong ran a hand through his hair, heart still racing. “Wait, is it even normal for humans and hybrids to do… that?” His voice was hesitant, unsure.

Seonghwa laughed, low and throaty, the sound making Hongjoong’s stomach flip. “Of course. Oh my god, it’s totally normal. Just because I turn into a fluffy ball sometimes doesn’t mean it’s weird or anything.”

Hongjoong swallowed, trying to process that. “But I bought you. Like… legally this must be—”

Seonghwa’s ears twitched, and a pout appeared on his face, soft and infuriating. “Just say you don’t want me like that,” he teased, leaning close enough that their noses almost touched.

Hongjoong’s hands shot up to Seonghwa’s waist, at first to stop Seonghwa, then more to ground himself. He realized suddenly that it wasn’t just attraction anymore — he wanted Seonghwa entirely, on every level. But he also didn’t want the hybrid to think he was trying to control him or use the fact that he “bought him” as leverage. His voice softened. “I’m not trying to use you. I just… I want to make sure you know that.”

Seonghwa’s smirk returned, slow and wicked. “There’s no way you’d overpower me.” His eyes glinted mischievously. “Have you ever had sex with a hybrid?”

Hongjoong shook his head, heart hammering.

Seonghwa leaned in, close enough that Hongjoong could feel the heat radiating off his body. “You’d be lucky if you could keep up,” he whispered, ears flicking in challenge.

Hongjoong’s pulse spiked. That smirk, that confidence… it was infuriatingly sexy, and every instinct in him screamed to prove Seonghwa wrong — to match him, to show him just how much he wanted this.

Hongjoong sank deeper into the couch, hands hovering over Seonghwa’s waist, unsure if he should move or just stay frozen in the tension between them. Seonghwa leaned in closer, pressing his cheek and fluffy ears against Hongjoong’s neck. The warmth and softness made Hongjoong’s pulse spike. Seonghwa climbed onto his lap again. He nibbled gently at the sensitive skin at the base of Hongjoong’s neck. His teeth grazed, teasing, and Hongjoong shivered, letting out a low groan. His hands finally moved of their own accord, moving up and brushing over Seonghwa’s sides.

Then, almost deliberately, Seonghwa shifted, grinding against Hongjoong’s lap. The friction sent a jolt straight through him. “Seonghwa, wait—” he started, but Seonghwa just purred, moving against him slowly at first, then more urgently.

“Do you like it when I do this?” Seonghwa teased, lips brushing Hongjoong’s jaw, ears flicking in excitement. “Is it weird for you?”

“No, I don’t think so,” Hongjoong said quickly, voice catching. “Just strange in the best way.” He hesitated, brushing a hand down Seonghwa’s spine. “I didn’t… I didn’t plan to fuck my pet when I bought a bunny.”

Seonghwa chuckled, voice husky. “Well, you’re doing it now.” He leaned down, lips capturing Hongjoong’s in a kiss that was playful, teasing, and feral all at once. His tongue slipped past Hongjoong’s lips, coaxing moans out of him as his hips pressed insistently against Hongjoong’s.

“I just,” Hongjoong swallowed, pushing his hair back from his face. “I never asked how this works. You know. With you being part bunny.”

Seonghwa tilted his head, clearly amused, and traced a slow circle on Hongjoong’s chest with one finger. “You let me take the lead,” he said simply, leaning in to press another teasing kiss to Hongjoong’s mouth. “And you enjoy it.”

“That’s okay but,” Hongjoong’s ears were red. “I mean, I have lube. We should probably—”

“Don’t need it.” Seonghwa’s grin was wicked, just a little too sharp. “I get wet on my own.”

Hongjoong blinked, processing that. “Right. Okay. Uh— condoms?”

“That’s up to you.” Seonghwa shrugged like this was the most casual conversation in the world, still seated firmly on Hongjoong’s lap.

Hongjoong bit his lip. “I just… I read that some bunnies can get pregnant even if they’re, you know, male.”

That made Seonghwa pause. Not offended, just quieter. “Not me,” he said after a beat, voice soft but certain.

Hongjoong frowned slightly. “Then how come you— you said you can get wet?”

Seonghwa’s smile turned faint, bittersweet. “Because there’s something wrong with me.” He looked down briefly, fingers curling in Hongjoong’s hoodie. “I can’t have bunnies. That’s why my colony kicked me out. ‘Defected,’ they said.”

That made Hongjoong still completely. His hands, which had been resting on Seonghwa’s body, softened their grip. “Seonghwa…”

“Don’t.” Seonghwa leaned forward, pressing his forehead to Hongjoong’s. His voice was gentle, but firm. “I’ve had this conversation enough times to last me a lifetime. I don’t want to go back to that, not now.”

“But—”

“No ‘but.’” Seonghwa kissed him again, a little harder this time, shutting him up. “It is what it is. And right now, I don’t want to be sad about it. I just want you.”

Hongjoong’s breath hitched, chest tight at the weight in Seonghwa’s words — and the heat in his tone.

“You’re sure?”

Seonghwa smiled, slow and knowing, and rolled his hips just enough to make Hongjoong gasp. “Very sure. Now stop overthinking and let me ride you, hmm?” Hongjoong nodded almost absentmindedly. “Come on. Let’s move somewhere more comfortable,” Seonghwa murmured, careful not to crowd him. Seonghwa’s ears twitched, but he guided Hongjoong, who followed willingly.

Once inside the bedroom, Seonghwa didn’t waste any time getting naked. Hongjoong thought Seonghwa might transform and hop out of his clothes as a bunny before becoming human again to make the process faster, but he was mistaken. Seonghwa’s hands moved slowly, deliberately, shedding his shirt first, then tugging at his pants. Hongjoong paused for a moment, taking in every detail. The soft curve of Seonghwa’s back, the way his ears tilted nervously before flicking back in anticipation.

Seonghwa’s breath hitched as his body was revealed, hybrid features catching the light — ears twitching, tail flicking. Hongjoong couldn’t help but trace a hand along the line of his spine, marveling at the way his hybrid form felt so alive under his touch.

“You’ll top,” Seonghwa said, voice low, almost a growl, but the second the words left his lips, he shifted, pushing Hongjoong onto the bed, climbing on top of him and pressing against him with a confidence that made the older man’s pulse spike.

And then Seonghwa fully took over.

He set the pace, grinding down against Hongjoong, pressing just enough to elicit groans but holding back enough to keep control. His hands found Hongjoong’s wrists, guiding them to places that pleased him most.

Hongjoong followed every cue, heart hammering, completely at the mercy of Seonghwa’s rhythm. His hands caressed, supported, and responded to the hybrid’s movements, but he let Seonghwa lead entirely.

Seonghwa’s tail brushed teasingly over Hongjoong’s thigh as he leaned down to capture Hongjoong’s lips in a rough, demanding kiss. His hands trailed down Hongjoong’s chest, sliding under his shirt, lingering over each curve, teasing the sensitive spots along his ribs and hips. Then, with a wicked smirk, Seonghwa slid down, sliding Hongjoong’s pants and underwear off with deft fingers. His hybrid instincts shone through — bold, teasing, and feral — as he let his tongue dart out to trace the length of Hongjoong’s cock, earning a sharp gasp.

“Oh fuck,” Hongjoong groaned, hands threading into Seonghwa’s hair, trying to guide him, but Seonghwa pulled back just enough to tease, his lips brushing the tip before sliding down again, swirling, sucking, taking as much as he could, sloppy and eager.

“Seonghwa… ah—oh fuck,” Hongjoong’s hips jerked involuntarily under the wet, greedy pressure.

Seonghwa hummed against him, ears twitching in delight at the responsive shivers and gasps he was drawing out. His hands gripped Hongjoong’s thighs, keeping him steady as he bobbed and sucked with feral energy, hair already sticking to damp skin, lips gliding up and down, tongue darting along the sensitive underside. The sounds of his own wet mouth on Hongjoong filled the room — messy, raw, utterly consuming.

“F-fuck you’re so good at this,” Hongjoong groaned, voice strained, hips thrusting slightly on their own. His hands were clutching Seonghwa’s hair, trying to hold him in place, but the hybrid just hummed around him, vibrating against every sensitive spot.

Seonghwa’s ears kept twitching with every moan, every groan, and he leaned down further, taking more of Hongjoong into his mouth, stretching wide, gagging slightly before pulling back to lick and suck again, over and over in a rhythm that made Hongjoong dizzy.

Hongjoong’s hands roamed over Seonghwa’s back and shoulders, clutching him tightly, unable to stop the shudders running through his body as Seonghwa’s mouth worked on him over with relentless precision. Every bob, swirl, suck, and lick pushed him closer, the messy, wet heat of Seonghwa’s mouth leaving him gasping, trembling, and desperate for release.

Seonghwa pulled back, lips glistening and wet, a slow, satisfied smirk curling across his face. He crawled up Hongjoong’s body, chest brushing against him, and Hongjoong’s cock throbbed weakly — he was already spent from the messy, intense blowjob, and they hadn’t even started properly yet.

Seonghwa settled into Hongjoong’s lap. “Your turn,” he murmured, voice low, mischievous, guiding Hongjoong’s hand down to his slick, wet entrance.

Hongjoong froze for a moment. “You’re really wet,” he said breathlessly.

Seonghwa chuckled, a deep, pleased sound. “Told you. Perks of being a hybrid,” he replied, hips pressing lightly against Hongjoong’s hand, already teasing the tips of his fingers.

Hongjoong slid his fingers in slowly, unsure if he should move faster or harder, but Seonghwa was impatient in the best way. The hybrid shifted his hips, rolling over Hongjoong’s fingers, guiding the depth and angle, letting him know exactly how he wanted it.

“Mm… just like that,” Seonghwa purred. “Not too fast… slower… yes… oh, don’t stop.”

Hongjoong followed, fingers moving as Seonghwa guided them, the hybrid fully in control. Every tilt of Seonghwa’s hips, every subtle push and press, set the pace — he was riding Hongjoong’s hand and still calling all the shots. Seonghwa’s ears twitched with pleasure, eyes half-lidded, tail flicking in short, sharp motions.

Seonghwa paused and looked up with a satisfied grin. Reaching back he pulled at Hongjoon’s wrist, fingers slipping out of him. He guided them towards his mouth, lazily flicking his tongue over Hongjoon’s fingers, tasting himself.

“You’re unbelievable,” Hongjoong mumbled, earning a grin from Seonghwa, his teeth showing.

Seonghwa helped Hongjoong pull his shirt over his head and kick the pants off his legs. Their cocks bumped into each other and if Hongjoong wasn’t as excited to be inside of Seonghwa, he would have wrapped his hands around both of them.

Instead, together they aligned the tip of Hongjoong’s cock with Seonghwa’s messy entrance. And then Seonghwa loosened the muscles in his thighs, slowly sinking down. The warmth and tightness wrapped around Hongjoong immediately, every inch a delicious resistance that made him groan.

Seonghwa rolled his hips in lazy, deliberate circles, grinding over Hongjoong with precision, and whispered, “Hmm… perfect,” lips brushing against Hongjoong’s neck.

He started bouncing, hips moving. Hongjoong’s hands gripped Seonghwa’s waist tightly, following the hybrid’s rhythm, utterly caught in the ride as Seonghwa owned the pace, the angles, the intensity. Every roll, every bounce, every soft whine from Seonghwa sent sparks through Hongjoong’s chest, and the hybrid’s power-bottom energy was intoxicating, demanding and impossibly hot.

Seonghwa’s smirk was evident even in the quiet whispers between their moans. “I told you you’d have to keep up,” he purred, bouncing faster, rolling his hips, letting every movement drive them both higher into pleasure.

“Fucking hell,” Hongjoong cursed, no protesting because he knew it was useless. Seonghwa was right.

Seonghwa pulled back slowly, letting Hongjoong’s cock slip free for just a moment. Then, with a playful flick of his tail, he turned around, positioning himself over Hongjoong once more. Arching his back, he pressed his hands firmly against Hongjoong’s thighs, eyes glinting over his shoulder.

Hongjoong’s breath hitched at the sight — every movement, every curve of Seonghwa’s body, was a perfect invitation. His back was arched and for the first time Hongjoong could fully appreciate the way his slick hole contracted against nothing. He had to physically restrain himself from diving in with his tongue. Instead, he took his cock in his hand, gave it a couple of fast strokes, spreading Seonghwa’s slick over the length and pushed the tip towards the eager opening.

As Seonghwa sank back down, sliding smoothly onto him, wet sounds filled the room with every measured motion. His hybrid form moved with a natural rhythm, riding Hongjoong with such vigor, controlling the depth and pace as if instinct demanded it.

Hongjoong couldn’t help but be captivated. His eyes drifted to the soft, fluffy tail swishing hypnotically with each thrust. Unable to resist, he reached out, fingers tracing the fluff.

Seonghwa glanced over his shoulder, a slow, amused smile curling his lips. “It’s fine,” he murmured, voice low and teasing, catching Hongjoong’s gaze, understanding what Hongjoong was thinking about.

He was gentle at first. He couldn’t tear his eyes away from the sight of his cock disappearing into Seonghwa over and over, sliding in and out with such perfect, instinctive rhythm. Then, his eyes fell on Seonghwa’s tail and he let his fingers graze the fluff. Seonghwa hummed and Hongjoong wrapped his palm around the base. He tugged, listening to Seonghwa’s reaction. Not only did the hybrid moan, he arched his back and leaned into the touch. Hongjoong tugged harder, making Seonghwa whimper. He wondered if Seonghwa could cum just from having his tail played with. Well, he hoped they’ll have many more opportunities to find out.

The mixture of their moans and pants filled the room, loud, ragged, mingling with the slick, wet sounds of Seonghwa riding him. His hips rolled with sharp, precise movements, each one drawing low groans from Hongjoong. Despite being on top, bottoming, Seonghwa maintained complete control, leaning back to deepen the angle, and adjusting every thrust.

Hongjoong felt the orgasm coming before he realised what it was. It spread slowly but surely, making his head spin. He would love to prolong this moment the best he could, but with Seonghwa knowing exactly what he was doing, Hongjoong never stood a chance.

And then Hongjoong let go, body shuddering as he came hard. The room echoed with his wanton cries, completely spent in the afterglow. Seonghwa milked the moment, slowing down but never stopping, not until he was sure Hongjoong’s orgasm was subsiding.

Seonghwa looked over his head and lifted himself on his thighs. He turned back around in Hongjoong’s lap, body pressing against him. A thin trickle of Hongjoong’s cum escaped from his ass. Seonghwa didn’t miss a beat. With a wicked grin, he guided Hongjoong’s cock back inside him, moving to take him as deep as possible. Hongjoong’s head fell back, nearly losing his mind at the sensation, chest heaving, knees trembling in overstimulation.

Seonghwa’s own hand drifted lower, wrapping around his cock. He pressed himself fully onto Hongjoong’s length, letting him sink deeper than ever before, the tip nudging his prostate perfectly.

“Fuck, Seonghwa, oh god…” Hongjoong moaned, unable to move his hands away from the hybrid guiding him, controlling him completely.

Seonghwa began jerking himself with the other hand, bouncing slightly, rolling his hips. Each movement pressed deeper, hitting all the right spots.

The hybrid came quickly, every gasp and groan sharp and raw. He squeezed down on Hongjoong with intensity, walls tensing around him, and Hongjoong yelped, hips jerking in response. Seonghwa’s body shuddered violently over him, climax ripping through him.

Even after the peak, Seonghwa didn’t immediately let go, riding the aftershocks, pressing deeply, and holding Hongjoong in place as if claiming him completely. He curled into Hongjoong’s embrace, soft hair brushing against his chest, tail flicking lazily. Hongjoong’s spent cock was still nestled inside him, warm and heavy, and for a moment, neither moved — just breathing together, bodies sticky and slick.

Seonghwa shifted slightly, hips rubbing gently over Hongjoong’s length, even as it began to soften, drawing low, pleasurable moans from both of them. He tilted his head back, pressing soft, wet kisses along Hongjoong’s collarbones, lips lingering, tongue darting teasingly at sensitive spots. Hongjoong’s hands roamed over Seonghwa’s back and tail, fingers brushing the soft fur, thumb grazing the twitching ears, completely captivated by the hybrid curled against him.

Finally, with a soft sigh, Hongjoong’s cock slipped free, along with some residue of cum. Seonghwa whimpered at the loss of the pressure but didn’t move away. He just pressed his body closer, legs tangling together.

“That felt so good,” Seonghwa murmured, voice low and breathy, pressing his nose into Hongjoong’s neck.

Hongjoong nuzzled the hybrid in return, lips brushing his ear, heart still racing. “You… you’re incredible,” he whispered, fingers softly grazing his skin.

They stayed like that for a long moment, tangled together, messy, sticky, and completely spent, the quiet afterglow wrapping them in warmth.

Seonghwa lifted his head slightly, eyes glinting with lingering mischief, and leaned forward. His lips brushed against Hongjoong’s in a gentle, tentative kiss at first, soft and slow, a sharp contrast to the feral intensity from before. Hongjoong responded instinctively, pressing closer, lips parting as he deepened the kiss. His hands roamed over Seonghwa’s back, tracing the curve of his spine.

The kiss grew more urgent, tongues brushing and exploring, but it was still tender. Seonghwa nuzzled into Hongjoong’s neck between kisses, lips pressing along the pulse point, eliciting soft moans that were no longer about need or desperation.

Hongjoong cupped Seonghwa’s face with both hands, thumb brushing along the soft fur of his cheek, savoring the mix of human and hybrid features. “You really were amazing,” he murmured against the lips pressed to his, voice low and husky.

Seonghwa hummed, a satisfied, purring sound vibrating through the kiss. “So were you,” he replied, sliding his hands along Hongjoong’s chest, arms wrapping around him tighter, drawing him even closer. “So pliant, so… moldable.”

Hongjoong laughed. “You know,” Hongjoong murmured, voice warm and teasing, “I could do this every day,” he admitted.

Seonghwa chuckled. “Don’t get used to it. It won’t be like this every single time,” he said with a grin. “I was just too eager this time. Couldn’t help myself.”

Hongjoong tilted his head, a playful smile tugging at his lips. “Is that so?”

Seonghwa nuzzled closer, resting his forehead against Hongjoong’s. “But I love being pampered. It’s my love language, after all.”

Hongjoong raised an eyebrow. “Your love language?”

Seonghwa’s ears twitched, a soft blush creeping across his cheeks. “Being taken care of,” he murmured, voice quiet but confident.

Hongjoong pressed a gentle kiss to the top of Seonghwa’s head. “Then I’ll take care of you,” he said softly.

Seonghwa’s lips curved into a loving smile, eyes soft. “I know,” he whispered, curling further into Hongjoong’s chest.

Hongjoong smirked, voice teasing again. “But you’ll have to find a job if you want to live here. I don’t accept rent payments in blowjobs.”

Seonghwa groaned, muffled against Hongjoong’s chest, but nestled closer anyway, tail curling around him, ears drooping in contentment. “Fine,” he murmured, voice still soft and satisfied.

Hongjoong laughed quietly, holding him close, both of them finally at ease — messy, sticky and utterly satisfied. What a fucking ride this was.
