so i randomly had this idea months ago and i figured this would be as good a time as any to write it down. the idea popped up many times after initially seeing callahan's minecraft skin so here it is.
what if Callahan was Rudolph the red nosed reindeer?
rudolph had canonically left the north pole because of mistreatment, so what if things were a bit worse to the point he wouldn't immediately notice flying into a portal until it was too late. and if the incident that caused him to flee left the physical and/or mental damage that made it difficult to impossible to speak then all the better! then i also thought, "what if rudolph's magical nature and intelligence made him an animal with human features instead of a human with animal features?" and thus the idea started bouncing around my brain.
after arriving in the world of minecraft i figure he would eventually try to reinvent himself after some shit goes down (your choice on writing it or what it would be if you do) and ending up naming himself callahan. he would eventually learn to control the glowing with age to the point his nose would only glow under strong emotions, or when he gets sick (again for your choice!), so his friends wouldn't know of that ability.
i figure this idea would work best under a highschool au or the actors au so all the characters are still friends, but you can choose the who and how as you wish for that reveal to go! i just want to see what you guys can come up with if you decide to have this idea.
