Taehyung woke up from the sound of their alarm,
the sound of their twins crying.
He got up from the bed and yawned before checking the time on his phone.
7:19 AM
He stretched and yawned again before finally going to the big white crib near the wall. He looked and saw his two babies crying out loud, one crying because her pacifier fell off and the other crying because he woke up from the sound of his sister.
Taehyung found the pacifier and put it back in her mouth that stopped her from wailing. He carried his son and went back to bed as he laid his back to the headboard and fed him. Minutes after his son finally went back to sleep and as he was about to lay him back to the crib his oldest son then spoke that made him startle, that also made the baby in his arms awake again, crying.
“Good morning daddy.”
“Good morning Timothy.” He still greeted his son back and even smiled at him while soothing the baby in his arms. He walked and leaned in to let his son reach his face and kiss him on the cheek as he did the same too. He thought that his son would end his crying after he fed him milk again thinking that he’s still hungry but he was wrong. 5 minutes have passed and his son is still crying. He tried to do everything he could to make him stop but none worked. Worry was now the kind of face he’s showing because of the nonstop noises his son is making. Even worried because his daughter might have woken up too but to thank the angels above, arms then wrapped around his torso and lips touched the crown of his head as his now fully awake husband greeted him.
“Good morning bear.” Jungkook took the baby in his arms and then started humming a lullaby to cease the cries. And it worked! Taehyung thanked his husband by kissing him on the lips that stopped his humming for a second and smiled when Taehyung said his greeting back and even added an ‘I love you’ at the end.
Getting the plates and putting it in the sink Taehyung starts to wash the dishes that they have used for their breakfast. He cooked two omelets for him and Jungkook and a sunny side up for his son with orange juice on the side for the three of them. Their breakfast was good. Timothy talked about the things he did the night before that he had a video call with his friend Maxene, his uncle Yoongi and Jimin's only daughter asking questions like if she will also go to the wedding happening today which is also the other thing they talked about.
Today is one of Jungkook’s best friends' wedding. They’ll be attending Jaehyun and his longtime boyfriend Jungwoo’s wedding. Jungkook is one of the groomsmen along with the other 97 liners so it's a must for them to attend the wedding. Though going to the wedding with their 4 year old son plus the twins might be a hassle, Jungkook still thinks that it's better to bring them than leaving Taehyung alone in the house with the three. And also thank Taehyung’s older brother Jin, who was also invited to the wedding that can help him take care of the kids since Jungkook will be busy with his groomsmen duties during the wedding.
“Daddy! I’m done taking a bath!”
Taehyung was startled by his son calling him. He wiped his hand and untied his apron before turning to his son to carry him. He smelled his son saying that he smelled fresh and asked
“Did you brush your teeth too?”
“Nope, he did not. I thought he was but when I was about to rinse my mouth I saw the toothpaste in the sink.”
Jungkook answered Taehyung that made his husband laugh. Just like Timothy, Jungkook is also done taking his bath. And just like Jungkook, Timothy is just using a towel wrapped around his waist to cover his body.
“Okay, then I’ll brush his teeth then take a bath. You dress up, I hanged the suit on the door. The shoes are beside the bed.”
Jungkook’s response was a small okay and then kissed his husband on the lips before going upstairs to change. He then carried his son to the bathroom and brushed his teeth. After that he told his son to go upstairs and let his papa dress him as he said he’s going to take a bath. It took him 30 minutes to take a bath and now he is well dressed wearing his black tux, his hair styled and his shoes tied.
He’s downstairs with his son who is currently watching the tv sitting still on the couch that he was more thankful than running around. Scared that his son’s suit might get wrinkled. He checked his watch and looked at the time seeing that they should go otherwise they’d be late.
“Bun c’mon! We’re gonna be late, let's go!”
No response was heard, he called again and again until he heard his husband shout back at him.
“Jungkook, where are you?!?! C’mon now!!!”
“Wait!! I’m coming down!! I’m sorry but you must have forgotten that we also have twins!!”
He saw his husband coming down while carrying two babies in his arms. Junghye, his daughter in his right arm and his son Junghyeok, on his left. Taehyung laughed at what his husband said and took his daughter from him when he reached downstairs.
“Let’s go?”
“Yeah.”
“Timothy come now let's go.”
Jungkook turned off the tv and checked all the rooms if the electricity was all off. He also checked if the stove was off before locking the door and following Taehyung in the car. Taehyung had all of their children securely seated on their baby car seats while he went to sit on the front passenger seat. Jungkook started the car and started to drive off to their destination.
“OMG Jungkook, finally you’re here!”
They heard Mingyu call Jungkook as they were all outside the church preparing to go inside. They greeted each other and talked a little when they heard the wedding coordinator that the wedding was starting. Everyone was in place, Taehyung was already inside with the kids standing beside Jin who was holding his daughter.
He watched the door open, they walked inside one by one, he saw Jungkook following behind Bambam smiling at him when he found him. Timothy waved at him as he chuckled at his son’s cuteness. Finally the most awaited person started to walk inside. Everyone was in awe of how beautiful Jungwoo is. As Jungwoo reached the end the officiant began saying his words as the wedding has now officially started.
‘I do’s’ already said they are now at the reception. Some are still eating, many are chatting and twins sleeping. Jungkook was feeding Timothy, he decided to just sit with his family instead of being with the others in front. Taehyung is also eating as he didn’t have the chance to do before because he was taking care of the twins.
When Timothy was done and left to play with the other kids, Jungkook then was the one who started to eat. While eating Taehyung was chatting with him. They remembered their own wedding, Timothy was already born that time but still an infant so Jin was also the one who took care of him. Even walked the aisle while carrying him because the couple wanted to have their son be part of the wedding too.
As when they’re about to kiss each other that time, Timothy made his scene by crying out loud and didn’t stop to the point that they had to pause the wedding for a bit and let Taehyung himself carry his son who then stopped crying that made them and the guests laugh. But the most memorable part there was when they had to kiss while carrying Timothy that made them kiss their son also after kissing each other. Which made a lot of people remember their wedding the most.
“I can’t believe that we’re already a family of five.”
Jungkook heard Taehyung say that while leaning to his chest, they were now listening to Jaehyun telling his and his new husbands story, on how they met that was actually because of Taehyung and Jungkook themselves. Wasn’t also surprised when Jaehyun mentioned them saying thank you for the both.
“Well we loved each other too much.”
