It was a normal day here in Japan, in the bustling area of Nishi Saikyo. A place now filled with wonder as to what exactly happened 7 years ago, making it quite the attraction for tourists.
Walking around these filled streets, swiftly and casually, not attracting anyone's attention, was none other than Nagisa Shiota.
One of the many people that was involved in the same incident that brought all these people from different places together. He was on his way home from working his fist day as a teacher in Kunugigaoka Junior High, the same school in which said incident took place, unironically it was the same place Nagisa had gone to school in.
*^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^*
"Haaa-" Nagisa sighed while walking towards the now full street of the 25th Avenue, thinking about how much work he would be doing later today.
Sure, the school paid him a reasonable amount of money for having to deal with delinquents, but it was just his first day and he had already been called a woman countless times and cat-called by not only the students but the other teachers as well. He could guess that it was just one of the consequences of keeping his hair long. However, he could not dwell on it any further, he had to get back home before sundown, after all he had to make all the Wagashi (traditional Japanese confections that are often served with green tea, especially the types made of mochi, anko or azuki bean paste, and fruit.) since company was coming over to his place. That company being none other than a few of his classmates and teachers from none other than 7 years ago.
Nagisa made his way through the crowds of people all huddling over the TV's behind the glass of the Electronics store. All those people being yelled at by the police officers that arrived on the area as soon as one of the residents that lived by said store, complained about how much noise they were causing.

After about 30 minutes of walking, Nagisa finally arrived at his home. Thankfully no one was waiting outside, that way he could take care of the mess he had left behind this morning due to being in a rush to show up early to work.
Nagisa clipped his long hair up into a bun and began to clean the house.
A while after Nagisa finished cleaning and getting dressed for the occasion, there was a knock on the door. Its was none other than Karma Akanabe, he who considers Nagisa his best friend. Karma had his hair slightly longer and slid back, unlike his usual messy appearance. He was also wearing a suit- 'a little too formal' Nagisa had thought.
"Yoooo- Nagisa-kun! Its so nice to see you after such a long time-" Karma began to say before getting cut off my Nagisa.
"Karma-kun- we literally saw each other 2 weeks ago-" Nagisa said while looking unamused.
"Awww, don't say stuff like that- it hurts my feelings-!" Karma said with an exaggerated expression, feigning sadness.
Nagisa sighed deeply, and led Karma inside, shutting the door on his way.
"Karma-kun, can I ask you a question?" Nagisa said while beginning to take out all the cooking supplies.
" Sure! Ask away, I have nothing to hide!" Karma said with a grinning smile, gesturing his arms outwards as if to signify he was an open book.
"You know that's not what I meant- ugh anyways- why did you get here so early? The specified time is almost 2 hours away!" Nagisa had said in a reprimanding tone, led towards the man sitting behind of him.
"Well, I got off work early and thought I could pass by and help with the preparations-" Karma said with a- suspicious tone.
"You were planning on pranking Karasuma-san, weren't you?" Nagisa said while washing his hands.
"Aw bummer, you caught me-" Karma said with his hands held high in the air "I can never get past your eyes can I- Hahahaha!"
"Karma-kun please, you are already 23, don't act like a high schooler." Nagisa dried off his hands and turned to look at karma.
"But are you or are you not going to help me prepare for when the rest to come by?" Nagisa crossed his arms, waiting for a response.
"But of course, just because I was planning on doing a prank doesn't mean I wasn't going to help." Karma stood up from the chair to go wash his hands.

Shortly after they finished the preparations, once again a knock could be heard across the room. Nagisa once again went to open the door, and saw that it was Kaede- or well Akari Yukimura had arrived, Nagisa still was slightly confused as to what to call her due to her change in name, thankfully she preferred them to call her Kaede instead of Akari, it was way to keep their memories of the good times.
"Nagisa-kun Hi!" Kaede said once Nagisa opened the door. She followed with "It's so nice to see you! I remember the last time I saw you- you've surprisingly grown taller! Hahahaha".
Nagisa responded to Kaede's comment with an irritated tone, "Thank you for the compliment- But your still calling me short Kaede-chan!!"
"Hahahaha, you haven't changed at all Nagisa-kun!" Kaede said while laughing hysterically, taking a few breaks in her laughter in order to breath.
"Yeah- aha Kaede-chan..." Nagisa said with a beaten down look as if he was crumbling away at every laugh Kaede made.
An "Ahem-" was heard from behind Kaede, startling all three adults. It was none other that Karasuma Tadaomi along side Irina Jelavić. Both Karma and Kaede froze in shock, however, Nagisa had been the one to send the invitations to them so he had already known they would arrive. These two were their previous teachers- the ones that were there for that incident 7 years ago.
"My my my! If it isn't my dear students!" Said Irina opening her arms for a hug- just to be stopped by a certain someone's comment.
"Oh Bitch-sensei! Its so nice to see you!" Karma said, disrupting the nice mood that they had.
"Cut the crap Karma! I'm not your teacher anymore, so stop calling me that!" Irina said pointing at Karma angrily.
"Um-mm... I think you all should just- come inside-" Nagisa said nervously followed by the sound of one of the neighbor's lawnmower.
"Oh! Yeah that right- we should probably go inside- I heard it might rain today!" Kaede said after clasping her hands together.
"That's right- additionally I think we are attracting way too much attention from just standing here" said Karasuma crossing his arms in the process.
They all enter Nagisas house and make their way into the dining room. Nagisa gets all the food and adornments onto the table waiting for one final person to arrive. A bit of time later- but long enough that Irina had already drank around five wine glassfuls- they all heard a knock on the- back?- door. Nagisa goes to the back and looks through the ring camera, to see the last person that was to enter. Itona Horibe, he was also a key factor of the fateful events that happened seven year back. Nagisa opens the door and greets him, signaling him to follow. Itona responded with a head nod- he doesn't speak that much while outside.
Once Nagisa led Itona to the dining room, he sits down and begins the conversation- " I'm sure you all are aware as to why I have called you here?" Everyone nods, their faces becoming more serious- all except for- Kaede's? She looked confused as to why everyone had gotten serious all of a sudden and said- "Aren't we here for a normal reunion? Why is everyone so serious?". She is met with shocked faces- no one thought that she didn't know why they were here. Nagisa shaking off his bafflement responds with- "Kaede-chan, did you not read the emails I sent you? Like at all? Because even if you missed a few it's still very clear as to what we are here for". Kaede tilts her head in confusion asking- "What emails?". "You know- the ones I've been sending you for the past 3 years?!" Nagisa said in a desperate manner- waiting for a response that actually made sense. However Kaede just looked even more confused than she already was- "Nagisa-kun, did- did you send them through my email from back in junior high? Did I not tell you I changed it as of my start in high school?"- Nagisa responded with a frustrated "No!-" standing up from his chair. Kaede slumped into her seat, and continued speaking- "If I remember correctly, I had told Ritsu that I was changing my email, and to tell everyone?". Nagisa took a deep sign and walked towards the TV and turned it on to show the face of none other than Ritsu.
The others that were sitting at the table, just watched in silence- and well- in amusement (as for Karmas case). Nagisa went back to the table and sat down in his chair, crossing his legs as he sat along side arms crossed with a disappointed look on his face (nothing but the face of a teacher could do such a thing, both Karasuma and Irine could relate). Nagisa said firmly, "Ritsu, did you or did you not know that Kaede had changed her email?" "Um-mm- I might of-" She said voice shaken by nervousness. "Ha- Now, if you did know about this- why didn't you tell me?" Nagisa said pinching the bridge of his nose. "Well- I thought that you would realize after having not received any replies-" Ritsu said looking of to the side, avoiding eye contact with Nagisa. "Ritsu- you know I never expect any reply's- I just had thought that Kaede-chan was busy and couldn't answer..." Nagisa said while sighing and looking down on the table. Ritsu gave put a quick "I'm sorry..." and Nagisa straightened his back, now looking at Kaede who was sitting right in front of him.
"Alright- since Kaede-chan doesn't know what we have been talking about- I'll give a brief explanation-" Nagisa said looking at the group.
"The main reason for this meeting is Koro-sensei, we have been researching the facilities that conducted experiments similar to those of Koro-sensei, and little by little we have been 'exterminating' those labs. Recently, Karma while working in the government- found some documents about a research lab that was underground in Kasugai, while disguised as a bicycle repair shop. Hence as to why we never found this lab before- we suspect that this lab might be the last and the biggest out of all of them. Karasuma-san has made a way for us to enter the facility, so we gathered here to discuss our plans of what we would do there." Nagisa said, eyes flowing everyone's faces and expressions. "Now if anyone would like to add anything or maybe ask some questions, I will answer to the best of my capabilities." Nagisa finished his explanation waiting for anyone to speak up.
Itona raised his hand- "I have a question" he said, "Yes? What question do you have Horibe-kun?" Nagisa responded. "I was just going to ask who was in charge of the main sneak in mission before the others enter the facility, I doubt that any of them could sneak up on someone, let alone not attract any of the security cameras." Itona said while looking at Karma and Kaede. "I was going to get to that part after the questions, but I'll say it now. Originally Karasuma-san was supposed to be the one infiltrating, but we need him as a distraction, he is going to fake a safety check on the facility so the people there aren't suspicious of a government official being there. As to why I had contacted you Horibe-kun, was because you have great experience in stealth missions, which is why I was going to give you the position of insinuator when we started the mission officially. As for Karma-kun you will have to gather more information about the underground and Its layout of the laboratory- hence you'd be appointed as the investigator of the mission. Kaede-chan since you are new to this mission, I'll assign you as backup from afar, you know how to hold a weapon well, and you have good aim, so I'm appointing you as the gunner. Irina-san you will also be a part of the distraction, however instead of the underground you will keep the people upstairs distracted, use any method you deem necessary. I will stand back waiting for Karasuma-san to tell me when I can walk in, after doing so I will use Ritsu to contact all of you and tell you the plan from then on- whether we go ahead of have to retreat." Nagisa took out a piece of paper and wrote down some of the aspects that they needed to do for their respective parts.
"Alright- I want everyone to remember their roles and stick to them as much as you can. This is a high-risk mission, since we have no idea what those people are hiding in there. We have to proceed the plan with extreme caution, am I clear?" Nagisa said while passing the pieces of paper to the others. Everyone gave Nagisa a type of affirmation, "Great!" said Nagisa.

The day after, the mission began. Karasuma had prepared all of them an earpiece so they could communicate with each other as planned. Nagisa was the first to activate earpiece to signal the begin of their mission. "
