Summary:
In which the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Or, in which the metaphorical and aforementioned “journey” is trying to answer the “Now what?” after you’ve managed to survive everything you thought you shouldn’t.
Or, the one in which Sunny has a future. Somehow. Against all odds. Now he just has to figure out what to do with it.

"Krissey, we know you're writing a long-ass Omori fic, but why is said fic up twice?" because this one, my dear friends, is a podfic version of the other. And because a very dear, dear friend of mine wanted to read my overly long Omori fic and requested so kindly that it be made into a podfic so she could enjoy it, and HONESTLY I would do anything for her. Including making a podfic of my own fic for the first time in my life.
Joanie, this is for you. <3
That being said, since this is my first time making a podfic, you'll notice I am by no means a professional reader and by no means do I have a professional setting to read my own fic. You'll hear my cats at times. I apologize ahead of time. (I also apologize for the drop in quality after a certain point in this first chapter; I was experimenting with different ways to record and realized my second attempted method was clearly not as good as the first. So sorry. I'll be sticking with the first method for all other chapters.)
But I hope you still enjoy it. <3
The fic will be updated on the 25th of every month. Likewise, I hope to be updating the podfic the 16th of every month. And like I stated in the text version, each chapter also comes with a song, so for example, Chapter 1: The First Month's suggested song is "Adventure is Out There" by AJR.
