Chapter 1

Mydei was previously a beta that got turned into a dominant omega for some reason when he and Phainon become mated, they weren’t married, but they did complete the bond, but the fact he had changed from beta to a dominant omega concern and confuse him. He didn’t bother to find the reason why. When he not worried considering beta can’t impregnate an omega, must less a dominant one.

It was also lucky that he never get the usual heat that most normal omega had. No, he never had those weekly or monthly heat that most omega go through, but he does get horny and had heats when phainon scent changed into something desirable, that made them get lose into each others desire and ended up naked in bed together. And since he realize that it doesn’t matter if he where an alpha, beta or an omega, or a dominant one when Phainon still, and will still wants and love him no matter what secondary gender he had become. But that was until he gotten pregnant out of nowhere, when his lover was a beta. Was phainon even a beta to begin with? He wonder. But still he fear of facing the true if ever he get found out by anyone that he got suddenly turned into a dominant omega. So when he gotten pregnant from one of his and phainon shared love making.

He decided to run away. He know he can’t get abortion. Where will he even get something to do about getting an abort in okhema anyway? He didn’t want to ask Anaxagoras since it will risk red flag as well as for the man to figure out why, and well, if anaxagoras know, then their a chance that Aglaea will too. And it will lead to phainon knowing it too, and he can’t have that. His not ready to face phainon of how he become pregnant, but less of how he suddenly become a dominant omega, when he doesn’t even know how it happen. Since beta and omega pair can’t reproduce any offspring. Sure an alpha and omega can. Not so much for alpha and a beta pair. But if one is an emigma. Then their might be a chance for one to turn up or ended up pregnant.

And beside, he hated to kill an innocent being. And this child he is carrying is an innocence soul that doesn’t deserved to be killed. So he keep it. Let it grow for nine months in his womb. And so he disappear for everyone sake not to find out about it.

He went and disappear only to return empty handed back in okhema 12 month later. Had decided to give his twins son, yes twins, it was a miracles that he given birth to not one but two children. A set of twins son and given them away the moment they where around 3 months old, to the sister orphanage, near the okhema city shelter 6 years ago.

He was meant to keeps them and raise them himself in secret, since he and phainon doesn’t share a house yet. Butwhen the black tide had came back, and he gotten a call to return back to okhema due to the black tide havoc. And he know he cannot bring the twins with him without getting the attention of everyone and getting question look and so on. so with a heavy heart, he had no choice but to give them away. It was for the best and for twins safely as well. Better for the twins to grow up normal and not worried about when will one of their parents ever came back alive and well, he didn’t want the council to know about the twins existence. Not without them doing something or using the twins for something else that it wasn’t right.

He know that the council doesn’t like or tolerate them, the Chrysos Heirs, but for the sake of the people and the whole amphoreus, that they where needed and a must have as the protector of their planet. They where the only being that was blessed by their gods as the protector of their land.

His two son also didn’t need to carry the same burden that both their parents had due to the council and due to fate.

His two twins son, who looked so much alike their sire of a father (Phainon), one with the same snowy white hair and bright blue eyes. The other twin also looked alike his father, phainon. Expect the boy had light blonde hair but with phainon’s blue eyes (ie: think of khaslana’s form, with blonde hair, expect with blue eyes. That what the other twin looked like, just a mini, child verison of khaslana with blonde hair).

He name the children, the one who had the blue hair, Helios means sun, while the younger twin was named Astraeus means stars. Sun and Stars. His little sun and stars. He know he shouldn’t stalk his children in the orphanage he left them. None of the Chrysos Heir even know about the existence of his two son. Not even the children’s father himself even know of their existence. Not even the twins themselves even know whose their parents are. The only few people who know of the twins existence where himself and a few trusted midwife he know from kremnos who he had made a vow to keeps the children existence a secret from everyone.

The twins had grown quite healthy, both where in the same height and age, at 6 years old. While the older twin acted more like what phainon was, playful and full of innocence wonder, and had a short attention span, while the younger twin act like a more mature version of phainon, like what he was when he was throw and grow up in the river of soul as a child, but still had that curiosity of child and playfulness.

The twins where playing by themselves with few rock in the meadow river. Trying to built something, a castle perhaps? He looked sad at that. None of the other children from the orphanage they lived wanted to play with them or make friend. They where the outcast since they were different. But the sister who take care of them, adore the twins. So that was fine. Maybe the twins just haven’t found the right circle of friend yet.

He had follow the two when they strayed from the other children who where playing closer to where one of the sister in the meadow near the okhema city were. Of course he would follow, he worried, and want to keep an eye and to protect them if needed. They where still black tide roaming around amphoreus. And they where his children to begin with, any parents would do anything to protect their little ones. He was more disappointed with one of the new sister who was babysitting the children on their outing. Who he probably guess that she forgotten a few missing children in her care at the other side of the meadow. That or she probably missed that the two might had sneaked out somewhere.

He continue to guard the twins, until his teleslate vibrate in his pocket as he fish it out. He open the lock screen on his teleslate and saw a messaged from phainon. Asking him to return since they will have an important meeting with aglaea in 2 hours. He sighed and put back his teleslate back in the pocket of his pants before going back to stare at his children from afar.

Luckily the sister came looking for the two with worried expression. The two boys got up, when they noticed her calling for them and washed their dirty hand before accepting the sister hand as she grab each of the two boys hand before they left the meadow.

He sigh in relief before following them from afar. The sisters and the children where heading to the same direction to where the city were. He separated himself from the children, who went inside the orphanage housing near the city gate as he headed himself in the inner city to toward the marmoreal palace and straight to the meeting area.

There, phainon was already their waiting and taking a sip from his cup. Mydei went toward there. Fill his cup with the wine that the table had before taking a sip himself. He stopped drinking mid way when he felt someone hugging him from behind. If this was someone or anyone else he would of lash out or punch the person. But luckily he know who the person who hugged him judging by the familiar scent. This was something he liked about his newfound secondary gender of being a dominant omega. They could know what their mate scent by just smelling it or feeling it.

“Phainon. Are you already drunk?” Mydei asked his lover.

“Hm... No. I only took one small sip of wine. Beside, I can’t be drunk in this meeting. Especially if said person is aglaea. She’s skin me alive if she found out I passed drunk or so during the meeting.” Phainon reply.

“Hm. True.” Mydei said as he taken another sip of his wine. “By the way. Where you went off too again? Did you went off to deal with kremnos duty again, my dear darling prince, hmm?” phainon asked as he leave butterfly kisses to his neck.

Mydei made a small desirable moan before snapping out of it when he realize they where out in the open and at a public dinning hall, he blushing and push his lover head away from his neck. “Stop! Phainon. Do this later when were in our private chamber and not out in the open.” Mydei hissed. Phainon whine but stopped.

“Fine.” He sighed and just rested his head on Mydei’s shoulder, while watching Mydei put a few snack on his plate. “But still. Where did you went off to my love?” Phainon asked.

“…I was just taking a long walk. And patrolling. Why?” Mydei said with a raise brow while chewing on a biscuit among the snack that was server on the table.

“… just curious… by the way. I wonder what this meeting aglaea wants with us for?” Phainon asked.

“….Hopefully something useful.” Mydei respond. “….You think it would be another thing about the corrflame?” Phainon asked while still hugging Mydei from behind. “probably…” Mydei said as he pick up one of the biscuit and try to feed it to Phainon who just smiled at this and chew on the biscuit.

Mydei know just how much Phainon love when he show this cute side of him when they where alone together. “Hmm… this biscuit isn’t half bad. But yours are far more better.” Phainon said.

“Hmm… I know.” Mydei said with a soft smile and was about say something when hyacine, tribbie and castorice appeared.

The three girls ignore the two couple. Already gotten used to their display of affection around their fellow chrysos heirs members. Since all of the chrysos heir already know about their relationship.

When phainon went to refill their glass was when Aglaea. She greet everyone before getting to business. Tribbie and phainon where ask to do a task in bringing a few refugee In a far place that where being attacked by the black tide outside of okhema, while Mydei and hyacine and castorice where giving a task to patrol all over okhema in cast the black tide decided to attack this place as well.

After that meeting, they where given two days to prepare, and on the day phainon was about to leave, Mydei give his lover a good luck kiss on the lips before they parted. Everything went fine. Until everyone saw something from the sky being attacked that things got so complicated. Mydei hope this won’t screw everything. And hope his twins son are alright. But that was until okhema was being attacked by not the black tide but by Nikador. That things went south.

While battling and protecting their home. Mydei wish for phainon to return much later while he think of a way to make sure that phainon and the twins wouldn’t met.

But it look like fate had something in storage for him. Something he cannot run away from it anymore.

Chapter 2: Phainon's POV

Phainon wasn’t knee on going to this refugee mission since he heard the news from Aglaea, and had asked him and Tribbie to go on this mission instead of himself and his beloved Mydei. At least with the kremnos prince. His lover, he wouldn’t get bored quite so fast during mission. But duty is duty.

He sigh as he and tribbie rod over the dormas they had borrow. It was a slow ride. Phainon looking up the sky until they reach janusopolis, to where the few people nearby the place lived to be rescue by them.

He could see the star from up here. He offend wonder when he was young, that he wonder why the other part of places in amphoreus sky where day and some part where night all throughout the day. He loved the night. It look so peaceful, quite and remind him of how Mydei was when they first meet.

Just thinking of his beloved made him miss the prince more.

Thought he feel guilt for hiding something from him too. He know Mydei was lying about the ‘taking a long walk and doing patrolling’. He had the kids in okhema to follow and report to him of what his beloved Mydei been up too. Of course he gave those children with reward like a treat of sweet that the children love to eat, or play with them as reward afterward.

Phainon had always adore children, and wanted to have some of his own with Mydei someday.

But then he wonder if they could ever had that. Now with him fusion with his khaslana self, the one who had a billion coreflame inside of him. And had told him of everything, they even shared a one memories and personality now. And was now aware that he wasn’t a beta anymore thanks to khaslana who had taken too many coreflame that had changed him into an enigma. A rare breed of secondary gender. The alpha of the alpha.

He had kept that secret from Mydei and observe if he can impregnate the beta six years ago, every time he was in rut. But with each time they share a love making and none had used a protection to prevent pregnancy. Mydei had never turn up pregnant. Which disappoint him.

But then their where that time six years ago when Mydei gone missing for 12 months only to appear again healthy and no injure when he was called back to return because the black tide had return and wreak havoc in okhema.

In his frustration and angry at Mydei avoiding him, he had lead a few- well, okay a hundred of black tide into okhema six years ago, had frightened those creature into a corner and lead them into okhema, using his flame reaver form. His other form had a way to unleash this sort of fear aura that made everyone so anxious and frightened that they run away from him whenever he used that form. He had used his flame reaver to make Mydei return to okhema, which he was thankful that it worked. But he still felt guilt from using it, but he didn’t have any choice in the matter. Mydei was making it harder for him to search for the prince all over amphoreus, hence the plan to put some black tide in okhema in motion to see if his beloved will return. Make Aglaea be the one to text Mydei of that news.

Khaslana memories he remember that he still needs this timeline coreflame to complete his transformation. Meaning he had to—no he will not go into that, he will not think of ever. Of ever thinking about needing to kill his beloved just to get the coreflame of strife from Mydei’s hand just to complete his new form to beat up lygus.

He sighed and close his eyes, trying to forget about that, but then open them again when he hear a loud explosion up in the sky. His eyes widen in shock, mouth agape. He rush to jump down the dormas as he heard Tribbie scream to come back, but he ignore it and went toward to where he seen the some, huge object felt? It was just coincidence that the refugee people where nearby to where that thing had fallen into.

He search around the area while also leading the refugee toward tribbie who found a safe place in the meantime to gather everyone before they leave.

That was when two unknown people suddenly appear out of nowhere as Phainon try to protect everyone, even took the boy weapon. A sort of hard metal in a shape of a long stick? while he broke the boy partner spear in two.

Sure he might come a bit hustle with his forecoming but he meant well. He also needs to take his duty as the protector of okhema and the weak seriously.

Thankfully it was tribbie who does the talking before he say something that would angry tribbie more. They agree to let the two unknown boys from beyond the sky to come with them at Okhema.

It was a peaceful rod back to Okhema. But that was until they saw Nikador and his men had attacked okhema that got Phainon worried and went off ahead, leaving tribbie with the two guest from above to deal with all by herself as he went and help to save the people.

Luckily the two guest from the above, Dan heng and Caelus had managed to keep up and where now with him, fighting Nikador’s minions. They fought through out the city until they managed to reach the inner city and to where he spot two children trying to get away from a few of the creature, one of the boys where dragging the other one who he can probably guess where injure.

In his haste, he swiftly destroyed four of the creature in one swift slash of his blade. When the creature was killed he bend down to level the children who looked more anxious and frighten. Only to halt in his spot, looking quite shock. Because one of the boys, had the same snowy white hair like his. But what the most shocking where the eyes, same bright cyan blue eyes with those same pattern as his. He gulp, hand shaking before changing his expression to something friendly with a soft smile he only gave to his Mydei and to the children of Okhema and reach his hand to the two boys.

One where he can now spotted had the same shade and style of eyes like his, but the other boy had blond hair. Light blond. If he didn’t know any better, the other boy almost look like a bit like Mydei and himself-- Phainon shook that thought out of his mind, denying the idea that these two boys might be theirs.

“Hey. It okay, I won’t hurt you two. Here take my hand. We needs to get you two somewhere safe.” Phainon said. But when the other boy whimper in pain he flinched. Then look more surprise when he spotted the boy injure was bleeding of golden blood on the child’s left legs.

Phainon hushed the boy with the snowy hair and lifted the boy up carefully and carried him. While the other boy follow suit as he guild and lead them somewhere safe. Where he gently put the injure boy down before getting some first aid kit on his pocket and began to tend to the boy wound. Luckily the child injure wasn’t that deep, sure the wound was a long gash wound, and bruises. But not seriously like a bone picking out of the child’s legs. But he worried about the child continuing to whimper in pain.

He place his hand on the child forehead, luckily the child wasn’t having a fever. Probably something to do with the child having gold blood. He know people like them who had golden blood usually doesn’t get sick. Sure injure from fighting and etc, but those usually heal back up right away.

The child was probably whimpering from the pain since the boy was probably not used to getting seriously injure. He sadly frown at that. Before carrying the boy again as he lead them to Hyacine’s clinic. The place was already so full of injure people from the attack. But luckily he spotted Hyacine and explain to him. The fellow chyrsos heir was shock to see the boy. Because the child was a complete carbon copy of Phainon.

“Phainon-what--”Hyacine began only to be cut off by the man and said. “No time. I will explain everything later. But right now I still needs to deal with those creature wreck havoc out there. Can you please keeps an eye on these two boys for me for a bit? I will return to them later when this is all over. I promise.” Phainon said as he gently put the boys on the bed with a yearning look before he left.

Off he went and killing plenty of Nikador’s minions to calm his mind before he lash out at a complete stranger while trying to find Mydei, he needed an explanation. Dan heng and Caelus had found him as they both continue head on until they bumped into Mydei fighting a few of the creature. Looking so happy and smug for some reason that only annoyed Phainon more and giving him stress.

After clearing out the area of all Nikador’s minions did the two began to argue calming that wasn’t related to what he wanted to ask which really something, since when they argue they usually yell at each other or sometime had a fist fight. But since Phainon remember they have a guest and Mydei is aware of that. So they tone down their argument a little bit.

When it was all over and the guest from beyond the sky had been send to Aglaea to deal with. Phainon was supposed to head back to Hyacine’s place when Tribbie saw him and asked for his help he had no choice but to help her.

It was later that he managed a time to go back to Hyacine’s place. Phainon went back to Hyacine, only to received a text message from her saying to meet her at her house since she brought the boys there for their safely since Caenis and the other council plan to visit the clinic. So in her haste she brought the two boys at her house with the help of one of the healer who she vow to keeps the two boys existence a secret from Caenis. Phainon was thankful for that and went over to her house.

Upon arriving there, Hyacine lead him to one of her guest bedroom, in case something like this happen. He took a glance at the two children who where sound quite asleep in he same bed. Hyacine had explain that she did try to put the two boys into a separated bed but the other one, the blond one would throw a fuss. So that how the two boys end up sleeping in the same bed. He sighed at that one. He glance at the two boy with a confuse, curious and well, he didn’t know how to feel. Should he be happy that his probably a father now? He was a bit disappointed at himself to miss out the boys growing up. Even if the two might not be his children by blood, he had grown attached to the two for some reason the moment he meet them.

After checking the two boys one more time. He let Hyacine lead him downstairs in the kitchen to talk and explain himself. Which he did and explain that he found the two boys hiding in a corner being attacked by a few of Nikador’s minions and save them. He didn’t even know who they were aside from how they looked so much like himself when he was around that age. He didn’t even know if those boys upstairs where even his.

“Are you sure you didn’t get anyone pregnant before you started dating Mydei?” Hyacine asked to which made Phainon in disbelief at thought of Hyacine ever thinking of him as cheating toward his one and only love of his life.

“What?! NO! Wait! Hold on, what make you say that?! I would never, never ever, ever cheat on Mydei. My parents didn’t raise me to be a cheater, Hyacine!” He whine.

“Okay, Okay. Sorry for thinking of that. But that still doesn’t answer all our question of why the two boys upstairs looked so much like you... Unless...” Hyacine said. “Unless what?” Phainon had the suspicious feeling that she was think the same as his. “Unless... Mydei had lied to you, to us and keeps a secret.” Hyacine said.

“A secret of what?” Phainon asked with a confuse look, which earn him a disbelief stared. “Are you kidding me? Unless Mydei lie to us about his true secondary gender!” Hyacine said as she added. “Is the only explanation I can think of. Mydei probably hide the fact that he isn’t a beta but an omega. Hence the reason for the boys existence. But still it doesn’t add something up. If Mydei is an omega and your a beta then how--” Hyacine now looked more confuse which made him felt guilty.

“I-Hyacine. I want to be honest with you... I haven’t told anyone. Not even Mydeimos. I’m not actually a beta.... For some reason I suddenly had turned into an enigma... six years ago.” Phainon explained the half truth. Sure it was a half white lie. He felt guilt but he didn’t know if it was a good idea to tell her the truth that he was the flame reaver. Or that he know the truth about what Amphoreus truly is. He not sure if Hyacine can handle that whole true. He haven’t even told his beloved Mydei of this yet, he didn’t know what his beloved will react to the whole truth, he not even sure he wanted to know.

“Oh.... If that the case... If your an engima... And Mydei a beta.. Then their a chance for a pregnancy to happened. Mydei. didn’t know that right? That you’re an Engima now?” Hyacine asked to which Phainon shook his head no. “Well... Good luck with that one. But since it already happened. I think Mydei might have a suspicious that you aren’t a beta anymore... If you did gotten him pregnant before and those two boys upstairs are the result...” She said.

Phainon looked away from that. But then realize something. “Wait. If Mydei did gotten pregnant... And the boys was the result... Why didn’t he-- Why did he hide the boys existence from us? A-And how?” Phainon question it. “That for you or us both to ask Mydei..” Hyacine said. Phainon nod.“I-I’ll deal with Mydei for that... In the meantime... Can the boys stay here with you for a while? Until I can settle this with Mydei?” Phainon ask a favor. “Of course. I don’t think I had the heart to kick out those two boys. Especially the other one who still injure and need to tend too.” Hyacine said.

“Thank you Hyacine. I own you this one.” Phainon bow. “Oh you sure do own me by making me one of the boys as their aunties. That is if they are actually yours.” Hyacine said. “They had my eyes, Hyacine. Only my family bloodline had those sort of eyes. I know that they are mine. Even they aren’t... The moment I set my eyes on them they where already mine.” Phainon said which earn him a raise brow from the girl at that statement. “Alright. I think you should better head back to Mydei before he start getting suspicious to where you gone off too.” Hyacine said to which Phainon snort at that.

“Funny. Mydei usually the one doing that. Going off to who know where without information any of us. And making me worried each night.” Phainon said with a fondness sigh, he was about to leave when they both heard the door upstairs open. They peaked and spot one of the boys, the blond one getting out of the room and awake. “Hello. Do you needs something little one?” Hyacine gentle said which made the boy yelp in surprise. “Hey is okay. Where not here to hurt you. But do you needs something?” Hyacine tried again.

The boy was quite for a second before look away with his check stain with blush and nodded and said that his older brother was hungry that he was about to head downstairs to get him some food. “Oh okay. Hold on I’ll get you both something to eat. Can you go back and keeps an eye at your brother for us?” Hyacine asked as the boy blink at her before nodding his eyes and went back inside the room.

“...Now that I saw him completely... Your right, Phainon. He does had your eyes. But also had Mydei’s figure in him.” Hyacine said as she went to prepare food for the two boys. “...He had Mydei’s nose...Both of them do... Do you think they’re the same ages or?” Phainon asked. “Twins? I dunno. Might ask them. Since they are now awake.” Hyacine said as she place the food on the plate as both of them head up the stairs and into the guest room.

Phainon open the door for her as they saw the two boys whispering to each other on the bed while the other one, the white hair boy where playing with something on the boy neck. A necklace? He could also see the other one had a necklace too. When they got near as Hyacine place the food on the bed as the boys thanks her and began to eat. Both the adult sat down at the opposite chairs and watch the boys, while the boys ate, Phainon couldn’t help but want to interact with them so he began to speak.

“Uhm... I would like to ask. Why where you two out there injure near to where it lead to the marmoreal palace? And where your parents?” He asked gentle, as gentle as he could without frightening the two. The boys where silent for a bit and looked at each other before making a decision. The blond one was the one to speak.

“We got separated from the other children that where with sister Iris.” The boy said. “Sister iris? From one of the sister in the Orphanage housing?!” Phainon asked, since he know the woman she was one of the woman who was usually around the children when he and Mydei visit them at garden palace to where the orphanage children usually hang out, as the two boys nodded. “That where we live. We don’t have a parents. We grow up in the orphanage like the rest of the children who doesn’t have a parents of their own.” The white haired boy said as he clenched the bed sheet. At that statement Phainon couldn’t help but to clench at his folded arms. He hated the thought of the two boys growing up in the orphanage didn’t Mydei told him before that he wanted to have a children of their own someday? Then why did he abandoned their own flesh and blood children? It was so laughable. How could Mydei just left them there?! Mydei surely will have alot of explaining to do.

“I-I see...” Was all Phainon could say but then got curious when the two boys continue to play with the things on their neck. “What do you two got there on your neck?” He asked gentle and curiosity. One of the boy looked at him confuse before realizing what he was asking. “Oh this one? It something that been with us since we were born. The sisters said it belong to our mother. He gave it to us as something to remember our mother and too... Use it if needed be. Like for the serious important stuff. I don’t much. She just said to... Use it if ever something happen to us and to show it to-to the head guard of kremnos? Since the sisters said they know what to do if we show them this thing.” The blond boy explained.

At that statement phainon eyes wide in shock at the realization. He blink his eyes and got up and careful went toward the bed and sat down beside the boy. “My I see it?” he asked gentle to which the boy tilt his head up to the side giving a confuse expression before nodding his head. Phainon smile at that and looked down as the boy show him the necklace.

He can’t help but to silently gasp a little. It was the pendant with sliver and a cyan gemstone in the middle that was the shape of the sun that Phainon had custom made it as a gift for Mydei on their first anniversary, he turn the pendant on the back. And sure enough it had the engraved of ‘my forever moon prince’. Since that was his nickname to Mydei, his moon to his sun. He looked at the other boy necklace on the boy neck and it was Mydei’s mother ring.

‘Oh…. They really are mine… Our children.. Mydei why? What have you done?’ Phainon thought and he couldn’t control a few tears that slipped before he felt a small hand try to wipe them away which snap him awake. The child looked panic and concern which was so sweet of him.

“It okay.” He said in a comfort way trying to comfort the child instead of comforting himself of his emotion he was feeling right now. “No your not. Your crying mister. Why are you crying for?.” The blond boy bluntly and honesty asked which had him chuckle a little. “It nothing… my I take a photo of both yours and his necklace? I might be able to help you find your mom.” He asked with a soft pledging smile.

The two boys blink before shrugging their shoulder. “Okay.” They softly said. He gave the two boys a fondness smile before taking his phone out to take a photoshoot of the two necklace in both the boys hand. So that he can show it to Mydei so that his lover could give him an explanation about this.

He said his thanks to the boys before ruffle each of the boys head which earn him a giggle from the other boy while a groan of annoyance from the other one, he chuckle at that. The boys where cute, he couldn’t help it but to be proud before remembering that he doesn’t know the two boys name.

“Kind to think of it. We haven’t introduce each other. I go first. ‘Hello my name is Phainon of Aedes Elysiae’.” He introduce himself to the boys with a friendly happy smile. The boys couldn’t help but to smile at this as well, as the two glance at each other with wide bright smile that made his heart beat in fondness. “Hello, My name is Astraeus. The younger twin, is nice to meet you mr. Phainon of Aedes Elysiae.” The boy said, with a small bow and a bright smile, he sound so serious but polite and with manners, remind him so much of the boy’s mother, Mydei which he couldn’t help but to find that amusing.

“And I’m Helios the older twins. Is nice to meet you too.” The other twin introduce himself with a beaming smile so bright like the sun in the early morning light. And the older twin remind him of himself when he was in that age. So young and innocence still had that spark of a child playfulness. Which hurt so much that he missed these boys growth. He would of enjoy the bliss of experience of fatherhood if he had been there when these boys where born and growing up.

Which only made him frown at the idea as to why Mydei had abandoned them. But then again he didn’t complete abandoned them the harsh way, considering he had left a memento for the boys to remember who had given birth to them.

He sighed, their was no point in overthinking things when he hadn’t know the reason as to why Mydei had done this. He shook his head before continue to interact and amuse the twins for now. It took them the whole night to interact and had fun, until the twins had fallen asleep which he told the boys that he promise to come back soon to see them and told the boys to sleep since it was getting late a night and he know the boys needed their sleep. Especially Helios who still recovering from his legs injure.

He tuck the two boys on the bed and give each a kiss to their forehead before he left.

Downstairs before Phainon left he had explain to Hyacine that the two boys are indeed his and Mydei’s children, considering the boy, Helios had Mydei’s mother ring while the younger twins had his pendant that he given to Mydei as a gift. “Oh dear. What are you going to do about this?” Hyacine asked worriedly. “Well for one thing. My lover had alot of explaining to do for me. And I’m not going to let him get away with this.” Phainon said seriously before he left but not without thanking Hyacine for willing to look after the twins for a few days.

When he return back home. He was greet to a silent living room and kitchen and saw a left over meal that Mydei had left for him since he had come back home late tonight. He sighed, he wasn’t feeling like eating tonight, especially not after finding out the shocking news that he was somehow a father to a set of twins son that Mydei had keeps from him. But he also didn’t want to waste the food that Mydei prepare for him. So with a heavy heart he eat the meal and when he was done he washed the dished, went upstairs to their shared bedroom. Mydei was already sound asleep, he couldn’t help but to gave a disappointed look at that before sighing and went to the bathroom to take a shower before heading to bed.

When he was done bathing he went to the bed, get comfortable in his sleeping position, he halt in his movement when he felt Mydei move in his sleep but relax when he felt Mydei’s hand warped around his waist and placed his head on his back still sound asleep. He huff at that still feel so annoyed at what he just found out awhile ago but sighed again since their was no point in getting pissed off at the person who was sound asleep. So he slept.

The next morning when Phainon wake up, he was alone, Mydei wasn’t in bed. He groan before blinking his eyes when he heard noise from the kitchen and sighed before robbing his eyes awake and got up off the bed and fix their bed. He know how annoy Mydei would be to find their bed not being tidy up. After that he went to the kitchen yawning the sleep away and saw Mydei making their breakfast. He blink then went to make their coffee and set the plate on the table while he wait for Mydei to finished cooking.

When Mydei finish and place their meal on the table as he greet Phainon with a kiss to the forehead before sitting down and began placing food on his plate and ate. Phainon watch Mydei does his thing before taking a deep breath and began to eat.

When they finished eating their meal together and washed their dished together as well. They went back to continue to enjoy their morning free time by enjoy with coffee on their kitchen table. That was until Mydei spoke up a mintue later. “So where were you last night? You never come home late before.” Mydei asked with a raise brow.

Phainon was quite for awhile, taking a deep breath and decided to be frank and tell the true. “Well... Funny enough.. I was at Hyacine’s place... Taking good care of two children that I saved yesterday.” Phainon said with annoying huff. “Hm?” was all Mydei respond with a raise brow for Phainon to continue. “And you know what interesting? The two boys I recuse yesterday where a set of twins. And the most shocking thing is. They had this with them.” Phainon said as he pull out his phone, open his gallery to show the photo of the two necklace and show it to Mydei.

Mydei looked confuse at this at first until Phainon place his phone on the table and saw what his lover wanted him to see. He froze in his spot in shock and in fear. He recognize those necklaces. Those necklace where the one he owned before giving them to his twins son when they where born. Mydei started to hyperventilate in silent out of fear. At his expression Phainon know he caught his lover red handed.

“Mind explaining to me why the two necklace is at the hand of two orphan children. A set of twins boys. Who might I add looked so much like myself, Mydeimos?” Phainon final word and his tone sounded so dangerous made Mydei shiver in fear. Phainon never used that tone on his lover. But he know that Mydei needed to know that he was highly displeased with this.

“I-I... Phainon... I can explain..” Mydei start only to stop and took a deep breath trying not to panic. “Explain to me of what Mydeimos? That you hide the fact that we had children all along for the past six years? two to be exact somewhere out there alone and abandoned.” Phainon stated as he continue.

“Give me one good reason why Mydeimos? We been together for the pass six years. You know me well, and I know you well as well. So Why abandoned them? Why not tell me the truth? Why did you do this? Aren’t I not enough for you to trust? This isn’t just your children too Mydei. They’re mine as well. Are they not worth to be love and cherish by both their parents, Mydeimos? Haven’t you forgotten what we been through as a child.. How we both grow up with a shitting childhood without parents growing up. So why do the same to them?” Phainon asked what Mydei fear the most as Phainon saw Mydei’s eyes began to fall tears.

Mydei voice wavering, body shaking in fear as he couldn’t help the tears from falling. “I... I’m sorry... I d-didn’t have a choice.” Mydei soft tone as he continue to cry was all Phainon heard. He pinched his forehead feeling so stressed early this morning. He could of confront Mydei this, at a later time. But he not sure if he will ever get any chance with. Not with the attack of Nikador still on the loom behind their head. The early the better for them to fix this.

“Didn’t have a choice? That laughable and you know it. You could of come to me. Confront in me. I would of understand it Mydei. I would of taken the responsibility alongside with you. Your not alone, Mydeimos, you have me to help you. So why?” Phainon asked. “I... Was afraid. I wasn’t sure that you would be happy to.. Know that you were going to be a father so soon. Plus... With the things are happening. The black tide, the Chryaos heirs duty. The council.... I thought it over.. And realize that the boys didn’t deserve to have a life of surrounded by chaos and waiting if one of their parents ever going to come back home alive. Or the though of what the councils will do to them if they found out. As much as I wanted them to grow up with us. But with how things are and how busy our work were... I don’t think it was fair to them. So I thought that... giving them a normal life, being raised by normal people would be for the better... I’m sorry... I know I should of confront you with this. I know you won’t forgive me for this... I know I’m might never going to get your trust again after this. But please... Don’t take it out on the boys... If you wants to blame. Blame me.” Mydei said as he added.

“It was my fault... I had a hard time too... I didn’t want to give them up... Didn’t wants to let them go.. I hate the thought of it... Hated how I have no choice. But...” Mydei couldn’t take it anymore and just cried harder in silent at that.

Phainon expression change from angry to guilt and he too are now crying. He made a move before he regret it and went to hug Mydei. Who at first look surprise at this but began to calm down and continue to just hold in Phainon’s embrace and cried and continue to mumble. ‘I’m Sorry.’ all over again until Phainon had enough and rise Mydei’s chin to make him look at him. He could tell that Mydei saw him with a sad, and crying expression and also understanding the situation they were in before Phainon kissed his forehead and whisper: ‘I’m sorry too.’

They just stay their in the kitchen hugging each other, comforting each other for a moment or two. Until they have to separated and wipe their tears. Mydei blink. “A-Are the boys okay? You mention that they where with Hyacine.” Mydei asked with concern written all over his face. Phainon who rob his tears away with his hand looked at Mydei before answering his question and explain of how he found out about the twins existence.

It took them longer to get into an agreement. They agree to no more keeping secret and hiding things from each others. So with a heavy heart. Phainon made a decision to tell the truth about his khaslana self and about the truth of amphoreus itself as well of him become a enigma due to his pass self from his pervious pass life taking too many coreflame at once in his previous cycle and so on. Mydei listen to everything.

“I see...” Mydei respond taking all the information in. But then realize something. “You being an enigma was probably the reason it turn me from beta to omega. Hence why the twins existence happen. I was confuse at first when I suddenly turn from beta to omega... I didn’t take it to heart or seriously until I fallen pregnant six years ago. I didn’t even bother to ask you to use protection when we did the deed.. I thought that I didn’t needs to worry about a thing but then, when I thought that you where still a beta. Since beta can’t get an omega pregnant.. But, well…” Mydei said as he give Phainon a point look.

At that look, Phainon look away in guilt. “In my defense... When I found out that I turned from beta to an engima because of my pass khaslan self and could probably get you pregnant... I was... Well... Really wanting it to happen. I was waiting for the symptoms to happen. It was why I didn’t brother to use any protection while doing it with you. But a months with you not showing any of the symptoms.. I didn’t think it would work, or so I thought.” Phainon said.

Chapter 3: Mydei's POV

Mydei couldn’t believe what Phainon had just said. Is Phainon insisting that he did that on purpose of fucking Mydei six years ago with the intention of getting him pregnant weather Mydei had wanted it or not? Since Phainon damn sure know that he would talk reason with him. And his right. Having children while they’re in the brick of war with the titans wasn’t a good idea.

So the fact that Phainon is aware of this and still done the deed even if he already know that now he can get him pregnant without mention anything to him that he had changed into an enigma due to inheritance his past khaslana self and had somehow gain everything that his past self had. Phainon is probably and now a complete immortal-- no at the level of the titans themselves now.

Mydei couldn’t help but to scream. “PHAINON, KHASLANA! You--!” Mydei growled and wanted to struggle his lover. Phainon deiced to move away from Mydei before he got punched. “Come on now, my love... You can’t seriously regret it? I mean we got two lovely charming, handsome twins son. They’re cute by the way. I’m proud to call them my kids. They’re prefect. You did a great job in--”

“Save your flattering! It ain’t going to work on me! Not this time!” Mydei growled again as he march toward Phainon who yelp before beginning to back away, then run and lock himself in their living room bathroom. Mydei groan and roll his eyes at this.

‘real mature phainon.’ He snort. But it true. He doesn’t regret about the twins existence. They are the best thing that had happen. If only he didn’t have to give them away and told Phainon the truth. Now that the guy said that he really wants them to have children of their own despite the situation they are in. They could have the boys growing up with their parents. But what done is done. No point of splitting over milk.

He sighed and went to smack the bathroom door. “Phainon come on out and face me! We still have a lot of discussing to do. And we need to talk about some agreement involving the children living arrangements, now that you know the true.” Mydei said. Silent and then Mydei heard the bathroom door clicked open as Phainon came out with anxious expression still hoping that he wouldn’t punch him for the thing he did just exposed a while ago.

“Your not still mad about finding out that I did it on purpose of getting you pregnant without telling you that I can now are you?” Phainon anxiously asked to which earn him a roll of his eyes before walking away from him and went upstairs to their bedroom.

“Mydei?” Phainon asked as Mydei could hear his lover footstep follow suit. Mydei open their bedroom door, went to their shared long and lager closet, took his daily clothes to wear today, went to open the bathroom door. He could feel Phainon present at the doorway of the closet.

“Mydei? Your still not angry about it are you? That I got you pregnant on purpose six years ago?” Phainon asked. Mydei couldn’t help but roll his eyes the second time at that and turn around to face his lover and give phainon a raise brow. “What the point of it when it already happen and the kids are already be born?” Mydei said.

“Oh... Oh I see.. But if it does. You will let me know, right?” Phainon asked in concern which made Mydei expression soften. “Don’t worried. If it did bother me I would of--” He said but stop half way. He didn’t want to say abort the babies, but judging by Phainon expression he know what he meant. “Oh... Of course. You know I would support you.. No matter what you deiced but.. You also know me.. So.. I’m glad you didn’t went through with the.. And I’m also glad you decided to give life to them. Even if to hand them over to the-- orphanage...” Phainon said with a quivering tone as he add. “Cause I don’t think I can stand if you did--” what word left unsaid was understandable and better left unsaid.

Mydei understood what he meant, so he nodded with a heavy guilt and frown grace his face he didn’t look at Phainon. He know he would quivered if he did seen his lover expression. So with that he close the bathroom door, gently. He didn’t bother to lock the door and went to the sink, looked at the mirror with a mixed emotion before sighing and wash his face, brush his teeth before taking a quick bath.

When he was done he was greet with phainon on the phone, sitting on the bed talking to someone. With Phainon back facing him. He walked on and continue to dried his wet hair then went to their body mirror on the corner of their master bedroom. As he brush his hair.

They used to live in separate chamber, in a separate place. Phainon at his old house near the marmoreal palace, while him with his Kremnos’s people. But after they started dating and decided to live together after that attack six years ago with the black tide, that now Mydei know the truth that it was Phainon who had lead those creature so that he could come back home. Just thinking of it made him had a headache. As one of those creature had accidently destroy Phainon’s house.

Phainon seem to doesn’t care about it and was happy to be living with Mydei in his house in the kremnos, living in Okhema until krateros had told his piece about the complain from their fellow kremnos solider that lived nearby Mydei’s house. They where noisy when they want to be during their night activities (ie: their sex).

So in the end the two decided to move out in a house that had 6 bedroom and a mini garden that had a huge tree that could turn into a tree house for a child’s playhouse. A place that Aglaea had given them since Krateros was the one who begged to find them a house of their own away from anyone hearing about their night activities. The only good thing about the house was it was in the kremnos territory area, just a few meters away from the Kremnos’s solider housing at the back of it. Making the Kremnos’s solider and their family house the front area of their house nearby.

Now that Mydei thought of it he was confuse at first as to why Aglaea had given them a huge house that was meant for a family of six. When there where a few single apartments or house for a newly married couple to live in that where available. Not that they’re a married couple. They’re not thought.

He froze at a realization. ‘No.. there is no way that she knew?!’ Mydei thought in panic but still keep calm and continue on as he tied his hair, put his jewelry on and eyeliner before putting on his usual everyday clothes.

“Mydei. I just got off on call with Hyacine. And she ask if ‘we’ have time to visit the twins today?.” Phainon said as he glance at Mydei with a hopeful expression that Mydei saw in the mirror reflection. Mydei gave a confuse raise brow making Phainon to continue to explain.

“Well—she mention that the boys where… looking for me. So I thought that you might want to come along and want to see them as well…?” Phainon said as he gave him the puppy dog eyes look. Mydei blink his eyes and sighed.

“Sure, I would love that… by the way… Phainon haven’t you wonder as to why Aglaea gave us this family house before you even found out about the twins existence?” Mydei ask with a suspicious brow.

Phainon was silent for a moment then his eye brow rose. “Now that you said it.. I was wondering about that one as well. And also thought that maybe she did that to gave us room to put our collection?”

“You’re the only one that had too many collection, Phainon… But still. If that the case.. Then why did she gave us six bedroom that clearly meant for a family of six.” Mydei pointed out with unamused look.

Phainon open and close his mouth before rubbing his chin with his Finger and think of it hard. “Huh… Now that you said it. you’re right… it kind of suspicious. But even if it… well, does it matter? We don’t have to have a problem later on if we… If you wants the twins to live with us from now on.” Phainon said with a serious expression.

Mydei look surprised at that and took a deep breath. “Phainon… Are you sure? Are you seriously sure you wanted the twins living with us? Even despite our work? Or of who we are?” Mydei asked.

“Yes. It wouldn’t change anything. In fact. It will be better. And safer for them and to us. Considering… the twins blood are like ours… their golden blood, Mydei… I was surprise that the sister’s hadn’t told the council or Aglaea of this. And concern at the same time, because of it. Them being with us is the most safe thing that will happen to them.” Phainon said.

At that information, Mydei looked worried. He know about the twins blood being golden. Considering Helios gotten injure once when he was 3 month old. Before he had given them away. The baby accidently scratch himself with one of Mydei’s jewelry he was picking up while holding the baby in his other arms. He was confuse at first as to why their was a warm droplet of golden liquid pouring on the jewelry he was holding until little Helios made a tiny whimpering that he noticed it and put the jewelry down and checked the baby’s left hand to see a small tiny cut and saw the boy’s bleeding gold, instead of red.

No, what he worried about was, that if anyone aside from himself and Phainon knowing about the twins blood being gold would be a problem.

Mydei blink his eyes of the thought about it and looked away. “I know about the boys golden blood. Helios had a bad habit of picking sharp object when you’re not keeping an eye on him for more than a second.” Mydei said.

“Wait. Hold on. What did you just said?!” Phainon said with a shock expression at that information And got up from the bed he was sitting on. “Are you saying that you have... had experience with the twins when they where still babies?” Phainon asked now looking interest and a bit annoy. Annoy that he couldn’t experience it himself.

At that, Mydei knew he screwed up so he turn around and ignored Phainon as he continue to get ready for the day. Mydei could feel Phainon presence getting closer so he tried to move but couldn't when suddenly he was being tightly held by his lover strong embrace. “Mydei. My sweet lion Mydeimos. Care to explain about what you just said just now? Hmm?” Phainon’s tone made him shiver in both fear and arousal, which really not helping his heart beat fast in anticipation.

To make it worse, he could feel phainon move his hair away from his neck and felt him lick his neck which got a reaction from it as his breath hitched. “Phainon... Stop!” Mydei protested. “unless you start explaining I won’t.” Phainon said as he give butterfly kisses to his neck as Phainon hand began to play with one of his exposed nipple which had him moaning and jerking from Phainon touch.

His lover sure does know how to make him talk and give into his lover’s demands. “uuuuggh! Fine... Yes.... I have. *deep breath*... I didn’t completely given the twins away the moment they were born. I was planning too... But the moment the midwife handed one of the twins. I know then that I couldn’t. So I kept them. Raised them until I got the call from Aglaea to return to Okhema since the black tide had attacked the area back then.” Mydei said as he began to pant when he felt Phainon’s scent changed to curious to arousal.

He know he needed to stop Phainon before things got worse. “Phainon... stop... unless you want to see the twins today before we gets call from Aglaea... You needs to stop releasing your pheromones... and stop touching me. Cause once you start hearing me being arousal you won't stop.” Mydei said, unless Phainon doesn’t mind getting him pregnant again with an unprotected sex. Mydei blush at the thought about getting pregnant again.

But he know that it wouldn’t be fair to the twins. They needs to get to know the twins first had them all bond first together as a family before even trying for another baby. Sure Mydei had experience having the twins through their baby phase. But not when they started growing through their toddler phase.

“Fine... I'll get ready.” Phainon sighed before pulling away from him and went to the closet to get his clothes for today and went to the bathroom afterward. Mydei sighed at that.

Now that they decided to stop keeping secret from each other. Mydei would not need to hide things from Phainon anymore, especially about wanting to have another baby. After seeing the twins and hearing Phainon had wanted, loved them.

When Phainon finished bathing and was half dressed from the waist down as he got out, drying his hair. Mydei couldn’t help but to admire his lovers muscular physique. Ever since Phainon had fusion with his Khaslana self. He was confuse at fist as to why his lover suddenly grown taller by 6 inches from him. His form had gotten bigger, wider and taller than him, six years ago. He doesn’t mind it. In fact he love how he fit in his lover hold. He couldn’t help but to blush before sighing and went to their closet again.

He open a lower drawer at the far side of the cabinet. On the lower drawer where old clothes that the two owned when they where still children. Mydei picked out a set of his and Phainon's own when they where 6 years old. Hopefully the four set of clothes would fit the twins. If not they could go out shopping a new set for their twin boys. He pack the clothes up in a bag and took it with him. When he got out of the closet, Phainon was already fully dress and was now putting his boots on.

He did the same while placing the bag beside him on the other side of the bed. When they where done, turn off all the light and locked the house before they left.

They went and brought a few foods for the twins before going to Hyacine’s house.

They knock on the door and was greeted by little Astraeus who opened the door. Mydei couldn’t help the nervous he was feeling of finally seeing his two sons up close. Astraeus looked so much like phainon when he was that young. Light wavy blonde hair, with his father’s bright blue eyes, same shade style of pupils, looking curiosity at them.

The boys eyes sparkle when he noticed Phainon behind him and smile. Which had Mydei heartstrings does a happy nervous flip. “Mr. Phainon your back!” the boy said as the boy open the door wide and went to hug Phainon’s legs making the man laugh a little, and ruffle the boy head fondly.

Mydei shouldn’t feel jealous at this. He should be happy that at least one of their boys was attached to their father. But he couldn’t help it. It’s was silly yes. But he couldn’t help it. He too wanted the twins to be that close to him too.

“Mydei?” Phainon’s call snap him out of it. As his lover giving him concern look while hugging their son close, protecting him from himself. He was confuse at first until he noticed his scent smelled had change to something bitter, that probably made the boy frightening of it. “Sorry.” He mumbled before looking away and excuse himself outside to better control his scent and emotion.

Not a minute later he felt Phainon hand’s hold his in comfort. “You okay?” Phainon asked as Mydei nod. “Yeah. I'm fine. It just that... I couldn’t help it.. seeing them.. little Astraeus.. being so happy and attached to you all for just one night.. Its overwhelming me... I cannot help it. that... that I also wanted that... for the boys to... to like me... and to... I don’t know.. forgive me I guess? Be the parents they wanted? Needed?” Mydei said as he felt a little emotional today for some reason. “Sorry.” He mumble.

He felt Phainon’s embrace him and caress his head softy and whisper. “I get it... I understand.. I felt the same way as well...” Phainon said as he added. “Now come on. Let’s go back in before the kid get worried.” Phainon said and dragged him back inside Hyacine’s house.

Inside they were greeted by Hyacine who was trying to comfort Astraeus who looked nervous and about to have a breakdown which got the two parents concerned of this and rushed toward them.

“Is he okay?” Phainon asked a bit panicking as he beneath down to level the boy. “Yea he’s okay. He just got worried and nervous when you suddenly rushed outside, Phainon.” Hyacine said. At that the two adults calm down in relief. For a minute they thought that their was something wrong with their little one.

“I see.” Was all Phainon could say as Hyacine excuse herself to go to the bathroom as they let her be.

“Hey. Astraeus, buddy... I'm sorry about that... but I couldn’t help but to worried about Mydei here... his... well, his my.... lover you see..” Phainon explain simple to the boy who sighed in relief and nod his head in understanding, while phainon’s caress the boy head to calm the boy down. “oh... okay. I thought you were going to leave again after you just got back a minute ago.” The boy said as he looked down at the floor, fidgeting with both his hand on his back and feet.

This made Mydei felt guilt for making his son feel this way. So he couldn’t help it when he suddenly hugged the boy close to his chest. “It okay... and I’m sorry for scarring you just like that as well..” Mydei said as he couldn’t help but to nuzzle his nose on the boy’s head.

His son smell so sweet, like milk and strawberry with a bit of sunshine. And of himself and Phainon’s scent mixed with the boy’s own body scent. Which would not be to hard to tell on whose the boys parentage were.

It won’t be long for anyone to tell the truth even ‘if’ the boys doesn’t look anything like their parents. But since they both looked so much like their father. But also their scent would be a given. Now that Mydei smell it. He was a fool to even give the boys away when sooner or later it wouldn’t matters when the boys grow up and they still smell like a mixed of their parents scent in them.

He guess that what every midwife had warn him of this where truth. He frown at this and hug the boy tighter which earn him a confuse look from Astraeus. Mydei couldn’t help but to smile at that.

“Sorry.” Mydei whisper in apologized. “It okay. Your hug feels nice. So your Mr. Phainon’s lover?” the boy asked as Mydei nod. “Oh. Nice to meet you. My name is Astraeus. Your Mr. Mydei are you? I heard Mr. Phainon said your name a while ago.” Astraeus was quite polite for a boy of 6 years old. Which Mydei find it so cute and couldn’t help to smile in proud and happy for that.

“Yes. I’m Mydei. And it nice to meet you little Astraeus.” He said and ruffle the boy head which earn him a happy giggle from the boy. Oh how he loved the sound of the boy happy voice.

“Astry... where’s your brother?” Phainon asked. “Hmm.? Oh! Helios Is still upstairs. His wound still haven’t healed... not like... before... before the sister did something.” At that, the two parents both glance at each other in concern. Mydei nervously took a deep breath before asking.

“Little one. What do you mean they did something?” the boy looked nervous and thought of how to word it out. “I...I don’t know much... all I know was... when these people clothed in expensive clothing came to the orphanage one time... a few month back, I think? I heard them talking about wanting to experiment on... on some of the children in the orphanage. And one of the sister suggested us to them. Since we had golden blood.. The sister found out about that one when Helios gotten injure once. And then they took us to this room full of light and hazard objects.. t-t..they strap us down on a surgery bed…a-and put something inside o-our back. At that information mydei eyes widen. “They what?” mydei shout in shock. Astraeus flinched at the tone. Mydei realize it and apologize for scary the boy again. The boy in his arms just nodded in understanding and said that it was okay to be angry. Mydei glance at Phainon and he saw fury in his lover eyes. Not at him or at their son. But he know to where his fury, furious glance in his eyes are for.

Mydei doesn’t blame Phainon for the angry he is feeling toward their children plight. No because he felt the same. How could someone do this to their little boy!

Mydei rub Astraeus’s back to comfort the boy and letting him know that they’re not mad at him. And to lets him know he can continue to speak, if the boy wishes it.

“And… every since we had t-that thing inside our back… T-they can somehow find us no- matter where we… hide or run away from.” Astraeus said with a quivering tone, that made both Mydei and Phainon to hug their son in comfort. “Shh... It okay. Your with us now... So your safe and you and your brother won’t ever had to go back there...” Mydei said kissing the boy head as he rocked the boy to hush the child whimpering and hiccups.

Mydei felt quite angry at himself and at those sisters in the orphanage he had left the twins with. He had made sure for the head nun, the director that run the place. He had made sure that the woman would keeps a vow and to protect the twins, even going so far as to make sure none of the others nobles, or someone from the higher up to adopted the twins. Much less make any or touch or done something to them. The woman had certainly broke the contract they agree upon and he sure that the woman would surely pay for what she had allowed someone to do this to his twin sons.

When Astraeus calm down. “You promise you won’t give us back to the orphanage?” The boy asked with a hopeful look at Mydei, which soften his look and nod his head. “I promise. You won’t ever have go back in there, ever.” Mydei said. ‘But that doesn’t means I won’t let them get away with this!’ Mydei thought. “Thank you.” The boy said as the child hug him, which Mydei return the favor. “Okay now that settle. Why don’t we get you and your brother to eat? See, Mydei and I brought some food.” Phainon said trying to lighten the mood. But Mydei could see the expression in his lover’s eyes. He nod in understanding that both the two will need to discuss about what they just found out from Astraeus, later when they get back home.

Mydei lead Astraeus on the dinning table as phainon went to get Helios so the two boys can enjoy eating food in the kitchen for once. At the sight of Helios in Hyacine’s arms with Phainon behind the two had Mydei breath taken away. The boy was a complete carbon copy of the man who was standing beside him. It a mystery that no one in the orphanage can seen it clear as day that the boy is exactly a mini phainon from hair, to facial figure to the same shade, shape of their eyes, same skin tone color. It like none of Mydei’s gene won the lottery in the genetic department. Not that Mydei minded it. But then again Mydei’s spotted a few blue like line around his son, Helios neck and a few peaking out of the boy sleeves and foot. Which had Mydei in shock. ‘No... My curse can’t be passed down to them...’ Mydei thought as he peaked down at Astraeus to see if the other twins also had his curse. Which he sigh in relief that Astraeus didn’t have it. But unfortunately his older twins seem to have his curse, which had Mydei in grief at this. He rather had the curse himself than passing it down to his children. But it seem fate liked to throw cruel fate at them.

Mydei could feel Phainon’s hand grip at his. The other man had also now notice the tattoo like cruse that Mydei had that seem to had passed down to one of their son. “I swear I didn’t see those yesterday night.” Phainon whisper to him, looking concern. He, no they had a right to worried about Helios’s curse that he seem to get it from his mother.

Hyacine put the boy down on the chair in the dinning table. The boy looked happy to see Phainon. Mydei watch as Phainon expression changed to worried to happy for their children sake. “Hey, Helios. Feeling better already?” Phainon asked. The boy, Helios beamed. “Hmm... But my wound still not healed. Thought.” The boy frown at that. “Of course it won’t heal yet. Well not for another 2 week.” Astraeus sighed when he said this, which had everyone attention. “Which is a bumper. My wound used to heal in a day or two before..” Helios pout at that. Which got both the boys parents whiplash at the information.

“Wha--? Helios? Astraeus?” Hyacine confuse question look at the two boys as she glance at Mydei and Phainon who shake both of their head and motion with their eyes at the hallway to where the living room is for them to talk without the boys hearing anything of their discussion. Hyacine sigh at this. “Well, since Mr. Phainon and Mr. Mydei had brought some food for the two of you. Enjoy the meal while I needs to speak to them okay?” Hyacine said as the two boy nodded and begin to eat their breakfast.

The three adult went to the living room as Phainon close the door gently so the boys wouldn’t hear about what they will discuss about. “Okay... What was that about, on what Astraeus said about his brother’s wound that would take a weeks to heal? And what that about what I just heard from Helios as well?” Hyacine asked as she fold her arms around her chest. Mydei sigh at this as he began to explain to which had Hyacine shock and concern at this.

“No. If that the case. We need to bring this up with Aglaea... And also professor Anaxagoras..” Hyacine said. “I can understand about Aglaea. But why professor Anaxa?” Phainon asked. “Cause I think professor anaxa is probably the only one who will know how to remove that thing inside the boys back without any harm to them. I might be a healer. But I’m not a surgeon... And I don’t think we can just trust anyone... Unless we know that they don’t have any connection with the council. Judging by what Astraeus said about those rich people that got them into this situation.”

“She had a point, Phainon. And we don’t have a choice.. We don’t even know how this thing that attached to the boys even work. With professor as a backing with us we might find a way to get ride of it for good... But that also concern me. If what Astraeus said is true. I’m quite surprise that none of those higher up are searching for them and coming here bragging down to drag the boys back to that hellhole.” Mydei said.

Phainon pinched his forehead at this headache of a problem they are in before he snap out of it when he feel Mydei’s scent had changed to concern from regret which had phainon worried and went toward him and hug and comfort him, hushes word to let him know that none of this was his fault. That he didn’t know that this would happen had he not handed the twins over to the orphanage. But what done is done. What they needs to do now is find a way to fix this.

Before they could talk more, Haycine’s phone rang and so as Phainon’s phone, the two pick up their call. And was told to go back for hyacine back to the clinic and for Phainon and Mydei, the call was from Aglaea asking them to head in the meeting area to where they are needed urgently.

“I hate to be a burden Phainon, lord Mydei. But I can’t bring the twins with me to the clinic. I won’t be able to keeps an eye on them. Much less trust a few handful of nurse to look after them.” Hyacine said with a sad smile. “No. That alright.” Phainon said. “... Hyacine... I would like for the twins to stay with us... at mine and Phainon’s house from now on, that way we can keeps an eye on them and they’ll be safer there. Since none of the council are allowed to set foot on my territory... Without breaking the contract that would cost a dispute. Between myself and them.. They know not to cross me when I’m in my territory. Considering..”Mydei said, and he know that the two know what he was talking about.

If the council anger Mydei it would cost war among the okhema and kremnos and no one wants that. “Mydei... are you sure...” Phainon asked to which earn him a raise brow from him. “Of what?” Mydei asked. “Both.. About the council. And about wanting the twins to live with us.”

“Yes... But I won’t start the problem unless they provoke me. If they lay a finger or even think of hurting, or anything happen to the boys I would wrecking war with them. Our children are my top priority, Phainon.” Mydei said seriously. “I agree with that.. But can we do it with less destructive?” Phainon pledge his lover. Mydei look away from his lover puppy eyes. “That depend...”

“Be that it may... We still needs to... Well tell the boys of who we are to them..” Phainon said. Mydei sigh at that and nod his head. “Hyacine. Thank you for taking care of the boys.. Were thankful and in your debt.” Mydei bow to Hyacine. “Oh your welcome. The less you can do is make me the aunts of the twins.” At that request Mydei smile and agree.

Haycine went back to the kitchen to inform the twins of the plan. When she left, it was just Mydei, Phainon and the twins left in the kitchen with Mydei washing dishes while Phainon entertain the boys. Mydei couldn’t help but to smile when he heard beautiful laughter from the twins. The squeal of joy from Helios and the giggles from Phainon was a beautiful music to Mydei’s soul as he continue to wash the dishes in contented.

They took the boys a bath, dressed them in the set of clothes that Mydei’s brought, which thankfully it fit the boys just fine before taking them to the meeting, clothes them in a cloak as well to hide their identity from everyone, especially from the council’s themselves and their men that lurking around okhema. Both father’s carried their two son in their arms as the walk the street.

When they reach their destination, they where greet with not just Aglaea but also the guest from beyond the sky as well. Who looked surprise at the boys they brought with them.

Chapter 4: Phainon’s POV

Phainon was a little furious at what he just found out from both his twin sons. The cruel life they had been at the orphanage had him seething his teeth and wanted to march there and unleash his flame reaver and just murder all the sister. He’s not shy or afraid to murder by now, since he had gain his experience on his past self in his other cycle when he received his Khaslana self six years ago.

But he held in since his aware that they’re children living in that place. And he doubt that Mydei would like that. When they got to the meeting area that Aglaea had asked them to go. They put the two boys down and explain to them about what will happen. The two, Mydei and himself plan to explain to the two boys of whom they’re to them after whatever Aglaea needed from them.

Phainon gave little Astraeus a soft smile before ruffle the boy head. Then stand up and face Aglaea. “…I wasn’t aware that you two will bring a children to a meeting… this isn’t a daycare center. I hope you two are aware of that?” Aglaea sharp tone said without a flitter. Phainon took a deep breath. “We are aware lady Aglaea… But Mydeimos and I cannot left these two along elsewhere… considering these two are quite very important to both Mydeimos and I.” Phainon said with a serious expression.

“…Hmm… important how so?” Lady Aglaea asked. Phainon nod in understanding and glance at his lover who understood the look on his face and nod back. Both of them beneath down to level the children’s height and whisper something to them. The two boys looked nervous at first before the two adults encourage them.

With a little soft node the two boy began to reveal their face to everyone. Phainon could hear Caelus gasp. “Oh… no wonder why he said the kids are important.” Caelus said eyes wide in surprise at the revelation that both Mydei and himself had children they has kept in secret among their fellow chrysos heirs.

“…I see… Hyacine did explain to me that you two had something important to show me when she send a message… but this wasn’t what I expected it to be… But it not like I haven’t noticed of an important new life existence six years ago. I just didn’t know that it will be the two of you. But then again, it explained the house I gave you. I keeps wondering why I wanted to give that huge house. But now I know the reason why… Now tell me when did you two..” Aglaea asked leaving out what the obvious word left unsaid.
“Before we say anything. Can these two boys be not here to hear what phainon and I will explain?” Mydeimos asked.

“very well.” Was Aglaea respond. Mydei motion for Astraeus to come to him as the boy did. Mydeimos began to explain and point toward one of the bath nearby to where both of the parents can see them. The two boys look interest at it and nodded to mydei while smiling. Mydei gave his soft smile to the boys, ruffle their head and node them toward it. As the twins where out of sight the adult began to speak.

Phainon began to explain of the twins existence with Mydei help, except he hadn’t mentioned that he now had more than 9 coreflame inside of him due to his past self keeping collecting them like jewelry. He still needed 6 more to complete them thought. The other three looked quite shock and in disbelief and where dumbfounded by this revelation.
“Hold on. Let’s me get this straight. So what you two are saying is that you *point at Phainon* got him pregnant six years ago. Then he hide the twins from you when they where born and then you found out about their existence just yesterday when Okhema had been attacked by nikador. You took the twins to haycine then told mydei about you finding out about the twins. Then you two went and had compromise and stuff?.” Caelus said as he frown for a bit before continuing.

“And then now you two cannot leave the twins just to anyone because of what the sisters at the orphanage had done to them. And that somehow some of the council are behind of what happened to your twins son? So the best you two could do is take them with you here since you said Haycine can’t babysit them at her clinic?” Caelus said, trying to understand if he got it right.

Phainon nod. At that he saw Caelus had that disbelief expression with his mouth agape. He look silly. Even Dan heng couldn’t believe it. “Damn… That one turn up drama… Well… not worse than the drama I had to endure with Dan heng’s life with his exs in—” Caelus didn’t get to finish his sentence when he got elbow by Dan heng who also glared at his friend to shut up. Which Phainon find in funny.

Aglaea looked so done but sighed. “I see… So what are you two plan to do now? I understand about taking the twins to live with you two. Considering you two are their biological parents… But what about for today? You two can’t just leave them here Considering the council would be coming in and out of the palaces… Unless you two are serious about taking the twins with you to whatever mission I'm about to gave?” Aglaea ask with a raise brow at that.

Phainon looked troubled but he shrug his shoulder in defeat. “We don’t have a choice lady Aglaea…Mydei haven’t even told his people about the twins existence and… the twins doesn’t even know that we are their parents yet.” Phainon said.

“that even worse.” Dan heng said with a pinch of his forehead. “I suggested you explain to the boys first before things going to get complicated. I suggested you do them now while you still can and before lady Aglaea about to gave you guys the mission.” Dan heng said. “I agree with Mr Dan heng here.” Aglaea said with a nod.

Phainon sigh a deep breath and nod as he glance at his lover who understood and nod as well. “ that might been true and for the better… but frankly wouldn’t it be to early for them and us? We only just know of them since yesterday… well mostly I do. But to dump this information on them all of a sudden, wouldn’t be a good idea.. Mydei and I where planning to get them to know us for a few weeks at most. Get them comfortable with having us before jumping to telling them the true.” Phainon said.

“…He had a point thought.” Caelus said. “My I suggested for Phainon and I to bring the boys to whatever lady Aglaea will given us. After we finish the task. We will explain to them after we return safely along with the boys. Dumping the information to them right now, that we are their parents while taking them to this mission wouldn’t be a good idea. They might get panic and do something reckless. But for right now… I don’t think it the right time yet.” Mydei suggested. “Very well… if you think this is the best way. I'll leave that to you two as their parents to handle this. But do not stall it for to long.” Aglaea said as the two nodded.

After that, Aglaea briefly them of their mission. Which to Phainon shock was the mission to get the coreflame from the titans of strife. Which is a problem and a concern to him. He hadn’t explained to Mydei yet about how his past self become the way it is. Which he know that he needs to tell Mydei about it, he was hoping to tell him later on not sooner. Because if he don’t tell him sooner or now. He didn’t want to know what will happen. Or what will Mydei do. He needs to be honest with his beloved. Which Mydei had wanted them to be and made a promise of no more keeping secret from each other.

So before they went to get the twins. Phainon drag Mydei aside, somewhere where no one can hear them talking but still in the presence where they can see the twins from afar.
Mydei look confuse at this and was about to speak but Phainon didn’t let him as he began to speak and tell the true. It took them a couple of mintue until Phainon was done explaining. Mydei looked livid and concern at the same time. Which made him react by slapping Phainon on the check for the lie and the secret he kept. He know he deserve that slap. He glance at his lover and saw tears.

Tears he doesn’t know why. Until Mydei looked sorry and caress his check and grabbed his face to face him and mumble an apologize for the slap. “It okay. I deserve that slap. You have the right to be angry about that one.” Phainon said. “No. And your right I do.. But Phainon.. you said your past self went through to too many cycle of the same repeat of stealing the coreflame… H-How many did he taken before he transfer it to you? I needs to know.. Phainon, khaslana… if it to much and to many.. it could be bad for you… I.. I can’t lose you too.. I need you. The boys need you too. So please be honest with me.” His Mydei beg. At that, Phainon told the true, and about lygus and about Amphreous itself. He took the brave in telling Mydei this. Unlike the other many cycle from his past self who he had kept this from the man he loved.

Mydei looked shock by the truth. “I supposed to stop the flame chaser from being complete for amphreous and your sake. But you and the others from the past where giving me hard time in doing so. I had no choice but to take it by force. And…” what he didn’t say, Mydei understand it. Phainon was left no choice but to kill them to get the coreflame which probably was the worse thing he can experience.

“Do you still really needs to complete the coreflame? I know you mention you needs it to stop the era nova from happening.” Mydei ask to which Phainon nod. “I needs it to stop lgycus from destroying amphreous..”

“I see.. we needs to talk more of this later. For now. Let deal with lady aglaea mission and the twins in the meantime.” Mydei said as he grab Phainon’s hand and drag him to get the twins.

They went back to where the twins, who where playing in one of the bath nearby. Little Helios joyful laughter was a music to their ears while his younger twins complained about not wanting to get wet. Helios might still be injure, his legs still banded with the gauze wrapped around the boy left leg, but it seem that didn’t stop the boy from having fun in the water.

“Boys.” Phainon called out. The two boys stopped playing and looked at him with a confuse but happy expression. “Boys please come here.” Mydei command softly but firm. The boys happily drag themselves out of the pool, pick up their shoes and went toward them with a happy smile grace their face. It was cute, Phainon couldn’t help himself and cuddle the two boys which earn him a squeal and giggles.

“Did you two have fun?” Phainon asked as the twins nod their head. “Hmm… Can we come back here again, please, mr. Phainon?” Astraeus asked with hopeful in his eyes. “Of course. But for now we needs to go. Mydei and I are taking you somewhere else since we cannot leave you two along here on your own. And we don’t have anyone we know who we can trust to looking after you two. Lady hyciane is quite busy so she can’t babysit you two. But promise us you two will listen to whatever we tell you two to do, okay?” Phainon ask the two boys who looked confuse at this but nod their head.

“Great. Now come on.” Phainon said as he gave his hand for the twins to take it which they gladly did, Astraeus also grab Mydei other hand which surprise his lover but was happy to obliged to the boy request. They went back to Aglaea who nod at them and gave them the instruction of what to do and where to go. Caelus decided to come as well. Dan heng was left to look after okhema along with castorice. Lady tribios will be their gate guide to take them to the place and also the one to be the one to return them back in okhema.

The two adult, Mydei, Phainon carried both of the twins in their arms as they enter the gate follow suit by Caelus and lady tribios, they arrived in an alley near the kremnos market place. The twins looked in awe at the sight. Although the place had be tear down, reduce to it former glory, the place still stood tall with it giant sword of the titans hanging in mid air on top of the bloodbathed battlefront arena.

“It pretty.” Was little Helios comment as his twin agree with him. Phainon took a courage to glance at his lover who took a deep breath when hearing the twins speak of their mother’s homeland, after all this would have been their homeland as well, considering their half kermnos and half Aedes Elysiae. If the titans and the black tide didn’t destroy this place and that the previous king didn’t gone mad. This place would have still stood tall in it glory day.

Phainon could noticed a nostalgia in his lovers eyes, he know that Mydei had miss this place, his home birth. “Alright everyone. Let’s get inside. But first.” Phainon said as he sat Astraeus down on the ground and stare in serious at the boy and crouch down. He noticed Mydei does the same with Helios as both of them looked to the twins seriously.

“Now, before we go inside. Mydei and I want you two to listen to any of us adult. When we tell you to run you run. When we tell you to hide you hide. And no ‘But’. Got it? This is a very dangerous place. Mydei and I really didn’t want to bring you two here. But after what you two told us about what those sister did to you two… We couldn’t just left you two on your own back in okhema… So you two better be good and listen to us adult okay? And I promise if you two behave and do as told we will take you to the bathhouse whenever you want? Agree?” Phainon said.

“Okay… But does this mean lady Tribbie will also have to listen to you three? Since you three are the only adult here?” Helios asked which earn him a shrinking yelp from the red head demigod beside them. Mydei tried not to smile or laugh at this, Phainon wasn’t fairing better, but at least he didn’t make any funny expression, but Caelus, the boy completely snort laughing at this beside them which earn their gray haired friend a kick to his kneecap from the red head demigod as he shrink in pain.

“No…. You two will also ‘listen’ to lady tribbie if she told you to do what she command you too. I know she might not look like it. But she a demigod, like Mydeimos and I and is far older than Mydei and I as well.” Phainon said which got the twins confuse but still nod their head obediently.

“Good now off we go.” Phainon said and grab Astraeus hand as Mydei did the same with helios. They got inside, and told Lady tribios along with the twins to stay somewhere else safe to where they can find them later on as they left. Promising to return unharmed later on. Left the kids with foods, waters and a few toys to keep them company that would last how ever long this mission would taken them to finished.

It taken them a bit longer than half an hours. Only just to discovered that Nikador intended is to attack and destroy Kephale’s body. This was left to force Mydei to remain to fight his former god until Phainon and Caelus find a solution. Also told Phainon to take the boys with him if they plan to make Tribbie be the one to tell the news to Aglaea.
Phainon for his part took the boys with him as he carried Helios while he told Caelus to carry Astraeus while telling Tribbie this.

Later Tribbie arrived with Castorice as Phainon told the two to go and find way to stall some time to stop Nikador, he took both the twins in his arms. And put them down somewhere safely, hidden from any enemies lurking around and told them to stay put and behave as he promise he will return to get them. He return back to help Mydei stall Nikador attack while Castorice and Caelus find way to stop the blade of fury from reaching Okhema.

It took them team effort to stop it with the help of professor Anaxagoras who arrived just in time. Luckily their where no flame reaver appearing to mess this mission up. Which had Phainon in relief for this. Consider he doesn’t know how will he explain this later on to Mydei if his other past, past self appear in his flame reaver form. Considering how massive and tall the size of it.

They managed to finished the mission, return to the twins unharmed but still got the twins to worried about them, which had the boys tackle hug him in relief and fright and where crying in concern but happy that they came back okay. “Shh… It okay. See? We promise we will return unharmed.” Phainon said as he hushed the twins in his arms.
He carried the twins and got up only to greet by professor Anaxagoras with a raise brow.

“I see… So this is what Hyacine mean when she said that you two needs help with something..” Anaxagoras said. “Of course she did. Don’t worried professor. We will explain later when we return back in Okhema.” Phainon promised.

When they got back in Okhema the first thing Phainon and Mydei did where to take the children somewhere in Aglaea’s room where it was private and that none of the council where allowed inside before heading back to the meeting room. Told the boys to stay put and that they will return after the meeting is over.

At the meeting, the two and with castorice, anaxagorass, caelus help began to explain to Aglaea of what they found in kremnos. With that one being deal with. They where back to discussing about the huge elephant in the room. The twins. Anaxagoras had ask what he was needed for. As Phainon and Mydei began to explain the twins situation. Everyone in the room where shock.

“Are you telling me that the sisters from the orphanage had let’s a few higher council to do this two a helpless orphanage, much less a child…?!” Anaxagoras exclaimed in fury disbelief. At the nod of both Phainon and Mydei, the professor screamed in angry. “I bet it was Caenis…it would not surprise me if she was the one behind this. She never liked us chrysos heirs…So I doubt that she wouldn’t feel the same way about the existence of an offspring from one of us chrysos heirs.” Anaxagoras said.

“….We don’t even have proof if she did it… How can you just point a finger to someone we don’t have proof off!?” Phainon said. Anaxagoras glare at Phainon. “You should be furious at this Phainon. Those two children are yours flesh and blood.”

“I’m aware. But what the point if we don’t even have proof of if they did the crime!” Phainon spoke with an exhausted sigh. “Shouldn’t this goes against the kremnos law? I mean…The twins are technically royalty by blood considering their other parent. The mother is a prince.” Dan heng said.

“They are technically a royalty by blood and law of kremnos… But like phainon said. We don’t have proof… if we want to point fingers or caught the person who did this to the boys… we’re going to needs evidence. For the meantime…Phainon and I are… going to talk to the twins… And also will let my people know… they had a right to know that their prince had sire an heirs. The twins will also needs all the protection they should get…and I can always trust my people to do the job.” Mydei said.

Phainon squeeze his hand in comfort which earn him a thankful glance from Mydei. “Very well… About what you said about that tracking thing that those… Whoever put it inside the boys body… I think I can help get ride of it. But I will needs both of your approval for it… Since… it would be painful to the boys and…I’m sure you know that we don’t have any anesthesia to help dumb the pain in removing it out of their body… I can create a redeem for it. But it will take longer. And I doubt you two wanted that.” Anaxagoras said with a helpless sigh.

“…we might have some at our ship in janusopolis… the place that Phainon found us.” Dan heng said thoughtfully. Anaxagoras look at dan heng then at aglaea and phainon and then at Mydei.

“Witch would you allowed some assistant to help these two to get the anesthesia? We needs to get rid of that tracking device inside the boys sooner than later. We don’t wants the council snooping around and tracking them down. It would lead to suspiciousness from the public people and I doubt you wanted that. Unless you really wanted that to happened?” Anaxagoras asked still not backing down on calling Aglaea a witch, which wasn’t usually to the other chyrsos heirs of hearing anaxagoras calling Aglaea’s with bad names. But it does give a whiplash from the two trailblazer in horrified disbelief at what Anaxagoras said to the leader of okhema.

“Don’t be drift…I’m not that heartless to deny a parents needs of help.” Aglaea said as Anaxagoras mumble the: ‘ Couldn’t fool me’ under his breath. Aglaea ignore what Anaxagoras mumble and spoke.

“I’m willing to lead a hand to help you… take lady tribbie, phainon you should also take one of the trailblazer with you. Perhaps young Dan heng… Mydei should remain here. At least one of the parents should remain behind to be with the children, also take Caelus as a precaution incase the council are going to make a move.” Aglaea pointed out. Both Phainon and Mydei agree as they said their thanks. Anaxagoras in the meantime told them that he’ll go back to the grove to get a few material for the surgery and ask Hyciane help.

Phainon and Mydei start to make plan with Dan heng to go to janusopolis for tomorrow. And Phainon suggested to Dan heng that they should leave in the morning at 6am so that they could get back earlier in time to protect the twins with Mydei and Caelus, which Dan heng had agree. They also inform lady tribbie of this, since she’ll be the one to make the portal entrance to janusopolis.

That night, when everyone at their own home. As Phainon and Mydei where at their house with the twins with them. They had a heartfelt meal just the four of them with the chimera that both Phainon and Mydei’s own. After dinner and the dishes where done being clean.

The two parents bathed the twins and took them to their guest bed room where the temporarily room for the boys will be. They lay the twins down on the bed. But not without entertain the twins with whatever the two boys wanted to enjoy the night before they felt sleepy.

When the twins are finally asleep. The couple went to their bedroom. They discuss about what to do with the council, the coreflame. They had come to an agreement that they should involved mydei’s people and the okhema people as well about dealing with the council. And about the coreflame. The pair had agree to make sure that Phainon wouldn’t take them all in before coming with a different solution to deal with lygus, than making Phainon suffer and in pain from taking more than a billion of coreflame.

They would still continue with the flame chase journey, they will just make sure that phainon wouldn’t accidently eat all the coreflame whenever they get the chance to collect them.
And they also hope that whatever Anaxagoras and dan heng things would help solve their problem with whatever those council had placed among the twins inside body. That one had both the parents quite in concern and in furious of how dare they do this to a child.

Phainon and Mydei took a quick bath together and sleep early since phainon still needs to wake up early tomorrow morning to get the thing they needed for the twins surgery at the train that was left behind in janusopolis with Dan heng. And that also Caelus would be coming over to help Mydei take care of the twins.

The next day, phainon wake up to his phone ringing at 5 in the morning as Dan heng called him that he was already at the front door. Phainon couldn’t help but to groan in exhalation of tiredness at this for being waked up at an early morning than his usually hours of waking up, and from before his alarm went off.

Mydei beside him jolt in awake at his sudden movement and was sleepy looking at him, Mydei had always been a light sleeper. It was the side effect for being in the river of soul and his time with the kremnos detachment growing up.

“Who was that on the phone?” his lover asked tiredly and still sleepy. Phainon just gave him a tired smile. “Is dan heng. And he’s here waiting downstairs at the front door. I needs to get ready. Go back to sleep love. You needs all the rest you can get before the twins will wake up later on.” Phainon said as he lean in to give Mydei a gentle quick kiss before he got up and went out of their bedroom.

Phainon went quietly to check on the kids first. And saw the twins still sound asleep in their shared queen size bed of one of the guest room. He couldn’t help but to smile fondly at this before he yawn awake and close the door quietly and gently to not wake up the twins before going downstairs.

Downstairs as Phainon open the door and was greet with dan heng and also Caelus which had Phainon blink in surprise. He wasn’t aware that the other one was a morning person. He was so sure of Dan heng though. Caelus look like a person who would be asleep until late into morning.

“I didn’t know caelus was coming here this early… the kids and Mydei are still asleep. If you still want to go back to sleep, we have few guest room that are still available beside the twins room upstairs. Also help yourself up in the kitchen if your hungry.” Phainon said as he lets the two boys in.

The boys said their thanks and got inside and close the door on the way. “Kitchen on the right side corner. Bathroom is in the middle of the hallway beside the staircase in case if you needs to use it. Their also another bathroom upstairs at the edge of the hallway. The only bathroom that it had upstairs since none of the others room had it, aside from the master bedroom of course.” Phainon explain.

“Also. Can I ask? Had the two of you already had breakfast? Cause if not I can make a simple meal?” he asked. The two boys from beyond the sky nod their head as Dan heng speak. “Don’t worried Phainon, Caelus and I already eat before we went here.”

At that phainon rose a brow in understanding before nodding his head. “Alright. Just let me get ready really quick. In the meantime please make yourself at home in the living room. I’ll be done in five mintue. After my breakfast of course.” He said, he lead the two boys in the living room before going to the kitchen to make himself some quick and easy breakfast, after eating he washed the dish before going upstairs to take a quick half bath and get ready.

When he return 2 minute later, Caelus was already sound asleep on the couch living room while Dan heng was on the phone. He went to one of the cabinet in the living room, pull out one pillow and a blanket, he place the pillow underneath the teens head and cover him with the blanket to keep warm.

Dan heng was thankful for that, when the two left, they reach the okhema’s front gate, lady tribbie was already there yawning her sleep away. They greet her as she did the same. They walk out the okhema’s walls a few meters away before lady tribbie open the portal gate.

Dan heng lead the way for the three of them to the train. The train was already fallen apart a bit. Glass had crack all over, and it looked like it was hit by a meteor. Dan heng frowned about the train condition. The boy sighed before trying to open the broken locked door. He managed a bit but was still having hard time pushing it to the side to slide it open, since it got stuck midway.

Phainon place his hand on dan heng shoulder as he offer his help. With just one pull, and the door was completely been tear open to the side. Phainon then move aside as he let Dan heng in, into the small compartment of the train. Phainon watch as dan heng went to one of the cabin and pull out a huge rectangle box made of metal with a lock that look like the size of a child coffin.

Phainon heard dan heng sigh in relief as the code to unlock the box still worked and wasn’t damaged at all. The box made a gearing sound and open on it own. “Good things the stuff are still okay and completely not damaged inside.” Dan heng said as he close the box again. Which the object automatically lock itself. Which phainon find it cool and interesting.

“Well, everything we needs for the twins surgery are in here. But were going to needs help in carrying this back in okhema. Since it heavy and made of metal.” Dan heng said. “Oh. Okay, no problem. I can carry it just fine.” Phainon said which confuse Dan heng, phainon just gave the lad a friendly smirk before he lift the metal box like it was nothing. He blink his eyes, Phainon was hoping for the box to be heavy but apparently it wasn’t that heavy enough. He shrug his shoulder and adjust them before walking out of the train like it was nothing.

He heard Dan heng made a disbelief sound and the giggle of lady tribbie as she whispers to dan heng. “Oh don’t let Phainon physique and appearance fool you. He can actually carry anything that it too heavy. Drag something that it far bigger and heavier than himself. He once carry and drag two baby dromas. Mydei might be incredible but he had limited in weight lifting. Phainon on the other hand doesn’t have any problem with that or any limit at all.” Lady tribbie said.

Phainon sigh at lady tribbie phrasing about his strength and what not. “If where done here. Can we get back now? I would like to return home while we still can and while it still early.” Phainon said as he glance behind him and saw lady tribbie giggling.

They walk the way back to the clearing for lady tribbie to open the portal but was halt in their step. For what in front of them stood a figure dress in all black hoodie. The person was shorter than his height. The same height as lady Hyacine. The person was holding a coreflame in their hand. When it noticed them it glance at them with mask on the person face.

“Ah… I was hoping to not bump into you guys yet. Since it not in the plan for it to happened. But I guess since it happened…” The person said, he sound young, quite young as he pull out their weapon out of thin air. Phainon didn’t hesitate in putting down the box carefully on the floor and pull out his great sword. He order for Dan heng and lady Tribbie to take the box back in okhema while he deal with the enemy.

The two where hesitate to leave him behind but he didn’t give them a choice as he remind them about the twins situation. When the two left he face the enemy head on.
The enemy where making sure to not harm him much. Just blocking his attack and avoiding getting hit or making him drop their mask and guard down. The enemy seem to know his move and what his next attack would be, which confuse him.

“Who are you? What do you wants and why do have a coreflame? Where did you even get that from?” Phainon hope the person didn’t stolen that coreflame in okhema. They only just recently got one coreflame at the moment.

“No needs to be concern. This is the coreflame of Oronyx… I was also meant to collect the one at kremnos.. but it seem the coreflame of the titans strife had already been taken.. but it doesn’t matter for I already got the other coreflame from the titans of strife I another timeline cycle. Making this one would be the last to complete all the coreflame.” They person said. “Why?” phainon asked.

“why what? Why taken all the coreflame? If you’re wondering who I’am… I’m not your past self… No. I’m from a different world. A different timeline… I’m meant to collect all the coreflame to destroy and lurk lygus by the request of a dear friend. Consider this place isn’t real.” At that statement Phainon halt in his attack in shock that this person know about lygus. But if this person does know about that basterd, mean that they know the truth about amphoreus of what it really is.

Phainon suddenly felt a headache, his vision blur then he seen black and red screen like monitor as a few unmade words appeared. Are those code? Appear on his eyes. He groan in pain.

“I see… you are still under his spell. Still under his lash in a caged bird, like a dog that the owner won’t set it free… But don’t worry.. that where I and my sibling came here for. To help you set free from this caged bird house called Amphoreus..” the person said as he walked toward him, placed it hand on his chest then pull something out of his chest which made him scream in agonizing pain. Then it was out of his chest. He slump on his knee holding on to his great sword, dawnmaker, breathing harshly in pain then looked up with wet blurry vision.

He could make out shape and light, when his vision cleared. He saw the person putting all the coreflame, along the one he had collected over the cycle in a small glass jewelry. “No…*gasp* give them back… I needs those to s-stop…” Phainon said as he made grabbing motion with his free hand on all the coreflame that was now inside a tiny glass jewelry in a shape of a diamond.

“Don’t worry. I’ll return this to you in a moment. This thing you called a coreflame? They aren’t even what it called from beyond the sky.. no. These things you and the chyrsos heirs had been keeps and taking in, inside your body, each cycle are far more than that. This is what made an Aeon to who they are now. And this is what lygus had wanted his vessel to taken in. All the coreflame to endure. Just for him to possess a body for him to control. A mess of object that unlash a lot of destruction throughout the cosmos… but don’t worried. With this thing inside this jar of genesis…it won’t harm you anymore you can now take as many coreflame as you want without it killing you. And without that wreck bitch lygus from possessing your body. I put some spell for it to reject lygus from ever taking and possessing your body. He can try all he wants. But it won’t break the barrier I placed around the coreflame and your body as well.” The person said as he walked back toward phainon then shovel back in the coreflame inside him which had him on his knee screaming in pain.

“I’m doing this while helping you. And also while we and my sibling are hunting down lygus whereabouts. The body he used here is fake. Destroy it. And we will know so that we can break the chain he put on you and the rest of the chrysos heirs. Oh and also break all his fake body here as well. He had plenty he had hidden somewhere here in this place.” The person said as it lay him down on the floor.

“Hmm…?! It seem like your body were really made and created to take in as much of coreflame it can…you and the heir of kremnos where the only sucessed vessel he had created to endure the onlash of the coreflame. No wonder why the twins where unaffected by the black tide poison and were the only being that isn’t affected by simulate virus and outside of amphoreus as well… You two had finally made a real life being demigod child, a biogcial body that had a soul of it own flesh made to created a real demigod. The coreflame must had made it happened when you two.. of course. Of course. No wonder.” The person still continue to speak as his vision turn black, then he passed out but not without hearing the last final word, a warning.

“You realize you and the prince had created something forbidden.. the twins won’t be safe. Not here in amphoreus and not out there beyond the sky…” was all Phainon remember before darkness completed taken him.

Chaoter 5: Mydei’s POV

Mydei wake up late to someone bouncing on his bed to which had him groaning awake and was greet by one of his children, the older twins, Helios.
“Helios… Why are you up so early, bud?” He asked as he rub his face awake. “Eh? But Mr. mydei. It already 8 in the morning. And Astreaus and I are really very hungry. Caelus said he doesn’t know how to cook so he told us to wake you up.” The boy said which made him blink his eyes at this before getting up. “Right…”Mydei said as he move to the side still holding Helios in his arms before getting up with the boy in his arms, carrying the boy out of the master bed room. He yawn the sleep away which made the boy giggle and poke his check playfully.

Mydei just gave the boy a soft smile of his own for the boy playful tactic and tried to play bite the boy fingers, that earn him a few playful yelp from the boy and a wide happy smile.
Caelus must had come along with Dan heng just hours ago when Phainon had that call at 6 in the morning. “hmm.. where is little Astreaus?” he asked. “He’s downstairs in the living room with mr. Caelus… mr. Caelus said that he will accompany you to babysit us. He also bought some weird toys with him. He said it was the toys that most kid play from beyond the sky. In a land called earth?” The boy explained while swinning his feet back and forth as he carried the boy down the stairs and start to play with his braid. Mydei doesn’t mind this. In fact he loved how comfortable his son is being around him despite not knowing who he is to the child really are.

They reach the living room and saw Caelus and Astraeus playing what looked like a board game with a drawing of numbers, a ladders and a snake all over it. Astraeus was holding and shaking what looked like a dice. The board had two chess like figure in some of the numbers. Mydei put Helios down on the floor and told the boy to go play with the others. He tied his hair so it wouldn’t get in the way while he cook them their breakfast. “So… what are you guys playing?” he asked. “A games called snake and ladders.” Astraeus said. “oh?” Mydei ask in confuse and interest.

“Dan heng said the game might interest little Astraeus which he was right. I bought a few others board games for both the boys to enjoy, like: jumanji, monopoly, break the ice, scrabbles, dungeons and dragons, exploding kittens, battleship, uno, and last jenga. For now Astraeus seem to want to finished this game.” Caelus said. Mydei had some questionable concern about some of those board game names for children. He’s concern about three certain game names: ‘exploding kittens’ and ‘battleship’ and ‘dungeons and dragons’. He hope that the exploding kittens board games doesn’t meant actually exploding a cat?!

“That’s because I want to win!” Astraeus said seriously with a glare a child could make. Not one to back down and didn’t want to lose. ‘Oh my gash! He like a mini Phainon! Doesn’t like losing in any competitions.’ Mydei groan in lament at this, well he’s not any different from his lover. Mydei decided to leave the children in Caelus care as he went to make everyone a healthy breakfast. After he done cooking and set the table, he called everyone as they rushed in, and sat as everyone ate.

After done eating their breakfast everyone went back to the living room to try the game that Caelus’s brought with him. They played snake and latter first then later the scrabble, Astraeus seem to like the scrabble more then the snake and ladders, since it a words games, then they tried dungeons and dragons which Mydei thought was a bad game starter for a kid of age six, until he found out it was a fun game, Helios enjoy it so much. Since the game is all about using your imagination while playing the board, choice your own player, Helios choice to be a knight. Which didn’t surprise him. But he was surprise that Astraeus had choose a healer who, the boy said had a pet dragon as his chosen character, since the boy said lady hyacine was a healer that had a pet pony with wings and a horn.

The two adult decided not to correct the boy, that the companion that lady Hyacine had were in fact a unicorn. They let the boy be to enjoy the fun then ruin the boy mood.
Caelus chosen bard which Mydei couldn’t help but to gave the teen a question brow to which the teen just shrug. And pull out a fancy hat and put it on with a grin and a wink. Mydei roll his eyes at Caelus before choosing the rogue as his characters. They played for a few hours of dungeons and dragons, having fun laughing, arguing and sometime the two adult had to separate the twins when they started to wrestling on the floor due to: one, Helios losing to Astreaus or Astreaus teasing his older twin that result into this.

The twins remind Mydei of himself and Phainon at time, before they started dating and living together, the competitive is still there but where reduce to just petting each than outright fighting each other like they use too, to the point of getting themselves at Hyacine’s care, they still do sparing from time to time, they just avoid injuring the other severally.
They sometime had serious argument, like most married couple do. They aren’t married yet, but they do get mention plenty of time from the Chrysos heirs and the people of Okhema that they do act like a married couple before they actually did started dating.

He looked in fond at the memory, they continue to play different board games. Ruffling Helios hair who sat beside him on the living room floor when Caelus’s phone rang. Cealus pick up the call. “Dan heng, what sup—” the teen playful said only to halt on his mid sentence as his eyes wide. “WHAT?!” Caelus loudly said which caught everyone attention and made Mydei worried. “Right. Okay I’ll tell him… okay… okay… bye.” Caelus said before hanging up and glance seriously and concern at Mydei, which Mydei had a bad feeling about this. He took a deep breath before asking.

“What wrong?” He asked, Caelus open and close his mouth and knitting his eyebrow together, trying to figure out how to tell him, which made Mydei even more worried. “Uhm… Dan heng said they had all the stuff that they needs for the, you know?...” he said as he point his look on the twins as Mydei nod in understanding and motion for him to continue. “They… Dan Heng and lady Tribbie had the stuff with them back here in Okhema… But Phainon remind at janusopolis to give them time to escape since… well, they where being under attack by a guy dress in black with a mask…phainon decided to stay behind and fight off the enemy… and well…after Dan heng and lady tribbie bought the stuff back as lady tribbie return to janusopolis to wait for phainon return from their spot they enter there.” Cealus said as he pause to breath before continuing.

“She waited but Phainon hasn’t return yet. She worried and called Dan heng, who told me to inform you to let you know…He going back their and wondering if you want to go with him… told me that lady hyacine will be coming here right now to well, keep and eye on the twins…” Cealus said. It took Mydei breath away at the news that Caelus said as he got up, he trusted phainon, but this one was concerning, what if the thing he fought is too strong for him to handle alone?

He got up and was about to go upstairs. “Mydei?” Caelus said with a confuse expression at his leak of concern. It not that he isn’t concern, because he do, he just hide it well to not concern anyone. “Don’t get my expression fool you lad. I do care and worried. I’m just not panicking as much as you do. I know Phainon. He just probably stalling his time. And might… needs my help. I’m just going upstairs to gear up.” He said and was about to leave when a knock to the front door was heard.

Caelus got up and open the door to find Hyacine along with krateros and a few kremnos’s guard behind him that had Mydei pale a bit before schooling his expression to seriousness and hide the twins behind him. “Lady Hyciane. Krateros… I was already inform of lady Hyciane arriving. But why did you guys come along as well?” He asked. “My prince. Please forgive us. But lady Hyciane came running in looking concern and asked us to let’s her in. We got worried that something might had happened my lord. So we follow her.” Krateros said with a bow.

Mydei mentally groan before sighing. “I see… Lady Hyacine, please make yourself at home, while I go prepare. krateros, have the men guard the house and tell the others to be on guard just in case some of the council would try to trespassing by. Phainon and I had some displeasing brief with them… Please let’s them known, or warn them that they are not welcome in our territory until further notice from myself or phainon. I needs to get ready since lady Tribbie needs me to go help Phainon with a mission.” Mydei said. “Oh, of course my lord. Will inform everyone in the kremnos territory.” Kratreros said with a bow the other guard did the same and left. But Mydei could spot Krateros glance attention where on the two tiny hand and feet of a child that was gripping his pajama beneath him.

When the door was closed, Mydei brief Hyacine of what to do while his away to deal and help Phainon. The fellow demigod agree to stay behind to help Caelus keep an eye of the twins. Mydei crouch down to level the twins and put each of his hand on their head and said with a comfort smile that the boys needed.

“Helios, Astreaus, listen. I needs the two of you to stay here and be good boys with Caelus and lady Hyacine okay? I will return with Phainon later alright?” He said. The two boys, the twins looked trouble by this, which worried him as he noticed Helios clench his hand before surprisingly hugged him. “Please come back soon. And be careful too.” The boy whimper. Mydei hug his eldest son back with much love and said. “Of course, I promise I will.” He said as he motion for Astreaus who looked like he wanted to join the hug. With that the boy did hug him as well. When he lets go of them, he kissed their forehead before going up the stairs to get ready to gear up.

He came back down 2 minute later dress as his usually outfit he wear daily before saying his farewell to everyone and got out of his house. He told Krateros to follow him while he told the four others guard to stay behind the house to guard it well, which they salute in respond for their prince order.

“I can tell you have something on your mind, old mentor.” Mydei said with a glance at the older men he had growing up like a father figure to him than his real actual father who he had slayed years ago. “I didn’t want to be noisy my lord. But rumors around Okhema had reach the kremnos, that you and lord Phainon had somehow adopt a child, two of them I heard. Is that true my lord?” Mydei found this a bit amusing and a bit annoying at the same time, at how noisy can people be of Okhema, but he had expected this to happened. He just didn’t know that it would be this fast and too soon. He wasn’t ready yet to face this, but he know he need it, for the twins and their sake.

“I know that it might be hard and impossible for you and lord Phainon to have children of your own considering both of you are an Alphas… But We were hoping that you would at least taken in an omega to carrying your heirs while still dating or being the mate of lord Phainon.” His old mentor, father figure and a dear friend said. That made him halt in his step.
“Wait? Does everyone think Phainon and I are alphas?” He said it aloud to which had Krateros looked surprise at this.

“Are you? Or are you two not? Everyone in okhema, even our people thought that you two must be both alpha. With how the way you two are acting and all.” Mydei feel a headache coming. Well, Mydei wasn’t sure how to feel about that, that people mistakenly him as an alpha. He wasn’t surprise about everyone figuring out that Phainon might be an alpha. But he needs to be truth with his father figure he dearly cherish.

He know that being an omega wasn’t unheard of as a ruler of their people, their culture and tradition wasn’t a backwater unlike the okhema and janusopolis. Their people and their culture value strength the most to ruler their land than some second genders boundaries, Doesn’t matter if you’re an alpha, beta or omega, so long as you can be a better leader, proven your strength that you can endure in the battlefield. But that was before his father regain his ruling and change the rule, that omega cannot be a king, or less rule their land/people, Beta where okay. If a royalty child turn up as an omega, they could only be a queen. only if he had an alpha to take it place as the king to rule their people beside them, and must reproduce an offspring, prefer an alpha child. Mydei had been a beta growing up, a beta was better since his people wouldn’t bat an eye at that, and wouldn’t mind him being a king as a beta, but an omega?

Now that something scandal. It was fine before when he was just a beta, people wouldn’t bother, better a beta to help them rule as a king than an omega who would seduce anyone. Omega where mere a bed warmer for alpha, a thing who can give them offspring and be toss out when they weren’t needed anymore. That what, what his father had change the status for omega when he regain the throne.

Mydei wanted to change that tradition and culture, but that was before he had turn from beta to omega, thanks to Phainon who suddenly turned into a Enigma. He sigh, and decided to be frank and true to his mentor. After he done telling the true, he was ready for his mentor scowling. But with a minute of nothing happen he took a courage to glance only to find the man paled.

“My lord. You know this would be a bigger problem… The people would of force you to find a husband and be mated, before you can ascended to a queen. You needs a king to approve of you ruling and still be the commander of our soldiers and generals, my lord. Unless you already had mated to lord phainon, which would be great. If not well...” Kratreos said to which Mydei looked away from that. For the truth is, he and Phainon hadn’t bonded yet to be mated. It was funny since they’re doing everything backward. They dated before married, instead they went head first into having a child than married and bonding.

At Mydei’s expression, Krateros looked second away from having a heart attack and died right there in his spot beside their prince. The guy couldn’t help but to scream. “MY LORD! Please considering doing the bonding… I prefer you two do it after you find lord Phainon. Considering you just also inform me of your twins son existence.” The guy said to which annoy Mydei. “I’m aware of the fact, Kratreos. Their was the reason why I send them away to the orphanage for their safely until Phainon and I had come to the agreement of being mated.” He frustrated said. “Then what change your mind?” Kratreos asked.

“The attack by Nikador a few days ago and the council where the reason for my changing of mind to take them back in. They don’t even know whose their parents are.. We, Phainon and I still haven’t told them… We were hoping for the twins to get comfortable around us before jumping to dump that huge information on them. Their too young, Krateros. They’re only 6 years old.” Mydei said in plea for his mentor to understand his plight. The older man sighed in resign before rubbing his face in frustration at this situation they are in, it was quite a huge mess they need to fix it before it get complicated and to late for them fix.

“I find… What would you like to do now about this my lord?” Krateros said so tiredly. Mydei felt guilty for putting more work on his trusted mentor and father figure. So he told him of his plan. The guy was hesitated to complain before hearing out all of his dilemma. In the end they come to a truce and agreement before they went to their separated way. Mydei was starting to hate how thing keep going wrong each day, since Nikador attack and the boys from beyond the sky had appear. He went to where lady trinnon had been waiting for him, as he was filled in of what happen and to where Phainon was left behind before Dan heng and lady Tribbie came back. He enter the portal, which to his surprise with professor Anaxagaros tagging along with him. They took the hike to the mountain, went through a few broken bride and reach their destination and found Phainon face down on the floor. Mydei rushed in and turn Phainon around only to realize his lover wasn’t breathing.

‘No! don’t you dare die and leave me alone to raise the twins!’ Was all that Mydei worried about than losing his statue as a prince and tried to do a CPR to help bring Phainon back. It took him a few 10 minute until Phainon gasp for air and shot up, gasping and coughing like he swallow water. Mydei didn’t give Phainon a second to get his baring before he tackle hug his lover with agonizing concern of losing Phainon to death. “Mydei… What? How did you get here? How long was I out?” Phainon asked still complete out of it, but still had the energy and will to return the hug and rub his back in comfort. “You fool! I should be the one doing the comforting and asking you that question! What happened? Dan heng explain everything that you guys where being under attack by an unknown enemy. Who was it? Have you see what they looked like?” Mydei asked while inspecting if Phainon were injure anywhere. When he see that Phainon was okay and unharmed aside from them just finding him passed out in the middle of nowhere in janusopolis.

Phainon for his part swat Mydei worried hand away from his person before getting up and said. “I’m fine Mydei, no needs to be concern… and to be honest I don’t know…. All I remember is fighting this guy then all I see is black and red screen like vision before I pass out…” Phainon said before thinking it hard then remembering some word that the guy said that made him never forget about it. Mydei noticed the look on Phainon’s face, he know it was more than that, but his lover give him a plea look to drop it for now. “….Fine. Let’s go back for now.. And tell Aglaea of what you just fought with… We can’t have this thing holding us up and giving us trouble while we deal with the flame chase journey.” Mydei said.

“What about the twins? Where are they? You didn’t left them behind at home with just Caelus did you?” Phainon ask in concern which made Mydei glare at his lover. “Of course not! Don’t take me for a fool. I would never left them off to fetch for themselves, much less made Caelus be their babysitter. No, Lady Hyacine is with them, along with some of my kremnos’s trusted guard. Dan heng went back to Aglaea to bring the stuff you guys found.”

Phainon nod in understanding and breath a relief at this information before they walk back to the portal to where lady Tribbie was waiting for them to open a portal back home.
When the came back and was told to head toward the meeting room, to where everyone is, expect for Caelus and Hyacine who were back at their house with the boys. Phainon began to tell his tale of his encounter with their new unknown enemy.

He hadn’t mention that the person was young. Just told them that the guy, sounded young that it. Which had them in disbelief that he had been defeated by a young man. To which he said his excuse that for some reason the guy know his move and his attack. Even talk like he know him. Like they know each other which confuse him and everyone else. But then he throw a shocking news that the guy know about the twins existence as well which had Mydei panic in concern about this and was no help since he was aware that he was releasing his sour scent all over the place, which had everyone felt displeasure of it and some had flinched at how awful the smell and cover their nose of how anxious he was that the smell had them in a frizz.

Phainon noticed it and went toward him and asked everyone if they could be excused to help him clam down his lover, and asked them to give them a moment to speak alone.
When everyone left the room, Phainon hugged Mydei to comfort his lover and let him release the tension he was holding in for a bit, with tears, of course he would be concern, they recently just had the twins with them just four days ago, and the two parents had grown attached to their kids. And finding out that someone know about the twins existence, other than themselves and their fellow Chrysos Heirs, and the two boys from beyond the sky and now Kratreos. It feel like the world wants to know of the twins existence, not in a friendly way it seem, which concern the two.

Which Mydei now realize that he and Phainon as the twins parents will needs all the attention and protection they will give the twins. That means officially announcing to the public about the twins existence and about coming out of his true secondary gender as an omega, and for Phainon to tell the truth that he is now an Enigma, hence for his height skyrocket into an inched taller than everyone else, taller than 6 inch from Mydei who was at 6’3. Phainon now stood at 6’9.5 (i.e: yea, I’m aware that Mydei height is at 6’1. But let me have him this taller in my fanfic). That like looking up at a giant. Mydei was now starting to hate their situation but he can’t do anything about it, since it already happened now.

“Phainon… we will needs to hunt that guy who attacked you… we needs answers as to how he knows about the twins… And about what he told you that the twins existence where forbidden. And I wants to know why. Also… we now have no choice but to tell the true to the twins. Kratreos found out of their existence just a while ago. And rumors going around okhema that we took in two orphan… we also needs to consume our bond.” Mydei said as he looked up at his lover with a blush on his face at the mention of them completing their mating bond. His lover looked shock at his suggestion.

“M-Mydeimos… are you completely sure you wanted to be tied down to me?” phainon asked. Mydei couldn’t help but to roll his eyes at his lover stupid question. “I means, what the point of denying each other wants? We been dating and living together for almost six years. Plus we managed to create two offspring. Does that not tell you anything?” Mydei said with a resign sigh. “Plus. I’ll been waiting for you to make a move to ask me to bond to you…. I mean we skipped the courting ritual on both our culture.. Well maybe expect for that one time when we had that ten days and ten night of battle when we first meet. That was part of the kremnos’s courting ritual. You also went and got my mother’s ring back, which meant a proposal of engagement. We also skipped the wedding and went ahead and had the twins first… we been doing everything backward. You do realize that, right?” Mydei said as he glare up at his lover who sighed and groan at the fact that Mydei was right.

“,,,You’re right. We been doing everything backward. If you wants we can start doing the bonding after we tell the twins tonight who we really are to them before their bedtime.” Phainon said as Mydei wait for his lover to catch up what he just said. Then he saw Phainon blink before realizing something. “Wait! Hold on… Are you saying that we been engaged for six years now?!… Why didn’t you said anything?! I thought you weren’t just ready yet to settle in?” Phainon said in disbelief that he been engaged to Mydei this whole time they been together for the past six years? SIX YEARS!

Mydei couldn’t help but to find his lover, no now his fiancé for the past six years expression funny. “I thought you know? Or were aware of my people cultures, since you did challenge me to a dual. You even accept the agreement when you won..” Mydei said. “Eh?!… So that was the agreement about? I thought it was something else. And no. I wasn’t aware about your cultures. I only heard rumors of how to get your attention was that dual for okhema and Aglaea’s sake. But no.. I’m very happy to think that now I can finally have you to myself. Mine and only mine.” Phainon said so possessiveness as Phainon’s clench his arms around Mydei’s waist, bringing him closer to him. He had always loved that side about Phainon, got him horny whenever he get like this, it give him the thrill.

They were about to make out right there in the middle of the meeting room when suddenly the front door been slammed open, not so gently. “Oh! Good thing I came in. Anymore longer of hearing you two lovebird being idiot for more than a second would just made me want to vomit little Ica rainbow saliva. I rather had a dromas run me over than hearing you two love confusion one more time.” Professor Anaxagoras said with a twitch of his one eyebrow.

The two couple blush and distance themselves. “So can we get back to what we actually came here for? The twins situation? Or did you two parents totally forgotten about that?” Anaxagoras bluntly said so nonchalant with a narrow eyes. “I hate to agree with this ‘Dramas straight in finery’. But we do needs to get back on the topic of this meeting. So please can you two focus instead of having a drama about yours life situation? I completely understand that you two needs to figure out of dealing your undying love and misunderstanding to each other. But please do it at home.” Aglaea said with serious in her eyes.

Mydei and Phainon nod in understanding as they resume the meeting again. Everyone came to the agreement that they will deal with the unknown who attacked Phainon after they done dealing with the twins situation. Anaxagoras had agree to do the surgery today, now that Dan heng had bought the stuff they needs, and had the two parents gone to pick up their twins back at home and into hyacine’s clinic to do the surgery.

It took the parents 20 minute to return, considering the twins just finished their lunch when the got back home, had taken the twins their bath, and explain to them that they where going to the clinic to get rid of the thing on their back. Which the twins where anxious and thankful for. The twins somehow fallen asleep on the way while being carried around Okhema to take them to Hyacine’s clinic along with Caelus in town. When they got inside Hyacine’s clinic they where lead to the operation room. Anaxagoras was already there along with Dan heng who where in their scrub and with white glove. The two father almost hesitant in placing the twins on the operation bed, but they know they needs to get rid of that things on the boys back. So with a heavy heart both of them place the boys gently on the bed.

They were also told to strip the boys upper clothing. Which Mydei and Phainon did with gently care of removing the top cloth, carefully to not wake the twins. Dan heng Came with the anesthesia supply, that was a syringe, He inject one for Astreaus who suddenly wake up from the sudden feeling of something stain on his left arms which had Mydei hush Astreaus who had whimper and panic a bit when he saw what was injecting on him. “Hey, it alright, darling. I’m here. It okay… Dan heng is just here to help you dumb the pain while professor Anaxagoras will take out the thing on your back. It okay, you can relax. Phainon and I won’t let’s anyone hurt you.” Mydei said.

“H-Hurt.. it hurt..” The child cried a bit. “I know, I know it hurt, baby. But can you be brave for me, hm? I promise this will be over soon.” Mydei softly encourage the boy to relax, while giving the child kisses on the head which was working as the boy calm down before the anesthesia taken it effect. Mydei still continue to rub the boy back even if the boy had completely fallen asleep. Hyacine did the same to Helios who was in Phainon arms, who clingy to him, whimpering when he wake up from hearing his twins cry. Phainon and Hyacine where having a hard time trying to calm the boy down which took them 20 second without progress at all.

Anaxagoras was getting tried of the other twins being difficult and had no choice but to bluntly force the injection on the now still screaming child. It took 30 second for the anesthesia to take it effect before the boy was complete out of it. Mydei could tell that the professor bluntly ignore both his and Phainon murder glare. As the professor began to set the instrument he need to do the surgery. He started with Astreaus. Made a slice on the boy back, in the center of the shoulder blade, near the upper part of the thoracic. It where Astreaus had said before, he remember the feeling of where those bastard had shovel the thing inside the boy back.

What they saw shock them, it was bigger, the size of a circle candy, in the shape of a diamond. And that thing had been inside the two boys back. Mydei wanted to lash out but he held in and control his emotion as Anaxagoras start pulling the thing out carefully to not damaged any part of the boy body. When he pull it out, the thing came out with something long attached to it, like a limbs, tantacles. It was long and was glowing, and something going in and out of the thing, and it look like it had a heartbeat?

But when it was complete pulled out of the body the sparkle of the thing died. Mydei could hear Anaxagoras hiss and almost drop the thing when it shake in his hand, good thing Dan heng caught it with a glass bowl, and the boy almost drop the glass bowl when the thing just suddenly open it, what looked like eyes. Which freak them out. “The fuck is that thing?! Are you telling me that freaking thing had been inside my son body all this time?!” Mydei couldn’t help but to let out a cuss of hiss in angry. Who wouldn’t be? When something just shovel inside your son’s back. A literally living being.

But Dan heng had the look on his face like he seen this thing before. The boy put the bowl with whatever that thing is on the table beside the bed, went to get a glass of water and start pouring the water on that thing. When it cleared out whatever body liquid it was cover all over it. And what they see wasn’t actually a living being of an animal that was put inside the boy body. No, that would be just wrong and gross, and cruel. It was a living Ai, a robot that had a life of it own, but would shut down if it was taken out of it host.
“I knew it!” Dan heng mumble in shock when his finding was right, which caught everyone attention. “Knew what?” Mydei asked.

“I see something like this before.. We found something like this in one of a prisoner from some planet. That was before Caelus joined us… This thing. It was usually used for a tracking device to track down dangerous people that had escape from the prison. In fact most dangerous criminal had this implanted inside them to keep them in check and hunt them down if they every escaped the prison..” Dan heng said as he continue on to explain. “Mostly the IPC had this thing… It was belong to them.. But to see this here at the had of some council in amphoreus just baffled me… I means no one know of this planet. No one know that Amphoreus existence. Expect for us, Caelus and the astral express… But to find this thing here… I wonder… Who had ever went beyond your planet and got out… Must had returned here and brought this with them…”

“This is an old device used before. The new version of this thing were different now. More advance and more stronger and more dangerous if it not removed well. Cause this old thing can easily be broken when you… Well… when you crush it with something heavier like a hardbound books… It why some prisoner know how to get rid of it.. If they know where it was implanted inside their body.” Dan heng explained. Then dan heng add something that both Mydei and Phainon feared. “Well… The only thing concern me of this is… That this one is also a time bomb. If… The person haven’t been found for more than 8 week, well it will denoted automatically on it own… or if someone, mostly the person who place this inside them will press the denoted button if they aren’t still been found. The newer version mostly denoted the moment the alert that the prisoner got out of jail.” Dan heng said, which doesn’t help made Mydei pale in terror, hand shaking.

It was Phainon angry scream that snap them out of shock from their daze when dan heng had began to speak. The Enigma complete let out a fowl aura and smell coming out from him that made everyone dizzy and nausea, Thankful Mydei had gotten used to this fowl scent of his lover whenever he get like this and went toward Phainon to calm him down.

Phainon usually never get angry easily. Unless it was involved Mydei. Mydei for his part told professor Anaxagoras to take out the another one in Helios while he go and calm down his lover outside somewhere no one is going to get hurt if Phainon get too much aggressive like what he was now doing. Mydei drag Phainon outside to the archer arena, let’s him vent his frustration and whatnot. Mydei too felt angry at those council for what they did to the twins, but he mostly held his angry in. He only does that when being provoked, mostly by his lover. But he do also get aggressive if someone badmouth his Phainon or one of the chyrsos heirs or the people he care about got hurt. That was no different when it come to his twins son. But he had to be the rational between the two of them. Less the okhema would be dealing with two chyrsos heirs outing for blood.

When Hycaine came looking for them hours later and told them that professor Anaxagorass and successful got rid of those two device inside the boys body. But also told them that Dan heng said he’ll want to keep those things, said that they might be able to track down whoever person had implanted the device to the boys by hacking it system. Dan heng also said that he and Caelus will needs to hike up in janusopolis to get their gadget for hacking.

But Phainon said his piece that they should just get rid of that device than keeping it. Mydei understood his feeling and angry. When everything is said and done, they where told that they can go and see the twins and take them home soon. Hycaine also said that Helios injure had completed healed and closed when that device was taken out. Which the two parents sigh in relief. When they return to the clinic, the twins where still sound asleep, on a now new and clean bed with Caelus keeping an eye on them and where on his phone. The boy looked up and salute them before he excused himself out.

The two, Mydei and Phainon went toward each of the bed and caress their twins son check. The two boys lead on the touch, purring which brought a smile on their face. They sat and stay with the boys until Hyacine and professor Anaxagoras said that they can take the boys home now that everything seem to be doing okay. They took the boys, still sound asleep in each of their arms back home, place them on their shared bedroom in the guest room. Phainon decided to stay and keep an eye on the boys while he cook them something for dinner.

After a few hours of done cooking dinner, Mydei went back upstairs to check on Phainon and the boys, only to greet with both of the two boys awake. Phainon where hugging the boys and where apologizing for some reason. He knock on the door to get their attention only for the twins to look up with a hopeful and yearning look, before the two got off from Phainon’s embrace and tackle hug him only to shock him when the twins said the two words that he had yearn for every since they just got them back home four days ago.

Chapter 6: Phainon’s POV

When they took the twins for their surgery, Phainon was Anxious, he can tell that his beloved too where also Anxious. They do want to get rid of whatever was inside the back of their twin sons. But also afraid of what they will find out. They carried them asleep in their arms. Helios, his little junior who looked so much like what he was when he was young, not that Astraeus isn’t as well. The other twin just inherited his mother’s beautiful blond hair that he adore so much. When they got to the clinic, they where told to head straight for the surgery room at that back, further in the build at the left side. Professor Anaxgoras and Dan heng where already there waiting.

They went inside, Caelus and Hyacine as well where needed as the professor assistant. He watch dan heng inject something on Astraeus’s arms who was in the arms of his mother, trying to calm the panic boy who woke up at the sudden feeling of something pricking his arms. The boy whimper had woke Helios up who looked confuse at first before hearing his younger twin cry and he looked for his younger twin in the room. Phainon had tried to prevent the older twin from seeing his younger brother being inject with something, less they will have two crying children to deal with. But it was no used, the moment the boy heard the younger twin he began to get panicked and started crying on his own.

Phainon cursed and tried to calm the boy, cheer him up and making comfort sound, releasing his pleasant scent to comfort the boy. One he offend use for Mydei when his lover get this panicking attack sometime. It did it wonder until the boy saw what was on Hyacine hand that he started to make a fuss. Lashing out, trying to get away from Phainon hold who began to grip his hold on the boy a bit tighter but gentler to not harm the boy. But with no process at all. He heard Professor Anaxagoras groan in annoyance before he saw his professor march toward them, snatched the syringe in Hyacine’s hand.

He glare at his professor who bluntly just inject the syringe on the boy left shoulder. It took 30 second for the effect of the chemical in the syringe to take it effect before the boy completely knocked out in his arms. He saw the professor just gave him a raise brow before the omega went back to start doing the operation on Astreaus’s back.
It took a while for the professor to open the boy’s back before he saw everyone over the other bed widen their eyes at what they see on the younger twin back. He only realize why when he saw the professor pull it out of the boy back.

It was huge the size of a candy ball in the shape of a diamond, and it had long tentacles legs, looked like a jellyfish that you offend see in the ocean. And its legs where glowing like it was alive. Until the thing started to shake did the professor drop it in surprise, only for Dan heng to caught it with a glass of bowl that it save the thing. But the boy also almost drop the bowl when he looked surprise as the thing open it eyes. Dan heng had a look on his eyes that he seen this thing before. The boy went to get a jar of water, pour the liquid on the thing in the bowel before letting out a: ‘I knew it’. Before he know, the young man went on to explain on what the thing on their two son back where.

Phainon had a shock expression grace his handsome face before it turn to livid. How dare they put something like that on a child? A time bomb that can denoted on it own if the person hadn’t been found for more than 8 week! That literally killing an innocent child in a cruel, horrible way. Not to mention, the thing where only used for dangerous criminals, their twins where anything but dangerous. He couldn’t help but to unleash his aura, his foul scent, surround the operation room, which make everyone uncomfortable that they flinch from it. It was Mydei who went bravely to snap him out of it, took him out of the operation room, told everyone to continue with the operation as he was lead somewhere else to calm him down.

Mydei took him to the archer practice arena, one used for archer practice for the Okhema’s soldiers. Mydei also told everyone not to come in the archer practice arena for the meantime, as he was let loose. He destroyed dummy after dummy, punching the wall after the wall, throwing heavy thing at the target practices after it. It took him the whole afternoon before he finally feel fine. Breathing heavy and content from releasing his pent up angry.

He been holding this angry for so, so long every since he fusion with his past khaslana self. Releasing it made him feel free. He was meant to save that for Lygus. But what those council did to the twins just made him boil with angry. Toss it was released. It was lucky that he didn’t transform into his flame reaver. His flame reaver size were huge in height and where in the same height as with Chartonus the Amphoreus blacksmith. He didn’t know how his beloved Mydei would react to seeing his other form.

When he feel like his angry had calm down, that was when the time that lady Hyacine came to inform them that the twins surgery where a successful. They got to get rid of the one in Helios’s body. Also the girl inform them that the thing, the device where being kept to experiment by dan heng to try to figure out in hacking the system if he can break it and track the one who had placed it on the boys.

Frankly both Mydei and himself had rather the young man destroy the thing, it would give both the parents a sense of relief. Not just both their sake but to their two children mind as well. They where lead to go and take their kids home, which they gladly happy to do so. Each couple carried one of each twins in their arms, both boys were still sound asleep from the chemical they where put to sleep in, until it wear off within a few hours. They tack both the boys back in their bed in the guest room when they got home. Mydei went to cook everyone dinner to give him time to think of what to do after this, while Phainon remain to stay behind and keep and eye on the boys in case they wake up and will needs something. It was around before dinner time, did the one of the boys woke up, Astreaus got up, rubbing his eyes and groaning in discomfort before blinking his eyes and gasp. That made Phainon worried and went toward the boy bed, gently and put one hand on the child check. “Hey buddy? You okay? Do you needs something?” He asked.

The boy only shook his head before letting out a tear of relief. “N-No mr. Phainon, I’m fine.. I just… I feel free… Like I don’t feel that thing on my back anymore. It usually made me feel like I always have to be careful on what I have to do or move. It seem to always knew what we where about to do, since it was attached on our back. But now that it gone… I don’t know… I feel happy.. Does that made me a bad person? To feel happy because it finally gotten rid of it?” The boy said in confuse. Phainon felt a little sad about that, that his son had to experience this at such a young age. He hug the boy for comfort. “No. You’re not a bad person for wanting to feel happy and free, little one. I bet your mother would be happy for you for that horrible thing on your back is finally gone now. And you are free… Free to feel any emotion a child should have and not deny off. I know I would...” Phainon said as he caress the boy head in comfort.

Astreaus was about to say something when his older twin wake up just in time. Helios blink his eyes awake before looking to the side to see his younger twins where being comfort by him. Helios got up and join the hug, which Phainon didn’t mind it and hug the boy as well, both of the boys closer to his chest and hum a soft tone to comfort them. He could see the twins blink their eyes in concentration and confuse before looking like they know this song from somewhere. Like they heard it before.

“Mr. Phainon… Why does your song you hum feel familiar to us?” Astreaus asked as Helios nod his head. “Yea… Is like we heard of it from a long time ago?” Helios said with a confuse and thoughtful expression a six years old could make. That made Phainon halt on his humming. ‘Oh!… Had… Mydei sung this song to them when they where babies?! But… Can babies even remember a song their mother sing to them when they where that little?’ Phainon thought. “Oh… Do I?” Phainon nervously asked. The two boys nod their head. “Yup… I think… I remember is sounded like this..” Helios hum the song. Phainon could not help the tears felt from his eyes.

It was indeed the song he once sung to Mydei, the song that his mother’s used to sing to him when he was young. His mother’s lullaby, Mydei had sung it to their two sons. Oh how it did something to his heart. “Sorry… We may not remember the whole lyrics of the song. But I swear I remember mom’s sung that one before… Just that. We don’t remember what the lyrics was about but we remember the tune of the song..” Helios said.

Phainon gave a soft smile at this and began to sing the song he remember by heart. He sung his mother’s lullaby of ‘You’ll be in my heart’. When he was done the twins looked in awe and in shock that he know the song and asked him of how does he know their mother’s song. To which he told them the true that he had sung that song once to their mother, considering that the twins mother’s where his lover. “Wait! You said you sing that song to our mom… Does… This mean yo-your our dad?!” Astaerus asked with a hopeful look to which Phainon wipe his tears and nod his head. The boys didn’t know what to feel. Until Helios took the brave and hug him, crying and calling him ‘dad’ over, and over again to which Phainon just hug the boy in joy and comfort, caressing the boy head.

Now he can finally be able to call them his, and didn’t need to worried. He had longed for this, to be able to hug them, for the twins to see him as their father, their actual father who sire them. “Oh, my boys… How long had I been yearn to be able to do this. To hug you two… For me to call you two my son… I had longed it.. Every since I met you two that day. I know… Their no one with people like us who had eyes like we do..” Phainon said. Astreaus join the hug later when he finally deiced that he can trust him, he doesn’t blame the boy. It hard to trust anyone. “Dad...” Was Astreaus answer as he clingy to him tightly. “My little star…” Phainon said as he hugged and kissed the younger twin head and nuzzle his nose on the boy hair. The boys continue to clingy to him and whimper a tears and saying ‘dad’ over again. It must have been hard on them.

Wondering who and where their parents are, and wonder why they where abandoned by their parents. So to make the twins feel like they’re where wanted he began to explain while also apologizing as well. The two boys listen, with tearful eyes before they hug him again. And saying: ‘It okay, we understand.’ It seem like both the twins also taken after there mother. So understanding and kind, and patient, he wasn’t like this when he was younger, he would lash out, throw tantrum but, never been a spiteful child to his parents, which was thankful enough that his set of twins where like that.

He wouldn’t know what he’ll do or feel if ever the twins where to grow hateful of their parents for abandoning them. Thankfully he also explained the reason to the twins as to why their mother had left them at the orphanage at a young ages. The two thought of it and nod in understanding before asking the obvious question. “Wait.. If you are our real dad?… Then where is mom?” Helios asked the obvious question which had him cough a chuckle before answering. “I think you already have meet him.. He’s the one who always cook you meal every morning, lunch and dinner for the past four days, little one.” He said and ruffle his eldest twin son hair. Who had a confuse look for a moment before it change to realization. Astreaus too catch on quite fast.

“Oh… Mr. Mydei… That… was… Mama?” Astreaus asked to which another tears fell from his cute, handsome face as Phainon wipe it away and nod his head, also kissed the boy forehead in comfort. “Hmm…” He hum as an answer to the boy question. He spend that night entertaining the boys, answering all their question. And telling them stories that boys might enjoy. It was around then that a knock on the door that got everyone attention before the boys eyes widen when they saw who was at the door.

The twins rushed out of their bed and went and tackle his lover who looked surprise. Before looking even more shock when the twins suddenly called him. ‘Mama’. He could feel his Mydei glare at him when he looked away the moment the twins said those words. He know he screwed that up. He heard the twins explained to Mydei of why they call him that. Glare he felt a while ago doubt in second, he tensed before calming down when he heard Mydei sighed in resign before hearing Mydei explain to the boys.

That yes, he was their biological mother who give birth to them, even told them of when their birth where. Which were on April 12, they where an Aries, just like their father who was born on that month in March 29 and that he was apologizing for giving them away and told them that he regret it everyday. And also told them the reason why. The twins gasp at that. Since apparently no one know when their birthday were aside from the orphanage sisters and the children at the orphanage. So for an outsider to know. Means that this person, is indeed their mom. “You two where born on dawn, of the earlier morning. Took me 13 hours until one of you decided to finally came out at dawn.” At that information phainon gape. 13 hours? 13 HOURS in labor with the twins?!

He know he was being dramatic when he was making noises like he was being stab or being choke. He could feel the twins looked at him worriedly while Mydei just give him the look that he was so done with him. Then Mydei explain about the necklace he left them with as a memento and a way for them to survive, if they ever needed it. And how important those necklace where to their birthright. “Oh okay… w-were just glad where not… going back to the orphanage… You won’t send us back there would you, mama?” Helios asked in fear.

“No. Never…. You won’t ever have to go back in there.. not when your father and I are here to protect you two.” Mydei said, he looked hurt when their eldest son mention that one. But Mydei still hugged the two boys for his and their comfort before remembering something. “Now, why don’t we all go downstairs and eat? I made dinner, it might get cold if we don’t eat them soon.” He said softly as the two boys beamed up at him and nod their head as they race down the hall. Mydei told them to be careful and the no running on the stars, which had him chuckle. Before shutting up when Mydei turn to face him with a raise brow and a small glare.

He gulp before beginning to explain to his beloved as to why he didn’t had a choice but to tell them the true. “The boys seem to remember that lullaby you sung to them when they were still babies…The song I told you about that my mother used to sing to me that I sung to you that one time.” He explained which had his beloved Mydei blink his eyes in shock at that.
“What—They remember that?” Mydei said with disbelieve tears. Phainon nod his eyes. “It seem like the boys really loved you… You must have taken good care and loved them when they where still babies before you given them away to the orphanage. That song must had stuck to their heart. Unless you do actually sung that song to them every day when they were still babies?” Phainon said with a smile on his face.

When he noticed Mydei blush and turn away before admitting that he does sing that song to the boys everyday when they where babies, ever since they where born and while they’re in his womb. “Oh my love.” Phainon said and he couldn’t help but to kiss his lover. He was happy that Mydei care enough to share that one special song of his mother to their two boys.
“I’m glad your happy that I share that one to the boys… I never had any memories of my mother singing any song to me when I was a baby. Since my father… you know.” Mydei said.
Phainon clench his hand in angry about that one. It wasn’t unheard of, of Mydei’s tales, of how everyone know of what his father did, throw him in the river of soul as an infant and killed his mother before he could save her.

So to give his love some comfort, he kissed him and hug him. “It okay. I’m glad to share that song with you… I have always wanted… the twins to at least have this one memento for them.. my mother’s song was something I cherish the most. And I thank you for sharing that one to the twins.” Mydei smile and kiss him. “I know. You always said you sung that song whenever you missed them. Your parents. I to do miss my mom as well. But not about my father… But sometime I do wonder about how it feel to have both my parents growing up…I would of do anything to give our children, to have a better childhood than the one we have… but with the black tide and everything…” Mydei said with tears.

“I know…I understand.. Why don’t we make up to that one, starting right now that we have them back?” Phainon suggested as Mydei nod in agreement. “Come on. Let go and check on the boys. We wouldn’t want them making a mess of the kitchen now do we?” Phainon said playful that had Mydei snort a chuckle. They went downstairs and into the kitchen. And was surprise that the boys haven’t touch the food yet. Which had the two parents worried. “Boys? Why aren’t you two eating yet?” Phainon asked as he place a hand on both the boys shoulder which startled the two boys. “Oh. Sorry. Dad didn’t mean to frighten you two.” Phainon said as he place the hand on the boys head to ruffle it gently. The twin lead on it, affectionately which had Phainon smile. “Sorry. We where just waiting for you and mama to come to the kitchen so we can eat together.” Astreaus answer.

“Oh… Alright.” Phainon said as he glance behind him to see Mydei had a fond expression on his eyes, went toward the boys and give each a kiss on their forehead before sitting down himself, Phainon did as well as they began to eat their meal together.

When meal was done, as Mydei went to wash their dishes, he had the boys play some game in the living room, since apparently Caelus had left his game board to the twins, saying they can have it, since he’ll just get a new one when he get back in his home planet. Which was sweet of the boy.

Phainon went to supervise the boys while they play the board game. Which ended up him joining along to the game of Dungeons and dragons. Their laughter had him smiling wide and in joy. Thought he also witness when the two boys wrestling each other on the floor that he had to interfere it before one hurt the others, or one would end up crying.
He was surprise that the twins could get pretty competitive with each other. Which had him shaking his head, he shouldn’t be too surprising about that one. He and his lover get competitive all the time.

So it shouldn’t really surprise him if the twins take after them. When Mydei grace them at the door with a raise brow and a smile, he know. He sigh and point his head to help him tame the two boys, since the other one, Helios was about to pounce the younger twin who was in his arms. Mydei snort and sigh before careful lift up the older twin. “Helios. Buddy, it not nice to pick fight over your twin, it just a game… Come on. Say sorry.” Mydei said as he place the boy down and node him into Astreaus direction who still glaring at his older twin.

“Astreaus, you two. Come on. Say sorry and get along or I will give both of you a time out. Do you want that?” He asked gently but firmly. Oh, how good was Mydei at being a parents. Of course he know how to handle when a fight got tough, he probably had done this plenty of time with his kremnos soldiers, who offend being difficult for Krateros that he offend get call to deal with them. Or sometime he deal with one of the kids who offend visit the marmoreal palace garden, who offend sometime pick fight with others kids.

The twins look like they didn’t want to say sorry to each other but with one look from Mydei, they give in and said their sorry and hug each other. Phainon couldn’t help but to give him a thump up. Which had Mydei shook his head before picking up Helios who looked confuse. Mydei just smile at their eldest child before carrying him back to the table they where playing and sat the boy on his lap. Phainon understood and did the same with Astreaus, carried the younger twin and sat him on his lap as the four began to continue to play the game, and make sure the boys wouldn’t get into a fight again.

They had fun throughout the night until they saw the twins yawn. “Oh. Look like someone is sleepy already?” Phainon tease his youngest son in his arms who frown at him and told him he wasn’t sleepy yet. But his eyes and body language said that the boy was indeed very sleepy. Phainon couldn’t help but snort at this. “Nope. I don’t think so. Come on you little rascal, it bed time~” He playfully said as he tickles the boy stomach which earn him a squeal of joy. “Wah! Noooo--- Daddy that tickles!” The boy protested, trying to get away from his father hold. “Bath first before taking them to bed, dear.” Mydei said from beside them who already had what looked like a very sleepy Helios in his arms who clingy to him. Mydei just caress the boy head while rubbing the boy back, lulling the boy to sleep even more, who purr in his arms and nuzzle his nose on his mother’s shoulder. Mydei had that smile, a very beautiful happy smile grace his face.

Which had Phainon sighed in joy before hugging his youngest son in in his arms closer to him who nuzzle his head on his neck, letting out a content purr. “Yea. Let’s get the twins to bed love.” Phainon said as he got up and carried the younger twin in his arms. Mydei follow suit. They bathed the boys while still asleep from their parents embrace. Then tack them to their bed in the guest room before heading toward their bedroom to sleep. Mydei couldn’t help but to kiss Phainon in the lips who looked surprise by this and in daze before giving his lover a confuse look.

“Sorry… I couldn’t help it… Didn’t know how to thank you for… Well telling the twins the truth. If you didn’t take the courage to do it. I doubt that I would be able too… But thank you… We had the twins now.. And T-They call us mom and dad… I… Oh.. Phainon..” Mydei said as he hug his lover, tears welled up with joy. Phainon just hold his lover in embrace, letting him let go of his emotion that he been bottoming up for who know how long.

“Your welcome, beloved...” Phainon said as he kiss his lover head. “Phainon… There something I needs to tell you as well.” Mydei said as he began to explain on what Krateros said and suggested to them to start doing before Mydei would let’s his people know about the twins existence. “Oh… My love… I can’t… I don’t know how to rule a country, much less be a leader…” Phainon said with a winced. “That not true… I watch you lead the okhema soldiers into battlefield… Watch how you handle the council like you where born to be a leader. You can do it my love. You have me to help you and guide you.. Please.. Do this for us. And for the twins...” Mydei pledge.

“I… Very well… I think me being the head leader of your people could do in our favor… The council won’t be able to do much or say anything… If anything… This is like making our two nation as an allies. With us being well… Do you want me to mate you? I mean be honest with me, Mydeimos. Their no turning back once I claim you.” Phainon said seriously. To which his lover nod. “I’m sure. Their no one else I rather be mated than to you.” Mydei said. Phainon sigh in resign but not in disappointment, no it was a sigh of relief. When Mydei noticed this, he turn around, grab his hair away from his neck to exposed it to his lover to get it done. Phainon took a deep breath before leaning forward, embracing Mydei from behind, place his lips on his lover neck, giving it kisses, and licking it, making Mydei startled before relaxing when he remember that it was only Phainon. Then when Phainon was completely sure that his lover had relaxed, he bite hard on his lover scent glands.

Mydei moaned from the bite, eyes close and clench his arms around his lover hold. He could feel Phainon lapping on his neck before sighing in relief. “Phai--” Mydei said with a moan. “Hmm… I know.. Hold on my love.” Phainon said. It was really funny, they really are doing everything backward, they haven’t even mated, yet they been living together and being lovers for almost six year. Had the children before everything else.

When Phainon’s claim finally set in, he let go of his embrace as Mydei look up at him who smile down at Mydei. Phainon took off his collar and expose his neck to his lover who widen his eyes, before understanding what to do. And did the same. Mydei first embrace himself toward Phainon, warp his arms around his lover chest before leaning up to bite Phainon’s scent glands as well, to claim him as his alpha, well more of his enigma.

When the bond finally set in, both the couple could finally feel each other feeling toward the bond, know what the others feeling, their mood. They can even speak through telepathy, if they wish it. And they can finally see a red string attached to each of their ring fingers. Mydei had a blue with gold string attached to his and Phainon had red and gold string attached to his. Oh. So they where a fated pair, a soulmate, how fitting. It made Phainon smile at that. He reach a hand to grasp Mydei’s hand that had the blue and gold string attached to his ring fingers. He lean his lips to kiss his beloved soul bond fated string.

Mydei purr in delight at this and also kissed Phainon’s hand that was holding his. The two continue to stare at each with love and adoration. “Hm… this feel nice. We should have done this age ago.” Phainon said as he lean his forehead on Mydei. “Yea… We should. But what done is done..” Mydei said with a shake of his head. “Hmm… We should start heading to bed as well. I bet the twins will wake up early tomorrow morning...” Phainon said which had Mydei sigh. “You have no idea…. Helios seem to be a morning person. I’m not sure about Astreaus. But… Who know?.” Mydei said with a playful smile.

Phainon chuckle at that. The couple took a quick bath together before going to bed. The next day the couple where waked up by one of the twin, who is jumping carefully and playfully on their bed. Phainon crack one eye open and smiled. Mydei was right, little Helios was a morning person alright. “Daad.. Wake up. I saw you open your eyes.” The boy pout. “Hmm… I dunno buddy…” Phainon said as he grabbed the boy on the waist and tackle him to his side as the boy shriek in joy that wake up Mydei.

“Whose awake?” Mydei asked as he rub his eyes awake and yawn. “Morning mama...” Helios said as he wave his hand from Phainon’s hold with a smile. Phainon could see and feel his lover happy emotion. “Morning little sunrise.” Mydei said as caress the boy head. “Hmm.. Is little Astreaus still asleep?” He asked. “No… Astreaus is by the door. He’s too shy to come inside mama.” Helios said, at that both parents went to glance at the bed room front door to see that indeed, Astreaus was shyly standing on the front door, playing nervously at the heap of his pajama shirt.

“Oh. Sweetheart. Astreaus there no need to be shy or nervous.. Here, come to me.” Mydei said as he reach his arms wide open for the boy to come toward him, Astreaus looked up at him surprisingly with a blush and a shy smile before nodding his head and went toward Mydei. Mydei sat up from the bed and lift the boy in his arms and placed Astreaus on the bed in between them. Mydei then kiss the younger twin forehead in comfort. “Morning mama.” Astreaus said as he nuzzle his head from the affection he was getting. “Hmm.. Morning my little star.” Mydei said. “Did you two have a good night sleep last night?” Phainon asked as the two nod together.

“That good. Are you two hungry yet?” At that question the twins shook their head no. “No… But we want to be with mom and dad this morning. Sorry to wake the two of you this early in the morning. But helios being difficult and wanted a cuddle with you guys.” Oh, Astreaus such a polite little child that had Phainon’s heart sown. He couldn’t help but to nuzzle his nose on his younger son check. The boy purr with the affection he’s getting from his father. Helios whine, getting jealous over his younger twin for getting all the attention from both their parents. The two adult couldn’t help but to find this amusing and chuckle before showering Helios with the same affection, so the boy wouldn’t feel left out or unwanted. They spend that lazy morning in bed together as a family for the very first time since they had the twins.

When the boys finally announce that they where hungry, both the two adult got up with each arms carrying the twins. Mydei put down Astreaus the moment they reach the living room, Phainon did the same with Helios, as he went to help Mydei in the kitchen, the boys meanwhile went and chase the two chimera around the living room, the two creature seem to doesn’t mind playing hide and seek with the twins.

So the parents let them be. Minute later as Phainon called the twins, who each carry a chimera in their arms before dropping the animals to where their food plate that had food already be placed before the two boys went to wash their hand and join the meal with their parents. After that they took the boys for a quick shower before heading out to take the boys on a walk, since they cannot leave the two six years old along at home. They went to the market to promise to buy stuff for the twins, like set of clothing, that the boys needs daily, and a few toys that the boys found they liked and a pair of at least 6 shoes. The twins where over joy of being spoiled. They found out that the clothes they mostly wear in the orphanage are hand down as well as their shoes, and they only allowed to share a one bed, while the rest of the children had their own, they also only where allowed to share toys and stuff. Which freaky had both Phainon and Mydei livid at that. So the two parents had went to spoil the boys a bit too much.

But even if they spoil the boys, the twins never where ungrateful, in fact they where grateful, and where polite. The sister must had treated them differently than the others kids in the orphanage, but they can’t know the true unless they ask. And the two parents plan to visit the orphanage soon, once everything settle with the boys.

After the shopping, the parents took the boys to where the Chrysos Heirs mostly hang out, Lady Aglaea along with Lady Hyciane was there talking among themselves while sipping at their tea. Caelus and Dan Heng where there as well. As well as professor Anaxagoras with them, who where reading a report from the operation that the twins had yesterday. They had let’s the twins play in the garden where the two parents can see them, while they busy themselves in talking among their fellow heirs and the two guest.

“Hmm… I see that you two are fitting in well as the role of parents.. The boys seem so smitten with you two...” Aglaea said. “Well, naturally, since Mydei and I already told them the true yesterday. They seem to take it well, even welcome us. The boys even call us mom and dad… It was something…. Nice… It feel great to be their dad. Both boys are a sweetheart. I don’t know where they got it from.” Phainon explained. “Hmm… And I see that you two already did the bonding… Congratulation by the way.” Aglaea added. “Ah.. thank you. Lady Aglaea...” Phainon said as he blush, before taking a sip of his tea.

“So when the wedding? Since you guys finally bond and all that...” Caelus asked which had Phainon split the tea he was drinking, and wipe his mouth as he glare at the boy. “When we inform the rest of the kremnos… Or when Phainon would proposed? I guess?” Mydei said with a thought that had Phainon snap his head to glance at him with a gape mouth open in shock. “Wha--- Mydei?” Phainon said. “What? I mean, technically your already should be the next leader of kremnos since you claim me. And since your an Enigma so.. But Since where doing everything backward. I would needs to ask my people agreement for this. They will insist the wedding Phainon, not just for the people sake but also for the twins status… They’re technically royal by blood, even if they where born a wedlock or not…But I rather not let’s the twins undergo the backlash from both their people of being a child born out of wedlock, Phainon. It why I had… Want us bonded. With the two of us being bond, the people can’t do anything about it. And the twins would be safe.” Mydei explain.

“His not wrong there Phainon… The Kremnos culture tend to frown upon children born out of wedlock or children born from parents that aren’t bonded. If both parents are bonded, they technically already married in their eyes. So a wedding isn’t needed, the wedding is just the thing that made it official. But since Mydeimos is a royal, a prince at that. The wedding and the bonding is a must for him.. So If I were you, I would start to think about getting that wedding ring..” Anaxagoras said with an amusement look, at his anxious and headache he going to have to deal with in the future.

Phainon for his part start giving a plea look at Caelus and Dan heng who gave him a confuse look before he gave that puppy dog eyes that Dan heng caught on what he was thinking. “Oh no! Where staying out of this one Phainon..” Dan heng said with both hand raise in a ‘X’ position. Rejecting his plea for help. “Dang it!” Phainon mumble, which had everyone snort at him. Phainon place his head on the table in misery. “Dad… Dad… come join us and play!” Helios asked as he went toward the table and grabbed Phainon’s arms. Phainon raise his head to give his eldest child a raise brow in question. “Dad come on. Play with us.” Helios said as he tried to drag Phainon to play with them in the garden. Phainon let’s himself be dragged by the boy.

While enjoying his time with the boys. He couldn’t help but to think of a way to ask Chartonus for a costume made proposal and a wedding ring. He might as well ask Krateros of an idea for a kremnos wedding ring. With that in mind, as the twins had fallen asleep hours later from getting tried from playing the whole morning at the garden as he lay them beside Mydei who were still taking with the other chrysos Heirs. He excused himself, telling that he forgot to buy something at the market and went off.

He went searching for Krateros, who where in fact taking break from the duty as the head general for the Kremnos soldiers and where relaxing at one of the rooftop of the market. He climb up the building to the corner to reach him, Krateros had seen him from his spot and look up at him from afar and gave him a raise brow. “What do you need? Lord Phainon?” Krateros. “Eh? Your calling me ‘lord’ now? Whatever happen to the just calling me the ‘Boy’?” Phainon asked with a raise brow. “Well… As must as I want too. You’re already mate and bond with lord Mydeimos.. It would be displeased of me to do that…” At that Phainon just blink his eyes, before widen them in shock. “Wait?! How do you know that we already bonded?! We just recently did it last night?!” He exclaimed. Krateros blink before sighing in resign.

“Your scent change… And I can smell lord Mydeimos’s claim on you and versa… It how I know that you two had bond or finally had bonded.” Krateros said. “Right… Anyway.. Krateros.. do you have any idea of… Well.. I was thinking of propose to Mydei.. But I don’t know any traditional kremnos proposal ring or wedding ring… Do both couple had to have a matched wedding ring or if, it can be well… I was thinking of having Mydei’s my family culture wedding ring and I can have Mydei’s well, your people culture wedding ring? I mean if I possible?” Phainon asked.

Krateros blink before sighing in relief. “Finally! I was waiting for this… Took you long enough… Well, since you are going to be our king one day… You can technically had the right to pick whichever wedding ring you want your queen, which is lord Mydeimos to have.” Krateros said. “Eh? So it fine? I was worried that it needs to be the kremnos tradition… But since you said it okay… I think I know what sort of wedding ring I want Mydei to wear in our wedding. Thank you for the help Sir Krateros.” Phainon said with a smile. “I’m only doing this for lord Mydeimos sake… I rather had you as his king than anyone else that the people choose.” Krateros said. “Oh… Well then your welcome. See you around Krateros.” Phainon wave before he left.
He left and went to look for Chartonus.

Unknown to Phainon, one of the team who had attacked him at Janusopolis was watching him from one of the top building. Looking like he was talking to someone from his earpieces.
“Yes… It seem that they had bonded now… should we get started with the plan now?” The person asked. “ “Sure… Just make sure you and your older twins doesn’t mess this up, Reinhard.” Reinhard snort. “Tell that to Siegfried, since he with you upstairs at the spaceship, Asty.” Reinhard cheerfully said, blue eyes sparkle with a wide grin. “Oh shut up you son of Aha…” Reinhard laughed. “Ahh… Is luuk there with you guys?”

“No… He still downstairs with you guys somewhere.. I think he still looking for those body of Lygus… Since we are doing this to save our parents life…” The person said on the other side of the ear piece. Reinhard sigh. “I know… I still hate that fucker for killing my mom… Had my dad gone crazy with fury… Took my aunt, the astral express help and the rest to decided to seal an aeon… The elation followers had been astray every since… I grow up without my parents too, Asty… That guy needs to go...” Reinhard said as he clench his teeth. “Your not the only one… Luuk and lynae and Yuze too.. Lost both their parents in that battle… So we needs to find a way to fix this Ampherous… Without killing… Everyone in here…After all, Yuze’s mom is here as well.”

“Alright..” Reinhard said as he hang up and went to do his work that was ask of him, look for the hideout of Lygus location.

Chapter 7 Reinhard’s POV (my own occ)

Reinhard had been a happy child, along with his older twin, Siegfried. They grow up with their two aunts, their mother’s two sisters. One older and one younger in the planet of jarilo vi, belobog city. Their mom where once a slivermane captain. One that was loved by their people in a one town covered in harsh snowstorms, in a snowy planet all year round. They never knew their mother, never grow up with him, they don’t even know their father either. Only heard of tales of both their parents life before they had them.

That apparently, their father who everyone thought was just a conman artist and a criminal was actually an aeon himself, Aha the aeon of elation. Their aunt’s had told them plenty of time to never mention who their other parents were. The people of jarilo vi, belobog doesn’t even know or were aware that sampo koski was an aeon himself. The only people who know where the people his mother’s trusted. You might wondering how that come to be?

Well, It was when the time that their parents fell in love, Well, they did everything backward, like what those Kremnos’s twins parents did. In fact he can tell everyone in their team parents where doing everything backward. Had them first before married, bonding and everything. Didn’t even told their children’s sire of their existence. Really, their a pattern here, fate must have really loved screwing up people life, Which is why they had to time travel back to the past to fix it.

The first that they need to fix and save where the two kremons twins parents, since that where it all started, when Lgyus had success in destroying not just the ampherous but also the rest of the other planet in their solar system. The kremnos twins where the only left survivor, they would have been hunt down because of their planet, because of lgyus if it wasn’t for the astral express that took them in.

Yuze’s mother was in grief, because Jing Yuan had died from that battle with lygus,15 years ago. They are 15 mind you, thought the kremnos twins are now in their 21. they had a 6 years age in gap. Dan heng at that time didn’t know he was pregnant with little yuze, although he already had two children with the general. It still sadden him. They weren’t bonded not with Dan heng still a criminal but they do have feeling for each other and where trying to find way to fix and make dan heng official a xainzhou citizen again, but the general said that it might take them a bit longer for that one to happened, but the two where willing to wait.

The same with Reinhard’s parents. They where going to fix everything after their mother found out the true about whose their father really where. But with the thing that happen in Ampherous, well.. Their dad gotten crazy after their mother dead, they where still babies at that time. Their mother got called to the front line for the defensed, they where only 5 month old at that time. But with too many Antimatter legion that got unfrozen because of a certain lgyus and Aeon well, you can imagine what happen?

A war broke out between the two aeon, with both their emanators fighting for their aeon orders. Which had planet from planet being destroyed because of their destruction. Only half of xianzhou people, penacony, the space herta (thanks to screwllum help), and a few land of the jarilo vi where left. Ampherous was complete wipe out at that battle. Hence for the kremnos twins the only solo survivors. So here they are now, back in the past trying to fix thing, to have both their parents alive this time as well.

They been destroying each of lgyus’s robot body while trying to pinpoint to where the real lgyus is. They know that the real one is a human being or so they think. You cannot have that too many fake robot body with just your brain attached to them without damaging their conscious. So they thought of the ‘what if lgyus had use some virtual system to do so, and attached his consciousness to the robot body he built and send it to this simulator virtual land like planet that had a life of it own, that he created?’

Which was something, not even madam herta could succeed in creating. Well, her own simulator were still in the process too. But lgyus went beyond that boundaries. But they didn’t complain, It mean without lgyus doing that they wouldn’t have meet the kremnos’s twins and wouldn’t get this change to happen. It was those twin idea to ‘what if they could time travel to the past to fix everything and save everyone’ idea that had them into this situation. Reinhard where giving the task to find lgyus in okhema, since he can bled in well, he know how to hide well, he had the ability like his aeon father had, to shape shift form.

When Lgyus first made this ampherous simulator planet, the two aeon fell in love with a human, born from an artificial test tube baby, made by lgyus himself, Gorgo for Lan even thought the woman was already married to the king of Kremnos, Lan had shape shift to pretend to be the king of Kremnos and slept with the woman for a one night stand, got the queen pregnant with Mr. Mydeimos, same with Nanook, with Phainon’s mother, Audata.

The only reason that Lgyus wasn’t being killed yet by both the Aeon, was because, they needs their heir to ascended into their godhood. Sure the real body of both the chrysos heirs might be somewhere around here being hidden by lgyus while their spiritual body and mind are here in ampherous. Their actually body are not. That one thing that had Lgyus attention, their real body of the few chrysos heir where not compatible to this simulator planet he created, thus he created them a fake body here in the request of the aeon who had their eyes on this planet like he created, well four of those aeon.

It was find if Lgyus just did that, create a planet for the aeon children to live, but he just went ahead of himself and want to become a aeon himself to destroy Nous. So yes, they needs to destroy Lgyus before he does any damaged than he already had. Aeon themselves wouldn’t help, they had this rules and contract with each other that they made that they would not interfere with the live of their demigod children (Ie: Think of a way like in genshin with the archon and their people they bless with the vision. Or like the pjo, percy jackson and the god of Olympians book. Something like that).

They could only interfere once their demigod children had ascended. But with the twins existence well… But anyway, Reinhard had walk around Okhema, following Mr. Phainon throughout the city, they need to keep an eye on him, make sure he wouldn’t complete taking all the coreflame for their sake and everyone, not until they complete had destroy Lgyus yet. Luuk was the first to encounter with Mr. Phainon, had gave him that thing so that Lgyus cannot over take Phainon’s body as his vessel. They needs to do the same with Mr. Mydei, but they know they are no match for that prince, Phainon, you can distract him easily or trick him into a fight, but with the kremnos prince? No you cannot. You cannot trick a prince who can read you like a book. Unless you are phainon himself, then sure.

But with Helios and Astraeus right now being still in their adulthood and still young and inexperienced themselves wouldn’t be able to trick their folk easily. They just need a way to get the twins separated from their parents or anyone that where babysitting them. But then again, the two boys did mention about that one council they need to deal with first. Lady Caenis. She was the one behind of that device that put it inside the twins back.

It didn’t took long for Reinhard to find a plan, he just needs the children of the okhema to befriend the twins, which were easy enough to do, the twins where left to the garden to where the Chrysos Heirs mostly hang out, and sometime little children of the okhema city hang out there as well, the adult mostly doesn’t mind them. So he had told the others children to befriend the twins, which luckily enough was easy, While the adult where distracted with each other, he had time to give one of the candy like medicine that could work to give that seal to the two boys body so that lgyus could not attempt at taking in their body as his vessel as well if he failed it with Phainon.

He told one of the children to call the twins to him, which were easy enough to trick the child who called Helios and Astraeus, who were anxious of him at first but than give in as he hand those candies, the twins eat them up and thanks him before they went back to where their parents could see them before they get worried. It only took a second for the chemical like seal to take it effect when the two boys shook their head and feel a bit dizzy before shrugging their shoulder when the feeling went away a second later before one of the twin, Helios went toward Phainon and asked their father to play with them.

With that done, he left and went back to look for either Lygus other fake body or that council women. While searching around okhema, he over heard gossiping about that none of the people liked lady Caenis. He understand why, the woman can be overbearing at time. Just from hearing this people talk about her. And he also found out that the woman were working for Lgyus. So this made it more easier for him to track down lgyus if he get closer to Caenis.

Which thankfully enough that it didn’t take him more than three days, as he follow the woman around Okhema and into a field and toward an abandoned restrained area. With only two okhema guarding the front door of a ruin like building. He watched first as the woman went inside, before following suit, wearing the invisible suit like cloak that he had invented for everyone to used during the mission. Their he spot them, talking among themselves.

“You lost the twins?! How? I gave you that tracking device for a reason… If I failed using Phainon as a vessel I would have at least the twins as the backup! Have you forgotten you were the one that told me about their existence. If it wasn’t for Mydeimos leaving them at the orphanage. We wouldn’t have know their existence. Find them.. And put this back inside their body…” The robot body of Lgyus said as he hand her a device that looked more advance than the old one that was on the twins body. ‘Shit! This is not good! We Have to have at least one of our team to keeps an eye on the twins now! Dang it!’ Reinhard growled a this.

“Fine. But what about the two guest from beyond the sky. What should we do with them?” Caenis asked. “Leave those two to me… They could be useful to advance this process more faster than just Phainon’s flame reaver form doing all the work on his own.” Lgyus said. “As you wish… Thought I still think we should of--” Caenis said. “Of what? Kill the twins? I know what you think woman. And My answer is ‘No’. Do you have any idea whose the twins grandparents are? Sure the twins parents are demigod themselves. But do you know whose sire their parents? No. I do.” Lgyus growled as he added. “Now go… I still have much more planning to do.” Lgyus said as the woman made a sound of annoyance before she left.

This would take more years to come by then but.. Ah whatever.. It still surprise me that the two heir of the two aeon to fell in love and create a begin.. He received a reply back that they were on the way to hacking the system of Ampherous, and had the others of their team to find the hideout that Lynae found, within a minute and send the location of the place to everyone that where near within the location area. Reinhard keeps his eyes on Lgyus before sending another shadow clone to follow the guy before he went and decided to warned the two astral express that were stuck here in ampherous in secret in the form a letter and gave it to one of the children in okhema to hand it over to them.

They need to get Mydei and Phainon real body away from this planet. And hide it somewhere safe. And the safe place where the in their spaceship or the astral express. They need at least Dan heng to warn the others from outside of this planet as well. He will need to find a way to unblock the interfering of the internet connection from the outside of the ampherous planet.

Took his older twins a couple of minutes to get everything done before telepathy, telling him that he got the kermnos’s twins parents and the other chyrsos heirs body as well as a few files he had copies from his usb desk drive before leaving the place, he also told him that he hijacked, hacked the system camera to eraser his existence that he had set foot inside he lab, and destroy a few of lgyus’s cloned body.

With that done, reinhard had his shadow creation destroy Lgyus robot body that he had been following before teleport back in okhema city. ‘One mission done, three more to go!’ he checked the list inside his head as he relaxed and following Phainon around the city. It didn’t take long for another fake body of lgyus to appear again the next few days, he looked outrageous angry for some reason. He bet it was because the physical body of both phanion and Mydei and the rest of the chrysos heirs had gone missing from the lab that they found the location of, and had hacked the system from the inside through Siegfried’s teleportation. His older twin had transport the tube through one of the room in their spaceship, safe and locked that only them where allowed to enter.

He grin widely when he spot Lgyus screaming his ass off with lady Caeins, since the woman had failed to grab the twins, and had someone broke the device that lgyus gave her. Which had the humanoid robot scream his ass off, since he cannot leave the planet without being spotted by any of the space that where outside parking near the ampherous planet, just to get a new tracking device. It was a sight to be hold. He even took video record of it and send it to their group chat.

And yes, he can chat and send messages and files to their other teammate in the spaceship outside of ampherous. Thanks to the device that both he and lynae had created along with the help of Astraeus. He still needs to find a way of how to unblock that interference of the network from the outside so that the other members of the Astral Express can warn the outside world of the danger where about to happen soon. He had also place a protection spell to the twins from one of those candies he gave them a few days ago. And also had create a tiny dust cat invisible the size of a buttons, harmless creature to follow the twins to protect them and only attack the enemies that are deadly dangerous to the twins.

Reinhard got a text messaged from Helios to process with plan number 2. Which is, to drag a few of their parents to this planet to help destroy Lgyus. They will needs everyone help to finally destroy Lgyus and stop irontomb from happening. For that to happen, they will need to send all the chrysos heirs back inside their real body before battling Lgyus as the final plan. Reinhard had a bit of discomfort about plan number 2. The plan where to bring their mother here as the bait to drag their father attention to stop lgyus. With an actual Aeon inside ampherous, lgyus will have no choice but to flee. It would attract attention not just to the planet but to himself as well.

Since he sure that their father know that this planet wasn’t supposed to existence since the Aeon of erudition had reject this system ideal from start, had forbidden anyone from attempting to create it. To think that one of their follower would disobey and had went ahead and created this simulator as a planet was against his orders. And if not just one Aeon who will spot and noticed this planet, and if not just Aha, and one of the biological child of the Aeon of erudition, who will noticed this planet, which happened to be Ratio Veritas himself. Then this planet is screwed. But thankfully they hope that the twins, Luuk and Lynae would make their father seen reason. Because frankly they both wanted the kremnos’s twins alive.

Raito Veritas might be the actual child of the erudition Aeon, but herta was the human he had bless that was the favorite one. Although, herta might be the favorite one, doesn’t mean that the Aeon Nous himself doesn’t care or loved his only solo heir. Sure Raito might have a step sibling from his human mother. A younger sister named Anya (ie: *cough, cough* sliver wolf).

They were surprise that they can breed among the immortal and mortal alike but cannot have offspring to their fellow Aeon kin. the child, Ratio Veritas was the very first actual demigod that was born, then follow by phainon, Mydeimos and the rest of the chrysos heirs.

But a different sort of enigma that cannot reproduce offspring of their own fellow Aeon’s kin. He reach the living room and luckily it was empty and quite while the bedroom light where on in the hallway. He walked carefully and silently into the nursery room. Their lay their baby form self.

He carefully lift his baby self and place the body in a baby carrier basket before picking up his older twin baby self. He choice to pick his baby self first since he remember their aunt Serval saying that he used to be a quite, gentle and easy baby, and doesn’t fuss much when being picked up or being carried. Before he turned into what she called a problem child when he grow up, he was much of a troublemaker then his father ever were.

He then put their baby self inside the magical portal box, before putting the magical box inside in his chest pocket before running toward the portal.

They run from planet to planet as he keeps opening a portal after portal before stopping in peancony, as he can spot Sampo koski having some conversation with his victim. He can also spot the ampherous beside the space train outside the window looking so grand and majestic. He gave them a salute before leaving the portal open behind him as he laughed when he spot his parents falling from the portal butt head first on the dinning table that had the astral express looked more surprise.

He looked back behind once he was back on the other side of the portal only for his mother to fall flat on the floor behind him with his father on top of gepard. He looked awkward for a bit and wait for the two adult to get their bearing before they got up and started to chase him throughout okhema.

He gave the chase, went around the market looking for a chrysos heirs nearby, mostly the kremnos’s twin parents or one of the astral Express who know his folk. He rushed through the garden of life and luckily spotted dan heng talking with mydeimos and phainon, as a few of the chimera where surrounding them. The twins, Astreaus and Heilos where with their parents playing with the chimera. Their squeal where something they never heard their teens self expressed.

He forcefully stop in front of them as they looked confuse seeing an unknown person halting in their spot. Dressed in all black with blue and white like theme of armor. With a joker fool mask, that had one side of the lip and eyes had a smile while the other with a frown and sad eye expression on his face. They stared at each other before Phainon broke it with a gasp and pointing his finger at him.

“You!!!... You’re the one that attack me a few days ago?!” phainon growled. “Oh.. So you remember~” Reinhard pretend that he was luuk, although they do all share the same style of outfit to hide their identity, their scheming of colors where variety. And luuk’s mask where that of a plague doctor mask, and wear in black, white with teal green theme with dna style of belt around his hipbone.

“…No wait! It not you… your voice is different. The one that attack me had a soft, smooth and he doesn’t speak playfully. The way he speak remind me of professor Anaxagoras. You, you speak and act like Cipher.” Phainon said. Reinhard made a happy sound until he flinch when he heard his folk had catch up to him. “Get back here you thief! And give them back!” Gepard voice could be heard from behind him. He heard Caelus gasp beside Dan heng.

“G-Gepard?! Sampo?! What the heck?! Wait! How did you two get inside here in Ampherous?!” he screamed in surprise. Gepard and sampo looked surprise to see both Dan heng and Caelus with him. “Dan heng? Caelus?! Do you guys know this thief?!” Gepard asked as his mother point his finger at him. “No. Why?! Wait! Hold on, That not the point here right now!!! How did you two got inside ampherous planet?!” caelus exclaimed. At that word, Sampo looked shock.

“WHAT?!... But I thought Gustave (ie: my ooc name for the aeon of erudition) had destroy that files since.. it was a failure… did someone steal it and succeed in create the simulator?! But who?! This is bad. And why do those two smell like lan and nanook?!” sampo mumble that nobody could hear. But apparently it seem that Dan heng sharp ears and Phainon who newly almost complete his ascension into an emanator or into an actual demigod heard his mumble.

Dan heng stare at him in shock while Phainon looked confuse as to what sampo where talking about to himself. “Well… my work here is done~” Reinhard said as he dramatically pull out a red rose, throw it at them that the rose fell on the adult feet before he grab his cloak and made a dramatic exist through the portal (ie: His making that exist like tuxedo mask did in sailor moon meme).

He know that they watched what he been doing throughout his mission from one of their invisible drone that had each of their team had it with them. Reinhard couldn’t help but to shrug his shoulder unapologetic. He doesn’t regret doing that stood, not one bit. He wants to be as dramatic as his father could get. “Worth it anyway~” he playfully said while gently pull out his and his brother’s baby self from the box and place their carrier basket on the floor. He sigh in relief that their baby self body is still alive and sound asleep. Cause you know I doubt any of us teens know how to take care of the babies…” Reinhard said. “we know that… why else do you think we had bribe your aunt Lynx to join us in this time travel for? I know and you and your brother know that she know how to handle and take care of babies, since she once took care of you when you guys where still babies with your other aunt. And she had agree to tag along in this journey for that sake.” Astraeus said.

“Cause she know that we don’t know anything about taking care of babies… aside from yanqing and bailu who also is with us in this trip. But lynx more. Since I know Yuze’s mother usually the one doing all the work in raising Yuze in infant years. His sibling is just there to help since well, their father, general Jing Yuan wasn’t alive anymore before Yuze was even born.” Helios added.

“We could of drag aunt Dan heng of our timeline here but…” Helios said but was hesitant to continue more. “I get it… bringing him here might be useless and will screw the plan up… But his smart and know when not to interfere. When mother had died along with the rest of the chrysos heirs. And had his memories of everything erased. It basically like he died in someway. Since what he is now in the future is just an empty, hallow vessel, a puppet. And we hate it.” Helios said.

“Its also not a secret that aunt aventurine liked to sacrifice himself when it needed. Uncle ratio had to be put to sleep and sealed until well…” Astraeus said. “Same with our father. We cannot even visit his sealed temple because it might trigger his awaken. Since well, we share a blood with him and he might sense that we have our mother’s blood run in our vein and might mistaken us for him.” Siegfried voice said from behind them as they turn to see that he had return back from the lab. I found your parents actual physical body from lgyus’s lab and had put it into our safe, locked lab that cannot be hacked or open by anyone aside from just us.” Siegfried said. “Thank you.” Was the kremnos twins serenity grateful tone of reply. “No problem. By the way. Had you lead both mom and dad in Ampherous, Rein?” his older twin asked as he place a palm on his shoulder and grip it a little. “Yea! Had left them both in aunt Dan heng’s care and with your folks. Closed the portal before they could all follow and chase me.” He said as he added. “I also got a few of the babies stuff needed for aunt lynx to use for our baby self.”

“Great. Let’s head there in her room to drop off our infant self.” Was Siegfried respond. “Will wait here for luuk and lynae to came back from their mission to bring their infant self as well.” Helios said. “Alright. Also, I will needs a few of our team to keeps an eye on lgyus and that caenis woman and make sure they don’t get any near our younger self.” Astraeus said.

Reinhard did a salute at that. “Noted captain!” he said before he left to drop off their baby self to their aunt room along with his older twin. Once they where their they where greet by their aunt who was preparing the bed for the infant. Siegfried went to help her set up the other two cribs. As he placed their infant self on each of the crib. Luckily they where a heavy sleeper as a baby. Only wake up when needed to change a diapers or when it feeding time.

“You two didn’t get any injure while on the mission have you?” their aunt strict tone said, they shook their head no. “Don’t worried auntie, where fine. We got mom and dad safely in Ampherous and left them in auntie dan heng care.” Reinhard said. Lynx sighed. “Just be more careful you two. Okay?” She asked as they nodded their head. “He looked beautiful, auntie you where right. I can understand why dad fall for him.” Reinhard said, he can spot his older sibling looking interest at this.

“And I can understand why those masked fools, especially that sparkle who keeps on mocking and calling us as a weaker version of our dad… so okay, we might not be a great masked fool like father does, we don’t have the experience growing up. But ‘We’ are trying to make everyone proud. And also trying not to drag our father’s legacy down in the mud.” Reinhard whine. Lynx chuckle at that.

“I know. I bet your mother is going to scowled you two for taking after your father’s legacy. But as long as you two don’t take any dangerous clients or mission then I’m sure your parents won’t mind you two following in your father’s footstep. Or any of what you wanted to do. I know I might not know that well about sampo. But I’m sure he would agree with whatever your mother had in mind when it come to you two. The both of you are after all their children.” Lynx said. Reinhard sigh.

”I just wish we have grow up with mom and dad. Even if for a short while. Those kremnos’s twin where lucky to get to experience having their parents with them. Even if it was just in a short 6 months. At leas they got to have a memories of them as a memento.” Siegfried joined in.

Lynx flick both their forehead. “Don’t be rude! Serval and I didn’t raise you two to be like this. Sure it might sound unfair. But I’m also sure that it wasn’t easy for Helios and Astraeus to witness and experience both their parents sacrificing their life just so they could live. Dan heng had told me of how Mydeimos had fought lgyus minions while taking the twins to safety as they all watch lgyus try to take over the body of their father in front of them, and witnessing their parents who loved each other dearly fought each other, not in a friendly sparring way that they used too. But actually killing each other, and also watching their father killed their mother in front of them must have been a nightmare. Sure it was lgyus in the body of their father’s vessel but it wrong and its cruel.” Lynx said.

“It was horrible enough hearing big sister serval told me the tale of what happened to your father after your mother death. Bailu and yanqing to experience seeing their beloved father dying in front of them in that battle with lgyus. They where there when it happened. You two and the ratio’s twins where very lucky to not experience that.” Lynx said as she added.

“Aeon know how many time it took myself and the others healer to get the kremnos’s twins, dan heng, Yanqing and bailu to get back on their feet. Took them years to get over the dead of their parents. They still have nightmare you know. Bailu still having sleepwalking once in a while. Yanqing spacing out. Dan heng keeps reminding everything of the general. The kremnos’s twin shutting themselves out. It took time for everyone to heal. Even I and your auntie serval too. It took us years to get over the dead of our dearly beloved brother, your mom. It was quite painful to her when she had to sell your mother’s old apartment.” Lynx said.

Reinhard and Siegfried took a deep breath at that. When you think about it. They do have it harder compare to them. But it wasn’t easy growing up without your parents. They offend get jealous of the other kids at their school to have at least one parent picking their kids up after school. Or children who have fun with their parents at the market, shopping food together and etc. they wanted that one as well to experience it. “it still not fair. We wants lgyus to pay for it.” Siegfried said. “I understand dear. But just be careful, alright?” She asked as they nod their head. That night, luuk and lynae came back from their mission to snatch their infant self body from their mother, same with Yuze who had snatch his older sister younger self in front of his father.

Soon, they began to do what they where told of the plan. Luuk went back in searching for lgyus other hideout while Reinhard himself continue to keep an eye on Lgyus, yuze was order to keep an eye on that caenis woman while Siegfried his older twin where giving the task to keep an eye on the other members of the chrysos heirs and their folks. The robot himself looked like anger from that Disney movie that Mr. Welt had them watched, the title was inside out. I mean sure, you would be angry if someone broke into your house and stolen something. But lgyus did far worse than them just stealing.

Then six days later, the kremnos’s twin had succeed in kidnapping their younger self. Week later their plan was set in motion as plenty of the xianzhou ship had arrived in Ampherous, along with the IPC and herta space station. The ampherous planet had been put on lockdown mood sort of barrier protection seal from the outside. By both His father, Aha himself and dr. Ratio, who to their surprise had that ability as well, and from herta herself. Preventing Lgyus from throwing attack if he ever soon use irontomb. “Well. Now the battle began~” Reinhard said as he rubs his hand together.

Chapter 8: Sampo’s pov

Sampo koski was just enjoying his life in javrilo vi. The aeon of elation, Aha himself was enjoying as a human would be a great laugh for the people if they ever find out that an Aeon himself walk among the living. Would also be an entertainment to his fellow Aeon. But as years he had stayed in this snowy planet, well almost 6 years to be exact. He had grow fond of this snowy planet and didn’t have the heart to leave, much lest wants to go back into his aeonood self or back home to his planet that he created, that had people, actual human people who are his followers and worship him like a god. Also the reason for him not wanting to go back home or back to his Aeon duty was because he meet the love of his life. Everyone were aware of what they so called the string of fate or what you called them your fated pair. Aeon themselves weren’t the only being that weren’t affected by it but every living being that exist in the cosmos.

The very first who had been affect by this where long himself. Also whose first Aeon who had fallen in love with an immortal, and had children with her before she died. They also found out that Aeon can only have one soulmate. They still can love and dates or remarried but it wouldn’t be the same. Long had 3 children in total with his lover. 2 boys and 1 girls. The two son of his had gone missing for centuries now, every since the three boys left their nest. But his daughter had children and grand children of her own which were the vidyadhara race. Until one day, a grandchild from one of his missing son had appear out of thin air. The child was a split image of his father, dark hair expect the boy had blue eyes. His father, One of Long’s son had dark brown hair with a tips of golden amber in his hair and bright golden eyes. (IE: guess whose that is *wink, wink*. A certain geo in a certain gacha game from hoyo as well. XD).

Long had named the boy Fang while his people that worship him had called the child, eons later as Dan feng. For some reason, dan feng fell in love with, funny enough the child of one of nanook. One of his biological child. Boy do the lad look so much like Nanook himself, the only different were that the lad had dark blue hair with a tips of reddish on the lad hair tips and pale skin. But sadly the child didn’t inherit his father’s immortal gene. No, the child end up mortal, funny enough they didn’t know how that happened?

Cause wouldn’t a child from both mortal and a aeon/god would turn into a demigod? A half-blood? But no, Nanook’s first child was born as mortal. Anyway since Dan feng and his mortal lover (Nanook’s child) love where forbidden by the xianzhou tradition and law, not that the xianzhou know the truth of that boy, Yingxing’s origin. Dan feng had been engaged with of course the newly young lieutenant, a child from a well know and rich noble family, an only child and had gotten himself pregnant not once but twice with said lieutenant, he got engaged to said lieutenant when said lad was already in his earlier adult. It might be a force engagement for the two, but it still end up with the two of them having two children despite them not being officially married yet. Luckily the mortal he fell in love with was very understanding with their situation. The little vidyahara isn’t even aware that the lieutenant where his actual and true soulmate, not the mortal lad he fell in love with.

But they guess love move in mysterious way, also Vidyadhara could only have children with their soulmate and no one else. That was the curse and blessing that fate had given his kin. But sadly enough the lad was a mortal so it wasn’t a surprise that the lad would die someday. Thought the child of long didn’t taken that well enough. And had tried to turn the lad into immortal and tried to bring one of their friend back to life. It would have been a succeed but it didn’t, and had the people put the blame on dan feng. Thought the kid, Dan heng life might be tragic in the past, well his past self, since he undergo a rebirth, which had cause him losing his past memories. Lost an ex-human lover, and lost his chance with his ex-fiance, who he now realize that they in the end, did ended up together. Thought now they can finally go back and had that marriage planning in the process. Well, if things is fixed with their problem in Xianzhou first and got rid of the exile of Dan heng from their home planet, ship-planet, whatever they called the place is?

How did he know all of this? Well, it because gossiping spread wide, it even reach his home planet, and throughout the internet. He was baffled at first, laughed at long who the first from their fellow aeon to be hit and fell in love with his soulmate only to suffer when his beloved died, left him to raise their 3 children. Then after that Nous fall from the tree and fallen for a mortal with the most beautiful mortal among the mortal only to suffer the same fate as with long, left with raising his only solo heir from the woman he dearly felt in love with. Nous had tried to experiment, his research on how to bring the dead back to life. The first Nous had come up with was to built a simulator world to where their beloved soul could live a life without dying or vanishing when they reach a certain centuries of age. It was working at first, he built a semi small planet like that had each of their culture in it most the Greek part.

Built a biological clone of human from the dead who died eons ago. Using their dna that Nous somehow had keeps. It worked at first, Nanook where the first test subject if they, the aeon themselves can live in it. But then Nanook fell in love with an artificial humanoid, even though said woman was already married to someone else, and that Nanook already had two previous lover, one a human who already long passed away eons ago, not his soulmate but the guy still fall for the woman. And the other a fellow aeon, Yaoshi, who he is still dating as of now. Then lan had follow suit and felt the same way with Nanook. The two aeon even had children of their own. The child grow up normal into their infant stage until they reach into their toddler stage phase that thing went to shit.

It seem that the simulator world where only compatible to their children in their infant stage and not going into to their toddler phase, had almost combust the simulator with their too strong aura. The two aeon had no choice but to take their children away from that place, but it only made them more dangerous when they pull it out into the outer world of the ampehreous since they attract other living being that where to dangerous. So in the end they end up placing both Nanook and lan’s children in a tube, letting them grow inside the tube, created a fake memories inside their children head while still growing in that tube. So Nous had discarded the simulator he called Ampherous. And decided to focus on something else. He offend wonder how Nous had succeed with his first child, Veritas, the boy came from a mortal mother. Who the only half breed among their aeon’s children that manged to survived into their adult hood. Maybe it had something to do with the compatibility of the environment that the child live and grow up with?

Ampherous wasn’t a real place or planet so it must be that reason as to why it didn’t work in the first place for both Nanook and Lan’s children?

Also Nous had keeps the ampherous simulator a secret from everyone aside from the five of them, Himself, Nanook, Lan and Fuli and that one creepy emanator of Nous, who his named lycurgus, lygus for short. To think after bumping into his beloved gepard who he was surprise to see in peancony where chasing an unknown that almost feel so familiar yet so strange to him that his beloved where trying to catch throughout peancony. Never mind of how the heck gepard had gotten inside the dream planet to begin with. He gave chase, worried about if his beloved would get hurt. He didn’t want to think the ‘what if’ if anything happened to his sweet beloved Gepard. Because he know what will happened. Just thinking of his dear aeon friend Nous and the rest, who had suffer of seeing their soulmate died in front of them had him shiver in fear. It hilarious, because his an aeon of elation, Aha himself. And Aha, or elation don’t fear of losing a loved one. And yet here he is, feeling fear for the very first time in billion of centuries. That it so ironic. He didn’t felt any guilt when Akivili was gone, or felt any emotion when his fellow Aeon lost their beloved one before.

But that was before he had turn himself into a mortal and learn all this feeling and stuff for the very first time. And he both glad and hate for it. But he doesn’t regret it. Since it made him meet his love of his life. Which he started to understand as to why his fellow aeon would do anything to keep theirs being alive and safe. It was the reason why he went to Penacony, To try to find that cure to help make his Gepard into an immortal, so they can be together for eternity. He wanted something both long had with his immortal lover, their eternal love, even thought in the end that long’s lover died. At least they had a centuries of being together, he wanted that to have for himself. When his mission is over and complete in finding that cure here in Penacony he will return back in Belobog and maybe asked Gepard to married him in the process?

But anyway when he noticed Gepard appeared in Penacony, he follow and chase his lover until they landed in a place that felt so familiar to him, until Caelus spoke the word. Ampherous. Ampherous had been turn into a real simulator?! And he wouldn’t be surprise if it wasn’t for that guy Lygus who did it. He always had a hunch that guy would be up to something no good. And he was right. Which worried him, not for himself but for his beloved and everyone in jarvilo vi that he grow fond and cared of, more than he cared, more that he grow attache to, he wasn’t ever been attached to a place or a person, but Gepard and the jarvilo vi did something to him, changed him. Sure he had home to go back too. Sure he still need them, where would he be without them? He wouldn’t exist, but Gepard, was something different, he would not be able to live if he lost Gepard to death. He can live, wouldn’t die, but his heart would, and that something he didn’t wants to lose, he didn’t want to go back to being his past self, who was heartless, like a puppet only going through the motion and going through that urge without thinking straight or without having any feeling or regret or a soul.

He also found something about the guy his lover was chasing, who he found out had stolen something from his beloved Gepard, that he now found out had happen to be his offspring. Their children. He had gotten his beloved pregnant, while he was away, Gepard had also explain that he was going to let him know the moment he came back in Belobog, but with 14 months he haven’t return yet, well.. He want to be angry but with how devastated Gepard had been the moment the children got stolen and where now having meltdown for hours now. And yes children a set of twins, his two twins son had been kidnap from their crib inside their bedroom at night, he didn’t have the heart to be mad at Gepard. He end up comforting his beloved, letting him cry his grief out over losing the twins. He had swear to get the boys back, after all the twins aren’t only Gepard’s kids, they are also his as well. He did not trust the guy who stolen his sons to not do something horrible to them. Much less the twins fallen in the wrong hand (aka: lygus).

Thankful the friend of the Trailblazer help out by putting Gepard to sleep to calm him down since he wasn’t stopping anytime soon with his meltdown. Which had him worried, Sampo thanks them as he carried his beloved in his arms, wipes the tears away from his beloved beautiful face as he was lead to a guest room to place Gepard there in the meantime. He lay him in the bed, took off his pajama robe and slippers before placing the thin blanket around his waist. He caress Gepard’s check before giving his beloved a kiss on the forehead before going to the terrace to have a smoke. And yes, he now smoke, well, he never smoke before, not in his aeon form since anything, be it chemical and stuff had a useless effect in their aeon form body, but in their immortal body, well, they can enjoy that experience, they cannot died, even if they put too much harmful to their immortal body, it just get flashed out of their system or heal anything harmful enough. He stay their thinking, before deciding to take a walk around the place while his lover is still sound asleep.

The place where something beautiful. Something that came out from a fairytales books that the children adore. When he got back hours later, which he found out was already midnight, thought the outside window still looked day time which was amusing to him, he was greet by both Dan Heng and Caelus who looked at him suspiciously, hours later. He couldn’t help but raise his brow at this. “What?” He asked with his hand up in surrender. Dan heng the first to gave in a sighed. “We would like to know how you and Gepard got inside Ampherous and also… I wanted to know what you mean back there where you mumble something.. I overheard it and want an explanation..” At that Sampo blink his eyes before rubbing his forehead in frustration.

“Ahh… Shit… I was hoping you wouldn’t hear that… But what you hear are true...” He said with a seriously narrow eyes, his eye glow as he speak which had the two trailblazers jolt in surprise and shock. Since only an emanator and aeon themselves can do that, glow their eyes when they used their ability or it reacted when a person felt emotion of anything really, be in angry, joy, sadness, etc. “Y-Your eyes.. They glow... sparkle’s eyes does that sometime. Glowing. Are you like her perhaps? An Emanator? I mean it fit with how shady you are!” Caelus said it out aloud and bluntly which had him blinking his eyes. “Wow… You almost got it close. But no And how rude! Elation can be--- Nice ya know?!.” Sampo said with a kicked puppy look. “Right… But seriously… What are you? If your not like sparkle. Than what?”’ Caelus asked, Dan heng on the other hand seem to already figure out who he is. Which had him grin wide at the vidyadhara.

“I think your little Xianzhou friend over there already figure out of what I’am. So… I will take my leave and go back to Gepard’s room.” Sampo said as he about to go back inside the room only for Dan Heng to grab his hand, which had him narrow his eyes with a raise brow. “I mean you no offensive… Lord of Elation… But what do you mean of what you said a while ago, while you where chasing that guy that been a problem here in Ampherous.” Dan Heng said with a serious expression. “Hmm… So that being had been causing trouble have it? And to answer your question. It exactly what I said and what it means. This? This place you called a planet? It isn’t an actual planet. No. It was a test playground for Nous. He wanted to create a simulator of a sort where the soul of the dead could live a life here. He used the first test subject where the deceased who had died in penacony. But it failed… As you can see that it wasn’t supposed to exist… In other word. Ampherous is Nous Simulator world he created to see if this place can be a home to his beloved dead mortal lover.” He said as he added.

“But it seem like somehow, someone had broken the rules when Nous told that no one should attempt to recreate ‘this’ planet. Since it wasn’t complete yet, and it was discarded by Nous himself when he failed to complete this world. Also, I’m not the only Aeon who know this place… Nanook and Lan as well are aware… Since this also a test subject to see if this world would work on their children to live without any problem… But it failed and it seem that a certain someone had went behind their aeon’s back in doing so.” Sampo took a breathe before continue to tell. “Since Nous had been having hard time pinpointing of what this place actually need to be fixed. And yes. I know whose I’m talking about...” Sampo said with a cross of his arms around his chest as he glance to look outside the lager open terrace. “Hmm… Thought it seem he failed to create night time here… But still I’m amused. I wonder if this place could be a prefect playground for the twins to grow up… Considering those two had been doing well it seem...” Sampo talking to himself had caught the other two trailblazer attention.

“What are you talking about?” Caelus said with no filter that had Dan heng hissing at his fellow friend and elbow the other in the rib. “What?” Caelus asked as he rub his sore rib. “Can you be carefully of what you say and speak? We are talking to someone here who we shouldn’t mess around with!” Dan heng said with a glare at Caelus. Caelus for his part looked confuse. “What are you talking about Dan heng? Sampo is Sampo? Who could he be if not himself as Sampo?!” Caelus said which had Sampo laugh loud at that and shook his head in amusement. “Ahh~ Now there a reason why I like you for some reason there my dear friend. Even if you where quite rude and mean to me sometime… But Dan heng not wrong. But I will not tell you who I’am for the sake of your sanity little Akivili~” He tease playfully as he dusty his hand together. “But boy do this place reek of Emanator of Fuli everywhere… I wonder if Renard himself is around here, somewhere hiding? Wouldn’t surprise me… That guy had a bad habit of hiding among his emanators.” Sampo said with a twitch of his nose and a snort.

Dan heng seem to look surprise at this. “I’m surprise you haven’t sense them little dragon… They literally everywhere… And I can sense those two… Friend of yours, the white haired one and the blonde one… They smell like the child of destruction and hunts to be exactly.” Sampo said. “Who are you talking about…?” Caelus asked suspiciously. Sampo just laughed before responding. “I mean… Aeon cannot have offspring with their fellow Aeon… But Immortal and mortal? They can… Go figure what I’m talking about my dear friend.” Sampo said as he wave his hand before going back inside Geapard’s room. Inside he sighed loudly before rubbing his head in frustration. That was the moment Gepard groaned at the bed as he snap his attention back to his lover. He sat down beside Gepard on the bed and place his hand on his lover’s check. Gepard nuzzle at the gently touch before opening his eyes slowly, he blink them before looking at the hand that was on his check before glancing up at Sampo’s handsome face.

“Hello beautiful… Did you have a good short nap?” Sampo asked as he tap his nose playfully. Gepard hum before snapping awake when he remember something. “W-Where are they?! Sampo we needs to get them back--” Gepard panic and tried to get off of the bed but couldn’t since Sampo is keeping him still. “Woah! Hold on there. Geppie! Love, I promise you we will get the boys back. But for right now I wants you to relax… Panicking wouldn’t do us any good. We need to have clear head about this.” Sampo pointed out. At that Gepard whine but relax and nod his head. “I wants them back. Sampo. Please. I--” Gepard tearfully said. “Shh… I know, I know. I’ll get them back, I promise. We will go and find that bastard that stolen them and bring them back home, okay?” Sampo said as he felt Gepard nod his head, still silently crying. Sampo just hug his lover and caress his head to calm him down and giving kisses to his forehead. Sampo was livid, how dare someone do this to his beloved Gepard. He swear they would pay for this. As much as he love teasing his beloved, flirting with him and pranking, he hated seeing him cry, much less in grief over the disappearance of the boys.

“They’re only 5 month old… Sampo… Please I can’t sleep without thinking if anything happen to them I can’t.. I almost lost one of them during labor, I can’t please...” The grip on his back tightened. At that information Sampo eyes widen. Gepard, had almost lost one of them, but luckily the little one hold on and lived. He close his eyes and hug Gepard’s tightly. He know that not most children of Aeon can survived inside or outside the mother womb, it was rare enough for some that can, never mind of the child came from their soulmate, it was a 50/50 survival chances for an offspring of aeon to be born health, and reach into their adulthood. I mean just look at what happened to Nanook second offspring, the first one got lucky, but the second one? It had to be put in a tube and grow up in there. It was tragic and sad. Lan’s first offspring too, ended up the same way as Nanook’s second child. Long was the only aeon who got really lucky that both his three offspring managed to reach into their adulthood and now a minor aeon themselves. Well, only one remain, they’re all still confuse to where the other two, the boys went off too, they assume that they died. But with one offspring’s child from one of the two boys suddenly appear before them out of nowhere. They weren’t so sure anymore.

Thought it still a mysteries for Nous first born child. The child was born sickly, and almost still born. He want to know how Nous had save his child and for the child to managed to grow up into their adulthood stage. Which bring him concern for his and Gepard offspring. Sure they might born health, even thought the other twin, almost didn’t survived. They’re going to have to find a way to making sure the twins will grow up and reach their infant stage to toddler and beyond. He didn’t want Gepard to be disadvantage over grief again if the twins wouldn’t survived into their adulthood, much less in their toddlers stage.“Shh…” Sampo said as he grab Gepard’s face and title it gently as he kisses Gepard’s lips in comfort. “Shh… Don’t worried. We will fine them.. I promise you that my love.” Sampo said as he nuzzle his nose on Gepard’s check. He heard Gepard took a huge gulp before nodding. They stay like that, silently embracing each other in comfort.

It been a long time they haven’t done this. Sure their relationship might be complicated now and before, but Sampo had confuse his love to Gepard before he left to Penacony. That was the day they actually confuse their love to one another and the night they make love for real and not those one-sided, one night or one time thing of sharing sexual desire. ‘Ah… That much had been the moment we forgot to use a condom… Hence for the pregnancy to happen… Its must been harder on my dear captain to handle the pregnancy along without my help.’ Sampo thought as he kissed his lover lips in apologize for leaving him all along to deal with the fallout. Sampo sigh. “What do they look like? The boys I mean..” He asked Gepard blink his eyes as he put his hand around his Enigma’s chest, playing with the button on his lover’s cloths. It was a cute sight. “They look like a mini version of you. Expect they had my eyes.. They’re cute set of twins version of you.” Gepard said, that put a smile on Sampo handsome face.

“Hmm… I bet they are handsome like their dear ol’ dad. Which is me~” Sampo playfully said. “Handsome enough to cost me the lack of sleep. The older twin, Siegfried is a fussy baby. The younger one, loved to be held, doesn’t want to be put down to sleep, would also cry if you tried to separated them. And also very clingy. Really, they’re a much troublemaker like their father… But they’re worth it..” Gepard said with fond in his tone. Sampo couldn’t help but to kiss his lover forehead at this. It was so funny, him the aeon of elation, Aha a father? Wonder how will his fellow Aeon would react to that. Guess Aeon genetic are just that more powerful than anything. I mean just look at Phainon and that Yingxing first born of Nanook, almost look like Nanook, with the white hair, expect the skin tone and eyes, the guy probably inherited his mother’s eyes, they where a lovely shade of blue, bright like the sky, and had pale skin. Then their that Mydeimos guy, who look almost nothing like Lan. That hilarious, the only thing the guy inherited from Lan’s is his eyes, bright golden set of cat eyes.

But for some reason the blond, had Nanook’s blessing, he can recognize those tattoo like symbol the guy had. That symbol is both a blessing and a curse. Will one of them will have Gepard’s ice ability? Or like his? Can create thing out of thin air or create teleportation or portal-- at that thought Sampo eyes wide in realization. The guy that they where chasing. His portal almost looked like his own, it exactly same style as his own portal and not to mention he smell the guy scent, now he realize why it felt familiar before. The guy scent smell almost like himself and Gepard mixed in together.

‘Could it be? But that can’t be… But if is… Then how? What? I needs an explanation. How did they time travel? Much less survived into their teens?’ He can tell the guy was short, around the level of Gepard’s shoulder balde. boy do He want an explanation for this? As to why they are doing this to them, their folk, especially to their mother!? Sampo glare at that as to why would their children from the future, he sure that it might be his kids from the future, no matter how odd that it, is not impossible for some to time travel. After all their was Mr. Welt who with the trailblazer, the twins told that Mr. welt wasn’t from any of their planet and where from a different solar system then their own, an alternative world, perhaps?

From a different world? If that could be possible, then a time travel isn’t unheard off, just impossible to attempt. No one had ever tried to attempt in time traveling for the fear of altering their timeline or screw up their timeline in the past or present or future even. Their always a consequences in doing so. And now that Sampo thought of it, he began to get concern, not for himself, but for his two future self of his offspring. He want to know what made them want to time travel to do what? Kidnap their younger self? For what reason? Their got to be a reason as to why they are doing this?

Dose it have something to with Ampherous? Or with… Lygus? Now he had a different reason in wanting to catch the guy, his future son self and ask them question. But, should he tell Geaprd, his beloved of his finding? Would he be able to handle it? But judging from the meltdown he just had an hour ago over the twins infant self being kidnap… He didn’t want to burden or worried him anymore than he already is. But he wants his beloved trust. So with a heavy heart, Sampo deiced to tell him. “Gepard… Love… Have you… Uhm.. Smell the guy who-- stolen our little one?” Sampo start with that before going further and deeper into the explanation. Gepard looked confuse at first as he blink up at his lover. “No-- but now that you mention it. He does smell familiar… Like I know those smell from someone… They smell like… You and I… But the only one who can have that mixed scent are---” At that Gepard eyes widen in realization.

“---the twins… Y-Your not thinking that it might been them… B-But that impossible...” His beloved said and got up, now looking more panicked and worried. Sampo held him firmly to steady and calm him down before he’ll have another meltdown. “I know… but listen… What if they had time travel? Their future self I mean… what if their future self had time travel to this, the past?” Sampo said. “But that--” Gepard said as he thought of it. “Impossible?. But what if its possible and they somehow found a way to travel back into the past?” Sampo said. Now that he thought of it, it might be impossible for mortal to do so without help from science and magic, but for an aeon? Or for a half-blooded aeon? Sampo think it might be possible. If, and only if they reach a certain maturity or level. Unless the twins somehow had ascended into their aeonhood quite early?

“Sampo… This could be a bigger problem… If what you are implying that they somehow did… Why would they go back into the past to… To kidnap their infant self?! It doesn’t make sense!” Gepard exclaim in distraught. “No. It doesn’t. But unless that something had happened for them to time travel then I’m afraid we are going to have a much bigger problem here.” Sampo said with a frustrated frown. “What do you mean love?” Gepard asked, almost afraid to heard what Sampo would say. Sampo noticed it and grimace and flinch before truthfully explained.

“This… This planet… Ampherous… It wasn’t supposed to exist… I noticed it when Caelus had said it earlier of ‘How we’ got inside this planet. Mean some had tried to get in but can’t’. Also this… Is a simulator like world created by nous himself… Well was… He failed to make this Ampherous a safe world for his beloved to live so he tacked this in a desk drive sort of… I think someone might had attempt to recreate it. Brought everything back and recreate it to their needs. Hence Ampherous is now semi-real?... I can tell it still on it test drive era… It incomplete… But I think someone is using this simulator world for some other purpose..” Sampo said as he added. “I think it better if we get everyone involved in this… Especially the two trailblazer…If our children had travel back into the past… I have my best guess that it had something to do with this planet…” Sampo said.

He felt his beloved Gepard Distraught scent at this. So he tried to calm his beloved by releasing his calm scent. “Shh… I know, I know I don’t like what I think it implying, but my love… We have no choice… If we wanted an answer, we will needs all the help we can get.” Sampo said as he rub his beloved back to ease the tension. “I-I know… I’m just confuse and in shock of how do you know… About this… Planet and about nous… A-Are you an emanator?” Gepard said to which Sampo flinch at that. “Hey, I’m not going to be mad if you are… I can sort of understand… We did have a baby. Well babies. Since they’re two of them.” Gepard said. “Love… I don’t want to hurt you or break it to you… But I’m not an Emanator… I’m far from it..” Sampo said as he looked away in shame. Before Sampo could say anything, they heard commotion from outside their bedroom door. They stared at each other before curiosity got the better of them as they went to open their bedroom door.

There in the hallway stood the two trailblazer and two unknown people. One a blond who dresses like a peacock while the other guy looked like he’s someone from this simulator planet. But that was before he got the full glimpse of the other guy face. He can recognize a child of Gustave’s anywhere, by just a glimpse of that face. The boy looked like a purple hair version of Gustave. The boy even had his eyes color, and body figure that the lad inherited. Stood the same height as his at 6’9 foot tall. Same height as that phainon guy. That was something they aeon, semi-aeon, demigod and the gift they gift their blessed emanators and the offspring of Aeon shared, expect for Long’s grandson, the height different from the mortal is what make them different among the living, and their secondary gender as well. Since most like them always end up as a dominant alpha or an enigma, depend of how you have ascended from beta to an alpha or enigma.

The most that end up as an enigma are the people or emanator that where from Nanook, well on Nanook’s children that had turned into beta from Enigma really quick, he wants to know how that happened.And his, an elation and Lan. Lan could also had an enigma emanator. Thought it the first that his offspring had changed to an omega. Well, it could happen, if the other partner was an enigma that could change their other partner secondary gender into an omega, if they so desired it. But then their Long’s grandson who is an omega in his rebirth. He was an alpha before in the past, but now had reduce into an omega, even the lad height had shrink.

“You seem to know something? Care to share it with us?” was Gustave’s child said before Sampo could even explain, they hear a scream from outside as they all lead to take a look outside the terrace. They could see Mydeimos and Phainon chasing one of those guys that kidnap their kids, two of them carrying two children that happen to look like a mini version of that phainon guy. Sampo knew since he saw the two man had two children with them a while ago when they landed in this planet. They looked at each other before taking a deep breath, Ratio jump down when he got the nod from his lover to help the other two chrysos heirs recuse their kids. Sampo did the same when his lover asked him as well.

They follow the two chrysos heirs as the four of them chase the two thief only to halt in their spot when they notice another new teammate of their thief, standing with his hand raise as the portal where open. Up in mid air as he descended down, the portal going down along with him as well. Then another new one of the thief teammate appeared who suddenly just jump down, out of nowhere appeared and made a dash toward his teammate, holding yet another child with light purple long hair in a two ponytail braid and what looked like a horn and a tails attache to the child body. Who was also knocked out in the arms of her hostage?

Then follow suit by a tall bulk man with white hair, dressed in xianzhou causal outfit where chasing the guy who was carrying the little girl in his arms out of nowhere. At this Sampo snapped awake and began to pull out a rope from his portal pocket, trying to catch their enemy who were running toward his teammate. It seem like the one who open the portal of their enemy noticed it a began to pull a trick, a smoke bomb. ‘Cute trick. But that won’t work me, bud.’ He thought, as the guy throw the smoke boom at their feet. The smoke bomb was thicker. Thicker than the one he use, and stronger, he give applause for that. He can’t help but to be impress. The smoke bomb was thick yes, and lasted longer than his own for 80 second. And it was hard to see anything with how thick the smoke were. So when it cleared they where already gone and got away with their hostage. ‘Damn it!’ Sampo tsk.

“Damn! What with these smoke bomb?! It thick! But not harmful! More of the stuff that made for pranking than anything.” Phainon said as he cough. “Something like what cipher would do if she could create one.” Phainon added who glare. But sighed before glancing at his lover who looked distraught. He can understand why, Gepard had that exact expression when the twins where kidnap. And he can sure as hell that the guy is about to have a melt down any second now. Which he did, as he started releasing red crystal after it, making the ground field with it, cracking the floor as well, making them back away before they get stab or turn into crystal themselves, aside from Phainon. Who looked concern and grit his teeth before moving toward his lover, slowly but steady, and avoiding getting stab by this red crystal. The guy didn’t even flinch or looked away, he had his glance focus on his lover.

Phainon grabbed his lover from the front and tried to release a calming scent to calm down his distraught lover who, they probably guess is the mother of their two children who just been kidnap by probably one of his kids? He hope is not one of his kids that been doing the kidnapping. But if they did, then he would be very disappointed in that. “Mydei. Enough.” Phainon strictly but gently said. “Shut up!.. I they--” Mydei was totally now having a meltdown. “Shuh… I know! But getting angry won’t do us any favor..” Phainon said trying to placate his lover emotion. He could felt and know that the guy is probably angry at this as well. And felt like a failure as a father, he can understand that, Gepard have felt the same when he had that meltdown awhile ago. He bet it the same with Gustave’s kid lover as well. The blond peacock eyes looked red and his check looked puffy enough, like he been crying.

Which were understandable enough. Mothers where always the one that had closer bond with their little one than the sire. But still, even them as the child sire could felt a bit disappointment at themselves for failing to recuse their little one as well. After Phainon had completed tamed his lover meltdown they went back to the others with a heavy heart that they had failed. The other looked sad at this and understand it. At that Jing Yuan went toward Dan heng to placate his distraught emotion that where about to resurface. He heard the guy, the general made some hush tone as he let Dan heng silently cry on his embrace. He sigh at this, if those two children where being kidnap? He wonder how many more kids, their future children are going to steal? This was getting out of hand and they need to stop them before it get dangerous. “This is getting ridiculous!!! How many children and infant are those thief going to steal from planet to planet and dump the child’s parents in this planet?! It getting absurd the longer I think of it!” Gustave’s kid, Veritas frustratedly exclaimed. “I think… They’re trying to get attention.” Caelus thought it aloud. “Attention?! From who?!” Veritas asked. “F-From us?! I think? Or you guys?! Probably.” Caelus added then he added the most shocking information. “Thought where probably going to have a hard time catching them now. Since their no exist or a way out of this planet. Where stuck here until we find a way out? Dan heng and I been doing that for weeks now!”

“What the--- Are you shitting me?!” Sampo couldn’t help but to tiredly exclaimed while pinching his forehead then blink his eyes. “Okay… What about contacting the outside world--” He tried to asked. “Nope. Can’t do that either. Dan heng and I tried it before, we can’t. We’re completed been shut down, lock down, lock out from the outside world. Whatever you can think of… Unless we find a way out then, I don’t know what will work?.” The guy shrug. “Then explain how the heck those—those damn thief managed to open a portal from this place and can get in and out? Hm?!” Veritas pointed out. “No. You have a point.” Dan heng said who now seem to calm down but his face and eyes where puff red from crying in distraught. “I wants to know how as well...” Dan heng added.

“Unless… wait… if no one can get in and out of this place… Does this mean non of the others out their even know this place exist?” The blond lover of Veritas said. “Yes..” Sampo hissed before sighing. “You seem to know a lot for an outsider..” Phainon narrow his eyes. Which caught everyone attention. Sampo who freeze in his spot, before nervously laughed. “Ahaha… What’s are you talking about? I don’t know anything. I’m just a normal civil. little Gustave’s junior?” He halt when he realize he just give himself away, then groan, he totally slip that out nervously. Guess old habit died hard. He heard both his beloved Gepard and the two trailblazers snort in disbelief at that. Caelus couldn’t help himself and gave Sampo a stinky eyes and said. “You a civil? Since when?” The gray haired boy cross his arms with brow raise in question. Sampo couldn’t help but to elbow the boy to shut up.

Sampo sigh and glance down at his lover, asking for permission to tell the whole truth of his finding or of what he know off. At Gepard nod of approval he sigh. “If where going to talk this over. At that they were all lead to the meeting room, with the help of another Chrysos heirs, Aglaea, seem like the leader of their group. The rest of the chrysos heirs where present as well, since it will involved just just them but to everyone who lived here in Ampherous.

The first thing they did was for everyone to introduce themselves. He place a protective barrier around the place of the meeting they are in, so no one can hear anything they are going to talk about inside the meeting room. Sampo then began to explain everything. His lover supporting him from beside him. When he was done explaining everyone looked more shock in finding out the true. Especially to those people who live and grow up in this simulator planet, the chrysos heirs. “W-What do you mean this-- Ampherous isn’t real?” the healer girl, Hyacine said. The girl remind him of his lover little sister, Lynx, that it was so painful to look at her innocent face being shattered from the truth that was kept from them. Dan heng looked thoughtful, so as Veritas or what he like to call himself Dr. Ratio by everyone, and said only his lover, had the right to call his given name.

“I… Heard of this from father before. He was talking with-- lord Fuli and Qlipoth.” Dr. ratio said. “I still can’t believed that Sampo is the aeon of elation, Aha himself! And you! A child of Nous!” Caelus exclaimed in shock. “We had a aeon and a real emanator among us!” The trailblazer mumble. Dan heng roll his eyes at his fellow trailblazer who in deny. He can’t blame the boy. “If it make you any better. Jing Yuan is an emanator of the hunt, Lan himself… As well as general feixiao.” Dan heng bluntly said. ‘Damn. Guy don’t hold back.’ Sampo couldn’t help but to chuckle at this. Still feeling guilt of hiding this truth from his Gepard. He can even felt his lover distraught emotion beside him. He wants to comfort and explain himself truthfully to Gepard, but now was not the right place or time with everyone present. He want to explain it to his lover in private after this, he will no more hide anything from his Gepard.

But he still have that in denial expression behind his eyes, probably still can’t accept that they, the chrysos heirs where living and growing up in a simulate world. “Well, that to be expected… We xianzhou are a long life species… Something like the chrysos heirs?” He explained. “So… Your immortal? like a hundred years old or a centuries?” Cipher asked curiosity. “Never mind about that! Sampo an aeon! That like an equivalent to a titans!” Caelus exclaimed. “Are you still really going to held that up against me?!” Sampo said with a raise brow, he doesn’t feel offended by it, no he felt more amused by it. The chrysos heirs looked shock at that information. “Wh-what do you mean that Aeon are the equivalent to a titans?” Phainon ask in shock. He must be surprise to find out that there are gods from outside of their planet.

“Yes! All along we have an aeon of elation with us throughout Belobog!! But still to think Sampo is an aeon… Is just impossible.” Caelus accused him. “Why?” Sampo asked. “Because you don’t look like one! And if you where, you could have helped us stop the stellaron back in belobog!” Caelus hissed and glare at him. “Well, I’m sorry Caelus. But us Aeon can’t interfere with mortal destiny or fate or even help out.. We can tried to give a hint, messaged and etc. I did… But you guys seem so slow in getting it. Well, unless it involved our destiny pair or what you human called them soulmate, then yes we can interfere.” Sampo said with a shrug of his shoulder. At that Caelus looked surprise.

So how did he managed to make you reach until your adulthood?” Sampo exclaimed before realizing something. “The simulator and the tube… He brought you back to life using the simulator… Which is the reason why he tried to created the scepter o-me13, this simulator before he had discarded it.” Sampo said his theory in horror. “And here to think that I was the worse of among the aeon.” He mumble. “Wait! You where close friend with Nous? What happened?” Caelus asked. Sampo breath in exhaustion.

“Him, he happened.” Sampo said as he point at Veritas and added. “When your mother gotten pregnant with you, I warned him about what happened to Nanook and Lan’s children. Your father, for your mother’s sanity sake and for his curiousity. He was planning to… I don’t know. Do something stupid, if everything turn to shit so I left. I didn’t believed that he would actually do it. And I also didn’t think he would used the simulator idea that we come up with to bring thing back to life, to used that on you to make you grow up until into your adult self. Lan and Nanook’s offspring had to be put in the tube because they couldn’t survived up to their toddler phase. Him using the simulator just for your sake just Shock me.” Sampo said as he pinched his forehead.

At that he can see Veritas had a distraught look. He didn’t know. His folk must had kept this from him. “Well, it didn’t change anything. Father still left. Mother remarried and had a second child… Until she passed away. Father only return to find out that mother was dead.” Was Veritas respond without any emotion or care. Which no offended but Elation isn’t actually a sane bunch of pathstriders.” Caelus said with a shiver. Sampo give him a long hard glare. “Enough about this aeons and whatnot… We need to find way of how to deal with those thief...” Veritas said. “You mean those thief who, as to what Sampo had a theory that might be our children from the future..” Jing Yuan said. Sampo had already brief them of the thief, teammate might their children as well, and might be working together when he began to explain his theory awhile ago. “Which bring me to question… Why are they doing this? Time traveling and to just to stealing their---younger self? For what cause?” Jing yuan question, which no one had an answer to. “...Sampo and I had a hunch. The moment Sampo mention about one of---the children ability being similar to his… He thought the ‘what if’ if they time travel to fix the past? I think something had happen in the future for them to do this.” Gepard answer.

“Fix the past? Whatever for?” Aventurine asked confusedly. “That we don’t know unless we ask them.” Dan heng said. “That is, if we can catch or capture them, you mean.” Mydei said he had a distraught look grace his beautiful handsome face. For a chrysos heirs and a child of lan, Mydeimos was too beautiful as man to exist, he can understand why the child of Nanook to fall for him. “This is going to be harder than we thought…” Caelus said with a sigh. “Wish we can contact the outside world. Maybe they can help in tracking those little rascal…” Caelus added to which earn him a deadpan look from everyone in the room who where the parents of said children.

“Caelus does had a point. At least the astral express or the xianzhou could be able to pinpoint to where they’re hiding..” Dan heng added as he thought. “But that if we have something that belong to them… If not then I’m afraid that it would be quite impossible dear.” Jing Yuan told his lover who sighed in frustration. “So what now?” Aventurine asked and was about to say something when suddenly a small tiny portal popped up in the middle of the meeting table which had everyone jolt in surprise before raising their brow as tiny shoes box, the size of a baby’s shoes box where throw out from the portal. Before Sampo could react the portal closed in before he could stop it from closing. He cursed his lack of fast reaction and luck.

“Dang it!” He hissed before glancing down with a narrow eyes at the cute little box that was warp in glittery purple box with blue ribbon that had stars design on it. A tiny rabbit stuff toy attache to it, dressed in red and purple with a masked fool mask on the side of the bunny ears and was holding a pieces of paper on it stuff hand. Sampo pinch his forehead before carefully snatching the box, he could hear everyone yelling the ‘Don’t pick it up!’ and Caelus screaming that ‘It might be a trap’. He roll his eyes at their dramatic reaction. He can tell that the box didn’t possessed any malicious intend. It was harmless, a prank perhaps?

“Chill… The box harmless I can tell that it doesn’t possessed any malicious intend...” Sampo said as he pull the piece of paper tack in the rabbit hand away, put the box down and open the note to read the paper. Inside it wrote: “To the past please open this box… It will give you the help that you need to figure out on how to fix the Amphreous.” Then at the bottom it wrote: ‘Do not worried, the children and infant are safe. They will be safe here with us in the meantime until Amphreous threat are deal with.’

‘Fix the Amphreous? Whatever for? And Amphreous’s threat? What sort of threat does this simulator have? So does this mean that what happen in the future got something to do with this simulator like planet like what I thought it would?!’ Sampo thought as he hand the letter for his lover to read and told him to pass it to everyone. After everyone read the letter they began to panic. “What the hell?! What threat are they implying?! Amphreous isn’t a threat!!” Mydei complain. “Well… Unless this is what I think it had something to do with you know.” Phainon said as he glance at his lover to which caught everyone. Phainon noticed he slip something up. So the guy just sigh and end up beginning to explain his situation.Sampo couldn’t help but laugh at this inside his head. It was laughable. ‘Ha! To think that lygus guy would do this to this chrysos heirs, mostly to the two children of a well know and powerfully aeon was funny enough’.
