Spoilers through Season 2, Episode 10.
I had this idea before previews and rumors of Season 2, Episode 10 surfaced and had started writing it then; however, with the season finale, I’m making some changes.
I’m new to the Star Trek franchise and will more than likely mess up on getting the lore and cannon right so I ask for grace.
In my prologue, the two races/species introduced are, to the best of my knowledge, ones I made up. Again, I mention I am not familiar with all the races and species that are part of Trek history.
What I am, is a fan of the show and a romantic at heart.
There is a lot of pain and angst in the beginning; however, I believe in the power of love conquering all and the romance will definitely come out to play in later chapters.
