Ranpo groaned and propped his feet up on his desk, not paying any mind to the candy wrappers that fell and crinkled loudly, which got him a pointed look from Yosano, to which, Ranpo stuck his tongue out at her, no ill will was on his face, he’s just… childish.
Yosano reacted to his childish act, rolling her eyes as a fondly annoyed smile played on her lips.
“Sometimes I wonder how you’re 26,” Yosano sighed, resting her cheek in her palm.
Ranpo grimaced “ugh, don’t remind me.” he scowled, which earned him a chuckle from yosano.
Ranpo really liked Yosano’s laugh, and her smile, and her face, and her hands, and her voice, and practically everything about yosano. Ranpo really liked yosano. And it was only a LIKE, not a love!
Yeah, he may get butterflies when she praises him, and he only sometimes blushes at her smile! So what?! He’s known her for 11 years, she was just his Really good friend! Totally!
“You’re adorable when you pout like that,” Yosano teased.
…Yeah, no, Ranpo lied. He as fucking whipped.
