“We have to get going, Sig needs our help with his assignment.” Sky said as he stood up. Rain nodded, taking a final sip from his water, gathering his things from the table. They had gone to this coffee shop on campus to try to get some studying done, but the whole time Rain had been spacing off. At least going to Sig would probably keep his attention.

As they went away, more and more noise from a group of people were heard. It allowed Rain to snap out of his thoughts and look up. Rain froze.
“Rain?” Sky looked at him with a questioning look.
“How..? How is it possible ..?” Rain has his eyes locked at the crowd in front of them and more precisely the one person that gathered the crowd. “P'Phayu ..?” Rain whispered but no one heard.
Sky followed Rain’s eye to the person he was staring at. The alumni that everyone was talking about. Looking back at Rain he saw him starting to cry.
The alumni looked around like searching for someone and a blinding smile appeared on his lips as his eyes fell on Rain. His eyes soften with a touch of longing and start walking towards Rain.
“Rain!” Phayu called while still walking towards Rain without breaking eye contact.
That’s when Rain broke and starts running toward the alumni while crying. The call from the man seems to have made Rain come back to earth since his mind escaped the moment Rain’s eyes fell on the alumni.
Sky frowned and tried to catch Rain and stop him from running but couldn’t react fast enough. “Rain st-op..”. His scold fell when he saw Rain jumping into the arms of the alumni and the alumni catching him and holding him as if his life depended on it. Rain has his arms around the neck of Phayu trying to bring them impossibly close to each other while Rain’s legs set themselves around Phayu’s waist. Rain continue sobbing and some tears were also running down the cheeks of the alumni
After minutes where time seems to have stopped, for Rain and Phayu due to too many emotions and the rest of people looking at them with shock. Rain withdrew his head from Phayu’s neck looking at him with big doe-eyes filled with tears.
“How..? ..When..? What..?” Rain’s thoughts were so confused he couldn't form a full sentence as he felt so overwhelmed by seeing his Phayu.. alive.. in flesh and able to hold him. He blinked as fast as his train of thought was rushing into his mind.
Phayu chuckles softly while bringing one of his hand to cup Rain’s cheek, his thumb rubbing it gently. “Hi there..” he started before his voice broke a bit. and after clearing his throat, he continued “I just couldn’t not come back for you. I lo..” Before he could finish his sentence Rain had pressed his lips onto Phayu’s. The kiss felt like breathing again for Rain after all that happened. The feelings of emptiness he felt a year ago and since vanished and were replaced by a feeling of belonging. The kiss stayed chaste considering the overflow of feeling at the moment and Phayu was still aware that they were in public.
Sky jaw drops as he saw Rain kiss the alumni in the middle of the road. And his fans were as shocked as Sky judging by the looks and the gasp some of them let out.
Recovering by what he just witnessed, Sky reached where Rain and the alumni were. “Rain! What are you doing? What were you thinking?”
Breaking the kiss, Phayu’s hand strokes rain’s cheeks to get rid of the tears still falling. Rain’s eyes leave Phayu’s face for a second to look at Sky. With the most bright smile Sky ever saw on rain’s face he heard him say “Sky, this is P'Phayu”
“P'Phayu?” Sky repeated. ‘What? P'Phayu? But isn’t he supposed to be .. well not alive?’ He thought and his face must show his confusion as Rain continued talking.
“I don’t know how it’s even possible for him to be here but .. it's P'Phayu” Rain didn’t have any explanation for this obviously.
“Hello Sky, I’m Phayu. It’s nice to meet you .. again.” Phayu intervenes while bringing Rain back into a tight hug. “It’s a bit complicated how I managed to get back but in short I fought to earn my way back to life”. Rain looks delighted and doesn’t seem to care about how he got back.
“humm.. I think we should go somewhere quieter.” Sky said while mentioning with his head the crowd behind Phayu who started walking toward them.
“P’Phayu.. who is this ?” One of them asked while pointing at Rain still entangled with Phayu.
“This is Rain, my boyfriend” Phayu answered glaring at them not happy with the way they talk about Rain. Rain giggles at his boyfriend’s answer.
“Your boyfriend ? I didn’t know you weren’t single” The group seems confused and annoyed but Phayu was not having it.
“Not that it’s any of your business but I'm in a very happy relationship. Now if you’ll excuse me we’ll be leaving” Phayu said while walking away, not waiting for a response with Rain still in his arms. Sky followed amused by the way Phayu put them down. Once they were out of sight from Phayu’s fan, Sky turns to Phayu and said “Alright, it was nice meeting you P'Phayu … and being able to see you.” Then turning to Rain “I suppose that you won’t come to Sig with me, so I will leave the two of you alone. You probably have a lot to talk about”
“Thanks Sky, I’ll catch up with you later” Rain mumbles, not lift his head from phayu’s neck. Sky sighed and wai at Phayu before leaving.
After Sky leaves, Phayu and Rain settle in a quiet corner of the campus where they know they won’t be disturbed. Rain is in Phayu’s laps while his hand cups both of phayu’s cheeks and his eyes lock in his lover’s while tears threaten to fall. Phayu’s hand landed on Rain’s waist and his eyes looking directly at Rain’s lovingly.
“I can’t believe you're really here” Rain whispered as if saying it too loudly will make Phayu disappear again.
Phayu whispered back smiling “I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. I was born to fall in love with you so I had to get back to you”. Rain flushed at the answer pouting but not breaking eye contact. ‘Rain is so cute, I missed him’ Phayu couldn’t stop thinking.
Rain dives into kissing Phayu once more, again and again, getting more and more passionate and desperate each time. “I’m never leaving you again” Phayu said against Rain’s lips between kisses. “Good, I wasn’t gonna let you leave again. You’re stuck with me forever” Rain answers with a smirk on his lips. Phayu chuckles at the response.
Phayu was sure he found his home. It all started with a heartbreaking situation and treason from his family, his own twins, to finding the love of his life in death. Being finally able to be alive and with his love in the same world was more than he could ask for. It was a chaotic world but a world made just for them.
‘A world made just for us’ Phayu thought.
