Felix sat with his head in his hands. He had been feeling down ever since the concert ended. He loved being on stage in front of Stay and with his members, but sometimes he felt the post-concert depression was as real for him as it is for a lot of Stay.
There’s a gentle knock on the door to his hotel room. Slowly he gets up and answers the door, leaning against the frame as Lino and Hyunjin stand on the other side. “Can we come in?,” Hyunjin asks softly.
DanceRacha have seen Felix slip into PCD before, so they came prepared with chocolate, fried chicken, Felix’s favorite ice cream, drinks aplenty and all the blankets they could gather from their rooms, plus a few from the other members’ rooms. Lix couldn’t help the tiny grin quirking the corner of his lips upward upon seeing Binnie, arms laden with blankets.
The three men enter Lix’s room as he steps aside. Binnie busies himself with arranging a blanket nest on the floor in front of the sleeper sofa, knowing Lix will prefer the nest over the king-sized bed in the suite’s bedroom. Meanwhile, Hyunjin and Lino pile all the food and treats on the small coffee table, putting extra drinks and the ice cream into the kitchenette’s refrigerator and freezer.
Lino gently tugs Lix over to the blanket nest as Binnie is adding the last of the blankets, those from Felix’s room. Hyunjin plops down on the sofa, picking up the remote as he does. The tv flaring to life is quickly tuned to YouTube. Hyunjin pulling up every fan cam from KCON he can possibly find. The plan he and Lino had come up with is to binge as much KCON footage as possible from all three days and consume as much diet-breaking food as they can before they all fall asleep.
Felix begins to slowly smile as he settles into the center of the nest, Lino settling to his right and Binnie to his left. He suddenly remembers that Chris has a room key to every members’ room in case of emergency. So he’s certain that the rest will slowly trickle in as the night goes on. The thought bringing a brighter smile to his face and tears to his eyes at how much his members love and care for him.
By 3AM, everyone was gathered in Lix’s room, laughing and cuddling, chomping down fried chicken and downing beers with an occasional soju bomb. Han hops up from the nest, padding over to the fridge. He opens the freezer and pulls out the ice cream, then grabs a bag from one of the local groceries. He brings it over to the table. Minnie quickly clears the empty chicken containers and beer cans.
Han scoops the ice cream into cones Minho pulls from the bag. He hands the first one to Lix, then begins passing them out to each member until everyone has one. Somehow, Lix ends up double-fisting ice cream cones with a look of absolute joy on his face.
Lix licks the one in his right hand first then the one in his left. Grinning from ear to ear at how delicious the ice cream is and not getting any disapproving “you’re breaking your diet” looks from the Skzgi.
