The locker slammed, making Edd jump. “You. Come with me.” Kevin snapped, dragging Edd by the wrist. "Ke-Kevin!" Edd swelled hard, trying to catch up with Kevin before he fell. Kevin pulled the dark haired boy into the boys locker room closet. 

He pushed against Edd, “Where the hell have you been?” Kevin asked, bending a bit to get to the other’s neck. “I- Um, well, it's a funny story actually-” Edd stumbled over his words, tilting his neck to give better access to Kevin.

“Let me guess, you were stuck in the bathroom again? Or maybe you fell into a sewer?” Kevin questioned sarcastically, peppering kisses down the side of Edd’s neck.Edd hummed, “No- uh, none of those. I got nominated for, um, an award-” Kevin paused, his lips against Edds skin. “An award? What kind of award?” He asked, his hands roaming over Edd’s back. 

“And why the hell didn’t you tell me about it?” He added, his voice growing slightly irritated. Edd shrugged, “I didn’t- ah- think about it. Are you mad?” Kevin’s hands tightened on Edd’s back as he felt a surge of jealousy. “Mad? Yeah, I’m fucking mad. You get nominated for an award and you don’t even tell me?” He growled, biting softly at his neck. 

“Who gave you the nomination?” Edd moaned softly, “It wasn’t- uh, it wasn’t a big deal,” Edd shrugged, pulling Kevin closer. “I’m sorry that I didn’t tell you,”Kevin’s jealousy quickly morphed into possessiveness. “It is a big deal. You’re my boyfriend. I should know these things.” He murmured, his hands sliding down to Edd’s backside and squeezing. “Say you’re sorry.”

Edd chuckled, “I’m sorry, Kev,” Edd leaned back into the wall, looking at Kevin. “It was just an award, and I got nominated so I can go on a trip with a person of my choosing,” Edd smiled softly, “I didn’t invite you because I wanted to surprise you, Kevin.” 

Kevin felt his anger melting away as he looked into Edd’s warm brown eyes. “Shit. Really?” He leaned down, nipping Edd’s neck,Edd nodded, letting out a sigh of content. “So? Will you go with me, make me the happiest boyfriend in the world?” 

Kevin smiled, his heart swelling with affection. “Fuck, of course I’ll go with you. I’m not letting you out of my sight for that long.” He murmured, kissing Edd’s neck softly. “And I’m definitely making you the happiest boyfriend in the world.”
