Heroic Hellions

Summary:

A glimpse into how class 1-A became The Hellion Agency and a show of what came after.

Work Text:

They were finally Pro heroes. Or at least, legally, they were Pro’s. 1-B had split up like usual classes, all going to different agencies and different roles. But 1-A had struggled, so with the help from Yaomomo and Todoroki (And All Might) they decided to stay together. As a new agency. They still haven’t gotten a name, considering the clash of ideas.

But they had made it, got a building and licenses, insurance and even their own support and business areas. Hatsume had grinned when Izuku had asked if she would be their lead support mechanic, she had their fame and her own area where she did freelancing work. Izuku had been placed in charge of hiring an analyst and the like, Kacchan had told the others to leave it to the nerd because only he knew good or bad.

So Izuku stuck to the support areas, leaving the business and HR to Iida and Yaomomo. Within a year of leaving high school, they were pretty much ready to be independent. All they needed was a name.

Izuku glanced up as the shouting match carried on. All twenty of them sat in different areas of what Izuku called the commons (it reminded him of the dorm alliance common area) and he sighed. Because they were all acting like this was the end of everything.

“We can’t use 1-A, Denki, because we aren’t in UA anymore!” Ochako sighed, rubbing her head and looking at the spark hero.

“But everyone knows us like that! We stayed together, so obviously, we need a name that ties to our infamy!” He replied, Izuku could agree with that at least. Even when they were 2-A and 3-A, they were still considered the 1-A hell class.

It was like a bulb went off in his head. They were Aizawa’s Hell Class. No one had been able to be more chaotic, more attracted to trouble and villains than they were. What did Aizawa call them?

“Hellions.” Izuku spoke up and everyone went silent, nineteen pairs of eyes now looking at the greenette, who blushed and wilted under the attention.

“What the fuck, nerd?” Kacchan snapped, his eyes holding some emotion that Izuku found courage in.

“Denki-kun is right, we need a name that relates to our UA time. And Aizawa-sensei called us his hell class…right?” He noted the blooming of ideas and the smiles, “We are Aizawa’s Hellions.” he fiddled with his notebook and looked back towards his oldest friend. “Hellion Agency. We will be the first hybrid agency that holds all kinds of heroes.” he stood now and breathed in.

“We have daylight heroes, dusk heroes, twilight heroes and with Shinsou and Tokoyami we even have underground. We have heavy hitters like Yamada-sensei, rescue heroes like Thirteen and even speciality heroes like Powerloader.” he turned to face them with a small smile.

“Nabu was the start, of course, we know we work well together and this is just proof. We shouldn’t release the name yet though, our opening is what…next week? We should surprise Sensei with it.” Izuku bit his lip as silence fell upon the twenty of them.

“Fuck Nerd.” Kacchan laughed deeply and nodded with a manic grin, “Hellions, I can get behind that.” similar replies echoed and Izuku beamed at them all. They would take the hero world by storm.

“We all agree to keep fighting over names, Izu-kun can get the sign ready and play it cool! This is going to be awesome!” Ochako was grinning too. “I’ll let Toshi know too, he was with Aizawa-sensei today.” she rushed to her phone and the others laughed. Todoroki had that ‘I smell a conspiracy look and Izuku had a new job to do!

Aizawa had originally thought things would be calmer without his problem children tearing UA up, but they continued to drop themselves into his life. First, it was Shinsou, who had practically grown to be his son (Shinsou’s mothers were very endearing) and then it was his number one problem child, Midoriya would just randomly appear in the support labs or with Nedzu. Then it spread to problem children three and four, Bakugo and Todoroki, who came round to spar with the new students.

The others turned up too, but not as often as the main four trouble makers, so it began to worry the man (though he never admitted it) when they began to act oddly. It started with Shinsou getting a text, breaking into a grin before shaking it off and acting like normal. He frowned as he watched the young adult continue talking about their agency.

He hadn’t asked his class what they were doing after graduating, he had a basic understanding after All Might had said he was giving Midoriya enough money to start his own agency, the boy had practically been adopted by the former number one so Aizawa had shrugged it off. The rest were self-aware enough to go to specific heroes, but this, this was weird.

Yamada seemed confused too, with the glances between Shinsou and Aizawa were anything to go off. Shouta shrugged it off and focused on their task at hand.

“Oh right, Aiwaza-sensei?” Shinsou asked, taking a bite of his gyudon.

“Not your sensei anymore, Hitoshi, what?” Aizawa replied without looking up.

“You wanna come to the grand opening of my agency this weekend?” he asked, with a sly smirk.

“The one who gave you that really good contract?” Aizawa asked, feeling an inkling that something was up. His problem child senses were blaring but that couldn’t be possible. He knew that Problem Child 1, 3 and 4 were all daylight heroes and Shinsou was going underground like he had.

“Yep, they finally figured a name out and I thought you may wanna see me be a successful adult.” the young adult teased and snorted when the man levelled him with a glare.

“Okay.” Aizawa was going to get to the bottom of this.

The day of the opening, Izuku stood outside the building with his (not his own choice) suit as he watched the media ate up the information. Izuku breathed out and saw his father All Might walk closer with a confused and slightly annoyed Aizawa.

“Sensei’s!” Izuku waved happily with a bright smile, the moment Aizawa saw his sunshine problem child he felt that same warning ring in his head. What was he doing here?

“My boy!” All Might grinned and pulled the young adult into a hug before looking at the sky scraper behind the boy. “I see the name plate is covered, will there be an unveiling?” the retired hero asked with a smile.

“Yep! Toshi is inside with the other non-daylight heroes, Aizawa-sensei. But it should be starting sooner now you are here!” Izuku was smiling brightly. The two teachers watched with one happy and the other feeling a little on edge as the new symbol of hope led them to the main stage.

Aizawa faltered a little when he saw his class all there, on stage, wearing similar outfits to Izuku’s. They were all smiling and excited about this agency. Were they all starting here? Glancing towards the doorway with the covered sign, he felt that familiar feeling well up. What were his hellions up to now?

The show started with Iida talking about how even though many of them had options to go with big, renowned heroes (Such as Ingenium or Endeavour) they didn’t want to separate from the clear bonds they had with their classmates. The class president spoke of how the agency didn’t have just one leader, no, they were a group and each worked in their own area. Aizawa watched as Bakugo explained he would be in charge of patrols and sidekicks with Shouto, who also mentioned they were keeping their close bond with UA to help mould the future heroes.

The old homeroom teacher watched as girls all spoke of bringing light to issues for everyone, they were going to be running groups to reach out to the people who were more likely to turn to villainy and even offer options for people who didn’t want to be a hero but wanted to help. They had plans for vigilantes to become sidekicks with one main hero being their hub.

He felt proud when some of the quieter problem children speak about their roles, information and keeping the agency accessible twenty-four-seven. And then Midoriya stood up and walked. The media went mad with the sight of the Symbol of Hope, the young man who stopped AFO and the war. Aizawa felt himself smile as the young man spoke of letting anyone be a hero, including those with weak or no quirks. And how they were going to bring forth support a lot more, considering he owed his life to support items.

Izuku then spoke on how their time at UA had shaped them, and how they hadn’t wanted to split up like normal classes. Some of the 1-B students they knew were going to work with them too and in honour of the man who helped them grow, he turned and used Blackwhip to show the sign.

Aizawa felt his heart stop in his chest as he saw the sign, black and white, Heroic Hellions. There was a black cat, with a white scarf-like collar and wisps of red eyes that stalked around the H in Hellion. They had put him in cat form. He blinked and turned to his children and saw them all grinning at him.

“Problem children, the lot of you.” he groaned out, hiding his smile in his capture weapon, the media were going crazy and all Aizawa could think was this, this was going to be what he remembered.

For years after the Hellion Agency was founded, heroics changed to have more support for the solo heroes. They didn’t need a pillar anymore, now, now they had a system.

Yuga Aoyama was known for bringing sparkle to those who suffered at the hands of their parents, family and others.

Mina Ashido was known for saving people and became a beacon for those with mutant-type quirks. When less serious, she was known for her tiktoks and videos that showed the ‘inside’ of heroics. People were often shocked how often they were in hospitals (too often one would say)

Tsuyu Asui was known for being one of the best ocean and water rescue heroes to grace Japan. She took a step back from the chaos, but was often found taking evidence photos, not for blackmail….

Tenya Iida was known for following in his family footsteps, but not on their terms. On his own, showing that family legacy didn’t control the dreams of the younger generations.

Ochako Uraraka became the first hero to head into space, after a long time of fighting for the space program. Her love for space spread far and fast, leading to a whole batch of support students who very well nearly built a working rocket.

Mashirao Ojiro became a teacher and was known for keeping children occupied so they avoided the wrong crowds, he created a scholarship for those wanting to explore the less known sports.

Denki Kaminari was a symbol for the children with learning difficulties after it came out that he had ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia. He was one of the better heroes who used humour to calm civilians.

Eijiro Kirishima became a pride icon after he hosted the first pride parade within the agency, the party resulted in over 7 laws being broken (Midoriya later solved these, but no one knew it was him)

Koji Koda became known for his extensive spy network that contained the pigeons, of course, the nickname Spymaster was often met with a weak whine from the hero, it became a history that if you needed help looking for someone missing he was the one to call.

Rikido Sato was known for his baking and ability to protect others, of course, his actions in lowering the struggling population and giving jobs to those who couldn’t usually. His chain of bakeries did extremely well and the profits went back into the system, to stop world hunger.

Mezo Shoji wasn’t as well known, for being a dusk hero, but to those who knew his name. He was one of the best heroes, a steadfast hero who was there no matter what. He was often called when the problem duo got drunk (No, there was no proof hero Deku had given Ground Zero a strip tease as a dare).

Kyoka Jiro was known for her music mostly, though she was also known for her rescue numbers. She often teamed up with Ochako and was a sarcastic legend. Her marriage to the Goddess was both a blessing and a curse, long gone were the days spent on Put Your Hands Up!

Hanta Sero became a local sensation after the ‘spider-man’ incident during halloween, of course, after the children realised who was in the spidey suit it was anarchy and the Hellions never let the man live it down.

Fumikage Tokoyami and Darkshadow were known for their mental health campaigns, bringing light to those who needed it. Darkshadow was also known for loving head pats and scritches, thought if you ever got the chance then it meant you were now known by all of the heroes in the Hellions. Because Darkshadow did not hold back his love.

Shouto Todoroki was an odd one, his drive to protect abuse victims often led to internet debates (the hellions knew that Shouto often added fuel to the fire with random accounts) often didn’t fit his love for memes, vines and pre-quirk ideas. But either way, Shouto had completely moved away from the Todoroki name and everyone loved the chaos he caused.

Toru Hagakure was known for her pranks mainly, being the main lady behind the social accounts (with the help of one Mina Ashido). Her time showing people the inside of the agency had led to heroics being less famous and a lot more accessible. Her wedding to Ojiro had been one of the events of the century though, including when she made Hatsume made models invisible so no one could actually find her (except Izuku, for some reason?).

Katsuki Bakugo became number one within his second year as a pro, nicknamed the symbol of victory after one Midoriya Izuku got drunk at a gala and cried to the man saying he always knew the blonde to be ‘his victory’ and the rumours of the two being more than best friends had spread like wildfire. Bakugo had exploded after the second week and admitted that he and Kirishima (Izuku had laughed hard because they were actually a triad, but no one knew that…yet) were all very happy and if someone had to ask one more fucking time, he would give the number one title to his rival willingly. The internet had been broken for around two hours in the fallout.

Izuku Midoriya was known for bringing hope to the weaker quirk users (quirkless included), and after stealing the number one spot from Kacchan during their fifth year, was known for being Ground Zero’s better replacement (he ended up kissing one Kirishima on stage during the award ceremony as a big fuck you to his other boyfriend) and Kacchan had reacted in kind, telling the green hero to ‘keep his seat warm’.

Momo Yaoyorozu was known for her ability to keep her colleagues from causing too much mayhem and was dubbed Goddess by her friends. She was the mother and leader, without the title of course, but after her marriage to Kyoka in their seventh year, she became a little less strict and often pushed for chaos. After all, Hellions were a name now.

Hitoshi Shinsou was underground and often only seen in backgrounds of the shenanigans of Hellions, however, he was the nicknamed official shit-stirrer by Bakugo after the ‘award kiss situation’ and was often the main chaos deity behind the events that made the public excited, crazy and overzealous in their adoration for the agency.
