First of all, I apologize for my English level. My native language is Spanish and my knowledge of English is very basic. And second, I also apologize if something is not understood or not repeated, I'm uploading this at 4 am because I couldn't sleep and while writing, I got sleepy, hahaha.

Without further ado, I hope you enjoy it and sorry for the delay. All of this is a transcription I have from a roleplay with my partner.

Work Text:

The rarefied air of the underworld enveloped the majestic demon academy of Babyls in an atmosphere thick with mystery and power. Baal, the Lord of Thunder, walked confidently through the familiar halls of the institution where he had once been a student. Now, he returned with a clear purpose in mind: to find Kalego Naberius.

The murmurs of students and the echo of his footsteps resonated in the corridors, reminding Baal of his youth.

Finally, he arrived at the office door of Professor Dali, the eldest of them all. With a firm knock, Baal announced his presence, and the door opened to reveal Dali, his characteristic bright smile lighting up his face.

"Baal, what a surprise to see you here. What brings you back to Babyls?" Dali greeted with enthusiasm, his voice resonating with contagious joy.

Baal nodded courteously, his expression reflecting his unwavering determination.

"I need to find Kalego Naberius. Could you tell me where I can find him?" he asked, his tone serious and direct.

Dali raised an eyebrow, his smile widening slightly into a mischievous smirk.
"Ah, Kalego. You'll find him in his classroom, teaching the Misfit Class as always," he replied, his voice carrying an almost imperceptible tone of amusement.

Baal nodded in thanks, his mind working quickly as he made his way towards Kalego's classroom. His footsteps echoed in the silent hallway, drawing him ever closer to his goal.

Finally, he arrived at the classroom door and entered confidently. The room was filled with students, all of them looking with fear and respect at Professor Kalego Naberius, whose imposing figure dominated the room.

"This class is over, Naberius. We need to talk."

Kalego turned to Baal with a cold, defiant expression, his eyes narrowing cautiously as he assessed the newcomer. The tension was palpable in the air as the students watched in silence, keenly aware of the imminent confrontation between the two powerful demons.

Inside, Kalego felt a mix of irritation and distrust towards Baal. What was this arrogant Lord of Thunder plotting now? Why had he suddenly appeared in his classroom, seeking to provoke him with his brazen insinuations?

"What do you want, Baal?" Kalego growled, his tone laden with barely concealed hostility.

As he awaited Baal's response, he struggled to maintain his composure. He would not allow this intruder to disrupt his class or his dignity as a teacher. Yet something in Baal's defiant demeanor put him on guard, awakening a sense of alertness deep within his being.

Deep inside, Baal reveled in Kalego's reaction. Every gesture of irritation and distrust from Professor Naberius fed his ego and confirmed his superiority over him.

"What do I want? Oh, I just wanted to stop by and see how your preparations for our grand wedding are coming along," Baal replied with a mocking tone, savoring each word laced with sarcasm.

Baal delighted in the palpable discomfort his presence caused Kalego. He knew he had struck a sensitive chord in the pride of Professor Naberius and couldn't resist continuing to provoke him.

"You seem a bit tense, Kalego. Don't you like surprises?" Baal added with a biting laugh, his eyes glinting with malice as he enjoyed his interlocutor's unease.

Internally, Baal felt a surge of satisfaction. He had achieved exactly what he intended: to disrupt Kalego's tranquility and remind him of his place in the demonic hierarchy.

"I assume you'll be inviting your dear students, won't you?"

The tension in the classroom became palpable when Baal mentioned the wedding in front of the students, including Sabro Sabnock, the nephew of the Lord of Thunder.

Kalego could feel the curious and expectant gazes of the young demons, and his discomfort grew with each passing second.

"Baal, this is not a matter to be discussed in a classroom full of students," Kalego responded firmly, his voice resonating with authority as he tried to contain the situation.

As he spoke, he noticed how the students exchanged surprised glances and murmurs began to spread throughout the classroom. Sabro Sabnock, in particular, seemed interested in the conversation, observing with keen attention the interaction between his uncle and him.

Baal couldn't help but burst into laughter at Kalego's reaction and the discomfort spreading through the classroom. He greatly enjoyed provoking Professor Naberius and watching him destabilize in front of his students.

"Oh, why not, Kalego? After all, your students might be interested in learning more about their beloved teacher's personal life," Baal replied with a mocking smile, his challenging gaze sweeping the room.

Baal noticed how Sabro observed the scene attentively, his eyes gleaming with curiosity. He knew the young demon was intelligent and perceptive, and he couldn't help but wonder what he would make of this revelation about his uncle's wedding to the Lord of Thunder.

"What do you say, Sabro? Wouldn't you like to know more about your uncle's union with your teacher?" Baal added, his tone loaded with provocation as he directed his gaze towards his nephew.

Before Sabro had the chance to respond, Kalego intervened firmly, his voice resonating with authority throughout the classroom.

"This is not a matter to be discussed in the presence of my students. All of you, leave the classroom immediately," Kalego ordered, his tone allowing no objections.

The students looked at each other, surprised by their teacher's sudden command. However, they didn't dare to disobey and began to leave the classroom silently under his watchful gaze.

"Remember, if anyone asks, tell them you have my permission to leave," Kalego added firmly as he watched the students exit the room one by one.

Once they were alone, Kalego turned to Baal, his expression even colder and more challenging than before. He was determined to end this conversation as soon as possible and maintain his dignity as a professor at Babyls.

"An interesting way to maintain control, Kalego. But no matter how many witnesses are present, the truth always comes to light sooner or later," Baal commented with a malicious smile, undeterred by Professor Naberius's presence.

Baal approached Kalego with confidence, his gaze locked with the professor's as he assessed his reaction. He knew Kalego was furious, but he also knew he couldn't afford to lose his composure in front of him. And that gave him an advantage that he was determined to exploit to the fullest.

"Tell me, Kalego, how did the wedding dress fit you?" Baal added wickedly, his tone dripping with sarcasm as he mocked the situation.

Inside, Baal reveled in his own cunning. He knew he had hit a sensitive nerve in Kalego's pride, and he couldn't resist continuing to provoke him. To him, it was a game, a game in which he always sought to have the upper hand over his rival. And this time was not going to be any different.

Kalego felt a surge of fury, shame, and embarrassment at Baal's biting question. His fists clenched tightly, struggling to contain the anger boiling within him.

How dare Baal mock him in such a manner, in his own classroom, in front of his students?

"Enough!" Kalego growled, his voice resonating with a mix of rage and shame. "My personal affairs are none of your concern, especially not in this place."

The blush spread across his cheeks as he fought to maintain his composure in front of the ruthless Lord of Thunder. He knew he had fallen into Baal's trap, but he refused to let the demon's contempt defeat him.

With a defiant glare, he challenged Baal. He wouldn't allow anyone, not even him, to humiliate him in front of his students and undermine his authority as a professor at Babyls.

Baal let out a mocking laugh at Kalego's reaction, relishing in the discomfort he had caused the professor Naberius. However, instead of stopping, he decided to intensify his provocations.

"Oh, come on, Kalego, are you really that sensitive about your wedding?" Baal said with a mischievous smile, getting a little closer to him. "I thought a powerful demon like you wouldn't be ashamed to unite with the Lord of Thunder."

Baal's tone was seductive, almost playful, as he continued to provoke Kalego. He knew he had hit a sensitive nerve in the pride of Professor Naberius, but that only motivated him to keep going.

"After all, we make quite the formidable pair, don't you think?" Baal added with a mischievous glint in his eyes as he leaned in even closer to Kalego, hinting at a complicity between them that only he seemed to perceive.

Kalego clenched his teeth even harder, his expression laden with contained anger. Baal's provocation continued to test his patience, but he struggled to maintain his composure.

Taking a few steps back, trying to distance himself from the insinuating closeness of the Lord of Thunder, Kalego's expression remained cold and sharp despite the discomfort consuming him.

"This matter has no place in my classroom, Baal. You should learn to respect boundaries, even you," he said with a tone as cold as ice, his gaze defiant despite the unease creeping over him.

The tension in the air was palpable when, in a moment of distraction, he stepped back further than he intended, stumbling over an uneven edge on the floor and momentarily losing his balance.

Baal watched with satisfaction as Kalego momentarily lost his balance. Without hesitation, the Lord of Thunder acted swiftly, extending an arm to catch Kalego around the waist before he could fall to the ground.

"You almost took a tumble there, my dear. It would be a shame if you were to hurt yourself before our grand wedding," Baal whispered with malice, keeping Kalego close to his body as he looked at him with a mischievous glint in his eyes.

"I'm looking forward to our wedding day, Kalego. It will be an event that no one in the underworld will forget," Baal added with a sinister smile, his gaze piercing into Kalego's with an intimidating intensity.

The sudden contact from Baal made Kalego shiver, but he fought to maintain his composure, even as his heart pounded fiercely in his chest. He pulled away from Baal abruptly, breaking free from his grasp with determination, though the memory of the Lord of Thunder's touch on his waist left him even more unsettled.

"I don't need your help, Baal. I am perfectly capable of standing on my own two feet," he responded coldly, his voice tinged with disdain as he distanced himself from Baal and straightened up, adjusting his posture with pride.

Despite his attempt to conceal it, he couldn't ignore the unsettling effect Baal had on him. The proximity of the Lord of Thunder and his insinuations about the wedding only fueled the flames of anger and discomfort within him. But as always, he was determined not to show any weakness in front of his despicable rival.

Baal observed with a mocking smile Kalego's attempt to maintain his dignity intact, though he could clearly sense the discomfort consuming him from within. However, instead of leaving him be, Baal decided to intensify his game.

"Oh, Kalego, always so stubborn and proud. But you can't deny that the idea of our union excites you more than you're willing to admit," Baal replied with a soft voice laden with malice as he took another step towards Professor Naberius, challenging his determination with every word.

With a slow and deliberate gesture, Baal raised a hand to brush aside a stray lock of hair from Kalego's face, allowing himself a moment of intimate contact before withdrawing his hand with a mischievous smile.

"Even if you try to hide it, I know you're eager for the day you become my husband," Baal added with a seductive tone, his gaze locked with Kalego's with an intensity that defied any resistance.

Kalego pulled away abruptly, avoiding any further contact. Although his demeanor remained calm, his gaze burned with a mixture of fury and disgust at the insolence of the Lord of Thunder.

"Your confidence is excessive. Don't mistake your presence for eliciting any excitement from me in any way," Kalego responded with a firm voice, his tone indicating unwavering determination.

Though he felt the discomfort growing inside, he stood tall, challenging Baal with his intense gaze. He wouldn't allow the Lord of Thunder to manipulate him with his games of seduction.

Baal keenly observed every gesture and expression of Kalego as he pulled away abruptly, avoiding any further contact. A playful smile danced on the lips of the Lord of Thunder, relishing every nuance of his interlocutor's reaction. Though Kalego's appearance of calm was evident, Baal could clearly discern the spark of fury and disgust burning in his eyes, fueled by the insolence of his presence.

"Oh, Kalego, always so sure of yourself. But don't deceive yourself," Baal responded with a soft, persuasive voice, taking another step towards Professor Naberius, challenging his determination with each word. "I know deep down, the idea of being united with me intrigues you more than you're willing to admit."

Baal halted his advance, allowing silence to hang between them for a moment, their intense gazes locked in a duel of wills. He could feel the palpable tension in the air, the creaking of Kalego's emotional armor under the pressure of his words.

"I understand that my presence may be overwhelming for you, Kalego. After all, it's not easy to resist the allure of power like mine," Baal continued with an enigmatic smile, his voice tinged with a seductive tone that challenged any resistance. "But don't worry, dear Kalego, I'm here to guide you through this journey towards our union. Together, we will be unstoppable."

With a graceful gesture, Baal stepped back slightly, giving Kalego space and allowing him to process his words.

The guardian of Babyls watched with coldness every movement and gesture of Baal as he withdrew slightly, allowing silence to fill the space between them. Though the provocation of the Lord of Thunder had deeply irritated him, he strove to maintain his composure and not fall into the trap of his games.

"I have no time for your games, Baal. My duty as a professor is to teach my students, not to indulge in your selfish fantasies," he responded with firm and authoritative voice, his gaze locked onto Baal's.

Baal listened to Kalego's words with a subtle smile, acknowledging his determination and firmness in rejecting his provocations. Although he enjoyed challenging Kalego, he knew when it was time to withdraw and let things take their natural course.

"I understand, Kalego. I don't intend to interrupt your work any longer," Baal responded courteously, taking a step back to give Professor Naberius some space. "I hope you can focus on what truly matters."

With a graceful gesture, Baal turned to leave, but before disappearing completely, he turned back to Kalego one last time, a playful smile dancing on his lips.

"Oh, and Kalego, I look forward to seeing you looking very handsome at our wedding. I'm sure you'll be the center of attention," Baal added with a seductive tone before vanishing completely from the room, leaving Kalego lost in his thoughts.

The professor watched as Baal walked away, his expression impassive but with the palpable discomfort lingering in the aftermath of their encounter. Although the Lord of Thunder was retreating, the presence of his words echoed in the room, leaving him with a sense of unease.

"Back to your own affairs, Baal. My work here has no time for your games and extravagance," he murmured to himself, more to reaffirm his own determination than to address the already absent Baal.

Despite his confident words, a flicker of concern crossed his face. The promise of a wedding with the Lord of Thunder only complicated his life further, and the idea of being the center of attention at such an event made him uneasy. As the students returned to the classroom, he tried to regain a sense of normalcy, but the shadow of Baal's presence persisted in his mind.

The wedding loomed as an inevitable event, and he knew he would have to face not only Baal but also the complications and challenges that this union would bring. With a reflective gaze, he immersed himself once again in his duties as a professor, trying to leave behind the disturbing visit of Baal and focus on what truly mattered: his work at Babyls.
